I purchased my apple laptop in july 2020. Every apple product has a 1 year warranty with it if there is no physical or liquid harm done to the product. There was and issue with my laptop display I was seeing black vertical and horizontal limes on my laptop. It wasn’t working properly. I spoke with the customer care and they told me that there is a hardware issue with my laptop and advised me to go to the nearest apple service centre for the repair and they told me that if there is no physical harm to the laptop then they will be repairing it for free. This morning I went the apple service centre near me and showed them my laptop they told me that there is an internal damage in my laptop and asked me to pay ₹31, 999 for the repair although they accept it that there is no physical or liquid damage to my laptop but still they are not doing the repair as a part of there warranty. While checking the laptop they pressed my screen so hard that the issue has raised more and due to that the half of the screen is non-visible which has left me no option other than get it repaired. It just has 5 months that I have purchased my laptop after saving a lot of money. I have raised this issue to there customer care helpline but no one is willing to help me.         My iPhone has a narrow gap between the metal frame and screen out of the box which was not visible and looked normal until dust started collecting into it. I found out there are articles and complaints about the same defect on Apple's community forum. I visited the service centre, the expert there examined and admitted it was a MANUFACTURING DEFECT BY APPLE but he couldn't do anything about it as it will be considered as a cosmetic damage. He also said that a person cannot notice it until dust starts collecting in it. Apple failed to explain why not correctly sealing their product and leaving a gap will be considered as "cosmetic damage", or why would it even be considered as "damage" and not a manufacturing defect. Visited service centre twice, called customer care multiple times but my issue was not resolved and they closed my case. In short, apple admitted it was their mistake but said they cannot do [censored] to rectify it.

          I recently purchased Iphone 11 from Amazon on 17th Oct.. I have battery health issue, in two month battery health get decreased by 2%...also when I'm open the camera sometimes the screen gets black...after restarting the phone its doing work.

            I recently purchased I phone 11 from Amazon 18 Oct.. I have battery health issue in two month my battery health is 95%it decrease battery very fast even I m not a heavy user but still I faced it and even I noticed that with in week my mobile battery health decrease to 1% ...my two friend also buy same mobile at same date they both have battery health is 100% but my phone battery health is 95% I also contact with customer they guided me so many thing I do all thing but still I faced the same problem kindly resolve my problem.

              I had booked an appointment on 20- Dec -2020 for battery replacement. I got the date as 25-Dec-2020 . I went to the service center (50 kms away) and i got to know that there are no batteries available with them and they asked me to return back after 5 days.
              They told that they will perform diagnostics which will take around 1.5 hours and then they will order my batteries from apple.
              Getting such a response in itself is unprofessional on part of apple as this phone is over 4 years old and status of battery is shown as “Service” with capacity as 70%.

              I spoke to apple customer service reps on call and on chat, they never showed any intent in resolving my issue.

              Moreover, the call rep asked me to contact the nearby service center and guide them proactively about my issue and try to book an offline appointment with them.

              This proactive approach should be on part of apple controlling and monitoring their service centers.
              The guys at service center are extremely unprofessional and unethical, similar to call center employees and chat employees.

              The chat representative disconnected my chat on asking valid questions to get a resolution.

              As a customer, i did my due diligence to report to the service center at predefined appointment taken 5 days before.
              However my issue is still not resolved and the apple support is behaving as if nothing serious happened .

              I wish to take legal action if possible to bring apple to acknowledge that there is issue of service at their end

                I wish to complain about Apple Watch Series 4, Serial No.:FHLXX05TKDTQ, IMEI Code, :[protected] that I purchased on March 18, 2019 from Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd., Shop No. 6, GF, One Awadh Centre Mall, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
                I am complaining because in about an year of purchase my watch stopped working all of a sudden and wouldn’t start (there was no physical damage). To resolve this problem I would like you to please look into the matter as I’m unable to get the repair done for the same. It would be satisfactory if I could get the replacement of the product or refund the cost of the watch.
                When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd., Shop No. 6, GF, One Awadh Centre Mall, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and Shop No. 23, Opp. Halwasia Market, Hazratganj, Lucknow, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because being a loyal customer of your company we expect more effort and better support to address our grievances. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

                I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.

                  Hi Team,

                  I had a battery issue in my iPhone 6s and i submit my device in apple store ( Conquer technologies, Vizag ) near jail road. After few days they gave a new iPhone 6s device.

                  Now in new device built in front camera was not working they gave me a defect peace and again i submit new device in same apple store.

                  After couple of day i got a call from apple store, their told like Unauthorized modification done on this device, so they told me they can't repair this device. but i haven't sown this device to any other third party service centers because it is in under warranty.
                  they gave me the defected peace back to me.

                  could you please check and help me.

                    One of the earpiece in my AirPod pro has issues with sound and it looks like a known service quality issue. However the service centre refuses to accept the device for repair as I do not have the original invoice which I had misplaced. Now they are not willing to even consider this as an out of warranty repair and simply refuses to service it. Apple support also says that their hands are tied even though this is a known issue.

                      I had ordered an iPad air 4 on the 2nd of december. I received a Macbook pro leather sleeve on the 4th of december instead which is not what I ordered. After raising several tickets, the item was taken back from me on 9th December and returned to the apple warehouse on 14th december (Return #[protected])

                      I was speaking to several support specialists on a daily basis. One told me that my replacement was cancelled and that I would get a refund. I had also received a mail stating that "Your items have been cancelled. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to reach your account."

                      The next day I spoke to another specialist who said that my replacement was not cancelled and that I would be receiving it and not a refund. On the same day I received a credit note which said "This invoice amount has been returned to you by Cheque Refunds" (Credit Memo Number: JA[protected] however I have not received any amount till today.

