My Mother is a case of Kidney failure and under going routine dialysis. We brought her from Alipurduar to Kolkata for further and advance Management. Patient has been seen by Dr, V V Laxminarayanan, Consultant (Nephro) and advised for admission. We were reffered by ECHS(EX SERVICEMEN CONTRIBUTORY HEALTH SCHEME). After waiting her about 12 hrs the hospital authority couldn't manage any bed for us and as a result we came back without any treatment which can be a cause of life threats for a Dialysis patient.

      Dear Sir,

This is regarding a complaint, but as you do not have an option of complaints in your website, so I am using this medium of feedback. My wife Swati Pandey & son Aviral Pandey had been a regular patients at Apollo Hospital Delhi from last 1 year & 5 months respectively. For my 6 months old son, we have been visiting Dr. Deepa Sharma at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals Delhi from last 4-5 months. From last 12-15 days, my son had been suffering from cough & cold, and recently had lose motions from last 10 days. We had visited the Doctor and she had earlier given medicines for controlling Lose motions & cough and cold, but it didn't stop, then my wife called her on saturday evening, 6th of September that there is no improvement after 3-4 days of medicine, so she told her to have a stool test done for my son. Again when my wife called her on yesterday, she started shouting on her that "dont call me again and again, and I should not have given my no. If I would have knew that you'll call me again and again, then she asked about the stool test report. My wife told her that the report is pending, then she again started shouting that If you don't know how to take care of a child then why did you gave birth to her. Sir, the purpose to narrate you the whole incident is because you should know how are your doctors talking to the patients. We know how to take care of a Child that's why we have been visiting the so called best hospital of Delhi for my Son's treatments. If this is the way you behave with your customers/patients, I am sorry to say that You might be having the best buildings, but not the best hospital as the services makes a hospital best. First of all, that Doctor should hire a secretary of hers if she can take patients call like all other doctors, secondly she should not give mobile no to the patients if she dont want to speak to them. There was an emergency thats why my wife called her because my son was having stool with blood stains (reddish stool). Writing this complaint to you so that you should take action against these type of doctors. Also, gone are the days when people were considering doctors as God, we the new generation people who knows the difference between God and so called Gods, who charge money. If I am paying an X amount to a hospital/doctor, I want services out of that and nothing else. We are mature enough to take care of our Child. I have changed the doctor and hospital as well for the treatment and rest of the vaccinations for my son. If the Delhi's best hospital doctor behaves like this, Then only God can help the hospital.

      Regards
      Abhishek Pandey

I am a regular patient of Apollo hospitals @ G N Chetty Road for the last 10+ years (UH ID: C036.[protected]). I recently shifted my residence to OMR and hence went to Apollo Medical Centre, Karapakkam. I did my lipid profile and Glucose Serum tests. Before filling up the form, I ask the following questions: 1) are the charges the same as G N Chetty Road 2) are the lab tests done @ OMR or sent to T Nagar 3) is there any difference in the test procedure the representative at the front desk told me the charges @ OMR and GN chetty road are the same, and it is comparatively lesser than the main hospital. however, while paying the bill I was charged Rs. 1050 for Lipid profile and Rs.500 for Sugar. This is way higher than GN Chetty Road (Rs 360 and Rs.180, for Lipid profile and sugar tests respectively). I was provided wrong information, and I have ended up paying Rs.1550 instead of Rs.540. This was not expected from a reputed hospital like Apollo. Even though charges are lesser in other hospitals I have always preferred Apollo for the prompt/ professional service.

