I have been trying for the last one year to purchase blood glucose monitor test strips but could not. When i visit apollo pharmacy their reply is company stopped supplying it. My question is what todo with the old working bgm mac;hine.. Does apollo is taking back them provide a new machine.. We need to file a case against apollo for not providing and replacing glucose meeters and test strips.

Please understand my concern from customer point of view but not product selling and profit making point of view.

With reference to product-"lip care strawberry" purchased from apollo pharmacy's outlet located at shop no. 545/1-b, (60' road), vishwas nagar, shahdara, delhi-110032 on 09/09/2017, purchased product was opened for use immediately, however, it was found broken. Therefore, instantly request was made to replace the same, however, concerned sales person refused to exchange on ground that seal was broken and also entertained us ill mannerly.

Please note that product can't be refused to replace merely because seal was broken as quality of sealed product can't be checked.

Considering the faith customer have in apollo pharmacy, such kind of service and treatment was not expected.

Accordingly, would request you to please either exchange our product or return our amount.

Copy of compliant letter submitted at concerned center duly signed by the concerned sales person is attached herewith for your reference. Please expedite the request.

This is regarding the abusing behavior of executive/seller of apollo pharmacy - syedali chabutura branch. I am a regular customer to apollo pharmacy & today also i went to purchase medicines. But at the time of billing, executive has given incomplete bill initially & denied stating printer not working. Later on i demanded for bill, for that he used very abused language which he is not a supposed to do with a customer. This kind of behaviour really effects entire apollo organisation. Finally i got the bill after so much of discussion. You can clearly check in cc tv footage if available. Request you take necessary action against him.

I had prescription of dated feb 2016. My doctor prescribed 2 years course of medicine. It was also mentioned in prescription. So it was valid till feb 2018. But pharmacy person's not given medicine to me. I was talked yesterday night with your customer care person's named as maheswari & swetha. But they were not helped to me. This is to inform you yesterday i have visited appolo medical store which is located in adajan surat for buy mosquito refil but same time sufficient cash is not available with me but i have my credit card so i recceomanded to pay my payment through my credit card so what they replied they said we can accept payment via credit card only if you are purchase more than 200rs otherwise we can not accept card,
So here i would like to ask...

I have purchased apollo hot water bag of rs.700 from apollo pharmacy in tirupathi kotakommal street branch before 7 months. But that hot water bag is not good, water is getting leaking and not getting heat what should i do with that hot water bag. Please take it return and give us new one. Please do the needful. Apollo is giving this fake products with high cost.

Complain on unauthorized debit card swiped at apollo pharmecy

On 11/8/2017, my father (Mr. Manik roy) purchased few medicines and given his debit card for payment. Shop keeper swiped the card and said the payment is not done (Due to some server issue). The card swiped for bill amount 1078.10. I was not having cash so i had to reduce some of the medicines and got few on the same day (11/8) for 500 + amount.
The money for the debit card swiped at the pharmacy has been deducted from bank. Transaction time – 11/8/2017 – 11:38 am. The transaction details are showed up in the attached pass book.

The shop keeper in the birnagar pharmacy is not ready to help or give my money (1078.10) back. We have visited multiple times to the pharmacy but no help.
I spoke with rameshwari from apollo pharmacy centralized customer center, she mentioned that shop is new and they don’t have correct info and asked me to write email.

As this is an unauthorized transaction and statement shows apollo pharmacy, i would request immediate action on this refund.

Chandra Layout Your store representative Subramanya accused falsely and disrespected my mother who went to return the product stating the product is used which was bought last night. He and his co worker both been highly unprofessional they refused for the return nor exchange for different products. Bill#14671CS0179308.WHEN "INTIWASH" WAS WRITTEN THEY HAD GIVEN CLEAN DRY. I had just visited your pharmacy in sector 18 rohini market to buy medicines

I just got discharged today after spending 15 days in the hospital and wanted the medicine urgently. None of the medicines were avialable at your store and this is a frequent feature at this store.

