I am owning apple watch series 4 purchased in october 2018

Last saturday while working out the watch got heated and i got a heat shock and as a result, i shook my hands and somehow the watch fell down on the ground. To my surprise the screen total got damaged and i could not use it any further.
On contacting the apple care numbers and service centre, they asked me to replace the entire watch and the approx cost of the same would be inr 30k.

This is really a very high cost given to the price of the watch and as similar as price of the new watch.

I would request apple to replace the screen at reasonable price and if the decision is to change the entire watch the the cost of the same should not be levied to me.

I am looking forward to suitable solution from apple in this regard and not asking the price of a new watch.

    I dr narendra sharma was gigted an iphone7 2years back by a friend, but than i had to go for my fellowship outside and it remained packed only. On returning back when i opened the iphone7 it couldn't be on even after charging. Showed in an apple store but they are helpless as it was purchased 2 years back. So my doubt is whether a defective piece was given to me as it was seal pack. Kindly look into matter as it brings a bad reputation for company on trust as well as services.

      I would like to let you know how i am cheated by apple support and technical team (Ms. Naghma).

      I bought a macbook pro (13 inch, 2017, 2 tbt3) laptop, due to educational obligations of my 16 year old daughter. I purchased a warranty for two years ending 20 august 2020. From aptrinox service center (Copy attached)

      The laptop display suddenly went off on march 19th 2019. Hence we took the laptop to aptrinox service center (Apples service centre at borivali, mumbai) for repair on march 20th. The person known as mr. Narayan from the service centre attended us and ran a diagnosis test. He informed us that the root cause of the issue was a cable issue. The job number bor[protected] was created by him. They also informed me that since the laptop had a very miniscule dent on left side of the laptop, they wanted me to talk to apple support and technical team to avail the warranty. They shared the applex support contact number[protected]. Ms. Naghma from apple support team received my call and she logged the issue with a case #[protected]. She informed me that they will contact the aptrinox service center and update me on march 21st. Her assistant called me on march 21 evening to inform that ms. Naghma was on leave and that they may contact me on march 22nd / 23rd. Meanwhile i spoke to the aptrinox service centre to understand the status of my job/issue. Mr. Nishant and narayan (From aptrinox service center) informed me that they have responded back to apple support team that the root cause of the issue is cable and not dent. They also informed me that they have sent the pictures of the screen and laptop along with diagnosis result to apple service. Further, they re-confirmed that it was the cable issue which led to the dysfunctioning of the display

      March 23rd i received a call from ms. Naghma rejecting my request to replace the display by just saying that because the laptop had a minor dent they will not accept my issue under warranty. I pleaded her to check the diagnosis result and evaluate the information shared by aptrinox service center and understand the root cause but she outright rejected my claim.

      My daughter has made me buy the apple 5, 6s, 7, 8plus, 2 apple ipads and 2 apple laptop todate and her belief is very strong in the apple products. She uses it for all her school work and for her entertainment as well. Though i often found it outrageously expensive for the teenager, my wife has been supporting her in procuring these expensive gadgets. We had planned to gift her apple watch on her next achievement, since she loves your products, but now i have second thoughts about it if this matter is not handled appropriately.

      I am quite disappointed to find that ms naghma has just brushed away my case holding on the word dent. On the job sheet (Point 2 of the job sheet, attached) its clearly mentioned that any major dent automatically negates the warranty, which i can totally agree with but a real miniscule dent and the one that’s not even responsible for the problem faced cannot be used to penalize us.in good stead we took a 2 year warranty but which would have no meaning if this miniscule dent is going to be held against us for any of our concerns.

      My daughter has been your loyal customer and has been hopeful that you will be helpful but if we are be fooled in the name of this really small dent and not even refunded the warranty money i would really feel cheated out rightly and ensure that my money is spent next time for products from the company that really care about their customers.

      I would request you to kindly investigate my genuine case in details and do the right thing. My daughter is in class 10 and most of her study material is on that lap top. She requires her mac in order to do her coursework and assessments for her diploma. Her board exams are about a month away and she feels helpless and so do i.

      Kindly understand while i want to help my kid the costs that i will face for repairing this laptop are not valid and fair on me.