Enclosing the letter given to Ms Preetha Reddy on 23/05/2014 in person and email and till date waiting for a reply. Her Secretary say she's sp busy and has no time to see these small matters. Kindly guide me what to do. May 23, 2014 Dr. Preetha Reddy Managing director Apollo Hospitals Chennai Dear Sir, Sub: Horrible service / treatment by the doctors / staff members and Claiming refunds and compensation Ref: Patient Name: Komal Agarwal, UHID: AC01.[protected], Room No: 3439 This letter is being sent to your good office since the day my sister in law was admitted in the emergency situation and the problems that we have been facing with the hospital staff and the management. My sister-in-law (Mrs Komal Agarwal) was admitted in hospital on 17/05/2014 at 8:15 PM in emergency ward for pain in her abdomen, which was persisting even after the operation that had taken place on 02/05/14. As per the doctors review she was in good condition but as per her review she had complained of continuous pain. We didn’t know what the reason behind such pain was after regular visit to Dr. Sarat for the same. Upon admitting her in hospital we had realised that due to carelessness and negligence of the doctors at the time of operation on 02/05/14 under the guidance of Dr. Sumana Manohar my sister-in-law had been suffering from pain and on 17/05/2014 due to sudden pain in her abdomen she was admitted on emergency condition. On 17/05/2014 when she was admitted in emergency, there was no proper doctor available for ultra-sound scan and later on after 3 hrs one junior doctor had come and told us, she was just a junior doctor and only has basis knowledge. I want to know why did the hospital staff take such a big risk with a patient life and didn’t care to call for a specialised doctor for ultra-sound scan and kept on giving her pain killer tablets / injections. Next day morning (Sunday Dt: 18/05/2014) when she was shifted to Room No: 2319 which was unclean and had lots of pest problem which was got to the notice of house-keeping but no action was taken by them. The bed provided to the patient was broken and was shown to the house-keeping dept. head and doctors. In the room for the patient, fresh glass and coaster were not provided even after our repeated requests to sisters, house-keeping dept. and room-service people. Only after doctors interference they had provided glass with coaster. From F&B dept. side, when I had ordered for food for the attendant, they had given us used spoon with the food packets and upon questioning the same, the waiter told he is just a pick up boy and has no idea what the restaurant has given. This shows how unhygienic and cheap act the F&B dept. can do for making extra money. On Sunday while making advance payments at the billing counter, I was literally insulted by cashier, who had thrown the card roughly on the table after swiping it on the machine and didn’t have the courtesy to even apologise. This shows how Apollo Hospital is actually insulting people even after taking money from them. On Monday after showing cockroaches in the room to the doctors, house-keeping staff and sisters only then they had actually cleaned the room till then no one was serious about the facts. This shows how hospital like Apollo wants to make money without providing good hygienic conditions for the patience. After cleaning the entire room and changing the bed sheets they had thrown all the used linen in the room itself and after telling the same to house-keeping dept. they didn’t even bother to take it till the next day morning. For our entire problem till Wednesday morning, I had told and also informed Ms. Hemalatha, Ms. Sudha Mohan, Dr. Mathangi and Ms Mureena. But had not received any concrete solution for the same and while addressing the problems to the CEO sec, Ms. Aditi Nair, a new problem had come in my room, the glass provided for water was full of dirt and same was also shown to Ms. Mureena, Ms. Sudha Mohan and was informed to Ms. Aditi Nair. We had observed that from day 1 onwards the doctors were just forcing for another laparoscopy but after our interference only they started with medication and kept her on observation or else they had prepared their mind for laparoscopy. If they would have done it, the career and life of the patient would have got spoilt and then who would have been responsible for this? The doctors are supposed to try on new and modern techniques of treatment other than just going in for operation for which they know better what the drawbacks are. After all this they had shifted her room but after that also we were unhappy since there was no proper care/service from the room-service and house-keeping side, but doctors got very serious and acted well upon the condition and gave a good medication to her. But on Wednesday, we had faced problems with the dietician who had not provided meals on proper timing for the patient due to which she was hungry for almost 4:00 Hrs and I had repeatedly asked the duty doctor; Dr. Depti and sisters for the same who told it will come. Later on upon Dr. Sumana’s visit I had informed her and she told that in every 1 hr she must have fruits and biscuit but it was not provided for nearly 3 hrs and we had to get it from outside and also had informed Ms. Aditi and Ms. Mureena about such problems. All the problems told, were shown to the sisters, House-keeping staff, Ms. Mureena and time to time updated to Ms. Aditi but we had not received any proper reply or justice from them. I had asked for an in-detail apology letter from the CEO for the mistakes, failures, wrongful acts, negligence by the hospital staff and departments and yet waiting for the same but received an apology letter from COO-DMS, Dr Venkita Suresh who has admitted the mistakes happened. (Letter enclosed for your reference) I claim refund of all my payments from the hospital towards treatment from 17/05/2014 till date and for the surgery which was done on 02/05/14. Due to carelessness of doctors my sister in law was the one who had undergone severe pain. If something major would have happened who would have taken the responsibility? Is Apollo here to make only money or treat the patient with good care in good hygienic conditions? I also claim a compensation for Rs. 25.00 Lacs from the hospital for their wrongful acts, negligence, mistakes and failures by the hospital staff and departments, details of which is given in nutshell below: 1. Lack of proper doctors for ultra-sound scan and treatment 2. Lack of pest service – instances shown to the staff members 3. Patient’s bed broken 4. Cleaned glasses not provided – Glasses full of dust particles 5. Used Soiled linen thrown in the room itself 6. Room service providing used spoons and not treating us well 7. Way of approach not good by certain staff members 8. Payment counter, person literally insulting 9. Patient food not provided on time All these things were shown and got to the notice of the staff and concerned depts. time to time but no proper action was initiated until the interference of CEO. After the intervention of CEO also the same problems persisted. So we claim a compensation of Rs. 25.00 Lacs from the management for playing with the life of a patient. Such acts were actually not expected from such a reputed hospital and also after getting to notice not acting on the same made us feel that Apollo is just trying to make money and lacking in its services. Kindly let us know when I can get the refund for the payments made currently and for the operation taken place on 02/05/14 and also the compensation amount. Hope you will look into our problems and sort out the issues and also render justice for our genuine problems and grievances. Awaiting your immediate response with compensation, refund of entire payments made for treatment/operation and also detailed apology letter. Regards Akash Deep Agarwal Ph: +[protected]

