Hi,

This is Bharath.

I donno who prepared the schedule for 20P and 40 numbered route buses in hyderabad,schedule is really really very bad.

6 buses will come at a times and suddenly 20p/40 buses will not come for atleast 45 min and more.

Many times I waited for 20p near birla temple for about 1hr.During 9.15 to 10.15 there are no buses. also from 8.15 to 8.50 PM also.. at a time 7 buses came from 8.55 PM to 9.05PM

pls.. make a correct schedule for these buses.. this is really ridiculous.

    I booked a ticket Online from Anantapur to Bengaluru for 15th Aug 2011. Then i cancelled it on 10th August 2011. It showed i will get 216/- refund within 5 working days, but its not yet credited to my account. please look into this issue and make sure that i get the refund.

      Dear Sir,

      I wish to complaint against a male conductor Bus. No.8485,Rout No.8A Metro express from Ranigunj depot.Secunderabad.

      The said male conductors whose doing in the second shift on the above said rout, yesterday when I got in to his bus from Boards club stage I saw the two gents are sitting in the ladies seat. they look like illiterate people, I requested them to give seat for me as this seat is belongs to ladies. Those people were so stubborn and they are not getting up from the seat. I am carrying child in my hand. So I requested the said conductor to help me to get the seat from those gents.
      But to my surprise the conductor is scolding me instead of asking the gents to get up and give seat for me. This made me very angry and I fought with that conductor and he is giving so irresponsible answer to me.

      So, I request the authorities of Ranigunj depot to take an immediate action against the said conductor and also request you the authorities to train the male/female conductors to not only for issuing tickets and also they must have courage to speak to the male passengers who occupies the ladies seats. And also train the male/female conductors how to behave with the passengers.

      i humbly submit that my father was worked in your corporation in last 30 years.he worked in the year 2000.missing from the depot .and the same was informed by the depot manager to in the police authorites
      but the no action was taken and it was closed it is an undeductable case.if the person was returned the case will be reopened.hence the case was closed. later i made a representation before the corpotion no action was taken

      I am vamsi krishna, Yesterday i had booked for GARUDA service from vijayawada to hyderabad for 16.30 service. after a fight on officials that bus came around 17.40 at vijayawada. as the the co-passenger's discussion this bus is not at all in good codition. after doing some midor checks they sent from the gaarrage at 17.40. we started the travel.. and bus is very ugly.. less maintanance. and huge sound and fog... very horrible bus.. even though we adjusted.. around 21.30 it was breakdown in the mid way of kodad and suryapet.. at the time driver is very irresposible..

      after a big fight on DM, RM, Controller, and the Driver.. and media Prasurres they arrange a bug instead of GARUDA they arranged a No.1 WROST EXPRESS service(they dont have window glasses, no proper seats, huge sound while breaking.. etc.. ) at last they shifted us to hyderabad around 3 AM. finally, one conductor get in to the bus near hayatnagar and asking the passengers tickets to get the money back (100.00 for each ticket in before they collected 290.00 in vijayawada, and even he is very roude even with ladies.. )this is the kind of GARUDA services mainitaining by the APSRTC. due to this i lost my important interview in my life. No. 1 wrost Services IN APSRTC FROM VIJAYAWADA ... i request apsrtc to please take this compaint seriously

      conductor name is " Prem Kumar " he is very roodly talking. just i asked him why your driver slow drive. rash speech. plz change all APRST Conductor language. smoothly handle any ishue..

      Please think practically. i see in bus some good condutors also. i want that type of condutors smile & fresh talk to all peoples..

        APRTC IS THE WORST MAINTAINED GOVERMENT ORGANISATION IN AP.THE BUS RENEWAL OR ISSUE OF NEW PASSES TO STUDENTS OR WORKING PEOPLE IS A COMPLCATED.THE RATHI FILE BUS PASS SECTION IS WORST WITH NO PROPER INSTRUCTIONS OR GUIDE TO NEW AND ELDERLY....IT IS A HAVOC THERE WITH NO BOARDS OR GUIDANCE.ONLY GOD AND RTC KNOW WAHT THEY ARE DOING.

