I ordered iphone 13 mini ...and the iphone I received was iphone 12 pro max and that too was duplicate too ...so I ask for refund of money and said I don't want the product...bcoz according to policy we can return and refund will be done in 3 days ...I have given screenshot also the person says that it will transfer within 3 days ...but it's been 6 days but the money didnt came ...it was 29000 rs and I pay that on Google pay to the account of DTDC delivery courier office head no...Abhishek Thakur...and the person who has done fraud is Hasmukh Aggarwal his mobile no is [protected]. He is in kolkata but oder is delivered from ahemdabad...and now this person is not even picking my call...please do something...sir ...order was delivered on 30th nove and I ask to return on 30 th nov the same day...and sir 500 was given for order booking and delivery charges

    Today dated 24 November i went to Apple Store Jabalpur i.e inext near Naudra Bridge.
    I asked store manager if iphone 13 pro 256gb seira blue colour is available, he said yes and asked the payment option and then i said i will pay via debit card..
    I asked him to start billing and hand me the phone and then he said that you have to buy accessories worth rupees 3000rs.
    I said ok give me 20watt charger and a tempered glass for which he replied with charger is not related to accessories and you have to buy a cover and a tempered glass..
    I said i am ok with tempered and I don’t use back cover with the phone so its of no use to me.In reply he denied me to give me the phone..Is this the service apple India providing to genuine customers..
    Please contact immediate and take some actions against the store owners..

      I have purchased a new Gadget (i phone 12 mini) through online site (flipkart), earlier it seems to be normal but i am being compromised with my privacy i.e. that phone consist of a face lock and i have locked it using my face id and retina but my brother was able to unlock it by his face.
      I want to raise a complaint and regrading my privacy being compromised.

        I bought an iphone 11, 128 GB on 20th October, 2021 through Amazon India. The phone started having battery charging and drainage problems from 15th September, 2021. It would take around 3 hours to charge and would get drained in 10 to 15 minutes. On the advice of Amazon, I called up the retailer on 1st October, 2021 and also sent them an email and they asked me to contact Apple support. I called up Apple support and explained the whole issue to a lady there and then again to one Mr. Rony Fernandes and they asked me to go to their hardware store near my place in New Delhi. I went there and they ran a test on my phone battery and said that it was alright. They did not mention anything about the charger. I too didn’t because I was not aware that the charger could be faulty.
        Then I went out of Delhi for work and saw that the phone was not charging. The battery charging would go on and off. I had to use a borrowed charger. I came back to Delhi later and called up Apple support at least 5 times. I would keep on holding and the music played for more than 15 mins. Ultimately when I was able to talk to them, one Ms. Maria Janet guided me to the same hardware store. I said I just wanted the charger replaced. She told me to get in touch with their senior on Apple support once I was in the store and connect him/her to the customer service person at the store and that the issue would be resolved immediately, which I did last week. The Apple senior spoke to him but could not resolve the issue. They refused to replace the charger on the pretext that the warranty was over now. I have been complaining since 1st October and since the warranty has ended on the 20th October, they are not replacing.
        This is so unjust on the part of Apple. First, they provide a substandard accessory and then they refuse to replace, even though the issue had been reported 20 days before the warranty ended. Apple, being an internationally reputed brand is acting petty with a customer who has been using their phones since long. Is this expected from a brand like Apple? They have priced their products so steeply because of their brand name, though technically comparative phones cost 1/4th of Apple’s prices. I fail to understand how Apple’s accessories can fail within a year.
        In my earlier iphone too, the charger conked off in just one year.
        Though I wrote this complaint last week too, there’s no response from Apple India.

          I purchased ipad air 256 gb, its on off button was loose, after 2 replacements they didnt deliver good product, i ordered third replacement, but since 2 months neither apple giving refund not product, where will i go, my online classes are going on, my money 75000got stuck, i cant buy other talblet for my online classes, , , never expected this FRAUD FROM APPLE, , , i regret in choosing apple, , i must gone for other brand of tablets.
          THESE FOREIGN BRANDS ARE THUGGING OUR COUNTRY

              Recently a week before I have bought a iphone 11. 4 64 varient and now I am facing a camera issue such a disgusting feedback I have got from where I have bought this iphone 11 . I had this phone for just a week and now I m facing this problem . My back camera is not working 😔 now what should I have to do now even my front camera is also not working . I visited the croma store from where I have bought they said to me update it to latest version and then I updated it to 15 . iOS version, the size of that was 5.67 gb but still my camera is not working I am really unhappy with this type of issues please fixed it as soon as possible or else I will raise a complaint against you.