Hello and thank you for visiting my
Web page. If you are visiting this web
Page, i imagine you are thinking of going to apollo hospital for medical treatment. I am not going to advise you on whether or
Not you should go. This web page is
                      Purely for informational purposes. The
Hospital has thousands of patients per year.
My experience may or may not be typical. However, i can assure you that this
Information is 100 percent accurate and i have the documentation to support
Everything that is said here. After reading my experience, you can decide if
You wish to go or not. Yes the name of
The web site is called avoid apollo hospital.
That is because if i could turn back the hands of time that is what i
Wish i would have done. In a nutshell
They ruined my life. Here is my story:

                      I have
Degenerative disc disease and had an artificial disc replacement back in 2007. The surgery took care of my disc pain but it
Made my facet pain much worse. For
Several years i was on pain management, including medications, steroid
                      Injections, and rhizotomy. Some relief
Was gained from these but not enough. I
Was told by several doctors that a fusion was an option for me. They could just bypass the artificial disc
And stop the painful motion. Apparently
This is very a very common occurrence with this procedure. So much so in fact that a lot of surgeons won’t
Even do this procedure any more. A
Fusion is considered the gold standard. It
Has been performed for years with great success. Unfortunately, my insurance company here in
The u.S. Would not cover the procedure. At this point having the procedure overseas
Was the only option for me. There was a
Story on 60 minutes several years ago that covered this. They showed western people going to thailand and india for medical treatments. Most of them seemed happy with the care so i
Decided to explore this option. I wrote
Server hospitals in india and thailand and researched them. Also, i was looking at the visa requirements
Etc. At this point india seemed like a better option for me. First, english is widely spoken. Second, you
Can stay in the country for up to six months with a tourist visa. Third the cost was less expensive than in thailand.
It seemed ideal to me. I wrote
Several hospitals and decided on apollo hospital in new delhi.
The head of neurosurgery at the hospital dr. Rajendra prasad evaluated
My condition and agreed with the doctors in the u.S. That the best procedure would be a
                      Lumbar fusion with instrumentation. I
Was quoted a price of $8000-$11000 u.S. Dollars. It was all set. I would get my plane ticket and visa and head
To new delhi for the surgery.

