In June I bought a Macbook Air M1 in August first well my MacBook’s display suddenly goes black while I was doing my class. I immediately contacted apple support and tried shortcuts as they asked but nothing happened. At last they told me to visit service center. When I went to Unicorn Apple’s Authorized service center in Hazratganj, Lucknow they kept my MacBook for diagnostics later some days I received a call from service center saying that this will not be covered in warranty It will go under physical damage. I said it is not physically damaged the problem occurred by itself only. From that day I posted a complaint and several mails here in consumer forum but didn’t get a single reply! Please look into this problem as I’m in class 12th and suffering from a lot of loss!

    I had complained several times in apple service centre and apple support but they are not helping me. My phone's battery health had decreased to 91% in less than 20 days. The service center had acknowledged that Iphone 11 has battery problems but still they are not resolving my complaint. They are misguiding me and asking for service charge as well even my Iphone is under warranty. My IPhone 11 is 6 months old i had made the first complaint on 13th August 2021 regarding the battery health but got no response. They run the diagnosis and said that there is no issue found they are not listening to my complaints and apple doesn't have any complaint email or contact department. I have visited the apple service center today and they said thay yes in Iphone 11 this issue is very common and instead of doing something about it they told me that they can not do anything. It means that apple is aware that there device are defective and they dont want to repair them. Apple had sold me a defective product they are fraud and looted my money. I want a resolution.

        I purchased a macbook 13 pro " in 18th may 2020 from tresor store. It worked fine until 14th july 2020 and as usual i just close the lid and went to sleep on 14th night and next day morning when i tried to start mba, it didn't start. I thought it may be due to low charge. I tried every possible option like resetting smc, hard resetting smc and all but no luck. When called to apple customer care they also tried same and advised to visit service center for physical diagnosis. I he booked an appointment with icare in elements mall in delhi Connoght place for 1st october. I deposited laptop and icare collected 3000 as service advance and told me they need more time to troubleshoot and collected my mba.

        After one day on 3rd, i received a mail from icare stating they tried all possible troubleshooting and concluded that it might be logic board issue and quoted 46, 549/- to replace logic board.

        We buy apple products because we trust in their reliability and durability of the products. Now in almost 1 year it failed and they are charging more than 70% of the price of new macbook to repair logic board again which comes with a warranty of just 90 days.

        Icare is not sure about the logic board is failed with short period of time.

        I need justice for my hard earned money, i want to proceed legally against apple india.

          I bought an iPhone XS from Flipkart in the month of August of the year 2020. Since then I am facing issue in my microphone and I tried to contact the Apple Care many times. They were unable to solve my problem since a year. Therefore I request you to solve my problem or exchange my Apple product with a new one which is not defective.

            My Macbook Pro 13 inch ( purchased on 24/09/2018 ) shut down recently without any warning. All the data is lost because I didn't expect such a response from a brand like apple.
            The customer care after a check-up of the system tells me to pay Rs.57000 for a new Logic board and a touch id board. Also they insisted that I should have taken apple care protection, because then it would have costed me lesser. If a person expects a complete shut down of a system like apple MacBook Pro, then why wouldn't he take apple care protection. Besides the cost of getting it repaired the mental trauma caused due to the loss of my data has been unbearable.
            All my account passwords were in that system and it took a lot of efforts to get them back.

                Dear sir
                With regret, I am informing you that your service center at Ahmadabad which is nearby the drive-in cinema and inside of Himalaya mall has no idea that how much the customer is busy in this. I have taken my token nearby 1 pm and this is 2:18 pm Till I am waiting. Apple just taking one hour to listen to my issue I don't think solving my issue apple will take not less than one week. Please instruct the people i[censored] saw the clients are much more than other day and the full day is rush at the center then treat the clients fast as much as you can.
                Very less traffic management skill

                  I had purchased my MacBook Pro in Jan of 2018. This laptop has been giving me issues ever since. The keyboard has been replaced 3 times and the display has been replaced two times but my issues were never resolved. I spoke to customer service but they told me they cannot do anything about it. People at the service centre denied to get me an optimal solution. My keys keep getting stuck after the replacement of the keyboard too. I am extremely dissatisfied with the product but apple refuses to give me a replacement. I have almost given up hope. I have many case IDs, one among them is[protected]. I hope to get a replacement or a refund from Apple for my faulty device! My device was once damaged by the service centre too, to which the apple executive told me " I cannot do anything about it".
                  My device Overheats has a faulty keyboard and has been having display delamination issues, apple says - not an issue. I have multiple case IDs which have become impossible to track but I am happy to share the Serial number of my laptop to apple in case they decide to act upon my issue.

                    Hi All

                    I do not want to write this mail intentionally but some thing happed seriously wrong with me. I would request you to all, please put your attention towards my concern.

                    Concern:
                    1) I bought new apple MacBook Pro 16 on 31st of August 21 which is last week from today. I personally visit one of apple store (Unicorn Info-solutions Pvt. Ltd.) situated in Delhi Subhash Nagar Pacific Mall, India.
                    First of all this is my first experience that I bought MacBook Pro in my life earlier I was windows user. When I visited at store one of sales Person Name is Pankaj who guided my and forcing me to buy this machine
                    As I was new user and I came into his word and I took this machine near about of amount INR 233296/- apart from it I purchased some accessories also.

                    2) he wrongly guided me, he said this machine is 2021 model and the latest one but when I call to Apple Support team I got to know this machine is year of mode 2019 not 2021. Its mean he sold me outdated model.