                I heard about “ wil never compromise quality of product and service”..
                That motto push me to buy this premium case in premium price

                  I purchased an apple iphone 11 which went dead in 4 months. When i submitted for repair under warranty in Andheri west, they sent my device to Bangalore service center. After which i was told the device cannot be repaired under warranty as there was some internal damage due to third party modification. I never gave my device to a third party moreover it was under warranty so there was no need to do so.
                  This is was a faulty device and Apple should own their mistakes and either repair my phone or provide me with replacement. My Case ID[protected]

                    I am having a Apple Watch 5 series 40 mm . It’s just 1 yr 2 month old . Suddenly when I was using it the watch stopped working .And I went to the apple authorised service centre and they told its having some display issue . So I asked them to repair it but they said they cannot repair it, they can only replace the whole watch by giving an additional amount of 35k . If they cannot repair it then why are they selling these watches .
                    After few months I got my watch repaired from a nearby mobile shop
                    If these shops can repair then why the apple company cannot repair it

                      I bought a iPad Pro 2021 256gb for 78k rs and 1 AirPods 2nd gen for 14k. And after that I found issues with camera qualities in iPad then I requested for a replacement after many arguments then they agreed for it and after receiving a new iPad I found the new iPad Pro is bend from backside but they were not agreed for the replacement they said that it’s a physical damage but I received in the same condition then that was not my fault if I paid 80k then I should be received a good product.

                      And AirPods also had battery issues. The right Airpod had battery drain issue then I called to apple customer care but they said we can’t do anything after 7 days please go to service centre then I went to service centre they also found the same issue then they sent it to Bangalore for testing and the Bangalore team found the issue in left airpod instead of right and replaced the left airpod then I collected it from Pune service centre after that I found the same battery drain issue in right AirPod and I took some screenshots and went to service centre again and they also found the same issue. They sent it to again Bangalore team for replacement and also attached a screenshots of issues but they didn’t found the issues and Bangalore team sent it to again Pune service centre without replacement. When I purchased it since the time my airports are there (last 3 months) they are not agreed to replacement after finding the battery issue. From last 3 months everyday I’m calling to apple care and I also escalated this issue but not able to resolve my problem. They provided the worst service, they are not customers supportive. I really fed with this.

                      My case I’d is[protected]. For last 3 months I continuously calling them to resolving my issues and replacement but they are ignoring me and not responding me even though I paid 83k total with tax for iPad Pro and I still facing the same issue .

                        I am writing this email to complaint about the mental harrasment I had been put through by the Apple support and Apple care.

                        I purchased MacBook Air on October 30, 2020. On June 21, 2021, it's trackpad started to malfunction. I went to apple care, the staff asked me to submit the device so that it can be repaired, so I did the same. A few days later I received a call that my macbook is repaired and I can come and collect it, but I realised that the issue was not resolved and the staff asked me for more time then on July 3rd, 2021, the issue was resolved and the complaint was closed.

                        However the trackpad started malfunctioning again within two weeks or so, although I could not afford to submit my macbook at that as I had my exams therefore I went to the care again on October 18th, 2020. Three days later I received a call that it is repaired and I could go and collect it but to my disappointment again the issue was not resolved and when I asked the staff about it they asked me to go to some other apple care even though they knew that there's only one apple care in my city. Nonetheless, they asked me for more time and I submitted it again.

                        Today after 11 days when I went to the care they gave me the macbook again but the issue was still not resolved. On complaining about it the staff started ignoring me. They kept me waiting for an hour to extent that I couldn't take it anymore and I cried there itself in the store in front of everyone one. I was feeling so helpless so much mentally tortured.

                        I cannot believe a company like Apple will mentally harrass it's customers to such an extent and that too for a petty thing. That's the saddest part. I called the support as well. I requested to replace my macbook as it's a defective product because even after replacing the parts and getting it repaired my issue is not being resolved but replacing macbook is against Apple's policy they say but torturing it's customers is surely a part of the policy.
                        Apple is simply fraud, i m a student and lot my money and time, i dont know what to do, who will help me

                          I had privacy issue with apple products, i had bought iPhone 12 because of its security and it given option as face unlock which is better than other competitors in market, but i didn't trust that it has better face unlock feature, my mobile getting unlocked with every one face, due to it i had lost my privacy information and important documents which effects my financial growth, i need immediate action this to resolve my issue and need explanation or solution my privacy information and I NEVER RECOMMEND APPLE ANY MORE

                            I have macbook pro 2019 model just after 2 years of laptop on one fine day i was working on video editing and suddenly saw display flickering alot, and after few minutes flame came from laptop followed by white fumes

                            Next day i took it to service center and they told there is nothing burnt in laptop and its just display issue and you have to pay ₹48732/- plus ₹3000/- service cost..