          I have booked APSTRC Garuda Bus ticket on June 17th 2011 from Tirupathi to Bengalure..the bus was to start @ 4:00 PM. after waiting for over an hour , to my shokcing I was said that service for the bus was stopped from past 3 days..and I was able to find out only when i met the manager.
          I borded KASRTC bus and went to Bengalure..one part of the story
          Now second part starts with refund of the ticket..I was scharged 748 rs for two tickets ( Ticket No : 1568535) inclusive of 18 Rs service charges. when I called up their No for refund they asked me to mail to
          online.[protected]@apstrconline.in , whith the ticket datils.. ( which I have sent it on June 17th Itselt , reply for the mail awaited till today ). And from the day I had called almost 20 times to them every time I call I get the same repply we will chech and we will get back to you tomrrow. This has been the issue from past 20 days..I am fed up of this.
          While lodging this complaint I have called them up and the smae reply.. we will call you tomorrow.

          Hope some one looks into this matter,

            I boarded a bus from Chennai to Anantapur without a ticket print, instead I had that in my mobile, which I reserved for much earlier. To my surprise, the conductor was not even keen to look at the ticket message in my mobile.
            He was just reiterating that I need a printout of the ticket. I tried to explain him that what ever information the ticket carries was in my message.
            I pity that in a technologically advancing country like ours' we are still hanging on to the stupid old paper proofs.
            Then I went to APSRTC help center in Koyambedu Bus Terminus in Chennai to seek help. I requested them to provide me with a ticket, on showing my message. They laughed at me, telling that a ticket is needed, but not a mobile message.
            When our government institutions are in such ignorant situation and turning a blind eye to the technology, WHY ARE WE BEING FORCED TO SEE AWARENESS ADS, PROGRAMS AND MAILS ON NATURE LIKE "SAVE PAPER, SAVE TREE, SAVE EARTH" !!!

            As a government institution you should feel responsible and act accordingly for what you show to the people through social media. But with such acts, the purpose of the campaigns remain uncertain.
            It's now high time APSRTC start en-lighting people not to waste paper for ticket. (at least for an e-ticket)

              HI Sir,

              This is regarding Bangalore to allagadaa and allagadaa to Bangalore bus service.
              Yesterday i came from allagadaa to Bangalore.
              Bus details:6557 NDL-BNG.
              Ticket Number:2424405
              Date of journey:[protected]

              The problem was bus should arrive at allagadda depot at 9:00pm ,but yesterday it was late by 25 min.
              reason for delay is in between from nandyal to allagadda they were filled with huge luggage.even in allagadda also they increased some more luggage.
              i do not know is this really passengers bus or luggage bus.finally it was started from allagadaa around 10 pm.it was almost one hour time difference compared to original start.after they reach near to Bangalore they stopped for luggage removal almost 40 min.

              we were spending almost 322 rs for bus fare.minimum maintenance was not there in that bus.no seat is comfort even all windows all blocked. because of heavy luggage bus top was almost damaged.how APSRTC people running this bus with out checking all these minimum things.

              with all these troubles i reached Bangalore with out sleeping and delayed by 2 and half hours.

              Please look into this issue.other wise one day people will not travel in this APSRTC.

                We travelled in APSRTC service No. 5268 on 29 June from Vinjamur to Hyderabad with a reservation seats 1&2 vide reserved ticket No. 2478046/HV62342. While getting down at our point i.e; 'Mytrivan' stop my observed that she lost her gold ear stud (one number) which values approx. Rs. 5000/-. in the bus itself.As she observed just about getting down there was no much time to make detailed search. In a hurry and confussion we neither noted the telephone/cell numbers of the conducter/driver nor given ours. We therefore request that it is found by the conductors/drivers or by any others mya please inform us to the following telephone numbers.[protected] cellNo.[protected]. The concerned staff may also please be kept informed.

                  Myself Sanath Aged 27, I had a journey between BHEL(Hyderabad) and RAJAHMUNDRY on 21st June 2011. The following are the detials of the bus:

                  BUS No : AP 28 Z 4343
                  Service No : 2628
                  Route : BHEL to Kakinada
                  Bus DEPO : Kakinada

                  APSRTC buses are worst. Bus Started 1hour late due to the water leakage in radiator. In the middle of the journey bus got breakdown at 3:00 a.m. at suryapet. But nobody is there to help us. We tried to call to DEPO people about the issue but there was no proper response from them, one person replied that he is not an officer, he is a contract employ and his duty is just taking complaint and reporting to the officers. We are struggled for two hours in Suryapet. After that bus driver took us to Khammam and there he talked to the Khammam Depo people and some how they arranged another bus. Because of these reasons we got late for 5 hours. Just imagine that worst journey. Like this I had many experiences with our great APSRTC buses. From that day itself... I lost trust on our buses. Its better to prefer other buses.