      Please make sure that warranty is to help your customers in situations exactly like the one i am facing and not just a sham. I am hopeful that you will be honest in your promises and help us out by doing what is really the right thing to do.

      Further, today (March 30) we again visited aptrinox service center. Mr. Nishant and mr, narayan reconfirm us the cable issue. Also they connect me to mr. Lokesh kumar (Their manager) based out of hyderabad. Mr. Logesh has confirmed me that he will be escalating this matter with apple customer care. Also based on his instruction, mr. Narayan took the video of the laptop to show that the issue is not the minor dent but the cable issue. Further, i have also taken picture at aptrinox service center that shows mr. Narayan is working on the the laptop at the angle approximate 45 degree and the laptop is working fine. As you move the screen, the display disappears, which confirms that its cable issue and not dent. I have attached the picture for your reference.

        This is so bad to inform you, that i purchage an apple iphone 8 plus 256gb device from reliance digital, bhimavaram store on 09/06/2018. There is a network (No service) issue with that device, so i went to conquer (Apple authorised service center) bhimavaram on 27th march 2019 and handover my device. On 28th march 2019 at 10:30 am i received a phone call from conquer service and told that my device is duplicate and will not cover under warranty, while directly intrect with service persons, they told that device is duplicate and report me like that.

        So kindly resolve my issue and help to keep my trust on apple

          I purchased iphone xs max two months back.. As mentioned it is water resistant phone and as it is claimed about its ip68 rating means it can survive a dunk o[censored]p to two meters but my phone just got wet in the rain. Soon after i went to two different apple stores. Told them about this problem and this is unacceptable. They could not turn the phone on. Told me pay 670000 and get a replacement. Why do they sell faulty products. My phone also has warranty. I'm very depressed with the apple product. I request a service for my product as soon as possible or i shall be giving a complaint legally to the court

            This is to bring to the notice of the forum that, i have not been provided enough support from apple on the iphone 7 which comes across having "audio problems" & "gets heated up when in use even for a short while".
            Below is the brief description of the phone :
            Apple iphone 7 128gb rose gold
            Sl. No. [protected]
            Date of purchase : 26-nov-2016.
            When reached out to the apple online support, i was suggested couple of workarounds with the device reset which seem to work for while but did not sustain. Later, i was asked to carry it to the authorized service center and i was told strangely that there was no fix for this issue.
            And there have been more than 50 complaints in the last few weeks and apple denied any support other than suggesting buying another phone with the replacement cost.
            Though the phone is beyond its warranty, this indicates the phone to have a serious safety threat and even then apple is not acknowledging to recall this product.
            Please help provide advice & support in terms of reporting this issue to apple and get justice on this.

              I bought i phonex which is under warranty!!! My phone powers on only when it’s plugged in with adopter, it doesn’t hold the charge when you disconnect from power cable it goes off. I took the phone to apple store, they denied the diagnostic and tried to return the phone and said it’s screen was replaced earlier so we can only replace the phone for 54k, no troubleshooting will be done, after long mess and discussion they finally checked the phone and tried to diagnose if this is bcoz of local screen replaced, they changed the screen and still problem persisted, so i tried to make them understand that issue is with the machine not with the screen, it’s the defective phone, they denied to support, and said we can give in return that no service will be provided as phone was opened at local store, this isn’t real scam that apple is doing, why they doesn’t cover there product when they give 1 year warrenty, i m not rich to give 54k for nothing and get the same phone when i have warrenty, i please ask to look into matter and get it sorted -

                  I bought iphone 7plus on septemer 2017 and now i am facing an issue that my phone earpiece volume got low and i am not able to hear the voice loud even though phone volume is full.                     Dear mr. Cook,

                    I am writing this email with deep torment
                    I have been associated with apple since iphone 4s, i was satisfied with the products and i loved the services of apple, i have suggested to all my family members, friends and collegues, to use apple products, only based on my suggestion and reviews they have purchased apple products.

                    I love apple products alot, i have always been one of your satisfied customer
                    But now i am in deep distress.
                    I own iphone 8 plus, while using my phone i suddenly happen to see an error message as "no service" on my iphone, on believing my iphone would not have any issues, i suspected my sim card, so i changed my existing sim card with new one, still i faced the same issue, now it should be an issue with phone, i believed this would just be an software issue, which would be definitely sorted out and i can continue using my favorite apple phone.