I arrived in new delhi at 1am after an extremely long flight. Somebody from the hospital was supposed to be
At the airport with a sign to drive me. Nobody
Was there. This was a sign from god. They left me stranded outside the airport in
The 100 degree indian heat. After waiting for two hours, i decided to
Take a taxi to the hospital. At the
Hospital they could not provide answers as to why nobody was there at the
Airport. They checked me in the hospital
Where i got a few hours of sleep. The
Next morning dr. Rajendra prasad met with me and he ordered x-rays-ct-scan, and
An mri. This was standard before any
Operation. After the films were completed,
He met with me for a physical examination.
He was concerned that the pain might not be coming from the facet joints. He thought the pain generator might be the si
Joint. They are very close together and
Sometimes it is difficult to tell. In
The past that was a concern of mine as well.
However, i specifically asked 2 of my doctors if the pain was generated
From the si joint. They both told me no. It was from the facets. There were probably 6 or so injections into
This joint over the years and they were positive. The next morning he wanted to give me an
Injection to diagnosis what the pain generator was. He gave me an injection and asked me how i
Felt. I told him that i felt pretty good. However, my pain is very minimal in the
Morning so it is hard to tell. After a
Night of rest not putting any pressure on the joint, it does not bother me that
Much. They discharged me that day and he
Told me that he would evaluate my condition.
After a week or so he asked me how i was doing. I told him that my condition had not changed. He asked again if i could come in the
Hospital for an injection. Another injection was done in the morning. Again, he asked me how i felt. Once again, i told him i feel pretty good. However, the pain is very minimal in the
Morning so it is hard to tell. Keep in
Mind they are charging me one thousand dollars for each injection. That is twice what i pay in the u.S.
Also, he is just using a temporary numbing medicine. It only lasts a few hours. In the u.S. They use a steroid that gives the
Patient up to six months of pain relief.
Again, dr. Rejendra prasad said he would evaluate my condition. A couple of weeks passed and he asked me how
I was feeling. Again, i told him that i
Was the same. He then asked me if i ever
Had rhizotomy. I told him yes. About once a year i would have both sides
Done. He told me that we could get long
Lasting pain relief and tells exactly where the pain generator was. He gave me a rhizotomy on my left side in my
Si joint. This time they charged me $3500
For the rhizotomy. That is twice what i
Pay in the us for both sides. Again, dr. Rejendra prasad said he would
Evaluate me. A couple of weeks later he
Asked me how i was doing. I told him
That i experienced zero pain relief from the rhizotmy. He stated that maybe he could turn up the
Intensity on the machine because the first time it was’t set so high. At that point i declined. If i would have known how much they where
Going to charge me for the rhiztomy, i would’t have had the first one. I am sure they don’t charge nationals
Anywhere near $3500 for a rhizotomy. Again,
Dr. Rejendra prasad said he would evaluate my situation. A few weeks pass and i sent him an email. A few days later his
Secretary sends me a text message stating that my lumbar fusion was scheduled
For next wednesday. At this point
I thought that he came to the conclusion that the other doctors had that the
Lumbar fusion was the procedure i needed.
I felt a little bad because i already spent over $6000 to diagnosis what
I already knew. Anyway, i was going to
Have the procedure i needed for pain relief.
That made me happy. I met with
Him on monday two days before the surgery to finalize everything. He told me that he was not going to do the
Lumbar fusion that he wanted to do an si fixation instead. He told me that he was 95 percent sure that
The pain generator was coming from the si joints. I didn't’t understand why but he was the
Expert and i trusted him. That wednesday i arrived at the hospital and had the
Surgery in the afternoon. Basically they
Placed two screws in each si joint. I
Stayed at the hospital a couple of days.
This time my bill was almost $10, 000.

                      After a couple
Of weeks, i decided to go to thailand for 10 days for a little vacation. While i was there, i met with the head of
Neurosurgery at a large hospital. I
Brought my ct-scan and mri on computer disc.
He loaded them on his computer and apparently the disc labeled ct-scan
Was blank and the one labeled mri had my ct-scan on it. Anyway i told him my condition and history
And he said “why don’t you just have a lumbar fusion”. I told him that i just had si fixation done
And he said “what” and laughed.

I returned to india and met with dr. Rejendra prasad one
More time before returning to the u.S.
He asked me how i was feeling and i told him that there was no change. The surgery he gave me was useless. He then stated if i had the lumbar fusion i
Would be pain free but there is a chance that it could damage other discs. He also said give it 6 months or so to see
How i feel. Before returning to the u.S., i wanted my ct-scan and mri from the
Hospital. They stated that they could
Not find them and would have to send them to me once they found them.

                      I was home in
The u.S. About a month and i still have not
Received my images from the hospital. I
Sent them several emails but they did not respond. Dr. Rejendra prasad wrote me to ask me how i
Was doing. I told him that there was no
Change that the surgery was useless. He
Said give it time. After six months, i
Wrote him begging for help. I could not
Tolerate the pain any more and would he please help me. He wrote back and said sure he would help me. He suggested the lumbar fusion i originally
Went there for. He was sure that would
Do the trick. You are more than welcome
To come back and have this procedure and please bring $12000 with you. Keep in mind that i already paid them over $16000
And that i had no more money. He then
Wrote me back stating that he would do the operation for free. However, i needed to prove to him that is
What is needed. I managed to have my
Medical file presented to a conference in south america with neurosurgeons from europe and south america.
They agreed that a lumbar fusion was needed. I sent dr. Rejendra prasad the email with the
Evidence. He didn't’t write back. I wrote the hospital several times. Also, they didn’t write back. When i was considering the hospital, i must
Have sent them 10 emails and they always responded within 24 hours. However, now that they have my life savings,
They won’t respond at all. Here is the
                      Recap:

                      They charged
Me twice what they quoted me.

