    I have purchased 15inch Macbook Pro in October 2019 and is using the same for the past 1.5+ years. Last month, while I was working on my mac it turned off suddenly without any notification. After that I tried to turn it on but it was not working. So, I contacted apple authorized service center to check the issue in my macbook pro. They did the check and informed me that there was an issue with logic board and it needs to be replaced. It was really disappointing that within 1.5 years o[censored]sage, the logic board got defected. Even I have handled my macbook with care and have used it lightly. Since my macbook pro is without warranty, the charges for the replacement is huge which is not affordable at all. Also, they are only providing 3 months of warranty on the replaced logic board. This is completely unfair. First how the Apple product is getting defected in such a short span o[censored]se. Further, there is no possibility of repair, the only solution suggested is to replace the entire logic board for which Apple ask huge money with no further assurity that the replaced logic board will be fine for some years at least. This amounts to cheating and unfair practice. Apple is just trying to sell defective laptops and making extra money in giving unavoidable services for the manufacturing defects.
    I am also in a similar situation. Let us collect all the data we could regarding frequent Apple Mac failures and charging exhorbitant sum without a reasonable warranty.

      2 months ago I bought an Apple Macbook Air M1. After 1 and a half month o[censored]sage suddenly one day the display goes all black I can hear everything and laptop was on but display was black. I immediately contacted Apple Support they told me some things to try but it didn’t work, at last they told me to visit Service Center. On 11 Aug 2021 I visited Unicorn Service Center, Hazratganj. They told me I had to submit my MacBook so they can diagnose it and fix what the problem is. Later some days on 15th Aug, I receive a call randomly from service center that the flex cable inside macbook has been cut so It will not be covered in given warranty. I tried explaining them that how can a user cut a wire from inside his own laptop. But they keep insisting to visit service center. I’m in class 12th and everything is running online because of this issue I had already suffered from a lot of loss. Kindly see to this case and resolve it as soon as possible.
      It’s been more than a week but nothing has happened. Kindly revert back!

        I went to the service center 1 week ago for repairing my macbook air 2017 . Issue in my mac is that their keypad and trackpad is not working so i went to TRESOR service center of apple and then they said this has to be submit for diagnosis and charges for that is 3000 in diagnosis basically they will open up the macbook air and try to find out the actuall problem and clean up the dust from them all . but they did literally nothing they didn't open up the mac also not their component list motherboard, keypad, trackpad there wire nothing . and said your keypad and trackpad having hardware failure and they cost is around 30k and there is no issue in the motherboard . then i took up my mac and pay 3000 to them and went to local service provider they open up my macbook infront of me and literally by checking all the wire connection and said they are having some motherboard issue and your keypad and trackpad is working completely fine there is no issue in it and when they open up the mac there having so much of dust look like service center did nothing with it and kept for a week just for nothing . I want my 3000 back from them for fooling customer and also want pentalty of fraudulent.

          I bought Apple Iphone 7 with Model number MN992HN/A 3 years ago.Since the day i bought my phone ( for around Rs 55000), the phone has been giving so many problems. It keeps restarting. It also gets stuck on lock screen and nothing happens for some time no matter what you do. Sometimes the phone does not connect to internet ( Wifi or mobile) for some time even though wifi works on other devices. I called Apple company and told my problems on 2nd day of buying my phone. They told me to send them data from my phone. I did what they told me. In further telephonic discussions, they kept telling me to send data again and again which i did. I also sent them several emails to which no one gave satisfactory response and sometimes no one even responded. Then i went to local Apple authorised service center. They told me to do factory reset of the phone. I already had installed too much data on phone but i still did factory reset and lost all my data. I asked the apple executives to replace my phone as clearly they had sold me a faulty device for a very hefty amount. But they denied my request. This kept going on for a while. Later on they started telling me that the problem is in software and the problem would be fixed in the next update. I updated my phone everytime an update was released but i kept facing the same problems. This kept going on and even after 3 and a half years, my phone is giving me the same problems.
          I don't know about other countries but in India, buying Apple products does not make sense. You pay hefty amount for their products and they don't replace the faulty devices. If you go to court, you waste your time and people who buy Apple products usually don't have the time.
          Nobody listens to you and you just have to accept that you got a faulty device and you cannot do anything about it. It is better to buy products from other companies which are way cheaper than Apple products. Even if you get a faulty device, you will be in a position to buy another device since investment involved won't be that big.

