Look I’m facing a lot of problem with my phone. It appears black spots every time and I have given my phone to I planet care there they did not do anything not happy with the bloody service And they telling that all iPhone X has the same issue 🖕🏻
Please rectify my problem as soon as possible
I don’t understand what kind of Service Centre Apple are maintaining .

    My name is Khushnaz Katrak and I bought myself an Apple Watch series 4 cellular yesterday, on the 5.05.19 from Aptronix store at Juhu Tara Road, in Mumbai.
    Our salesman, Ketan Jain however, was an incompetent salesman for when we were enquiring for various features, he wasn't really committed to serving us and was really confused himself. None the less, in our last bit of our final purchase decision, we did approach him to let us know the model we'd like.
    On making our purchase, I was immediately introduced to Vishal, the set up helper. Within the first 3 to 5 mins (and I say this on the higher end) Vishal realised that there was an issue and went to Ketan instantly. They had a secretive conversation wherein Ketan instructed vishal to "Finish it off and then they will manage" It was then that I asked if something was wrong and that's when I was told that my brand new Apple Watch, that I hadn't even touched, wasn't compatible with my carrier since my carrier is of Vodafone India and not Jio or Airtel, thus making the watch and my phone incompatible. Naturally, I was taken aback and was extremely furious as I am aware of a salespersons duty towards me and I know my rights too. Moreover, I even ended up spending the extra money on apple care, as suggested by Ketan.
    Ketan immediately ran in the store room and once he came back...it all got extremely nasty.
    He neither cared to hear us out nor was he courteous enough to own up to his mistakes. He began back answering and making it sound as though it was my fault that I didn't ask whether my carrier was the compatible one.
    We then started shooting videos of all that he was saying to us.
    I even asked for their code of conduct as there were definitely violations from the sellers end. And not to my surprise, I wasn't provided with the code as they were definitely in the wrong.
    There was violation of Disclosure of information, No accountability as thereafter Ketan hid into the storeroom until we left the store, which was 5 hours after it all started, there was no Management commitment too.
    We were promised a refund but denied one in the end along with alot more.
    The manager, Swapnil (the man in the green and white checked shirt) was yelling at my mother and me, he snatched my friends phone and nearly got physical out of anger, abused in vain and walked out of the store.
    There is also no standardised service base. A young lady visted the store within the next one hour and to her luck, she was asked what carrier her phone is using.
    Mansoor offered to make the payment out of his pocket provided we leave the watch at his store for a night, which I clearly refused to do because neither was there a written guarantee, nor is it ethical.
    Vishal was the one communicating with us all throughout. I was even told that last Friday, 3.05.19 the very same issue came up, however, the customer was lucky to be informed before the purchase of the watch.
    I was even put over call with Mr. Sohan (The Mumbai city manager)...I would write the surname too but the employees refused to disclose that too to be on the safer side. Mr. Sohan told me I clearly had two options:
    1. To shift my carrier
    2. To use it as a GPS till Vodafone India is compatible with Apple Watch

    However, I strongly believe that there's a third and the correct option, to have my money back as the product is not synced and hadn't left the store too.

    In addition, I was even informed that Mr.Sohan told the store manager to leave the store and this says alot about the professionalism at the Apple reseller stores in Mumbai.

    My mother and I, along with a few of my friends who joined in later as the salesman and the manager in specific weren't being very kind to us and we found it safer to call for some help have spent a total of 5 hours at the store yesterday where we were promised a refund but eventually sent back home with the watch as they didn't want to help.
    It has been a terrible experience for me and in my opinion, . there is a thin line between morals and ethics and the employees at Aptrinox have crossed all the above boundaries.

    Lastly, it is very ironic for them to assume that all their customers are Jio or Airtel users while all the 4 employees working at the store were Vodafone users themselves. Instead of convincing me to change everything else around for a product sold through false representation, improper communication and mistake on the part of the seller, a transaction reverse ie a refund is the only solution I believe does justice to what has happened.
    Rs. 55, 000 isn't a small amount for me to let go off or be unable to make use off to the fullest.

    Please look into the matter and help provide relief to me and save the future customers from going through the same.

      Apple phone batteries are the worst performance n battery will dry soon and also battery started bulging and damaged the skin by using apple phone. Support person did not help at all since its manufacturing failure for the phone and harmful to use these phones. After hearing skin damages they did not concern about safety for the phones who all facing.

