Apollo pharmacy boasts of on time deliveries and even advertises about it openly but blatantly mock the client while taking orders on the app. So when you add medicines to your cart, you are shown a delivery date but it changes once the payment is done.
Often even after this change the medicines are not delivered on the date promised.
I am a dissatisfied customer, I order hypertension medication for my father in law, regularly via their app and there has not been a single time when I was not deceived by them.
For serious illnesses and for situations when a senior citizen is not able to go buy the medication themselves, these false promises made by apollo could be lethal.
I urge you to please take a look into the matter and take necessary action to resolve this issue.