            I have brought apple iPhone 12, 2 months ago as per its specifications…it has Face ID rather than finger print ID unlock button .. But it is not secure as compared to finger print ID .
            I have twin brother who is able to unlock my iPhone .

            So, is there any method to use finger print ID in apple IPhone 12

              My mobile's face id is not working. In warranty. So i give it to service center. they checked my mobile and they told me my mobile is opend by third party person. So warranty is not valid. But i never give my mobile to any repairman. After i told them to give me some proof about the outside repaired. They refused to give me details about that. What should i do? Please help.

                The phone was used to record a video under water at a depth of 0.5meters for 15 seconds based on the specification on the website for water resistance o[censored]p to 4 meters for 30 mins. However since water went inside the phone, Apple claims it’s liquid damage and does not provide a replacement under warranty. I had a incur a loss of Rs. 1 lakh. Since I have not crossed the threshold of the specification, I have been unfairly rejected for a replacement and need justice.

                    Illegal cost of repair.

                    I bought iPhone XR with serial no. DX3YR6J6KXK2 receipt dated 09.07.2019 under the Invoice No. UNIDC[protected]. The display had gone bad abruptly.                     After the device underwent a major panel replacement, the device couldn’t resist water which it comfortably was resisting prior the repair under exact same conditions, furthermore implying an error and negligence of repair that has happened by the service centre because the device after the repair couldn’t resist water under exact same conditions which it comfortably used to resist before the repair resulting in liquid damage which is purely the consequence of the negligence of repair that has been performed on the device, looks like a major error implying request of replacement under warranty because it is purely due to the negligence of the repair performed.

                      Location Service is not working. I have been following up with Apple India support executives for the last 20 days. They are taking time but not able to provide any resolution. I have been spending around 2 - 3 hours daily with them on phone calls.

                      I am feeling harassed and cheated. Hence requesting you to look into the matter and provide me solution to the issue.

                        International warranty has been declined for iphone service. It's just been 3 month's that my fiance bought this and on receiving the phone, device was not powering on. This was taken to Cochin service centre for diagnostic purposes and after few day's they just replied "this device maynot be eligible for service" and the service got declined.

                          International warranty has been declined for an IPhone service under warranty purchased from New Zealand.It is still only 3 months old and has 9 month remaining in warranty.
                          Warranty declined by services company ample technologies, kochi telling it was not acceptable for apple, though I confirmed with apple that the devices are covered under warranty internationally.

                            Apple India maple store took my laptop and came up with a diagnosis of battery and screen not working properly. The battery and screen needed to be replaced and they quoted an estimate of 68 thousand Indian rupees which was very high. I paid it because it was still lesser than the price of a brand new Mac laptop. When I received the repaired laptop, it was still not working properly and switching on and off continuously which was the initial issue. I called the technician from the store up and told them that it's still not working. They took the laptop back and came back to me with another diagnosis of motherboard issue. They asked me to pay another 35 thousand rupees. If I add 68 thousand rupees and 35 thousand rupees that is the price of a new Mac laptop. I was furious because not only was my 68 thousand rupees gone to waste but the technician should have diagnosed the problem correctly in the first go! Do your job right! I refused to pay more and asked them to get it corrected somehow since it was their fault. They sent me numbers of Apple UK customer support and Apple Singapore customer support. Both executives from these branches told me they couldn't do anything about it and it was up to the same Apple India store to help me. I was put on hold for 2 hours for these calls. I called Apple India store back and told them that they should take accountability. Rather than taking accountability, they sent my laptop back without being repaired despite paying 68 thousand rupees. This all happened in a matter of 3 months during which I had to borrow someone else's laptop to work from home. 68 thousand rupees is no small amount of money and I feel extremely angry and cheated at the way they handled the case. At the very least they should've diagnosed the problem correctly in the first go citing a mother, battery and screen issue and given the correct price for repair.

                                Actually I took my macbook air to service centre for software and rebooting issues only. They got it serviced on their own. After 7to 8 days of servicing it got off again. I took it again and they are saying it's motherboard is corrosive. So problem is that how macbook can corrode in a week. They got my macbook damaged and asking me for 34000 rupees for its repair again.

                                      I have an apple watch which has a problem of batter draining to 40% without the use. I have submitted the watch thrice to the service centre and they personally used the watch and found that the problem was much more and they sent the watch to the Bangalore apple care for the repair but they always return the watch without repairing.
                                      I also had a word with apple support but got zero service from them. I am very much into this matter as i feel i m getting servicely harassed for my own product. Being one of the renowned company i feel ashamed to say how they neglect the customer’s issue.
                                      I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
