      Green screen

      I bought iphone X in early 2019 . After one year some software glitch came and i raise complaint on apple support about green screen but it got fixed automatically the next day i dont know how . Now again it has started erupting again, the screen gets green from upper left corner and the camera quality becomes blurish and all the photos quality which are already in gallery becomes pathetic .         I bought this phone in october 2020, since then the phone is damaged 3 times and the apple customer care does not even care . While I am using it, it suddenly gets switched off although it has 50-60% battery . And this has happened multiple times, and I am fed up of apple services . I can not give my phone to repair for 2 weeks in every 2 months . Moreover the authorised apple dealer of Kolhapur (B2X) does not even have courtesy to pick up calls. You call them anytime of any day they will not pick the call. Bad product, worst service. I was expecting apple to be the best but it has proved that it stands no where in the competition . It was my wrong decision to buy an apple product, I will not recommend it to anyone. Apple products are a mere waste of not only money but also a customers' time who has to continuosly ask for help from discourteous so called "Apple Services". I am also giving my product number so that everyone can check my phone's status

          I was interested in purchasing an apple iphone 12 of 128 gb purple one. I contacted the city center Apple store of siliguri west bengal on 11th of July 2021 (Sunday) which was my nearest outlet, I was told that they has the product I needed and need to book the product with an amount of Rs 2100/- so that I can come any day aftewards and collect it on full payment and they will sen me the link for payment of booking amount, as I waiting for the link for payment but I didn't receive any therefore I thought of visiting the store the immediate next day i.e Monday 12th July 2021, when I reached there I was told the product is already sold to some other customer. Now what I was told is that they had another Apple store at sevoke road siliguri west bengal and they had the same product with them which is almost 3km to 4 km from the previous store, I was told to visit that sevoke road store on order to book the product before it gets sold. I immediately rushed to that stored an book the product with an amount of Rs 2100/- as I was told by the store personel and I received the bill for that amount through whatsapp, now again when I visited the store on 17th July 2021 in order to purchase my booked product I was being misguided by telling that they received an call that the customer wants to collect the product from the other store present at city center siliguri and therefore they had shifted my booked iphone 12 to that store, unnecessarily they were harashing us on purchase of the product. Lastly after wait of 2hours I was being informed that they had sold the product which was booked by me to some other customer and they are unable to give me booked product and asked me to claim the booking amount through mail which I had paid.
          It is very painfull to say that such type of behaviours are being rendered by the Apple store present in siliguri west bengal.
          Kindly look into the matter so that this may not repeat with any other customes.
          It is a very shameful act.
          The reputation of apple is being at stake.

            On July 8 I took appointment for replacement of my right AirPod pro due to cracking sound my appointment was of 11:20 and they took me at 12:40. I literally had to wait 1 hr and 20 min after which yesterday I got the right AirPod pro replaced and at the store it was not working and they told me to charge it for some time I charged it for 2 hrs but then too it was not working at all I contacted Apple support they told me various steps to do I did the same but also no result and finally they told me to take it back to the service center which I took it today morning they took 1hr 30 min to finally get to know that the right replaced AirPod pro is not working and only the left one is working so they took it again for replacement and now they told that it will take 2-3 days
            And I asked that what gaurantee do you give that this problem will not occur again after second replacement they told me that they can’t give me a gurantee
            What if the second replaced AirPod also doesn’t work I will have to go again and again to the store ? it literally takes me 1/2 an hour to reach the store
            It’s like i can’t trust Apple any more

              It appeared that the apple Retail Team did Me a favour by selling the handset

              Loud, unfriendly, arrogant..
              seemed like a fish market and The team argued and made me Feel that I should expect this only in this market and shop

              I will not come back to this shop and maybe apple

                I have purchased iphone XR 128 gb. In the June 6th and from day 1 I had mic issue only on voice call. Issue type is in ongoing call after 2 min the other end people can feel that voice keeps decreasing slowly and goes totally off and again after 30 sec voice start increase... Due to lockdown I took the mobile to plant care located in Indiranagar and they took Device and they sent it to apple and after 7days I received a replacement device... Where again the issue was repeating... Again the Device has submitted ... So nearly 10 days gone I don't have any backup device also ... I was struggling a lot on behalf of your service as well the quality ... All my family members use to buy apple products because of their quality and reliability but here fishy... Please give a best solution now atleast