                    I visited service centre in annanagar, chennai, who tested my phone and gave a very shocking news that "this is an hardware issue, which could not be resolved from there end, this would only go for replacement and i need to pay around 40000 for replacement with only 3 month of warranty"

                    I was totally disappointed with this response, it was just 3 months lapsed from my warranty and of the fact this was confirmed as only hardware issue, i have left out with no other option rather than pay 40 bucks, being such a loyal customer for so many years, the reward i could get back is very poor response which i have never ever expected from a very reputed company like apple

                    I strongly believed apple would render best service by considering the relationship with apple and loyalty for being associated with apple for so many years, but nothing is been taken into consideration, there are so many competitors providing services equal to iphone, still as i have been an apple lover i bought 8 plus and continuously i have been associated with apple and it's services.

                    I called customer care yesterday and they also gave me the same response, would that be right to ignore the concern raised by a customer who is so much in love with apple products. I definitely did not expect such a response at all. This paves way to switch to other service provider and in future i will not get any more apple products and would not be able to provide a good feedback to others, out of my such a bad experience.

                    I would expect a replacement of new iphone as this is no where a fault from my end, i believe i would get a positive reply on my email.

                      I had bought an iphone 10 for my father from the us in june-july 2018 under global warranty. After 4months o[censored]se, my father noticed a slight crack near the the camera. The phone had not fallen or man handled (My father hardly even uses the phone). On reading online, we found various articles where people said they had faced such issues overnight with iphones and in such cases the phone will be replaced.

                      Fistly, when i went to the customer service, they didnt even have a look at the phone and said it is physical damage. I then called apple support and they said, it is the duty of the service center to check the damage. When i went again to the store, they said it is physical damage without even checking the phone. I told them to check the phone and provide the report. The report states it is a physical damage. I told them i do not agree with that as the phone has not even fallen (How can a phone crack without falling!). They said tes, the phone has. Ot fallen as there are no dents but it is still physical damage and i need to pay plus 50000inr for a replacement. When i asked them how a phone can crack without falling, they had no answer. They just said it is physical damage.

                      I do not expect such cheating from apple. If i can buy a phone worth 90000, i can very well pay more to replace it. But here, it is a matter of right and wrong and i will not pay a penny as it is not my mistake. There can be manufacturing defects and apple needs to take the responsibility and replace my phone!!

                      I have gone on social platforms but apple doesnt respond. Reason why i have to resort to this forum. I expect this forum to get my issue addressed.

                        I purchased a i phone 7 plus in january 2018. The phone developed a snag on day one and the service center gave a replacement handset. This handset has had a hardware failure now exactly after one year o[censored]se (Warranty over). What should i do as a consumer having paid inr 60000 for a new i phone and receiving sub standard quality??? Does apple india care.

                          We purahced apple 8+ -64 gb gold mobile phone with emi-[protected] from sargam electronics, patel nagar on 09.03.2018.

                          We took this phone on 28.2.19 to service centre future world, cp, delhi and got a written diagnose details that ear pod is not an apple product, they checked and found. Service centre people evn informed us that sargam electronics, patel nagar is giving false ear pods to many customers since a long time.

                          We than went to sargam electronics mr. Sanjeev gulati urf tony that false ear pod was given to us and askeed them for replacemnt. Since than till date ie 8.3.19 they are ignoreing us and and not talking to us and tomo the warranty period will expire on 09.03.2019.

                          Kindly cancell the dealership of sargam electronics, patel nagar, new delhi and help me get the correct ear pod most urgently.

                          Copy of this email will be send to media and other social networking websites, chief minister of delhi and customer grevience cell about above concern.

                            Firstly i have disappointed with given services from reliance & iphone support

                            I have purchased purchased fake / duplicate apple iphone xs (256 gb) device from reliance digital in bangalore after using this mobile heating everytime like : ex. Voice call, google chrome, music, and mobile internet also the charging adapter too much heating so finally i have contacted to iphone customer care to resolve my problem with the device they are also not supporting even misleading / marketed at reliance digital sahakarnagar - bangalore store. Since apple company want to make money by misleading / marketing that calling super phone, awesome phone but it's very dangerous heating they don't bothering about end user health so per i kindly request you to please escalate this issue immediately and take further action on both

                              My job sheet no is ggn3965421. I had submitted iphone 7 plus in cyber city unicorn gurgaon support on jan 16 and 17 respectively for 2 times for same issue.. There was screen blackout issue and voice issue. First, i went there on 15 tey did ios upgrade and said its solved. On 16 again i went they submitted it, on 17th they said collect it, when i went there issue was still there in front of them, again they kept it and now saying it will be sent to bangalore for repair and we will take 3 more days. After 2nd repair phone is malfunctioning and same issue persists.

