My job sheet no is ggn3965421. I had submitted iphone 7 plus in cyber city unicorn gurgaon support on jan 16 and 17 respectively for 2 times for same issue.. There was screen blackout issue and voice issue. First, i went there on 15 tey did ios upgrade and said its solved. On 16 again i went they submitted it, on 17th they said collect it, when i went there issue was still there in front of them, again they kept it and now saying it will be sent to bangalore for repair and we will take 3 more days. After 2nd repair phone is malfunctioning and same issue persists.

I have bought phone 3 months back and there are too many repairs. I want new phone from apple to avoid same issue in future from same handset. I am very old user of apple but this is first time i am very frustrated with apple services.

    I brought my iphone 6 in the month of october 2017 from aptronixs store in vijayawada. All good for a few months and after that phone touch is to get stuck. I took the phone to the service center (Aptronixs) in vijayawada in the month of september 2018. The service engineer took the phone for diagnosis into the room and took 15 minutes and came back saying that it is a software issue and asked me to restore the phone, but i asked him to perform the restoring process. He gave the phone after a few hours and ask me to check, i told him that it is ok.

    After a few months, again i have the same problem and tried to fix the problem by restoring the phone os but it didn't fix the issue.

    This time i took the phone to the same service center (On 4th march 2019) and service engineer first question was, do you have a warranty for this phone and i said no. By just removing the back case, service engineer told me that it is a hardware issue and you need to pay rs.12000 without doing any diagnosis and for diagnosis you need to pay rs. 500. I asked him that i brought this phone in warranty to your service center and you said it is an only software issue and now after the warranty, you are saying that it is a hardware issue. Can you check my previous records in your server and let me know. He clearly told me that all the diagnosis records we not available and gave me a support number to contact.

    I contacted the support center and explained everything. The ticket (Apple case[protected] was raised and assigned to the software technical advisor (Name: mrs. Jasmine) and she asked me a few questions and took time till today 4 pm (5th march 2019). She called on time and told me that we need some more time (1 day more) to investigate. I asked her to take time. Around 7:40 pm, i got a call from her. She has said these words and this conversation took more than 1 hour.

    We have done the investigation and our service engineer in the store has performed only software diagnosis and not hardware diagnosis, so we only fix the issue with software and warranty for the phone was extended to 90 days on the issue we resolved.

    I asked only one question to her that if i gave a phone for service, how come your service engineer came to the conclusion that it is an only software issue by doing software diagnosis and not hardware diagnosis. For the conclusion of the service engineer, now i need to pay rs.12500 and which you are supporting the engineer.

    She had concluded the conversation with the above words and i asked her to send me an email what she is telling and she didn't agree to send an email, which is keeping me in the air without any proofs for legal action.

    I am not sure this is the policy of the apple service but mrs. Jasmine from apple team told me these words,

    Our service engineers are experts in handling the device if he chooses for only software diagnosis, customer need to accept and there is no need for hardware diagnosis.

    Here are the points i asked but no reply,

    1. I requested the policy point number so that i can check but she said it is not possible to share the policy point number.
    2. I asked for the legal advisor of apple to contact me and she said it is not possible or call to the support number and ask for the legal advisor.
    3. Asked for the conversation email but she said no.
    4. Asked for the diagnosis report of hardware and software, she said no.

    I am using apple products for a long time in the uk and never faced this issue. Here in india, it is really hurting me. I think apple is depending on third-party vendors for service and customers need to face issues.

    Hope someone will help me in fixing this issue with improper service by apple.

      Dear admin team,

      I am not sure that raising my concern/ complaints with right team concerned.in case i am not on correct path please route to coerce path.

      This time i am embarrassed and very upset due to support which i got today from unicorn faridabad base crown interiorz shopping mall 1st floor.

      1. They people are not professional and don’t know how do support customer. Even they are not eligible to sit in apple service center.

      I met with manager ravi chaudhary again completely unprofessional and not ready to listen customers. I would say he is not deserving candidate for manage role because i didn’t see any difference the way he is talking and his subordinates almost same.

      Actual concerned:

      Today my third visit to apple store above mentioned service center and again they clearly denied to replace lighting cable of my phone saying damaged and n numbers of excuses.

      Excuse 1: charger cable was damaged or cracked. Photo attached.
      Excuse: pill are damaged. Don’t know as last 2 times they told ok we have cleaned and now it will work. Today they did same thing. When i asked them that how many time i need to come for cleaning as it is under warranty please replace. Finally they kept and after one hour they started new excuse that cable jack was cracked which was not cracked at the time of submission. It was good.