                      They gave me
                      The wrong procedure.

                      They lost all
Of my films and won’t replace them or give me a refund.

                      They won’t
Respond to any of my emails.

                      Dr. Rejendra
                      Prasad won’t keep his promise

                      I am in
Extreme pain and going to apollo hospital in new delhi india was my one and only chance at relief. My life savings is gone and my life is ruined. I still need this operation but do not have
The means to get it. In my opinion dr. Rejendra
Prasad is either an incompetent doctor or he is a thief. If your are a foreign patient aplolla hospital will take advantage of you and try to
Get as much money from you as possible. As i stated in the beginning, i am not
Telling you what to do, only telling you my story. I wish i would have known about an experience
Like mine before i went. It would have
Changed my mind and went to thailand. Please

Angioplasty finished at 18th Dec’13, 02:30am, 3 stents implanted and patient shifted to ICU and put on ventilator support. My father put on 1st dialysis 18th Dec’13, 7:30am – reason Kidney not functioning well, no urine formation. Post dialysis, Urine formation improved but not satisfactory. Ventilator support removed around 18th Dec’13, 11:30am as patient recovering well. Patient again put on 2nd Dialysis, 18th Dec’13 7:00pm – Reason still urine formation is a worry. On 19th Dec’13, patient put on 3rd dialysis, 2:30pm – Reason still urine formation is a worry. My father is in complete sense, talked with us and had semi-fluid dinner in night. On 20th Dec’13, 9:00am doctor announced that my father’s condition deteriorated and he is in critical stage. No clue for the deterioration. Suspected reason may be some internal bleeding and also urine formation is a worry. My father went through 4th dialysis on 20th dec’13, 11:00am. Post dialysis, doctor did CT scan and Angiography around 4:00pm to cross verify the reason for deterioration but results are satisfactory. My father again put on ventilator support. On 20th Dec’13, 8:30pm, doctors discussed with me and informed me that may be my father has some severe infection – Sepsis. Strong antiobatic has been given and nothing else can be done. On 20th dec’13, 10:30pm my father passed away …….. So many questions went unanswered here, - Why pre-medical history not verified prior to Angioplasty? He admitted in Apollo – July’13 with some other complications and complete medical records available with hospital. - Why kidney complications developed after angioplasty while his kidney is always well, even same verified in July’13 by Apollo ? - Why angioplasty done immediately? Proper diagnosis/blood test should have been done prior to procedure. Patient should have been allowed to stabilize prior to such critical surgical procedure. Why same did not happen? - Why sepsis did not diagnose prior? why same diagnosed after 3rd day ? - Why complete lack of coordination between cardiologist and Nephrologist? All are worried about their treatment. Cardiologist mentioned me that heart is functioning well after angioplasty hence his job is over. Rest need to be taken care by Nephrologist? - Why Nephrologist did not act prior? Only 1 visit to Cardiac ICU in a day and no other suggestion came out except dialysis. main reason what I felt is that patient belongs to Cardiac ICU and not Kidney ICU. - My conversation with Nephrologist very much unpleasant. On 20th dec’13, 11:00am he mentioned that I have asked for dialysis, so let us wait till tomorrow to knew the result. - On 20th Dec’13, 1:00pm, I requested Cardiologist with folding hand to put a request to Nephrologist for frequent visit/inspection. Got a reply that it’s part of doctor responsibility and my part (heart) is well. - Throughout all these days, I have signed bunch of papers. Because of all these negligence, lack of coordination across deptts, ego clash, cashing out money approach, finally my dad departed leaving me in this cruel world to fight/suffer. I settled an amount of Rs 6, 21, 000/- to take my father along with me. All these trauma put me in severe mental depression and put me in medication/bed rest since then. Finally I regained my strength to fight back against this injustice so that others in this world should not suffer. Apollo Hospital Customer Care's response
                        Dear Mr. Padma Lochan Panda,

                        Greetings for the day.

