Apollo pharmacy management informs them that
I have been buying from Apollo pharmacy for the past 5 years. Never caused any trouble to the customer. But today I shopped at 8:05 PM at the newly established Apollo pharmacy near Reliance Trends in Miryalaguda. When they said that the item should be paid in cash only, the staff argued and finally made the payment by phone.
Since then the staff misbehaved with us and troubled us about the carrybag. At near Reliance Trends, you can see the way your Apollo pharmacy staff approached our motor cycle and behaved on your security camera and take appropriate action. I request your management not to cause such trouble again.

I paid for an order online, but i was outside of my home during delivery.

Delivery guy asked for money showing the receipt and got money from my parents and ran away after delivering the medicnes.

I tried to call a few times but he did not pickup the call.
reported to apollo and its been 6 days and no response from apollo

looks like they dont even care if the medicines are delivered or not.br...

I purchased one sheet tablet for prolomet T 25 the from appolo pharmacy, pharmacy selling tablet is MRP rate is Rs 142 but pharmacy selling same price no discount will provide. But actually some other medical pharmacy will be same tablets selling 120 Rs after discount selling and sale lesser MRP but appolo pharmacy collected MRP Rate so why the selling MRP rate why not selling less then MRP we are attached 2medical rate slips

I am regular customer of your pharmacy.
1. Today I asked for 5 tablets of mucinac-600mg as per the doctor's prescription. But your lady representative denied to issue the same and offer to take whole sheet.
2. Some times they didn't tell the offers.
3. Many time they didn't deduct the money which is saved in my account because of OTP generation issue. And network issue. My question is that, for e payment network works fine. But deducting the amount in my account doesn't work why.

Hi, it’s a shame that a big corporate is delaying their process for 685 ₹ inr. I done double payment for a single bill and requested for a refund it’s been delayed to the core and people there give fake promises. They simple underrated the customer. Rude talk and hate.

Good Advice: Shut down the shop as soon as possible.

Ordered a facial toner MRP 950 Prepaid delivery.
On delivery, the wrong product was delivered - a cream In the same brand MRP 805.
On the same day I notified for a return request. It’s been more than 2weeks. No exchange or refund has happened to rectify the situation caused by Apollo Pharmacy. I have emailed proof. They have given Just emails saying we will refund once exchange is completed. No one has even come to
Pick up. Cheating customers until they are fed up. Apollo Terrible company.

Wrong Items were delivered and Apollo pharmacy is not working on replacement of product.
Ordered Apollo Pharmacy Diabetic Vanilla Flavor Protein Powder, 400 gm.
Delivered - Chocolate flavor.

Complaint is raised last Saturday - 04/03/2023 still getting automated messages saying your issue will be addressed within 2 working days.

Pathetic customer service from Apollo Pharmacy. They asked to send the photos of product delivered and alternate phone numbers and they sent. They Acknowledged and not doing anything.

They are saying investigation is being done. What is the investigation they are doing here ...? Why do they need again these many days of time for this small replacement... So sluggish.. can't they resolve small issues within a day.. they deliver within a day.. and make mistakes and rectify them for weeks / months ... Do they think customers will come back on their app to buy again..

Yesterday I went to their pharmacy to buy medicine I was in hurry. And they charged extra medicine worth 16 rs. Somebody elses medicine.The amount is small but this is very ignorant attitude by the staff.

I have ordered a medicine which was prescribed by the doctor. Inspite o[censored]ploading the prescription the order got rejected citing the prescription was an edited one. I need to know how can anyone would edit a prescription to use to their baby. I need to know the person who has rejected the order.