      They people are telling lie and intentionally damaged and now denying. If it was damaged why they kept and open job card.

      This is not a case of 1700 cable case it is is case of apple company name and fame which is getting spoil and ruin by such bakwaas service center provider.

      I would like to request apple franchise who given permission to fbd service center please request stop and shut it immediately to save faith on apple product.

      Interesting thing one more lady with same issue job card and pics of her lighting cable attached in very poor condition and sc manager ravi accepted the replacement and when i asked why her not mine her charger cable in bad condition comparatively mine.

      He told we are reviewing though customers counter person clearly denied to open job.

      Why this partiality are you guys running apple service center or something else.

      Hope you will understand what i want to say!!

      Dear apple staff i am genuine apple user and. Red genuine support from you guys please help me.

      I will be more happy if resolving my case.

        I purchased an ipad from amazon on 08-september 2018. I'm using the ipad with a protective cover purchased from amazon itself from day 1. The ipad got a very minute dent on back panel 4 months back. Since yesterday the screen is showing some linings indicating that the internal display is damaged. I had been to nyasa which is an authorised service centre of apple and they denied servicing under warranty. My more than 6 months of warranty is still there. Just because they don't want to service it for free, they are demanding 21, 500 inr to replace the ipad.
        And they are saying that ipad has gone physical damage and the minute dent has caused internal screen damage. This is very wrong. Just because they don't want to service it under warranty, they are blaming this issue on the dent which had occurred 4 months ago? After that i have been using this ipad and there was not even a single problem. How can internal screen damage occur after 4 months? I have received defective product from apple. And they are denying service. The apple authorised service centre is fraud. When you go with a problem, they start finding 100 new problems to charge you.

          The offer to replace Battery of 6 was announced, it was working absolutely fine, but since this created a panic, we went and got it replaced in the Apple official service Center,
          Two mts done the line, it just was charging up to 100 % in 2 mts and draining out in few seconds,
          We approached the service Center, they said you need to do some settings in the phone we tried that, nothing changed, till three mts the service Center, kept this Stand, the moment 3 mts wa over they said your Warnenty was over, and now we were asked to buy one now,

          Approached Apple customer Care
          They did some online testing and confirmed that hand set is ok,
          And asked us to take it back to the service Center.

          We took it again, they took it and said they have to send it to their factory, they took the phone, now they say that the battery is swollen, it has to be replaced,

          For a faulty battery that they put in replace to our good one, we are haveing to pay for a new one .

          So this just gives me the feeling, that this gimmick of exchanging a battery free, is to put a faulty one . An dmake is buy another battery .

          Sad state of affair

          And the customer Care, service Center only pass on the buck to each other to avoid, taking action .

          For us who have been using all Apple products, this has been an eye opener to look at other products.

            I am sharing my bitter experince regarding my new i phone xr 128 gb.
            I purchased an apple i phone xr from an authorised reseller imagine store ub city bengaluru on 22 feb @8.43 pm. Was really excited about my new phone but it was shortlived. The phone display froze completly on 25 th feb 6 pm. I promptly called up the toll free number and was directed to the service center in mantri mall mallleshwaram bengaluru/20 km away. Was advised to return after24 hrs to run the diagnostics on a brand newi phone phew!
            Absolutely no updates from the service center, so after 24 hrs i called apple support team who directed me to collect the device from service center and exchange it with a new one @the imagine store but i was shocked when the store manager refused to exchange the device. They have offered to repair a defective device sold to me. This is the absolutely ridiculous a brand new phone needs to be repaierd in 48 hrs time pathetic policies of apple india/reseller /ample technologies.... I am still awaiting a resolution from the world renouwed brand apple,,, absolutely disgusting experience

              Off late, apple products are running into hardware issues exactly after the warranty expires. This is the 2nd phone that has started having hardware problem exactly after a month from the warranty date.

              So, as per apple's authorized center icare services, i was told that if it’s a replacement, i need to pay inr 50, 0000. This is a standard practice across all apple’s authorised centers where they immediately provide replacement as the 1st option. This seems unethical that apple support centre’s immediate solution is to push another phone.

              This center has been holding onto my phone for last 1 month without any update and upon calling apple customer care, i have been asked to wait for another 2 days.