                  I am a user of iPhone 11 64 GB White which was bought from Vijay Sales (Dombival, Maharashtra). As it is mentioned on website the iPhone is water resistant up to 2 metres till 30 minutes also you have mentioned that Apple do not allow/recommend it for bathing or swimming purpose. So i was swimming in a pool of maximum height of 1.6 metres and i just used it for taking pictures(on above water surface and) by mistake it felt but i removed it and immediately cleaned it and there was'nt any issue.
                  next day i saw the Face ID was not working and i saw slowly slowly some water particles or moisture has started appearing in iPhone's front camera.
                  So i was out of town in hurry next day only i returned my home and tried to dry it with keeping in rice and silica gel but nothing happened so after 4-5 days of trying these methods finally went to Apple Authorized Service Center which is Unicorn India (Kalyan, Maharashtra) branch and in a rude manner or with attitude they told me to buy a new replacement of worth 40000 INR or trade in it for 18000 INR as there was an water damage and i don't have Apple Care or Apple Care Plus but it was under free warranty period, so i requested them to help me but they told we can't do anything so i contacted to Apple Customer Care and narrated them the whole thing so they told me we can't help with it as its our policy that we can't replace any iPhone under free warranty and i complained 3-4 times in Apple Support but everybody told me this and also one person from Apple Support who gave me guarantee that he would gave me a replacement next day if i visited the store and submitted the report to him. The next morning i went there and took the report which stated that the LCI (Liquid Contact Indicator) has been triggered. The person who spoke to me called me and told this thing and said we can't do anything and when i requested and argued that it was'nt my fault as i used under the limitations of the iPhone as i used it for hardly 15-20 minutes and maybe there was an issue in iPhone so he talked rudely and disconnected the call. I am a student of Class 10 and i own this iPhone but i had a trust on Apple that it had assured its limits and if anything happens they would help me in this situation and my parents did'nt visited there as they blamed me for what had happened and i was tensed for this iPhone and all the money was of my savings which was 48000/- INR including cashback and discount from the store (Vijay Sales). So i decided to use it like this only and lost trust from Apple and was also upset for injustice and now its more problematic/complicated to use it like this as i can't use the front camera, the ringer button is not working,
                  the iPhone's performance is down and the Lightning Port is not working properly. As i am student i have missed my 4-5 days of online classes behind this thing and now the also the phone is rebooting on its own and also get stuck on Apple logo while rebooting process so now finally i can't use it. the only thing is i want my iPhone replaced as i want justice as this is very wrong behaviour and policies of Apple. I respect Apple and as being educated i am not cussing or spreading wrong news about it but i want justice.

                    I bought my first iphone from apple store located in Bangalore, iPhone 12, 128 gb, blue colour at its first day launch date itself
                    After getting esim installed, it started heating issue
                    At charging time also it is getting heated also
                    Connectivity issue
                    That’s fine i was managing somehow but now the things comes that is not acceptable, now i can see that it’s blue colour coating is started going itself(see in edge)added pictures
                    Oh my God i can’t expect this before completion of 1 year
                    :(

                      My Sibling and I have a age gap of 4 years, we are not at all twins yet the Lock Screen opens by both of our faces hindering my privacy. I have tried contacting customer service, no satisfactory response from them, I always update the phone it’s highest version yet the issue is not resolved.

                        This is with regards to the apple phone XR. I got this phone in 2019 and after few days of purchase, I got problem with my ear phone. I have changed my ear phones 4 times in 2019 and finally was pissed off with the product so asked the service centre to replace the phone in December 2019. I submitted my phone in the HSR layout Bangalore and they kept the phone for almost 15 days. However, they were not able to identify any defects and replaced my ear phone. However the problem was not resolved. I changed my ear phone five times again in 2020 and twice in 2021.

                        I spoke to customer care in may 2021 and they told me that please visit the nearby service station and they will help to fix it. I went to service centre in vishakapatnam, however they denied to check my phone. I called up customer care and they told that there is a problem with the hardware and as my phone is out of warranty, they were asking me to pay for the service.

                        Again, neither the customer care nor the service centre were trying to fix the problem.

                        Appreciate if someone can let me know if anyone from apple will be able to fix the issue instead of giving false promise

                          " I have APPLE iPhone XS MAX and that is facing three issues

                          1- Heating, 2- Screen Freez 3- Camera Lagging Service Center

                          First Visit 16/06/2021 : THEY REPLACED DISPLAY but even after changing the device display my device is heating and freezing, So I resubmitted the device to the same service center and this time they told me that device is not showing any issue ( i shown this issue already to store manager Mr. Uppendra, Also recorded the issue in service center) but the service center is saying the device is fine.

                          1- if the device is fine then why they changed the display?
                          2- if they will be in the A.C Room then how they will check the device at room temperature? also, they are not checking the device properly. WARRANTY: My device in warranty, and they are wasting time because the warranty is going to expire soon.

                          VIDEO PROOF: I HAVE A VIDEO PROOF WHERE I RECORDED ISSUES IN THE SERVICE CENTER, HOME, OUTSIDE AS WELL.