        Apple is fake company it seems, they are making fools of customers... I bought a phone of rs 45000 5 months ago and my phone is not powering on and apple deny for warranty, i spoke to apple escalation team they said thier is no liquid damage and no external damage but its only small internal damage due to which we wont consider it into warranty. Intially they said your phone will get replaced but now they denied... Fake commitments... Its a black spot to apple.
        If some in apple is genuine please help me.

          I have purchased iPhone 7 plus from paytm on 2nd Nov 2018 .
          With IMEI NO.- [protected] and serial no. DX3X85JWHG04.
          Today on 30 April my phone suddenly stop working and shows Apple logo and on off sign . For this complaint I went to iPhone service center at Jabalpur (Napier town above hotel yellow chilli) . The lady at service center checked my phone and gave me a service call report receiving bill and mentioned that my phone is under warranty and there is some hardware problem and they will resolve it and will send my phone to Bangalore intime will provide me other phone. I have that receipt. After half an hour the lady told me that there is water droplet in my phone so they can't resolve my problem and it will not cover under policy . They charged me even they give me original receipt that I have an hardware problem and any other thing is totally fine
          My phone was fine till morning there is no water contact of my phone they fakely make my phone like wet which is not actually i have the proof even, but they are not hearing it .

            Hello team,

            I have submitted my iphone 6s 32gb to service center, having a issue with battery issue and display finishing is not good, i got device replacement but still am facing battery and in new device the finish is not good on display, i have submitted my device long back, am getting proper resolution.
            Case id is[protected]. Kindly refund money or else replace the device.
            Am really fed of with this service. Almost from last 4 months am facing this kind of problems. Its highly irritation.
            I[censored]nable to resolve the problem please refund the money or replace device.
            Nobody is not taking serious in my case. I can't call the apple call center people and speak and can't explain my device problem with different different people its waste of my time.
            Apple store people saying need pay for the battery replacement of new device.. Why i should customer needs to pay with warranty. So please clarify everything and get some resolution for this issue.

              My apple watch series 2 purchased in october 2017 burst open on charging. On taking this to planet care in bengaluru - phoenix market city. I was informed that a replacement would cost me rs. 14000/- (Almost half the original cost). It is really pathetic that once purchases an expensive product that not only doesnt last beyond the warranty period, but also is unsafe for regular use. I read a few similar comments and looks like apple is aware of this issue. For a company with apple's reputation, you should have proactively managed this like how automobile companies do.
              Pathetic and unsafe products from apple. Unfortunate that i have been an apple user for the last 10 years.

                I bought an Iphone 7 @2 months back and one day suddenly my phone is not opening so i went to the Apple Care where they inspected my phone and not found any physical and liquid damage and they denied to fix my phone and then i want to the shop where i have bought it he is also confused that why customer care did not fix it i am sending the attached report from apple care please provide me the solutions because it is not the way to treat you customer and i did not good response from your call center.

                  I purchased a premium apple product: (Apple macbook air 13-inch retina display, 1.6ghz dual-core intel core i5, 128gb) – color: gold from apple authorized reseller: ezone - south city mall, shop no: b10, 375a, prince anwar shah road, kolkata-700068 in the evening of 15th april (Monday), 2019 (Poila baisakh). The product was bought for gifting-purpose.

                  To my utter astonishment, rather disappointment, when the sealed-box was opened in the morning of 21st april, the 30w usb-c power adapter was not working at all. Without wasting much time, i directly visited the reseller (Ezone) to apprise the concerned apple-representative of the same. The specialist confirmed that the adapter was 100% defective. But then the next few points that followed shattered my trust significantly in the after-sales-service of the reseller and hence apple and really made me question, if at all this is something that one can expect from such a coveted brand as apple and one of it’s authorized reseller.

                  1. The apple ground-staff from the reseller stated that his hands are very much tied here and there is not much that he can assist me with apart from asking me to directly visit some apple authorized service provider (Asp) in the vicinity to raise a case/report.

                  2. I asked the reseller - poc for a product replacement straight-away to which he stated that box-replacement is possible only within the first 48 hours and not beyond that.

                  Without getting much into the verbal exchange of arguments, i rang up an asp, in-fact all the asps available in kolkata later on, only to know that the entire process of the specific - adapter replacement will be possible not before 4-5 working days as the product is not readily available with them and they need to procure it first.