              Requesting the forum to investigate the ethical practices by apple & its authorised service center, where apple products are turning defective just after the expiry period. For me as layman, this seems like unscrupulous way of boosting sales by selling new phones.
              Yes I agree. Phones are having hardware issue immediately after warranty period. No care for customer. Simply a suggestion to replace the handset for a price. Disappointing for an I phone quality.

                I've had bought iphone se at 30 april 2018 from reliance digital, d' victoria mall, borivali west. And i have a lg smart tv. I wished to make use of a feature of hdmi to lightning cable, so as to watch media content in a bigger screen. Hence i bought a hdmi to lightning cable. I used it for some 2 months with my iphone se device. I had an issue of sim card not available, even if the sim was in the device. Hence i submitted the device to the istore infiniti mall, malad west. It got returned and issue was resolved but then i got the hdmi connection issue. I thought maybe the cable might have an issue. "but it worked well on other iphone se and other iphone devices of my friends and relatives and also the device of the service provider at istore, infiniti mall, malad." i hence submitted my device, i also got a loaner device. After a week device was returned as resolved but the issue was not yet resolved. Again for 2 times i submitted my device, both this time i was not provided a loaner device. Still the device came unresolved.in one year of warranty, 3 months of it's time has been wasted in the service center's submissions. I also tried talking with apple customer care, toll free number with the senior advisors. They send me to different service centers across mumbai. Malad, borivali, khar, etc. And purposefully insisted to buy another hdmi cable of apple.
                Hence no such effective help was given. I am very upset with the service not so provided. Effective action is expected. I am expecting a concrete solution, i have suffered a lot of headache running to and from the so called apple authorised service centers.

                    I purchased iphone 7 in januray 2017. It worked fine for 1 year exact. It stopped working after that showing an error " update your phone in order to activate.
                    I showed it in authorized service center of iphone. They diagnosed the issue and asked for 30, 000 inr to replace the phone. As they do not resolve hardware issues, they said.

                    I have visited many stores for the resolution without paying this huge amount. But iphone team seems not to help in any case. It is 2nd time this phone has crashed working. And there seem to be some manufacturing defect as discussed with the other iphone users.

                    I need to complaint for their irresponsible behavior for such an expensive product. It is totally frustrating and dis satisfactory.

                      Hi bought an iphone on oct 2018, but phone started hanging, screen got flickering, camera stopped working, my phone has no signal and i am not even able to talk to people. Their is heat issues as well. Went to service center after 15 days of buy-in his phone but they didn't replace it. I have been to service center like 5 times, they repaired it and gave it back to me everytime. After repair it use to work for another two three days and then again same problem. They even sent my phone to bangalore team and kept it for two weeks but still the problem is same. It's getting more n more problem every other day. It's been 6 months now and i am just running around service center for repair leaving all my work. Again my phone is at service center and when i call for replacement customer support says they m do anything and center says they cannot do anything. They r waiting for the warranty to expire so that they can get money from me. I need replacement for this phone.

                        The issue is regarding my iphone x it has a battery issue like it takes around 9 long minutes to rise a single % and later charges too slowly and even i hav visited the service centre multiple times and got the device replaced thrice but the issue dint resolved and when i reached to the apple support there is no proper response from the apple support like i have been using the defective device since 4 months and i have complained to apple care about the issue a moth back but i dint get any solution from the apple team my apple case id is[protected] even i requested the apple to upgrade or refund the amount i paid towards the device but the apple care just ignore my words and i hav submitted the logs and screenshots to apple 4 times but still they call me and ask frequently for the logs and screenshots i have already wasted my 25000 rs just by frequently visiting the service centre which is 70km far from my place so i need a refund of my device along with the compensation since i have wasted my 25000 rs just to visit the service centre and the bill of the device is attached below

                          I have bought apple iphone in the month of feb 2017..

                          The phone was bought from flipkart & i have started facing issues from the day one itself..

                          I have spent most of the time in service center & all the times when i got my phone they have replaced the screen or internal parts.

                          Till the warranty period i have faced lot of issues & ask apple to replaced the phone they didn;t do.. Atlast the phone was repaired & given to me which again started heating & touch issues which i am facing till date.