                      The next day I spoke to another specialist who said that investigation was currently going on and the replacement was put on hold since the team have not received photo evidence from me. The email which I was supposed to send the photos to bounced saying "Your message wasn't delivered to [protected]@apple.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail". I've again raised over 5 tickets requesting apple support to send a new email to which I can actually send the photos to. Haven't received any response yet. Also, none of the other specialists had made me aware of this issue. There was a severe lack of 2 way communication.

                      Finally, yesterday on the order status page of the apple website, I noticed that it says "You returned this item on 09 December 2020, and have already received a replacement" when I haven't.

                      None of the investigation team have contacted me for the past week. Nor have I received what I paid for.

                      Kindly look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                          I've purchased iphone 12 in Nov'20. Its just been a month and i noticed loud speaker is not working when i receive calls on speaker or while doing video calls. I contacted apple customer support they've identified that this is a hardware issue and still they are not ready to get it replaced.

                              I purchased new xr phone at aptronix kondapur Hyderabad the store manager put screen guard he took 2000 rs and he didn’t properly put screenguard to my guard it got a break and bubbles I showed to them thr itself he told me to come after one month.I visited the store after one month he replaced the screenguard with new one which cost 1499rs.I asked y u taking 500 etc amount and putting cheap quality screenguard he was very rude kindly take action

                                  For your kind information, I had placed order for iPad Mini on 17th October 2020 vide my online order number W[protected] on apple online store. As per there system message, I should have got the delivery by 30th October. It is just a week short of 2 months and till yet I am clueless on the status of delivery.In the mean time, I had contacted them over phone more than 4 times. But each time they do not have any specific answer to my followup and just try to buy time and reply curelessly that, “will inform”. But from there side a single reply or call has not come to me.I have requested them to cancel order and refund my money back but they denied. I am feeling cheated, please help me.

                                    Iphone purchased on 25/8/2020 at Apple Park Cupertino and still under international warranty.

                                    The phone was activated and in use from September 27th until November 10th. On November 10th, issue was noticed where the sim card was not recognized although the phone is unlocked.
                                    November 11th, the phone was submitted to the below Apple authorized service center iCare - Ample AMPLE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD located at the below address
                                    Mantri Square, UG 65,
                                    #1 Sampige Road, Malleswaram
                                    Bangalore 560003 India

                                    A job sheet with iCare RAF NO. SMA112591 was provided with the problem being reported as Iw.Sim card is not reading.Signal is not getting and accepted by Manjunath A V.

                                    On November 13th, iCare send an email that parts were ordered for the repair and that the part would reach in 2-3 days. Would be notified when repair was completed.

                                    On November 26th, iCare notified that the phone was received and ready for delivery. The phone was beyond economic repair. Below are the exact words on the report "The customer submitted the device for Sim card is not reading, Signal is not getting. Tried Hard Reset, no go. Restored the device to the latest iOS via iTunes and kept under observation in order to get more clarification about the reported symptoms. Post-Observation manually checked and found same issue persists. Hence, sending the device to the Apple Repair Centre for further diagnosis.Apple Repair Centre updated Unit Returned beyond economically repair."

                                    On December 2nd, issue was escalated to Apple Support with case ID [protected]. The Apple service center claims that this phone had unauthorized modifications performed and this warranty cannot be claimed.

                                    There was no unauthorized repair performed on the phone.
                                    I asked for more details on the same. Apple support directed me to request details from the iCare service center.
                                    Upon asking for details at iCare service center, they direct me back to Apple support to ask for clarification on why a brand new phone is being fraudulently accused of having unauthorized modifications.

                                    Upon checking my apple support activity, I have also been accused of counterfeit suspicion. I have proof of purchase of this exact serial number at apple headquarters in Apple park Cupertino. It is not a counterfeit.

                                    I have not agreed to collect the phone as this is very suspicious of Apple or iCare as they are trying to wriggle away from servicing a phone under warranty.

                                    I request the consumer forum to please address this grievance and help provide justice to a pained and harassed customer.

                                      I submitted my phone for display issue and paid 1600 mandatory money for diagnostic purpose which was also non refundable.
                                      The employee at shop said i will receive a call subsequent day for any problem or feedback. I was waiting entire day but didnt receive any call. It was saturday so i thought i should wait till monday. Monday again they didnt call so i went to B2X and asked for my phone, they said that it is not repaired and cannot be repaired. I asked them for specific problem in phone which they were unable to answer. My home button was working but they said its not. I randomly tried after 5/6 days my home button was working after i put in on charge. At least this kind of service is not accepted from Iphone. I believe people sitting in that showroom are not really interested in repairing your phone instead they are more interested in grabbing your 1600 amount which is non refundable. I need a feedback regarding this and actions to be taken.

                                        Hi This side Nikki i went to Vijay sale on 7/12/2020 which is on main road of Shadipur New Delhi - 110008, i went there to buy Apple iPhone 11 and i buy that i was happy to buy it. But after sometime it get switch off and on automatically and in every one hour the same issue get occur and i thought its a issue of software updates so i updated the software too. But the issue didn't get solved and after that i registered my face id in my iPhone but that was also not working it stop recognizing, as many time as I can tried to solve the issue from my end but it didn't get solved then I went to Vijay sales for the same issue. they also witness the same but they didn't help me out its been 2 days but i didn't get any solution regarding my problem and they sent me to apple store then I went there so they also told us that we have to deposit the product and they will get through in 2 days and if the item get repair then its ok but if there will a serious issue then they will send to Bangalore and after they will decide that my iPhone will get replace or repair. but guys tell me one thing why will i send my new iPhone to get repair please help me out i want a replacement of this product as now this iPhone is not working at all. or else i have many other option i you guys didn't help me with this problem.