                          IMAGE PROOF: UPLOADED, WHERE THEY MARKED DEVICE AS FIXED/DELIVERED BUT AFTER THAT ISSUE SHOWING ON SCREEN.

                          SOLUTION: my all work is based on iPhone and MacBook because I am an application developer. So Please replace this device as I can't visit the service center again and again.

                            I bought macbook air m1 chip from apple authorised store iconcept in jammu(INDIA) on 7th of June 2021. After using it for 8-9 days it got black screen and it was not responding. I took it took apple authorised service centre in jammu ( F1 solutions). They diagnosed it and told me that it's logic board needs to be replaced. Buying a product of approximately 1 lac rupees which is not a small amount and then after getting it opened only after 7 days is not a correct thing at all. I demanded replacement of product at that time from service centre but they refused. Then after replacing the logic board the service centre guys are saying that there is a error in ALS sensor and are saying that the display needs to be changed, I mean what is this non-sense going on. Buying a laptop and then after 7 days getting it's part replaced of amount approximately half of that of the laptop. I want my product to be replaced or I will file a court case and take a legal action against the company. My repair Id is G[protected]

                              Suddenly on a sunday my MacBook Pro 2019 model number A2159 started showing flickering on the display. I had to go to another state that is from Tripura to West Bengal, Kolkata just to repair my laptop. After being there for seven days waiting for my laptop to be repaired they handed me a bill of Rs.98, 000 which I had to decline because it was not worth the price. I am appealing to the Indian consumer protection act 1986 to look into this absurd pricing for repairment of consumer products

                                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                I have purchased my first Apple Product of my life MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2020) from my savings. This to bring to your notice that I’m facing issue with the camera of MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2020), Serial no-FVFD1ZYKMNHP. As per customer service diagnosis this model is defective and therefore producing blur image since date of purchase.

                                To elaborate, the image of web camera is blurred and gives a very bad experience while doing online video conferencing(Zoom, Google meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype).I’ve raised this issue multiple times through apple support chat where after investing so much time with Ms Razia, Ms Lauren etc (troubleshooting steps of checking Web cam working performed), there was no resolution.

                                Furthermore, Apple technical executive(Ms Sakshi) over call has accepted that this is the model issue in this Mac-2020 Intel Core Processor model and our Apple Engineers are working on towards fixing it with no specific time frame provided.(According to her it may take 6 months or more).In addition, she told that software Big Sur-11.4 update will fix it. However, I’ve updated that but there is no improvement in my camera resolution. Also, I’ve checked using official Apple applications-Face-Time and Photo Booth, quality is not up to the mark on both. I have sent few images during diagnosis to the support team, which you can track through Case ID.

                                Moreover, I visited Apple Authorised Service Provider – FutureWorld Dwarka, New Delhi. Shop no – 165/166, Vegas Mall, Sector 14, Dwarka 110075, New Delhi.
                                After final diagnostic, they told that on using third party applications such as Zoom, Google meet, image quality will be low and would be better while using Photo Booth. So on comparison we found out results are 90% same. Post that they called senior Apple official, and he self admitted that there is Quality defect in this model. . He compared my Mac Book Air with newly launched Mac book having M1 chip and Mac Book-2017 model. We found there was drastic difference in Image quality. The image was worse than VGA camera in low light. And in high light, its improved little but still bad than a normal camera.

                                I’m a student and this is majorly impacting my studies. Therefore its my sincere request to either replace my product or provide me an upgrade to different model. I am ready to pay the balance amount. But, I cannot sustain with this model in this tough time of Covid-Pandemic where everything is online, and my basic purpose of buying Mac is un-fulfilled, as I can’t use it for online meetings and classes.

                                Looking forward for hearing a favourable response from you at the earliest.

                                  There has been some serious issue with the Apple service partner Aptronix borivali. Initially they were not ready to support, they are rude in approach, They are the worst customer service I've ever experience in my 15 yrs of CS industry.
                                  I've submited my apple device to Aptronix borivali on 24th June, They had to send the same device to banglore. Ive even escalated thesame to my reseller and now they agreed to change the device. I requested Aptronx to cancel the repair and returned my device as is. They arenot ready to support in any ways.
                                  Such a pathetic expereince with Apple., New Device found dead in just 2 days and plus there is no suport from apple at all. Now if reselller is supporting, they dont want that either. Please stop harrasing and return my device as is it was submited on priority

                                      My eye's cornea have gone bad, I had a one hour call with apple team regarding the issue I faced because of a manufacturing defect in 13 inch macbook pro touch bar model.
                                      There are hundreds of people who have faced a similar problem.
                                      Also there are several lawsuits on apple because of the same manufacturing defect!