                  APSRTC aim is to get the money... they don't care about the customers.

                  I have travelled in Bus No.28Z545 from Anaparthi to Kakinada on 17/3/13.. Bus belongs to Rajahmundry depot.My ticket NO.00152842, dated 17/3/2013. I getdown bus at Kakianda at about 3.30PM. I forget one small gift packet which is in polythin cover with blue colour rapper on pack. Kindly pickup it at your end and preserve it. I will be taken over as and when come to Rajahmundry shortly. Kindly inform to the Bus conductor who is on duty i think bus is returned to Rajahmundry. Driver NO.222 Conductor No.150537.                     I have booked a bus ticket from Vijayawada to kphb (hyderabad) on 13/6/2011 which was supposed to start at 11. 45 AM in vijayawada. But till 12.45 PM, the bus was not kept on platform. Later when I checked with the enquiry people , they told me that the bus has to come from Auto Nagar and will be on its way, but it was not the case. Finally they have arranged my journey in an other bus which started in vijaywada at...

                    Complaint regarding : APSRTC (Garuda) Service No: 3877 (Bangalore - Vijayawada) on 11 June, 2011 ( 09:00 PM)

                    I have booked ticket for my cousin (written SSC, came to bangalore for Polytechnic College Enqiry) with my PAN card as id proof.
                    When we entered the Bus, One of the Driver asked to show e-ticket printout and id proof.
                    Then he had a look and said that you booked ticket on your name, not valid for your cousin and not going to allow to get into the bus until and unless show id proof for my cousin OR Super visor (APRTC) sign on the ticket and you can ask the Super visor near to that bus.

                    Finally they listed to the Driver what he said, use less.

                    My Query is: Process followed by the Either Driver/Super visor are correct ?
                    I lost Rs: 755/- because of this as i don' t have time to cancel and my cousin doesn't have any id proof as doesn't has.

                    Let me know guys if any one faced similar issue, how it was resolved. Is there any way to ESCALATE this kind of issue(s) to the higher level?

                      RESPECTED SIR,
                      I a.v.narasingarao inquired for the apsrtc tickets on[protected] for the next day upto hyderabad in apsrtc bus at any time than the respected clerk responded n said a lie that there are no available tickets for the[protected] and there is no possibility of booking the tickets but in reality there many available tickets in online service. again i went to the counter by 7.45 a.m. in the[protected] and asked the respected officer in the enquiry he responded and said come ata 9.00 a.m. and i went there by 9.a.m. and asked for the tickets than the clerk of apsrtc responded and said the tickets completed in the morning itself. when I asked for the tickets one day before when there is a availability he said no available tickets and[protected] he is saying that the tickets were completed.

                      APSRTC — irresponsible duty

                      Respected Sir,
                      My name is Md.Ghouse Pasha. i stay at Old City Tadban Near Zoo Park, Bahadurpura.
                      sir, i am a employee in Airtel CAF Verification Department at Dilsukhnagar.
                      Sir i travel daily by Bus.
                      Yesterday i waited 10.00pm-11.10pm even no one bus has came.
                      My duty is in night shift time 11.00pm.
                      Sir from somedays in the night On the Route of "Rajender Nagar to Dilsukhnagar" there is no busus between 10.00pm-11.00pm.
                      Sir I want to know about the mater?
                      Is there Closed buses on the rout of "Rajender Nagar to Dilsukhnagar"?
                      I don't understand what the matter.
                      I request to you please take necessary action on the Careless CONDUCTORS and DRIVERS of APSRTC on the Rout of as above i described.

                      Then what is the Use of jet ticket?????...

                          Hello Sir,

                          This is complaint against APSRTC (Andhra Pradesh Road Transport Corporation) service.

                          We have booked ticket from SR nager (Hyderabad) to Khammam (Super luxury) for service 8806 to travel on date 27/05/2011 through APSRTC online reservation counter at Ammerpet in hyderabad.

                          Bus Scheduled departure was at 07.45 AM.

                          When we arrived at SR nager bus stop at 07.35 am and waited for 2 hours for bus, later enquired in SR nager (Hyderabad) enquiry counter, it has been told that bus service for which ticket has not in service.

                          we have cancelled our trip. try to contact APSRTC employees but Nobody has clear answer and nobody replies to our calls.