We received your correspondence and the same was acknowledged on January 28, 2014. We, request you to check your mailbox. In case of further queries on the concern you can write to us at [protected]@gmail.com.

                        Regards,
                        Apollo Hospitals
Correspondence received from Apollo Bhubaneswar in this regard is not at all satisfactory. Malicious & contradictory information provided. Recently as per my notice, 2 more patients died post angioplasty because of infection . Must be many cases are happening in Apollo bhubaneswar which went unnoticed.
Hospital management is completely clueless & irresponsible on these deaths.
I am requesting for an appointment - In person with Apollo Management - Hyderabad so that such negligence can be brought out.
Hi, Mr. Panda. Thanks for raising the issue. I strongly admit with this issue . I lost my father in law on[protected] in Apollo, Bhubaneswar. It was also completely negligence, the doctor of cardiology dept. Was absolute rude and arrogant. He is thinking himself as he knows everything and above world. We spent around 8.5 lakh rupees within a span of 10 days and at last my father in law expired. As per that cardiac doctor, it is due to infection. After reading your case I think the Apollo, BBSR is only revenue oriented and don't care for patient life.
Why apollo is giving the reply to personal mail id?
Send it across so that others will get to know the truth behind the brutal murder of the innocent people.
Negligence became a game for these people.

Medvarsity Apollo Hospital is running a course called PGDHOM with 100% placement with their own hospital and for this they are charging 165000. I took admission in February 2012 started attending classes with NIIT Emperia, their educational partner and completed in March 2013. In April 2013, they called us for a contact program in Hyderabad for one week. They provided us a diploma certificate, but no placement. Now, from April 2013 to till date I am mailing and asking these people for placement, but they are not responding. They did not provide placement to any one in my batch. We spent our hard earned money with them. They lured us with the name of placement with Apollo Hospital.

As is the norm, series of tests are conducted before any surgery & the same has to be certified by a Doctor saying all is good to proceed with surgery. How Apollo in DELHI does it - random signature on a non letter head, no date, no stamp - even after signing off another test recommended saying there is slight doubt. What if we go ahead with the surgery, something gos wrong, can I challenge them? The answer is abvious - a random sentence & a random signature cannot be challenged in any court!

When you question their process, the DOCTOR says she was not aware of the process :-)

Thanks for the acknowledgement, this is Indraprastha Apollo at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Have been a regular visitor to this place but recently some new people have been hired who lack the service culture.

The worst case is when I wanted to speak to RMO, they said she has left for the day - no effort to call me back or investigate the issue.

A name to reckon with & definitely not the ones who are doing charity if you look at their bills! As you would know for any surgery a series of tests are conducted & basis the reports a Doctor has to sign of saying ok for surgery. How does Apollo does it? My experience at DELHI Indraprastha - a signature by some doctor on duty, on a random sheet of paper, no date, no stamp, no letter head - playing it safe? Clearance given but still recommended for another test! Go ahead common man, play with your life - we are sitting here to make money, tomorrow if your surgery goes wrong you can definitely not take them to court basis a random signature! And when you tell them this is not the right process the attitude is like "walk in we will sign it for you whats the big deal", when you counter the doctor, response is "sorry I did not the right process" :-) this is what the medical fraternity has come to?

We bought some pediatric medicines in Apollo day care pharmacy attached to the hospital itself located in RA puram, chennai. MAny of the syrups they sold have expiry dates with a month. its unfortunate we noticed the dates only after returning home. These syrups are to be nutritional purpose and to be consumed 2.5ml perday and one bottle will take a span of 2-3 mnths. when we called and enquired about expiry date surprisingly they did not even take care about it and asking to consume those medicines and they do mention if anything happens to child then Appollo day care hospital is there to take care. such an idiotic reply i never expected and they want to play with lives of kids. hence beware of expiry dates for whatever they sell in appollo pharmacy as they are only just to sell medicines and the effects of expiry date medicines only we have to suffer.

My elder brother was on the verge of dying when we handed over him to Dr. Sushil Kumar Jain. And this awesome doctor saved my brothers life. My brother was in patna and was operated for kidney stones. The doctors there did a wrong operation and whole of his stomach was bisected in several parts. But with the magnificence of the Dr. Sushil Jain he was saved and now lives a happy life.