                  The asp - poc further mentioned that i can easily get the product replaced within the first 7/15 days window by showing the bill to the concerned shop from where i bought it. He was even surprised to know that being a loyal-customer to apple and after buying such a premium product i was treated this way and blatantly asked by the reseller to visit the asp for any product related issue whereas it should have been the sole-responsibility of the reseller to either replace the product with a brand-new one instantly or take the product to the asp and thus save me the unnecessary hassle and harassment here spending extra time and money.

                  What i strongly urge for is:
                  1. The reseller should have rather apologized to me for selling me such a premium-product which later on turned out to be defective. (Be it an usb-c power adapter or a mac, what is more important is that a brand new box with a defective piece is very frustrating rather unacceptable for any new buyer)

                  2. The reseller should have replaced the entire box with a brand new one then and there & tried sending the defective piece to apple’s service centre rather than asking me to take the pain of visiting an asp, waiting and then getting the job done for no fault of mine.

                  3. As a customer, i have paid a hefty amount upfront (1 lakh+) for buying such a premium product from apple that was newly launched only a few months ago and now that i found the sealed unit defective, i think i very much deserved a fresh-unit. Apple should compensate me atleast with a new unit for causing the awkward-embarrassment.

                  4. Am a 10-6-working individual, so why should it be my headache to run after apple asps and get the issue sorted out when the product in the brand-new sealed state has very much turned out to be faulty on the first place? On top of that, why should i even wait for 3-4 days for getting the defective piece corrected when i have already paid the cost incurred in full beforehand?
                  Being an end-user now i feel like am helplessly stuck and simply hanging like a pendulum in between the reseller and the company (Apple). Whereas, an entire box replacement would have solved the case and saved me a lot of tim, money and unnecessary harassment.

                  Am quite saddened to receive, for the very first time, such kind of a pathetic response, approach, support and assistance from a reseller of apple. Not to mention, it seems that the apple customer care is also least bothered to verify the genuineness of the case and they are not at all apologetic or remorseful.

                  If such is the laidback attitude, am quite sure that it would very soon start reflecting from other loyal users too in the form of feedback in the days to come. Shooting a mail is my last resort here with the only hope that someone from the top-tier management will understand my grief and address it at the earliest satisfactorily.

                    I am sayeed ahmed from new delhi. Today on 21-4-19, i have received a massage from my bank for purchased subscription of picsart and auto debit from my credit card which is linked with icloud account. After that i immediate called our bank regarding the payment which was not authorized to apple to debit any payment from my account for picsarts or any other from my accounts. Its my request to immediate refund my money which is debit from mu account by apple. Otherwise will send the complaint to concerned department and move the court for this because i am not purchase picsart app and not authorised to apple to debit any payment debit from my account without my consent. Its breach of trust which is shared to apple. So apple immediate return my money otherwise will complaint against apple.

                      I am using apple iphone imei-[protected] from last year jul'18. But from last 5 month i am facing issue of hang up. So i went to kns technologies at raipur on jan'19 for service which is apple certified service center, they informed its software issue and update it, after 2 days again same concern raise from same time asking for replacement, however no one are looking into the matter seriously. Now i got to now that apple such a brand is fake their is no consumer satisfaction checked. Just like other company they just look into sale not the sales sevice. It is my second phone and i got to now that after paying that much amount it is similar as other phone after service are!

                        I purchased iphone 8 plus last year in june, since then i am seriously facing a lot of issues.
                        First thing is you really pay a lot while purchasing one so you need the product usage should be hassle free. I have used other brands earlier which are of low cost like mi, samsung, one plus but have not faced these many issues in a single year. I used those phones even for more than 3-4 years, but thinking to upgrade technology and to try iphone once i decided to get iphone 8 plus. I seriously regret my decision.in 4-5 months, i had severe battery issues like battery draining fast and phone getting off in 8% of battery.
                        I went to koramangala bangalore store in january and they after making me 4-5 times rounds to the store replaced my phone battery. It was really a pathetic service from there side.

                        After so many rounds to store and discussions, wastage of time and energy, issue stands resolved a bit there.

                        But now my phone is getting too much heated like a frying pan while using it for either call or just chatting for few minutes.

                        Apart from that battery drainage is still fast now too.

                        Even some internal software issues that sometimes while calling people, i am not able to hear the other person then i need to restart my phone. Because of this, sometimes i need to restart the phone even 2-3 times a day.

                        I got this phone of red colour, now even colour is also fading from phone.