When i shared my frustration with your staff on the non availablity of the medicine was taunted by your staff and also jitender specifically told me that he will beat me up and send me back to the hospital... I had to call the police and later after intervention from the people around had dropped the charges

I am bringing this to your attention as this will not help your brand if your are going to keep goondas at your store

I will also take this to social media if no action is taken against this person and his colleagues

Myself Dr Souvik dutta am a regular customer of apollo pharmacy at 204/1B, Linton street, kolkata -14. I visited the shop today but find the stuffs arguing themselves regarding their duty roster and not attending the customers including me. When I reacted for their relactant attitude, they misbehaved with me even after introducing myself as a doctor. They refused to provide me complaint/ feedback form.

This is for kind information that. I had purchase some medicine on 22/jul/2017 about 230 rupees from your apollo pharmacy located in paonta sahib sirmour himachal pradesh respective amount given by paytm, having transaction id [protected].
But your representative said apollo pharmacy not received any amount from your paytm id. Although your manager had rudely replied on my complaint.

I had many time complaint and conversation with them but not given a response.

I am surprised that they have no provision to changed or returned the medicine. They told me to come with application and we will send it to head office and after 10 days you will get medicine, by the time patient will die. I am sending a application to ima and advisory council recently formed by cm.

I visited the Apollo Pharmacy yesterday (August 9, 2017) around 8 pm in Eros Square, Sector 49, Gurgaon. This was after my visit to the eye doctor upstairs, who had asked me to use Systane wipes once a week for 4 weeks, that is, I need 4 wipes in total worth 80 INR.
And the pharmacist at the store denied me the same. He insisted that I buy the whole box of over 500 INR, because what if he can't sell the rest.
But considering individual wipes had price written on them, these are supposed to be sold loose and individually.
I did not go to him because I wanted them, I asked for them because I needed them! And one cannot deny selling medicine to the patient who has the legit prescription.
Eventually I didn't buy them because I couldn't afford. The doctor's consultation itself is INR 800, which is abusively expensive. But because it's one's health, you want to walk that extra mile.
But denying medicine was absolutely unfair and not abiding the law.

My self harikrishna working as a police officer at vasco da gama goa, sir on dated 08-08-17 i purchased zybron syrup and crocin cold tab at apollo pharmacy vasco, total amount is 90 rupees, but seller refuse for discount on my apollo card and even he doesn't give me bill, this is 2nd time he is doing this type and always he fights with customer, earlier also i submitted complaint against him but no action will be taken, please issue me above...

It very unfortunate to bring your notice that one of your pharmacy at yeleswaram branch is not maintained proper coins for exchange and forcing to take other items which is not unnecessary for customers, it is very much inconvenience to customers, which is may damage your good businesses. My mother goes to an apollo pharmacy near malakpet with a proscription to buy her blood pressure tablets, the worker gave her the wrong tablet, she didn't take the tablet thankfully. My brother who is a doctor himself went to the same pharmacy and got the right tablets later on. Next day my mom goes to the same pharmacy to get a few more tablets by showing the proscription and the worker again gives her some other tablet with a different name telling that it is the same tablet and the names are not even near to similar. They couldn't respond when we asked them why they gave us the wrong tablet, that too more than once. We usually trust the brand apollo and tend to buy our meds from there most of the time but seems like a few workers there are not qualified enough to give the right meds. I request this prestigious pharam company to please take action against these workers because consumption of those wrong tablets would have been fatal.

I went to a near by apollo store in my town, & i asked for a sunscreen ;no one in the store are replying &i waited for 15 mins & no one get respond, then i just asked is it available or not & the person in the pharmacy said get away & take it in another pharmacy;then i asked ;is it available in ur store or not then he replied just go away & get it somewhere, it's too bad the pharmacy people are so unprofessional.
