I am regular customer of apollo pharmacy at kondhawa pune and however had purchased first aid kit and compressure nebulizer today but these items are made in china.
Actually was expecting indian items where have received china items want to know why we are not getting indian items in medical shops? I would have been more happy if received indian items....

We are your regular customers. We purchase medicines from your south bopal branch gala gymkhana rd ahmedabad.
The invoices are not visible due to printer problem. I had talked to concern persons but company is not providing printer, reply received.
Though no other complaint except printer not working. We have no produce bill to insurance co and they return the bills reasoning the same.
Please arrange...

I had purchased apollo pharmacy blood glucose monitoring system. The problem was due to non availability of blood glucose strips. Whenever i tend to approach apollo pharmacy the sales person tend to reply me the the product was not available, the product was in demand, the manufacture had stopped the product.., etc.. I am very much depressed with the kindly of reply. A company came up with an product in market and then saying the spare was not available is so bad.

My mom is diabetic patient, she has to take a 8-10 medicines per day, actually here in sangareddy town at old bus stand branch of apollo pharmacy they are not giving a correct discount for the customers as we know you provide a 10% discount on medicine not flat they are correpeting and the customers who doest know about these 10% discount they are not giving discount to them if i told them to give discount they are fighting and saying abusing words that take medicine on another store for every month i have to visit twice there for example i have toke medicines of rs 500 they have to give 50rs but they are giving 25 -35rs sir please take an action on them. Have been purchasing medicines from apollo for the last many years. This morning i was forced into taking whole strips of medicine for which i needed only 05 in number. Incase a medicine is prescribed for a certain number of days and a dosage, none can be forced to take more than the required amount.

This is unacceptable and the sales man was rude and uncouth. I request you to please look into this and take serious action against him immediately.

Today at around 8.20 pm i made a call to. Apollo pharmacy green park, sonarpur station road kolkata 700103 for home delivery of medicine. The person who took the call inmediately refused the home delivery stating the amount was less than rs 300. I called the pharmacy again telling them i was sick and needed the medicine yet they refused again. Though the amount was less than rs 300 but it was more than rs 230. I checked the apollo pharmacy website and it stated that minimum amount for home delivery was rs 200. Since the medicine were required i had to go and purchase the medicine from the store despite being sick and alone at home. Since the opening of this pharmacy i have spoken over rs 30, 000 (Thirty thousand only) on medicines and this is the support i get. Shame on apollo pharmacy who are blatantly cheating the common customers. I want the errant persons made accountable and punished. The store is less than 100 meters from my residence. The bill amount was rs 238/- and apollo pharmacy no called was [protected]

R as ian having stock of insulin. Yester day i want to use the same but to my surprise it contains black particles balls at be fungus in it. I want to complaint the same to drug controller office as well health minister to tackle correct action in this matter as u r supplying inferior quality drugs which will be dagerious to patients consuming them. Before thet iam lodging compliant to u to take in future and to compensate me the mental tension and monitory loss. Hope u will take immmeadiate actin in this complaint. I have purchased a humalog mix 25 cartridge on with lot no c677101, mfg date 07/2016, expiry date 06/2019 on 20.9.17. The material was spurious and spoiled but they denied to change it after repeated request. I purchased it from apollo pharmacy near kalyani main station. They also harassed me a lot and rather insisted me to use it while it could not be used at all after 2 times use with great effort. The insulin had a curdy precipitation in side the vial. Now i need a stern action against it.

Mrp of product isrs36.10 and they sale it on same amount. When i ask for the bill they gave me bill of rs32.90. When i asked about the difference they told software is not updated. For your reference images are attached. I need urgently so i dont have other option. Kindly take the appropiate action against culpits

I am getting medicine every month for my mother from apollo pharma in miryalguda, nalgonda dist.
3 months back, they gave different medicine. I gave complaint to apollo but they didn't take any
Action. Yesterday they did the same thing. They deliver different medicine. Luckily we r able to
Find that those r different medicines.
Please don’t order are take medicines from there. God knows what they are giving...

Please be informed that i have just bleed one baby before 25 days ago. My wife has purchased all the medicines from your shop, i. E near colonymore, barasat. Last week when she has visited your shop and ask some medicine, then shopkeeper can't give all the medicine to her. Because that medicine was not with his stock. Then my wife give order and asked him to deliver those medicine to my home. My home is near 1.5 km from your shop.

But your shop keeper wants not to deliver the medicine in my house and this is not happen first time, they are doing same things before also.

We are not accepting this type of behavior from like your company.

So i am requesting you please take action from your end, so that they will not do same in future.

I went to today one of recently opened store in veterinary colony, ring road. At 10.40pm there are 4persons 3 not in uniform are not aware of medicine i was asking about they even over charged me wen i asking about pricing i was shocked to see these people are consuming liquor in store. There are families coming in, its a peak of irresponsibility and damaging name of apollo chain.

Sir your branch in east main road thirumangalam anna nagar west extension. I am a resident in nearby rohini flats 234/3.

Always they are not having exact change they are asking for change for 50 rs. 10 rs. If we are not having exact change they are telling no.

Because of brand name your monopoly is working by taking over small shops. If the same is owned by some x or y they will not loose business for change.

Please see that i had telephonically ordered syrup septilin and syrup azithral 200 mg from apollo pharmacy shop in sector 25, noida, uttar pradesh. But instead of syrup septilin, i received tablet septilin. The delivery boy didn't take it back at that time and told us to call at the pharmacy for return afterwards. I had made six calls for return and for delivery of syrup instead of tablets but in vain. The personnel in the shop kept on assuring me for quick return which was never done by them. I am very disappointed by unprofessional behaviour of your staff.

There is a medical store named APOLLO PHARMACY( DL 1426/AP/TPT/2008), PADMAVATHI PURAM, TIRUCHANOOR ROAD, TIRUPATI. In that particular store, the medicines are sold without showing expiry dates when we asked them, they are showing another sheet and giving medicines from other sheet which doesn't shows the expiry dates. When I asked them, they warned to me you can go and give the compliant any where and who are inspecting the our medical stores they are corrupted persons and we will take care of them. This is the response received from this shop.. As a responsible citizen, I kindly request you to inspect the medicines in that particular store.

Today 12 september 2017 went to apollo pharmacy at kolkata joramondir, where baught some medicine. But the time of left from that medicine i forgot to take those product. After reaching i saw only bill was with me. So tried to call them by using their number which they provided in their bill. But those number was not activeted. I thought may be another some number will be there which can solve my problem by talking with them. So i search in google and got another number. There is the same story... After some time i go back to that pharmacy and asked them. Three pharmasist are there who just ignour my words.
Now its solved. But is this a way they give service to us?

Had purchased blood glucose monitoring system device 1 year back on apollo pharmacy. It's a apollo pharmacy product mentioned in image below. The customer care or medicine shop isn't responding to take it back. Since i've 2years warranty i'm going to consumer court regarding it. Ders no refund nor exchange. The product is discontinued it seems....

As i was suffering from fever 102f i called up apollo customer care to send me medicine. The day before i. E on 10th sept '17 i had purchased medicine for dry cough. Today when i asked them to send medicine they are saying bill should be atleast amount to rs.200 or else we can't deliver it. It's something very mis leading. When you claim to do a free home delivery you should irrespective of the amount....