                        I really need someone to help me out and i would really suggest not to buy iphones it’s a waste of your hard earned money just like i spent around 70k on this : (: (

                          I have bought my mac book pro 2018 in may 2018.Today i got my screen black no response from screen. I went to customer care they told to replace screen and told me that would cost 50, 000rs (700USD). For a common man like me how can i afford this cost already i paid 1, 10, 000rs to buy it.
                          Don't ever trust Apple products.

                            I have Paid Rs 71000/- to M/S Mobicare Shop No 1, Ramnagar, Visakhapatnam on 11th March 19 for I PAD WIFI Cell32 GB through Citibank card.

                            It has been almost a month and they did not provide the product or return my money.

                            Since last one week they are saying that they have deposited HDFC Cheque No : 002299 in my account but so far this amount is not credited.

                              The great apple phone. I bought this for 1, 14, 000 still i'm having 7 months warranty left. Im watching video songs in youtube all of sudden my phone got hang and screen got turned off. It was not responding to any buttons or after plugging in charger. My battery percentage was about 60%..

                              People are not even caring the cost and still purchasing the apple. Is this the way how product outcome will be? Spent 1 lakh on the phone is this the way that works?

                                Hello my name is Amrit tavetiya. I am using iphone 6s risght now.Few days back i faced battery issue in my device so, i went to apple service center in shivalik (south delhi) as my phone was under warranty.
                                Day one i visited there they just formeted my phone and asked me to use it as they confirmed that battery is OK.I used it for two days and my phone battery was given that same 3-4 hours backup.Then i again went there and they have taken the phone after checking but after 3-4 days they called me up and said that your display is non genuine and i have to pay 12000 rupees for repair and then i asked for the proof but they have just give me the bill and charged me 12000 rupees.i just wanted to complain that they have changed the display there only and charged me for the non genuine display.
                                this is totally wrong that my phone was under warrenty and these people charged me for underwarranty phone.
                                @Apple @AppleSupport Hope #iPhoneX 256gb Got repair and you people ask for money to replace new within warranty period..just got dip within 10cm in the water...Hope you dont create water-resistant jokes anymore not happy with the product😡

                                  I am having ipohne 5s and my apple id is rahul.[protected]@gmail.com. For past two weeks i am facing problem of Abnormal functioning of touch and battery issues with my iphone. I visited your customer care support centre situated at Pacific Mall, tagore garden, New Delhi 110018 on 28.03.2019 and 29.03.2019. When I informed them about the coming problem in my iphone they kept it on diagnosis. Regarding issue of touch your customer care executive advised to update the software but before that he asked us to take the backup. On very next day when we visited again the store ur executive after diagnosis told that if they will update the soft ware 99 percent chance is that the phone will get dead so we returned from there empty handed without any hope of getting my iphone repaired. After getting disappointed by the advised given by ur executive one day i visited one local mobile repair store to see whether anything can be done with my iphone and after diagnosis he told that the software is perfectly alright but therr is an hardware issue and informed that if he replaces the touch panel the issue will get resolved. Sir after my consent he replaced my touchscreen with new one and to my surprise the phone was very well working and touch problem was resolved. And till now i have faced no problem in my phone.

                                  Sir i am very disappointed that your customer care executive guided me wrongly and told that there is a software issue but actually it was totally a hardware issue which could have been replaced at their end itself. I am very hurt that being a loyal customer of apple this kind of services i am getting and due to incorrect information given by ur customer care executives i had no other option than showing my iphone to some local service centre. We spend out hard earned money to buy such expensive iphones and what kind of support are we getting. This incidence has made me rething whether to stay with apple or to move on to some other brands.
                                  Sir your loyal customer has been provided with incorrect information by your authorized customer care executives at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, New delhi, 110018, India.

                                  In view of the above i demand for Compensation and justice or else I will resort legally through consumer forums.

                                    I am owning apple watch series 4 purchased in october 2018

                                    Last saturday while working out the watch got heated and i got a heat shock and as a result, i shook my hands and somehow the watch fell down on the ground. To my surprise the screen total got damaged and i could not use it any further.
                                    On contacting the apple care numbers and service centre, they asked me to replace the entire watch and the approx cost of the same would be inr 30k.

                                    This is really a very high cost given to the price of the watch and as similar as price of the new watch.

                                    I would request apple to replace the screen at reasonable price and if the decision is to change the entire watch the the cost of the same should not be levied to me.

                                    I am looking forward to suitable solution from apple in this regard and not asking the price of a new watch.

