I bought iphn 11 two weeks back and from day one its battery drain overnight (even in switch off mode). I am not able to use my phone and felt like i did a mistake by spending my money on iphn.This is my first iphn i bought it very happily but from day one it disappointed me.

The laptop has a display issue, exactly the same as mentioned on their website for which they are offering a replacement of the display. However, the same is being offered for MacBook Pro 2016 and sold between 2016 and 2018, whereas my machine is a MacBook Pro 2017 and bought in 2017. They recognize the display issue and have also offered to fix the same but don’t know why they are not willing to acknowledge that the problem is identical in my machine as well and offer a similar resolution. Very Unfair and unlike an Apple Product / Service. Shame !!!

Many store nowadays sells first copy. And as they grow they taunt the public, why buy an original when you can get a rip-off at an affordable price. This particular store advertise products in such a way that as if they are selling original products at a lower rate while all they do is lure some fools who think it’s the same . This has to stop as it effects the nation and the companies . They sell all kinds of fake stuffs online and in stores. Kindly take responsible actions before they flood the Indian market and affect the nation’s economy.

I have visited to cervice center no proper responce please help me on this.

I AM FACING ISSUES WITH MY CAMERA AND WITH TOUCH PAD I WENT TO SERVIE SUPPORT MORE THAN 3 TIMES THEY ALWAYS RESTORING MY PHONE AND GIVE IT BACK TO ME.

Pls resolved my issue on priority basis as i am terrified with the services provided by you.

I had purchased a Apple product which is apple Airpods pro(Bluetooth earphones) in hong kong which i lost the bill. And now i need a repair for which apple is not issuing as i lost my bill. Its a valid purchase and still under warranty.

I had purchased an iPhone 11 (Black-128GB) on 29 October 2020. The phone had some battery health issues and was submitted by me on 22 January 2021 to Reliance Retail Limited- Janakpuri (West End Mall, New Delhi). The repair ID for my device was G[protected]. I collected a replaced device on 30 January 2021.

On receiving the replaced device, I observed a dot inside the camera and informed the service centre on the same day about it. They saw the images and agreed that it was a manufacturing defect and told me to submit the device again. I submitted the device again on 30 January 2021. The repair ID for my device was G[protected].

No follow ups were given to me by the service centre till 13 February 2021 when they told me that the phone was sent to the Bangalore service centre and they found no hardware issues and are returning back the same phone.

I went to the service centre to collect my phone on 15 February 2021. The issue with the camera was resolved but the main screen of the phone has a hard scratch on it. the scratch was not there on the phone when I submitted it to the service centre.

I have also informed Apple Care Support about the same and the case number is[protected].

I am going to take legal actions against Apple India and Reliance Retail Limited- Janakpuri for providing me a defective phone as a replacement, forcing me to accept the phone with a scratch (which wasn't there when I submitted it) and also for misleading and making a fool out of me for 16 days.

I want a replacement device from Apple India or a refund for my product.

I have bought phone in dec and it is giving me trouble since then. It doesnt hold charge for long as comiited. Hangs multiple times and call drops. Need a replacement of it. I bought 268 gb

I want to know why i am not able to update version 14 ios, so i am not able to use phone pay or google pay, its difficult for me,

so why are you selling this daba 5s phone in market if you won't able to launch update version in 5s.

Dear all

I purchased Apple Macbook Pro in December 2017. In the month of April 2020 during lockdown, without any signs or warning, it stopped working all of a sudden. On further examining, I found out that the display crashes as soon as the screen was opened beyond a certain angle.
On visiting their authorized service center in Andheri West, Mumbai (Unicorn on 29th May), we were told that it required screen replacement that would cost 45k. (no explanation, nothing. we were told that it's a machine and machines can break down).
Well, we had done some of the homework and we knew that for exactly the same issue, Apple had come up with the service quality program for 2016 models and unfortunately mine was 2017. This again raised more doubts as there was no physical damage in my machine whatsoever. The simple explanation 'machines can breakdown' wasn't satisfactory.

I didn't give up and got an email id of someone senior in Apple India with the name Ashish Bali, I dropped him emails explaining about the problem. Without responding to my emails, he raised a ticket on my behalf and I started receiving calls from apple to understand my problem starting 13th July 2020. Every single call, they asked for some or the other detail and then followed by another call. This went on for a month and by the end of Aug 2020 they abruptly closed the ticket saying the product was out of warranty. This was very much evident from our initial conversation. It need not drag the conversations for more than a month to come to this conclusion.

I want apple to diagnose the issue and prove that my device does not have the same issue that 2016 model had as the defect was not identified until 2018.

If I put my mobile iphone 7 plus in it due to silent button and speaker problem, then they (service center) did it properly but they damaged the headphone where they are installed and they do not fix it. Do what you want to do

My I phone X got hang and i was not able to use it for long time and because of that i missed lot of interview calls. As per apple company, this issue should not come with their product. This is really shame-full and as a customer am totally exhausted.

I have purchased Apple Mac Book from online store and it gives electric shocks on charging and On my complaint they are asking me wait more and more to get it replaced and are not replacing it.

This mac book is with me and it could affect my Health also, but they are not taking it seriously..

Dear Apple current or future users,

I was excited when apple anoounced that they would have online apple store in India. I also bought new Macbook air with M1 chip online.

However this time experience was not great. Within a month with normal use I got issue with the display. When I visited sevice center thy said it was pressure damage and this issue is not covered under warranty. However they were not able to explain the reasons behind this issue as there was no physical damage externally.

I also called apple service team but there was no professional support.

Suggest not to buy apple macbook air due to poor quality as well as poor support.

I have purchased a new IPHONE from Vijay sales on 3rd of January 2021, i started facing issues with the phone on 7th of January 2021, i report that to vijay sales, Apple store is now sitting upon the issues that is till date[protected].

My question to Apple : why should i take a brand new phone for repairs.
Why i wasnt provided a replacement on the same day the issue was reported.
Why is apple store taking so much time to resolve the issue ?

I purchased an i phone X a year ago it was working absolutely alright, but then something happened and a green line appeared on the screen I tried restarting and resetting the phone but nothing seemed to help slowly the keyboard stopped working as smoothly as before and phone has started hanging.

I purchased my apple laptop in july 2020. Every apple product has a 1 year warranty with it if there is no physical or liquid harm done to the product. There was and issue with my laptop display I was seeing black vertical and horizontal limes on my laptop. It wasn’t working properly. I spoke with the customer care and they told me that there is a hardware issue with my laptop and advised me to go to the nearest apple service centre for the repair and they told me that if there is no physical harm to the laptop then they will be repairing it for free. This morning I went the apple service centre near me and showed them my laptop they told me that there is an internal damage in my laptop and asked me to pay ₹31, 999 for the repair although they accept it that there is no physical or liquid damage to my laptop but still they are not doing the repair as a part of there warranty. While checking the laptop they pressed my screen so hard that the issue has raised more and due to that the half of the screen is non-visible which has left me no option other than get it repaired. It just has 5 months that I have purchased my laptop after saving a lot of money. I have raised this issue to there customer care helpline but no one is willing to help me. I have purchased apple macbook air core i5 5th gen/8-gb/128 gb ssd/mac os sierra mqd32hn/a a1466 though flipkart. Now i am facing problem in screen. Half screen is showing some clour blurr.
