Hello,

I would like to bring to your notice that when we use Apollo's mobile app, there is a very tiny (not noticable for normal user) tick mark for subscribing to Apollo Pharmacy updates.

Firstly, it's made in such a way that any new user will pass it unnoticed & will become part of their SMS database.

And, when we start receiving the SMS, iit's just unprofesional same repetitive "Full Body Check-up" SMS' again & again.

What I did was opened their website & checked whether I cn opt-out? And, I opted out. But, they kept sending me the same SMS later too.

So, I complianed them regarding the same. They said I won't be receiving those messages again.

But, with minor changes it hasn't stopped yet. Every alternate day I get the same "Full Body Check-up" SMS messges.

Instead of Apollo giving me relief, they are harrasing me mentally by saying "Full Body Check-up" for a 38 year old like me.

Just because companies like Swiggy & Zomato have become large doesn't mean that every app in India follow the same trend.

Even, Reliance recently after acquiring NetMeds is doing SMS marketing. But, they send just a single SMS on wednesday, on the day of offer.

My mother was really in need of a Full Body Check-up, I used their service. Again still such messages havn.t stopped!!!

There should be an option to opt-out. As here blocking doesn't work as they use different names in SMS services websites.

Please resolve my query & see to it that their is a proper opt-out mechanism working effectively & their should be limit on the number of promotional messages per week.

Hi,

I have already uploaded the prescription which is yesterday date (12/4) and already paid for the amount I have ordered. However, I have got call and they told that there is no date has been mentioned and the order has been cancelled immediately. I have paid through my credit card and they will return the amount after 5 days.

I need refund immediately or if after 5 days, I need the interest for that.

THIS I NEED TO RESOLVE ASAP.

I bought few things from Apollo pharmacy on[protected]. The bill was generated of 757 rupees. I paid the amount using Phonepe but it was not displaying in Apollo pharmacy's database at that time and the money was debited from my bank account. The Apollo pharmacy person told me to do the transaction once again. So, I did the transaction once again and the same amount of 757 rupees was debited from the bank account once again. On second attempt, the transaction was also confirmed by Apollo pharmacy person. Then the person of Apollo pharmacy told me that the extra transaction amount will be refunded to you within 5 days but now it has been more than 20 days and the amount has not been refunded to me yet.
Kindly look into the matter.

Hi,

I had ordered Accu-Check Active Blood Glucose Monitoring System from Apollo Pharmacy on 3-Apr-2023 but 10 Free Strips missing in the order. They said they will provide 100 HC for that instead of giving me 10 free test strips.

Please help me on this issue.

They offer and then they cancel once they recd fees

I ordered kids medicines in the intervening night of 5-6/4/23 and made payment of Rs. 1254.50 upon an assurance from APOLLO PHARMACY to deliver kids medicine by 10.30 AM on 6.4.23. But at 11.00 am getting message that it can be delivered only by 9.4.23. Very shameful. They claim delivery within 2 hrs. My shipment no is[protected]....

I have purchased a glucon D Apollo pharmacy Sunrise point, Newtown, Kolkata. While opening the packet I found the material is stale and small insect inside it. I asked for exchange however, apollo pharmacy denied exchange and refund. Also, the sales person Raju misbehaved. Please look into the matter.

Apollo pharmacy Sunrise point has sold me a Glucon D which is in a bad condition, it is an old product of April 2022. Small insects are there in the product. Also they are not ready to replace. Salesman Raju from the store doesnt agree with this and misbehaved....

48 hours delay always expects from great appollo.
Only hospital earns money.