                              I have bought phone 3 months back and there are too many repairs. I want new phone from apple to avoid same issue in future from same handset. I am very old user of apple but this is first time i am very frustrated with apple services.

                                I brought my iphone 6 in the month of october 2017 from aptronixs store in vijayawada. All good for a few months and after that phone touch is to get stuck. I took the phone to the service center (Aptronixs) in vijayawada in the month of september 2018. The service engineer took the phone for diagnosis into the room and took 15 minutes and came back saying that it is a software issue and asked me to restore the phone, but i asked him to perform the restoring process. He gave the phone after a few hours and ask me to check, i told him that it is ok.

                                After a few months, again i have the same problem and tried to fix the problem by restoring the phone os but it didn't fix the issue.

                                This time i took the phone to the same service center (On 4th march 2019) and service engineer first question was, do you have a warranty for this phone and i said no. By just removing the back case, service engineer told me that it is a hardware issue and you need to pay rs.12000 without doing any diagnosis and for diagnosis you need to pay rs. 500. I asked him that i brought this phone in warranty to your service center and you said it is an only software issue and now after the warranty, you are saying that it is a hardware issue. Can you check my previous records in your server and let me know. He clearly told me that all the diagnosis records we not available and gave me a support number to contact.

                                I contacted the support center and explained everything. The ticket (Apple case[protected] was raised and assigned to the software technical advisor (Name: mrs. Jasmine) and she asked me a few questions and took time till today 4 pm (5th march 2019). She called on time and told me that we need some more time (1 day more) to investigate. I asked her to take time. Around 7:40 pm, i got a call from her. She has said these words and this conversation took more than 1 hour.

                                We have done the investigation and our service engineer in the store has performed only software diagnosis and not hardware diagnosis, so we only fix the issue with software and warranty for the phone was extended to 90 days on the issue we resolved.

                                I asked only one question to her that if i gave a phone for service, how come your service engineer came to the conclusion that it is an only software issue by doing software diagnosis and not hardware diagnosis. For the conclusion of the service engineer, now i need to pay rs.12500 and which you are supporting the engineer.

                                She had concluded the conversation with the above words and i asked her to send me an email what she is telling and she didn't agree to send an email, which is keeping me in the air without any proofs for legal action.

                                I am not sure this is the policy of the apple service but mrs. Jasmine from apple team told me these words,

                                Our service engineers are experts in handling the device if he chooses for only software diagnosis, customer need to accept and there is no need for hardware diagnosis.

                                Here are the points i asked but no reply,

                                1. I requested the policy point number so that i can check but she said it is not possible to share the policy point number.
                                2. I asked for the legal advisor of apple to contact me and she said it is not possible or call to the support number and ask for the legal advisor.
                                3. Asked for the conversation email but she said no.
                                4. Asked for the diagnosis report of hardware and software, she said no.

                                I am using apple products for a long time in the uk and never faced this issue. Here in india, it is really hurting me. I think apple is depending on third-party vendors for service and customers need to face issues.

                                Hope someone will help me in fixing this issue with improper service by apple.

                                  I am not sure that raising my concern/ complaints with right team concerned.in case i am not on correct path please route to coerce path.

                                  This time i am embarrassed and very upset due to support which i got today from unicorn faridabad base crown interiorz shopping mall 1st floor.

                                  1. They people are not professional and don’t know how do support customer. Even they are not eligible to sit in apple service center.

                                  I met with manager ravi chaudhary again completely unprofessional and not ready to listen customers. I would say he is not deserving candidate for manage role because i didn’t see any difference the way he is talking and his subordinates almost same.

                                  Actual concerned:

                                  Today my third visit to apple store above mentioned service center and again they clearly denied to replace lighting cable of my phone saying damaged and n numbers of excuses.