                    3) Since I buy this machine it has lot of issues for which I am chasing to apple support team last for 4 days. Let me listed down all the issues here.

                    Issue:
                    a) When I extended my MacBook Pro screen to Television than some time automatically voice stop to come.

                    b) Similarly when I connected my headphone while listening or watching videos voice stop to come whereas videos showing in playing mode

                    c) Machine getting heated sometime even I can work with this machine sitting on sofa or bed.

                    d) Sometime Machine got hang and I have to restart my laptop.

                    e) while I working on Virtual Box Cloudera or Horton box service than my laptop got hang and it restarted automatically.
                    f) if I keep my machine on idle mode for sometime and when I start working on it. Let I am playing video on you tube. Its show me message that you are device is getting restarted and mean time I can surf anything on browser
                    Till I do not restart my machine.

                    g) sometime touchpad got hang and when I press any key it pressed multiple times.

                    4) I already escalate this issue on Apple Support twitter handle and share the video as well for the issue that occurred so far but I did not get much health response from them.

                    5) Apple technician already performed basic trouble shooting step, like created test account, checking disk space, Activity tracker, even reinstall Apple Operating system but still problem not resolved.

                    6) after connecting 3 engineer, I finally connected one of engineer Tarvinder who listened my concern very carefully and he also performed some troubleshooting step, even when he was on screen share with me I shown him all the issues one by one
                    He also agreed that there is some problem but because he is the employee of apple he has to follow some rules that is very true from his perspectives. When he was connected with me on screen my machine got hang and machine automatically restarted
                    In his presence I took the snapshot and I uploaded on the link that shared with me. He also shared the case id[protected] and his office hour timing to connect. I am happy to help but this is point of totally dis-satisfaction and I am totally frustrated at
                    Time, I can not spend 3-4 hours daily to connect with Apple Support Team where it is cleared having issue with machine.

                    7) in fact today I started studying on this machine at 8 am and till 10 am I have to restart this machine 4 times. Why I purchase this machine so that I can perform my task but this machine required restart for simple task than why should I spent around 2.5 lakhs.

                    Now my concern is that as this machine is just 7 days old and I am getting too much issues, what is stand from apple team? Do I get refund or Do I get replacement of this machine. I already copied the consumer forum in this mail and let me know if need to Register some FIR for this regards.

                    I am attaching invoice here with this mail and also sharing the below link for video and snapshot that I took while issue occurred.

                      Apple India is looting people by unwilling to fix this manufacturing defect. They are forcing people to pay a huge amount of money to fix the display.

                            I have purchased a MacBook Pro 16 on 31st of August that have some manufacturing defect for which wrote lot of mails and call to apple support however I didn’t get solution from them. How do i get complete refund as i cannot go with this defective laptop, i have to restart multiple of times in fact i lost my work multiple times. I have to spent 3-4 daily with apple engineers to fix this issue. The cost of this laptop is around 2.5 lakh which is not small amount. I paid so much amount so that i can have better product not defective one. Please do needful either refund me or replace the product.

                                  I have purchase this MacBook in 2019 September after 1.5 year it suddenly turned off. I talk to apple authorised service center in India (iDelta), they diagnosed the logic board needs to be change. I replaced the logic board at 35000rs with three months warranty. After 2 months I faced multiple problems with my system like unplugging charger but still showing battery is charging, sometimes as it goes to sleep and not able to on from sleep. I informed the center but they asked to change display even it working sometimes. I used to love apple product a lot but very disappointing with the new systems. It has lots of lots of bugs. Please help if apple can do anything.

                                      I have purchased 15inch Macbook Pro in October 2019 and is using the same for the past 1.5+ years. Last month, while I was working on my mac it turned off suddenly without any notification. After that I tried to turn it on but it was not working. So, I contacted apple authorized service center to check the issue in my macbook pro. They did the check and informed me that there was an issue with logic board and it needs to be replaced. It was really disappointing that within 1.5 years o[censored]sage, the logic board got defected. Even I have handled my macbook with care and have used it lightly. Since my macbook pro is without warranty, the charges for the replacement is huge which is not affordable at all. Also, they are only providing 3 months of warranty on the replaced logic board. This is completely unfair. First how the Apple product is getting defected in such a short span o[censored]se. Further, there is no possibility of repair, the only solution suggested is to replace the entire logic board for which Apple ask huge money with no further assurity that the replaced logic board will be fine for some years at least. This amounts to cheating and unfair practice. Apple is just trying to sell defective laptops and making extra money in giving unavoidable services for the manufacturing defects.
                                      I am also in a similar situation. Let us collect all the data we could regarding frequent Apple Mac failures and charging exhorbitant sum without a reasonable warranty.

                                        2 months ago I bought an Apple Macbook Air M1. After 1 and a half month o[censored]sage suddenly one day the display goes all black I can hear everything and laptop was on but display was black. I immediately contacted Apple Support they told me some things to try but it didn’t work, at last they told me to visit Service Center. On 11 Aug 2021 I visited Unicorn Service Center, Hazratganj. They told me I had to submit my MacBook so they can diagnose it and fix what the problem is. Later some days on 15th Aug, I receive a call randomly from service center that the flex cable inside macbook has been cut so It will not be covered in given warranty. I tried explaining them that how can a user cut a wire from inside his own laptop. But they keep insisting to visit service center. I’m in class 12th and everything is running online because of this issue I had already suffered from a lot of loss. Kindly see to this case and resolve it as soon as possible.
                                        It’s been more than a week but nothing has happened. Kindly revert back!
