Irritating sms

I am receiving too many marketing SMS from Apollo Pharmacy.

Refuse to give receipt of medicine purchased.

Today morning I contacted to Apollo Pharmacy at nonachandanpukur barrckpore over mobile enquiring some medicines of my daughter .After being confirmed I went personally to above pharmacy between 9.30 to 10.00 am. There is only one employee who give me medicines as confirmed over telephone. But at the time of giving the receipt he refused to give receipt of the medicine named Glyxer M2 giving excuse that our system is not showing the medicine...

Faulty Digital Thermometer

I purchased Apollo thermometer on 23rd January. In just 5 days the thermometer started showing wrong readings. I was suffering from COVID and when i had no fever the thermometer was showing me fever of 102-103 and it was increasing every 1 hour. Promotional Messages

I recently purchased medicines from Apollo Pharmacy and from then onwards I have been contantly receiving promotional messages.

I receive even 2-3 messages on a daily basis.

Please stop the messages as soon as possible and I also do not want any further promotional messages from Apollo Pharmacy....

Home sample collection

I have various problem. If you book a service and they give a slot for 8am - 11pm, you get a call at 6:30 in the morning to confirm the location. Why then the slots are given, giving a call half an before make sense.. this is extremely disturbing.

When again i booked a slot for 6:30 am -8am, how can you expect a call at 5:15am this early morning, and it's just for location confirmation. When asked why do you have to call this...

Return of unused medicine

Dear Sir/Madam,

This mail is in reference to return of one strip of 10 tab of Zocef 250 which I had bought from Apollo Pharmacy store situated at Sun pharma Road Vadodara.

My child could not take the tablet because it was too bitter for him hence doctor changed it to Zocef Syrup.