                                  Excuse 1: charger cable was damaged or cracked. Photo attached.
                                  Excuse: pill are damaged. Don’t know as last 2 times they told ok we have cleaned and now it will work. Today they did same thing. When i asked them that how many time i need to come for cleaning as it is under warranty please replace. Finally they kept and after one hour they started new excuse that cable jack was cracked which was not cracked at the time of submission. It was good.

                                  They people are telling lie and intentionally damaged and now denying. If it was damaged why they kept and open job card.

                                  This is not a case of 1700 cable case it is is case of apple company name and fame which is getting spoil and ruin by such bakwaas service center provider.

                                  I would like to request apple franchise who given permission to fbd service center please request stop and shut it immediately to save faith on apple product.

                                  Interesting thing one more lady with same issue job card and pics of her lighting cable attached in very poor condition and sc manager ravi accepted the replacement and when i asked why her not mine her charger cable in bad condition comparatively mine.

                                  He told we are reviewing though customers counter person clearly denied to open job.

                                  Why this partiality are you guys running apple service center or something else.

                                  Hope you will understand what i want to say!!

                                  Dear apple staff i am genuine apple user and. Red genuine support from you guys please help me.

                                  I will be more happy if resolving my case.

                                    I purchased an ipad from amazon on 08-september 2018. I'm using the ipad with a protective cover purchased from amazon itself from day 1. The ipad got a very minute dent on back panel 4 months back. Since yesterday the screen is showing some linings indicating that the internal display is damaged. I had been to nyasa which is an authorised service centre of apple and they denied servicing under warranty. My more than 6 months of warranty is still there. Just because they don't want to service it for free, they are demanding 21, 500 inr to replace the ipad.
                                    And they are saying that ipad has gone physical damage and the minute dent has caused internal screen damage. This is very wrong. Just because they don't want to service it under warranty, they are blaming this issue on the dent which had occurred 4 months ago? After that i have been using this ipad and there was not even a single problem. How can internal screen damage occur after 4 months? I have received defective product from apple. And they are denying service. The apple authorised service centre is fraud. When you go with a problem, they start finding 100 new problems to charge you.

                                      The offer to replace Battery of 6 was announced, it was working absolutely fine, but since this created a panic, we went and got it replaced in the Apple official service Center,
                                      Two mts done the line, it just was charging up to 100 % in 2 mts and draining out in few seconds,
                                      We approached the service Center, they said you need to do some settings in the phone we tried that, nothing changed, till three mts the service Center, kept this Stand, the moment 3 mts wa over they said your Warnenty was over, and now we were asked to buy one now,

                                      Approached Apple customer Care
                                      They did some online testing and confirmed that hand set is ok,
                                      And asked us to take it back to the service Center.

                                      We took it again, they took it and said they have to send it to their factory, they took the phone, now they say that the battery is swollen, it has to be replaced,

                                      For a faulty battery that they put in replace to our good one, we are haveing to pay for a new one .

                                      So this just gives me the feeling, that this gimmick of exchanging a battery free, is to put a faulty one . An dmake is buy another battery .

                                      Sad state of affair

                                      And the customer Care, service Center only pass on the buck to each other to avoid, taking action .

                                      For us who have been using all Apple products, this has been an eye opener to look at other products.

                                        I am sharing my bitter experince regarding my new i phone xr 128 gb.
                                        I purchased an apple i phone xr from an authorised reseller imagine store ub city bengaluru on 22 feb @8.43 pm. Was really excited about my new phone but it was shortlived. The phone display froze completly on 25 th feb 6 pm. I promptly called up the toll free number and was directed to the service center in mantri mall mallleshwaram bengaluru/20 km away. Was advised to return after24 hrs to run the diagnostics on a brand newi phone phew!
                                        Absolutely no updates from the service center, so after 24 hrs i called apple support team who directed me to collect the device from service center and exchange it with a new one @the imagine store but i was shocked when the store manager refused to exchange the device. They have offered to repair a defective device sold to me. This is the absolutely ridiculous a brand new phone needs to be repaierd in 48 hrs time pathetic policies of apple india/reseller /ample technologies.... I am still awaiting a resolution from the world renouwed brand apple,,, absolutely disgusting experience
