I purchased Apple Macbook Pro in December 2017. In the month of April 2020 during lockdown, without any signs or warning, it stopped working all of a sudden. On further examining, I found out that the display crashes as soon as the screen was opened beyond a certain angle.
On visiting their authorized service center in Andheri West, Mumbai (Unicorn on 29th May), we were told that it required screen replacement...

If I put my mobile iphone 7 plus in it due to silent button and speaker problem, then they (service center) did it properly but they damaged the headphone where they are installed and they do not fix it. Do what you want to do...

My I phone X got hang and i was not able to use it for long time and because of that i missed lot of interview calls. As per apple company, this issue should not come with their product. This is really shame-full and as a customer am totally exhausted.

I have purchased Apple Mac Book from online store and it gives electric shocks on charging and On my complaint they are asking me wait more and more to get it replaced and are not replacing it.

I had booked an appointment on 20- Dec -2020 for battery replacement. I got the date as 25-Dec-2020 . I went to the service center (50 kms away) and i got to know that there are no batteries available with them and they asked me to return back after 5 days.
They told that they will perform diagnostics which will take around 1.5 hours and then they will order my batteries from apple.
Getting such a response in itself is unprofessional...

Hi Team,

I had a battery issue in my iPhone 6s and i submit my device in apple store ( Conquer technologies, Vizag ) near jail road. After few days they gave a new iPhone 6s device.

Now in new device built in front camera was not working they gave me a defect peace and again i submit new device in same apple store.

After couple of day i got a call from apple store, their told like Unauthorized...

One of the earpiece in my AirPod pro has issues with sound and it looks like a known service quality issue. However the service centre refuses to accept the device for repair as I do not have the original invoice which I had misplaced. Now they are not willing to even consider this as an out of warranty repair and simply refuses to service it. Apple support also says that their hands are tied even though this is a known issue....