                            Even contacted apple support but they were not in mood to help either
                            Pathetic experience dont buy apple products

                              Apple support in India seems horrible. After just 1year of purchase of my ipad it has swollen from both sides and this seems to be a manufacturing defect. Only solution apple is providing is replacement with pay of 27, 000 when I bought it for 30, 000.Utterly disgusting.This is the kind of support they are providing

                                In summary, I had bought an Apple iphone 12Pro in the US in Jan’21 and returned to India subsequently. In early April’21, the hardware crashed one day and I raised the issue to the Apple service centre located in Mumbai (India). With much effort and after receiving much trouble and poor service from your Service centee, the Bangalore technical team assessed the piece and declared the phone as faulty and then they replaced it with a nw phone.

                                Unfortunately, the replaced phone is also giving me multiple issues. The apps get hanged, the body is rusting (the phone was replaced in Apr’21) and there is a defect in the body. There is bend on one side of the phone. To evidence this, I must explain to you that I had bought the glass cover from the Apple store and for the second time, the sheet leaves the phone surface from the top left corner of the phone where there is a bend.

                                I have been raising this issue personally at the service centre multiple times, but all in vain. No one seems to be helping me!
                                Further, I had raised my issue to the service app. I am sorry to say, your team there runs a hospitality and etiquette service centre. They only greet and sweet talk but don’t resolve the problem. Your service where a call back from the Apple service centre is scheduled is also farce. I had 3 calls scheduled but no one called me? I really don’t understand how an organisation of this stature could be so lose on accountability of its products sold to clients and service.

                                I am honestly fed up with this iphone product and services. I have been using Apple products since early 2008 and have been your customer since then. But, I never knew that I would have such a horrendous experience with a company of your stature.

                                  I had submitted my laptop to Apple Service Center in Kolkata for repair. However, the service was very dubious. They charged me around Rs. 50, 000 for repair stating that they would change the screen, however when repaired service center said that the screen was fine, they have repaired the board and battery and the charge is the same. There were not even giving me a bill. However when I demanded they gave me a bill that did not look original. The service center is in City Centre 1 in Salt Lake City, Kolkata, West Bengal.

                                    This is very sad to say but the type of support I have received regarding my iPhone11 since last one week has been pathetic.

                                    It all started in around 1st week of October when I upgraded by IOS to 15.0.2 version. After taking to multiple people where they asked me to perform various activity to solve the problem inspite of it my issue was not resolved, latter I was asked to walked into apple store stating that I am facing problem in accessing my mail app issues, i.e., Mail getting hung, battery getting drained and heat issues. I was told that I need to make an appointment with the service centre and only then my issues will be checked. I understand that yes, I should have made the appointment but the amount of issues I mentioned should have atleast triggered some insight to have a look at my issues or even a courtesy to offer an appointment for another day/date. Make note that the technicians were free when I walked in and they did reinstall my iOS and restored by data unfortunately even then my issue was not resolved.

                                    I went home and called Technical support. As advised by technical support, I re-installed the OS and did not do the time-machine restore as advised.

                                    I kept monitoring the system for 48 hours but the issues did not get resolved.

                                    I called again and against the Case No.[protected], I seeked help with technical support and was told to re-install the OS again. This time, I asked the technical support personnel to be with me online and guide me step by step what to do because I was told that apparently I was doing something wrong. As expected, we still faced multiple issues like extreme heat and Mail getting hung. So far the issue has been escalated to senior team and three of senior escalation team members started giving different version of stories and so far none of them are able to resolve the issue.

                                    I STRONG URGE PEOPLE NOT TO TRUST THESE DAM SUPPORT FOLKS SINCE THEY CANNOT GIVE AN RESPONSIVE ANSWER APART FROM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

                                      Today i went to apple store hardwar to buy iphone13. But store staff forced to buy another product because of bundle purchase(company policy... According to store staff).
                                      I agreed on this.
                                      But the store staff presented another condition to me that I would also have to insure the product which would be 10% of the invoice. And refused to sell me iphone 13.
                                      You want to sell me everything in the name of company policy.
                                      To what extent is this correct?
                                      If the company does not have these policies then what action will you take against the store?