                          I have also drop multiple emails but the response was pothetic...
                          I am apple user unaware how to make purchases from iTunes. Yesterday my debit card was blocked after vinitunes made ₹ 3099 from my account without my knowledge( 5. 40 A M, 02/02/2019) & unaware of the purchase I made.pl rectify the issue

                            Let me explain worst experience I had with a (trash I will cal it ) mac book pro quad core 16gb/ 512 gb high end model I bought for almost $2500.before I was using a dell laptop bought for $650 I used it almost 6 years after this .I bought an apple book only with misconception that macbook is reliable so I can use it for more reliable than dell . I bought this 2016 after 8 months use a day suddenly it stopped working taken to apple service center and diagnised and said mother board gone I replaced mother board now again after one half year ( I rarely used) again a day same problem 16% charge was remaining I just closed the lid in the night next morning it is not turning on taken to apple authorized center the guys charged me Rs 3000 for diagnosis and said same logic board gone again . What is this I asked him apple making logic board using a piece of ### . What kind of reliability is this . I will fight my life time if I am not get my replacement. This is a kind of cheating. I dont expect a device which cost 4 times of normal laptop to have a logic board of a ###. If I am not replaced i will take my case to consumer court let us see what kind of logic board is this every year getting damaged is made of soil. My mobile number [protected]. I expect some one from apple will contact me I fight with apple care for 30 minutes they are useless support people .they said me helpless. But I paid huge money for my laptop I cannot be helpless. I will take this to court if I am not getting a response.

                              Dear Team,

                              This is really bad to see that applications without enforcing you goes for direct payment debit from saved credit card info.

                              Have login to devroqapps however by default monthly subscription fee debuted from my saved card details. This is not acceptable as my small kid have downloaded app by mistake and in 3 days time without any enforcement of payment deduction, it just happened like this.

                              Hi i’m bala. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Iam using iphone max xs from the day 1 its launched. I was never thought it would that much weaker phone. From 3 feet height its dropped yesterday and broken both front and back glass panels. Before this latest phn i was used iphone 6, its still working fine and i was dropped accidentally many times it hasn’t crashed ever. Worst experience from this latest one. Heard that damage is not covered under warranty. Iam wondering this much costly phone is not strong enough for a single drop. Thank you apple.

                                Hey sir, i hope you doing well. Sir, i've given my apple iphone 7plus for cleaning and for general service at apple store (Iqor), saharanpur. The time when i got my device back after the service the device is switching on and the sim is not being notified in the device and also the phone is not getting charged and also i got hanging problem in my device and currently my phone is switched off and not getting on and moreover i complaint to the manager sitting there he ignored my request and his behavior was so rude towards me and he rejected my phone and said that we can't do anything. Sir please pay attention to my problem as i am facing inconvenience from the apple store (Iqor), saharanpur-247001

                                  I hope you are doing well, my iphone was open to my pocket pressure and have not any cracks on screen but half screen touch not working, then after i was go on apple customer care in rajkot, and i show my problem, he is confused my phone is in warranty or not that man says. I want to set that iphont to bengaluru if not in this warranty so you should play 1900rs without repairing, is that your apple service?                                     My job sheet no is ggn3965421. I had sumbmitted iphone 7 plus in cyber city support on jan 16. There was screen blackout issue and voice issue. First, i went there on 15 tey did ios upgrade and said its solved. On 16 again i went they submitted it, on 17th they said collect it, when i went there issue was still there in front of them, again they kept it and now saying it will be sent to bangalore for repair and we will take 3 more days.

                                    I have bought phone 2 months back and there are too many repairs. I want new phone from apple to avoid same issue in future from same handset. I am very old user of apple but this is first time i am very frustrated with apple services.

                                      I was charging my mobile phone yesterday on 16/01/2019, it was so much heated that it slightly bended and after that 1/4 screen began to show black shadow. While mobile's touch screen is still working. Whenever i pluged for charging it began to heating again. My mobile is still under warranty so i approched apple's authorized service center unicorn infosolutions pvt ltd, halwasia market, hazaratganj, lucknow on 17/01/2009 for repair but they refused saying that bending and heating is mishandling done by customer so such a things warranty does not cover up, if you pay rs 29500/- then you get new iphone 7. They also suggested not to keep mobile in trousers pocket and blaming me that this mobile was slightly bend due to keeping in trousers pocket. Sir, service centre was not cooperating and very reluctant to give service to me.
                                      My mobile is still under warranty till 26/01/2019 but it is not repaired by authorized service center. Please get it replaced my mobile or get it repaired. I feel that i was cheated and befooled by apple company, service center. If this issues is not solved then i will not purchase i phone in future and will suggest to my near and dear not to purchase apple product because service is very poor.