                                      I dr narendra sharma was gigted an iphone7 2years back by a friend, but than i had to go for my fellowship outside and it remained packed only. On returning back when i opened the iphone7 it couldn't be on even after charging. Showed in an apple store but they are helpless as it was purchased 2 years back. So my doubt is whether a defective piece was given to me as it was seal pack. Kindly look into matter as it brings a bad reputation for company on trust as well as services.

                                        I would like to let you know how i am cheated by apple support and technical team (Ms. Naghma).

                                        I bought a macbook pro (13 inch, 2017, 2 tbt3) laptop, due to educational obligations of my 16 year old daughter. I purchased a warranty for two years ending 20 august 2020. From aptrinox service center (Copy attached)

                                        The laptop display suddenly went off on march 19th 2019. Hence we took the laptop to aptrinox service center (Apples service centre at borivali, mumbai) for repair on march 20th. The person known as mr. Narayan from the service centre attended us and ran a diagnosis test. He informed us that the root cause of the issue was a cable issue. The job number bor[protected] was created by him. They also informed me that since the laptop had a very miniscule dent on left side of the laptop, they wanted me to talk to apple support and technical team to avail the warranty. They shared the applex support contact number[protected]. Ms. Naghma from apple support team received my call and she logged the issue with a case #[protected]. She informed me that they will contact the aptrinox service center and update me on march 21st. Her assistant called me on march 21 evening to inform that ms. Naghma was on leave and that they may contact me on march 22nd / 23rd. Meanwhile i spoke to the aptrinox service centre to understand the status of my job/issue. Mr. Nishant and narayan (From aptrinox service center) informed me that they have responded back to apple support team that the root cause of the issue is cable and not dent. They also informed me that they have sent the pictures of the screen and laptop along with diagnosis result to apple service. Further, they re-confirmed that it was the cable issue which led to the dysfunctioning of the display

                                        March 23rd i received a call from ms. Naghma rejecting my request to replace the display by just saying that because the laptop had a minor dent they will not accept my issue under warranty. I pleaded her to check the diagnosis result and evaluate the information shared by aptrinox service center and understand the root cause but she outright rejected my claim.

                                        My daughter has made me buy the apple 5, 6s, 7, 8plus, 2 apple ipads and 2 apple laptop todate and her belief is very strong in the apple products. She uses it for all her school work and for her entertainment as well. Though i often found it outrageously expensive for the teenager, my wife has been supporting her in procuring these expensive gadgets. We had planned to gift her apple watch on her next achievement, since she loves your products, but now i have second thoughts about it if this matter is not handled appropriately.

                                        I am quite disappointed to find that ms naghma has just brushed away my case holding on the word dent. On the job sheet (Point 2 of the job sheet, attached) its clearly mentioned that any major dent automatically negates the warranty, which i can totally agree with but a real miniscule dent and the one that’s not even responsible for the problem faced cannot be used to penalize us.in good stead we took a 2 year warranty but which would have no meaning if this miniscule dent is going to be held against us for any of our concerns.

                                        My daughter has been your loyal customer and has been hopeful that you will be helpful but if we are be fooled in the name of this really small dent and not even refunded the warranty money i would really feel cheated out rightly and ensure that my money is spent next time for products from the company that really care about their customers.

                                        I would request you to kindly investigate my genuine case in details and do the right thing. My daughter is in class 10 and most of her study material is on that lap top. She requires her mac in order to do her coursework and assessments for her diploma. Her board exams are about a month away and she feels helpless and so do i.

                                        Kindly understand while i want to help my kid the costs that i will face for repairing this laptop are not valid and fair on me.

                                        Please make sure that warranty is to help your customers in situations exactly like the one i am facing and not just a sham. I am hopeful that you will be honest in your promises and help us out by doing what is really the right thing to do.

                                        Further, today (March 30) we again visited aptrinox service center. Mr. Nishant and mr, narayan reconfirm us the cable issue. Also they connect me to mr. Lokesh kumar (Their manager) based out of hyderabad. Mr. Logesh has confirmed me that he will be escalating this matter with apple customer care. Also based on his instruction, mr. Narayan took the video of the laptop to show that the issue is not the minor dent but the cable issue. Further, i have also taken picture at aptrinox service center that shows mr. Narayan is working on the the laptop at the angle approximate 45 degree and the laptop is working fine. As you move the screen, the display disappears, which confirms that its cable issue and not dent. I have attached the picture for your reference.