                          we wasted out time and money.

                            I have boarded A/C Bus from Hitech city to Dilsukhnagar on 25th May 2011 at 8:20 PM (20:20). I have taken combination ticket and gave RS. 100/- Conductor did not give any change and wrote something on the back of the ticket. When I ask for the change she said she gave the change already and claims that it is only combination which she wrote.

                              I have booked a ticket in APSRTC online portal. The portal went down after my booking of the ticket. I contacted the bus depo for information to cancel my ticket as the online portal was not working for which i couldnt find any solution. The solution given by them was there is no solution.

                              After the portal was working after few days i learned to my surprise that all the previous data has been deleted.

                              How is this acceptable ?
                              I need my money refunded.

                              I have booked a ticket[protected] and Date of Journey:[protected] in APSRTC online portal.And because of some personal problem I want to cancel that ticket I contacted the one of the Agent for information to cancel my ticket.And he cancelled the Ticket .

                              But till now I didnt receive my amount back.
                              Please check and do needful.

                              I need my money refunded.

                              On 11/03/2015 at14:25:48 hours I booked online ticket for journey on 12/03/2015 from vijayawada to Hyderabad
                              by Garuda .Though the transaction was successful ticket was not issued.The particulars of transaction are:

                              EBS payment ID:34513572


                              As no ticket was issued for personal reasons I decided to travel by their 14.30 service of GARUDA Plus service 3583
                              and booked ticket online.Ref.No.[protected] EBS payment ID 34513572 and reached Hyderabad.Now I have found that the fare amounting Rs 464/ for their service 3657 was charged to my SBI card account.
                              As I HAVE NOT PERFORMED JOURNEY ON THAT SERVICE DUE TO NON ISSUE OF TICKET AND PERFORMED BY A DIFFERENT SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY PLEASE ARRANGE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT
                              BY CREDIT TO MY CARD A/C.

                                Respected Sir,

                                I am Madhavi(Software Engineer) facing the problem on every day while going and coming from the office. I am staying at West Mared pally, Secunderabad. My home is near to St. Anny's school. Bus stop is 26.
                                Every day I am waking from my home to signals near to the Sangeeth Theatre, because of drivers not stoping in the bus stop. At night time also they are not stoping and saying that there is no stop for 26N. But here it is mensioned that all 26's and some of the 49's are stoped here. Yesterday(14th May, 2011, 8:00PM) Night I had traveled from Paradise to West Mared Pally(Sec), Bus no AP 10Z 5510. He(Driver) is saying that there is no stop at all. And he is saying that don't you are an educated or not. Then why the bus stop is having that board? Please take the action and provide the bus facility for all who are commuted from here to Secunderabad Bus stop.

                                I am an Employee and daily come to office on buses. We are staying in an area where only one bus every 30 min will come.(as per schedule) , but actually they come only after 1 hr or 2 to 3 buses come at a time.
                                Because of this , the bus which comes whenever it likes is supposed to stop at every bus stop as so many will be be waiting for more than 30 min to 1 hr....

                                Recently these have started moving over their designated routes without bothering about the stops... They will stop the bus only if passenger in the bus has to get down... otherwise they will not stop the bus...
                                I dont why RTC has given such instructions or the drivers have themselves framed the rules....

                                Iam one of the victim of this type of behaviour by drivers of not stopping the buses..We wait here for hours for that bus...but it comes and goes away without stopping making us fools....

                                These days people are believing on public transport system and are almost relaying on private services ...
                                But people like us who comes from far away distance daily cannot afford the private services all the time and are becoming the daily victims of these buses/drivers....

                                Bus conductors are very nice people as they ask to getdown rightaway from the bus irrespective of the age/gender if we have no enough change for tickets.. They are so lazy that they are ready to pick it from my bags and suggests all to take passes so that they will not have any headache of this change or tickets....

                                    i want to complaint about conducter..
                                    firstly we don"t know that rtc e ticketing should have the print out..
                                    then we entered the bus..and he asked print out..we showed the message..
                                    he did n"t accept and we told him that we will get a print out..
                                    he told that the bus will not wait..and we should pay him rs.800.
                                    we said that why should we pay..and then the conducter shouted before all the travellers..
                                    then hesitatingly paid rs.800..(thinking that we can complaint)..
                                    please take action the conducter and please refund my extra rs.800 which i paid to the conducter..
