My MacBook Pro (Retina 15 inch, Mid 2015) serial no CO2WKO6CG8WN. since last one months having a problem with my laptop speakers, getting distortion sound. tried getting in touch with laptop serrvice in Mumbai, due to lockdown all service centres were closed. my product is under warranty.
Now I am in Goa tried to get in touch with service centre PCSS in Panjim Goa.They too are closed due to lockdown. Please help. my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

    I renewed by MS Office through Apple Store. It was billed by them on 15.1.2021 and validity was till Dec 30, 2021. It stopped working from May 8 - I cannot save data on MS Office files- they are asking me to activate account - which means I can take a one month free trial and then pay for it after a month. If I say I have an account, then it asks for an activation key - which Apple never shared.

    I have spent, between yesterday and today, 8 hours on call and chats with Apple and Microsoft, have deleted and reinstalled MS Office three times, screen shared with Apple and Microsoft - but they do not seem to know the problem. I have shared the purchase invoices as well with both teams.

    Apple conveniently said it was not their problem that Microsoft is a third party vendor and they need to sort it out.

    Microsoft tell me that as per their record, my license expired on May 3. Microsoft said, from the chat "Microsoft is not a third party vendor. The license was purchased from Apple and its not reflecting in your account and they need to fix it."

    They are both throwing the ball, in this case the customer, at each other .

    To me it seems like a simple glitch which can be fixed between Apple and Microsoft - but they are pushing me to different desks.

      Using "iphone se 2020" was my first time having an iphone and it came out to be worst. 1 month after the purchase, the device was dead, thought that after the repair or service it will be fine, but again it has stopped working.

        I have purchased an iPhone 12 on Feb 17, 2021 and since then I am facing a major issue with this phone. There is a continuous single drop or signal strength is too low because of which I keep on missing my important calls and my friends/family have started complaining of not being able to reach me or my voice is not clear.

        I initially thought it was because of the carrier/SIM, so I got a new SIM and got it checked with the network provider too. Then it was found that the issue is with the IPhone as SIM/network performs great in other Android phones. Since then, I have been following up with the Apple support team (last 4 weeks and Case ID #[protected] and there is NO resolution.
        Whenever I request a call, the support team will call and put me on hold for 10-15 mins with a promise to callback as they can't provide immediate resolution. As a result, I don't get a call back nor the problem is resolved.

        I thought Apple is very much customer oriented and their support is the best. But my TRUST with Apple, quality of products and their support is completely broken especially after buying such an expensive and latest iPhone.

          My Macbook pro ( serial no: FVFDWCL5Q05F ) is not working just after 2 months of purchase.
          I also took apple care plus as from apple customer care I have been told that you will get on-site service.
          But now apple is denying to help and not taking any responsibility. I have spend Rs.145000 + Rs.24000 (apple care) but result is wastage of money.
          Pathetic apple customer care. I called many times but there is no information about when would I get my device repaired. Apple's after sale service/repair is worst.

            I bought this phone on December 2020 and it has been just 4 months.

            My phone speaker’s are not working fine. The volume is very low as compared to the first time.

              Recently bought I phone 12 and the vibration of my phone is not working also the screen gets closed while chatting automatically. It’s such a costly phone. People buy these things for piece of mind that atleast I will have full relaxation for coming 4-5 years but it’s all vain. Wat to say but frankly speaking I have taken care of my phone more than me. Kindly get my phone replaced else I will escalate it further n will go to consumer court.

                I purchased new iPhone 12 on 2 February 21, few days back while updating software phone was frozen & was not in working condition.I did whatever was mentioned on website & by their technical experts. Problem did not resolve, After studying problem (error 9) it was discovered to be manufacturing defect. I am doctor & presently our area is under total lockdown (Pune) Apple co is not ready to give new phone as replacement.unless it is given to local apple care shop, now in lockdown no shop is open, and I am without phone in covid time whom do I complain to get justice, cost of phone is 85000 & I can not buy another, Apart from consumers forum is their any central or state government website to complain where do I get justice faster

                  With lots of joy and hope, It was 12th of February, 2021, that I have bought my AirPods 2 from Vijay Sales Indirapuram, ghaziabad.
                  They worked fine till 10th March and suddenly the left AirPods stopped working the very next. Day I initially thought it to be a synch issue. But then I decided to take them to service centre.
                  Keeping in mind the COVID 19 guidelines, I have reached the service centre (Tresor Garden Galleria service centre in Noida) and they have created a Job sheet for my AirPods and collected it from me to send them to Bangalore for Diagnostics and told me that we will call you for the AirPods collection.

                  I got a call from them on 16th March, and when I have gone to receive them, Apple told me that we cannot repair your AirPods due to “UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS”. I was shocked with their evaluation and asked them to provide me proof of what has been tampered. Service centre Employees denied to give me any further information and asked to call customer care.
                  I have called customer care and their escalation manager “Chitty”, addressed the escalation promising that he will come up with some resolution on this. However, he called back and said, Apple service has a diagnostics machine which evaluated the AirPods as “Tampered”. I asked him to provide me artefact for the same, then he softly denied and said that due to internal security reasons we cannot give you much information about it and you have visit the service centre again and ask them for the artefacts.
                  I have never expected APPLE will put false allegations on their customers. ITS SERIOUSLY SHOCKING!!!
                  I have never imagined that such a Big organisation would have such a weak and incompetent service centre. I can assure that there is not even a single scratch on my AirPods and can go beyond all means to prove and I haven’t done anything to the AirPods. By their report sheet, it seems that Apple is incompetent to repair their own products.

                  
I request you all to please share this post, so that my voice can be reached to the concerned people and they repair my AirPods . Trust me it is less about the money spent and the loss and more about the time I have wasted, service I have experienced, and the brand that I have chosen to be with.

                    Hello. My dad had purchased an iPhone X immediately after launch in India. In the past year or so, he has been plagued by small glitches here and there.
                    Text messages would often say no delivered. Sometimes it would be delivered and sometimes not. Rendering it useless.

                    Share option does not include whatsapp.

                    Most recently, his Face ID stopped working. The apple centre removed the the face ID and tried to register a new one. But now it just says that face ID is unavailable.

                    They are saying that repair is almost impossible and chances of it working are slim.

                    The only reason I push him for iPhone is usability and lack of such issues. His previous phone was 5S which he bought immediately after launch as well and it worked well after he switched to X.

                    Face ID is the primary way of protecting the iPhone. It doesn't even have a fingerprint and it's ridiculous to use PIN every time after buying a more than 1, 00, 000 rupee phone merely three years ago.

                    It's too soon for us to upgrade satisfactorily. And service is essentially telling us nothing can be done.

                    Don't expect this from Apple. And definitely not after paying so much for it.

                      I bought iphn 11 two weeks back and from day one its battery drain overnight (even in switch off mode). I am not able to use my phone and felt like i did a mistake by spending my money on iphn.This is my first iphn i bought it very happily but from day one it disappointed me.

                        The laptop has a display issue, exactly the same as mentioned on their website for which they are offering a replacement of the display. However, the same is being offered for MacBook Pro 2016 and sold between 2016 and 2018, whereas my machine is a MacBook Pro 2017 and bought in 2017. They recognize the display issue and have also offered to fix the same but don’t know why they are not willing to acknowledge that the problem is identical in my machine as well and offer a similar resolution. Very Unfair and unlike an Apple Product / Service. Shame !!!

                          Many store nowadays sells first copy. And as they grow they taunt the public, why buy an original when you can get a rip-off at an affordable price. This particular store advertise products in such a way that as if they are selling original products at a lower rate while all they do is lure some fools who think it’s the same . This has to stop as it effects the nation and the companies . They sell all kinds of fake stuffs online and in stores. Kindly take responsible actions before they flood the Indian market and affect the nation’s economy.

                                  I had purchased an iPhone 11 (Black-128GB) on 29 October 2020. The phone had some battery health issues and was submitted by me on 22 January 2021 to Reliance Retail Limited- Janakpuri (West End Mall, New Delhi). The repair ID for my device was G[protected]. I collected a replaced device on 30 January 2021.

                                  On receiving the replaced device, I observed a dot inside the camera and informed the service centre on the same day about it. They saw the images and agreed that it was a manufacturing defect and told me to submit the device again. I submitted the device again on 30 January 2021. The repair ID for my device was G[protected].

                                  No follow ups were given to me by the service centre till 13 February 2021 when they told me that the phone was sent to the Bangalore service centre and they found no hardware issues and are returning back the same phone.

                                  I went to the service centre to collect my phone on 15 February 2021. The issue with the camera was resolved but the main screen of the phone has a hard scratch on it. the scratch was not there on the phone when I submitted it to the service centre.

                                  I have also informed Apple Care Support about the same and the case number is[protected].

                                  I am going to take legal actions against Apple India and Reliance Retail Limited- Janakpuri for providing me a defective phone as a replacement, forcing me to accept the phone with a scratch (which wasn't there when I submitted it) and also for misleading and making a fool out of me for 16 days.

                                  I want a replacement device from Apple India or a refund for my product.

                                        Dear all

                                        I purchased Apple Macbook Pro in December 2017. In the month of April 2020 during lockdown, without any signs or warning, it stopped working all of a sudden. On further examining, I found out that the display crashes as soon as the screen was opened beyond a certain angle.
                                        On visiting their authorized service center in Andheri West, Mumbai (Unicorn on 29th May), we were told that it required screen replacement that would cost 45k. (no explanation, nothing. we were told that it's a machine and machines can break down).
                                        Well, we had done some of the homework and we knew that for exactly the same issue, Apple had come up with the service quality program for 2016 models and unfortunately mine was 2017. This again raised more doubts as there was no physical damage in my machine whatsoever. The simple explanation 'machines can breakdown' wasn't satisfactory.

                                        I didn't give up and got an email id of someone senior in Apple India with the name Ashish Bali, I dropped him emails explaining about the problem. Without responding to my emails, he raised a ticket on my behalf and I started receiving calls from apple to understand my problem starting 13th July 2020. Every single call, they asked for some or the other detail and then followed by another call. This went on for a month and by the end of Aug 2020 they abruptly closed the ticket saying the product was out of warranty. This was very much evident from our initial conversation. It need not drag the conversations for more than a month to come to this conclusion.

                                        I want apple to diagnose the issue and prove that my device does not have the same issue that 2016 model had as the defect was not identified until 2018.
