I purchase a i phone 6 on 18 july 2017 after one month that handset is not working well it show hanging issue so i take that handset to service center. Service center employee reset my phone and say that check the phone but after that phone is not working well same problem occur again so i go back to service center again in the evening of that day then executive say that this handset is screen damaged not covered in warranty you can pay for it. Repare my handset or replace it if it can't repair without any charges otherwise give my money back equal to my phone price according to now days value so can i purchase a new better phone

    I have purchased an earpod separately from hp enterprises, haldwani, nainital which invoice no - hld/18-19/1450 on[protected], now the earpod is not working properly and sr no#dty70651tdqd. I have submitted my earpods at iqor global services india pvt ltd, metropolis shopping mall, rudrapur on 17-dec-2018. Till now my problem is not resolved, so please rectify my problem as soon as possible.

      I bought the iPhoneX last year on the month of December and this year suddenly the phone stopped on its own and being within the warranty period I showed it to an authorized service center in South Kolkata. After checking the phone minutely they asked me to submit it and they mentioned particularly that the phone wasn't opened by any other party. They told me that they have to send it to their office in Bangalore. My phone stopped working due to a hardware issue of apple itself. In this case the sole responsibility of the company is to replace with a new one but now Apple is totally ignoring the matter and instead blaming me that the phone has been opened by some other party. Now without any relevant cause they sent back my phone in dead condition to their service center where we submitted.
      After investing so much money for such phones and suffering as a customer is our destiny now?? Though it is under warranty period and used carefully.
      I have also same issue on my iphone x now you get new device or not from apple?

          Hi,
          I am facing problem with my iphone 8 which is under warranty.
          It's been 40 days now i am facing receiver problem in my iphone 8. I had submitted my phone 4 times in these 40 days to the service center and apple service center has 2 times replaced screen of my iphone 8 but still issue is not resolved.
          Also, apple is not ready to replace iphone even after issue not getting resolved by repairing phone 3 times in warranty.
          Apple staff seems incompetent to handle issues regarding and provide very poor service. I have visited service center 12 times for this issue.
          Even raised case with apple with case id[protected]. Spoke to 3-4 senior executives of apple and none of them have resolved or tried to resolve the problem. Only thing i heard during these 40 days is "submit phone to the service center and bangalore team will diagnose the problem".
          Issue started from 24th november 2018.
          Today, also i have submitted phone as suggested by senior customer care executive and he told me that they will check the phone for 24 hours and few minutes later service center tells me that phone will be under observation for 48 hours and will be submitted to the bangalore team for the 4th time for checking and repair.
          Don't know when apple is going to resolve this issue.

          Very very very poor service and very bad quality from apple.

            Hi,
            I am pratik and i got a battery replacement for my iphone 6s at the mantri mall icare centre bangalore. My phone was out of warranty but was i un tampered and eligible for battery replacement.
            I would like to also tell you sir that my phone worked well and fine with no other issues before battery replacement, but after replacement i started to face network issue, and when i reported to the service centre they just washed there hands off telling device is out of warranty and i will have pay service charge to check whats wrong and pay for getting it serviced.

            1. I completely understand the phone is not in warranty but before replacement phone worked completely fine and if after replacement any such issuse occurs, should i not say that it may be because of the faulty sercvice at the service centre?

            2. At the service centre nobody informed me that if there is any other issuse they will not be responsible. True that service representative took a signature on ipad after which he filled the note which had the term and condition, and they did not even ask me read it or neither did he inform me. I obviously taught that its procedure to proceed and signed?

            3. More importantly after service if a new issue has croped up on a phone isnt it the responsibility of the service centre to diagonise it and solve it rather by just defending your perview and washing of the hands. Yes you may have followed the prescribed norm but if a issue is geniune and has arised after the battery replacment shouldnt that be solved as your responsibility?

            4. I am a adorer of apple and its service but after this insidence i believe that the battery replacement scheme is just a scandle, and having known that a new battery on old phone might cause any new issue you guys just chose to be silent and then just leave the customer deal with the issue.

            5. Even at the apple technical support they were helpless to do anything after 1 week of follow up and all the troubleshoot they have asked me to deal with the issue at the service centre?.
            Apple is in such a position that it cant even instruct its authorised service centre to solve my problem

            I mean what is the responsibility of the company towards the customer?

            I am writing this mail with very little hope but as an aggrieved customer i have no means to raise my voice.
            Please also check the service centres rating on google and introspect the service procedures at the centre.

              Ur staff in banjara hills corporate office is behaving quite irresponsibly. When logging in complaint they took 3 hrs and said that people were in lunch. I logged yhe conplaint and paid necessary amount for battery replacement on 12/24/2018. I was asked to come on 12/29/2018. When i am trying to contact the given number its switched off and the behavour of the staff is quite pathetic. Its very baf to see such a pathetic behaviour from the staff.

                I bought an iphone 10 from shop india. Xyz on 22nd december on cash on delivery they gave me a faulty product and now not taking my calls after i ask for refund please help me.                   As today is the date of receipt of my iphone form the service centre, after receiving the same, i found some changes in my mobile screw as its color is rose gold & which i received is in silver color.

                    I am lakshy kapoor and i have been using iphone7 since 2 years but suddenly i had started facing some issue with my phone so i had gone to apple service center, there they told me to restore my phone asper the instructions provided on apple website through itunes. I did restored my phone asper the apple guidelines. But soon after i restored my phone i have been facing the problem of no service in my phone even when my sim was there in my phone. I had gone to apple service center yet again for this problem but now they told me that i have a hardware issue in my phone and will have to pay them rs.30000 for replacement.

                      The product purchased in june 2015 and july 2016 onward it started problem. It had to send to service centre in july 2016 and again in sep 2017. Apprehending some manufacturing defect i requested for replacement of the same as the product was still under warranty. However the customer care did not listen to my request and again the product has started giving trouble since sept'18 and it is completely out of order now.
                      The company now tells that it is out of warranty and nothing can be done.

                        My iphone 6s creating a problem regarding charging issues im going to icare and send my phone to the authorized service boy he said me for change the battery and im ready to change the battery or pay the amount after changing the battery iam came back to the home the problem of drain battery was again happened and charging battery showing but percentage not increased im very sad after facing this bad behaviour of icare

                          My Macbook Pro 13-Inch without touch bar model C17V4273HV22, is having sticky keyboard issue. Though i have raised the issue 4 months back, and Planet Care fixed by replacing the keyboard, i faced it again this week and have submitted the laptop for another week. This is hampering my productivity, i need a replacement of laptop to advanced Macbook Pro with touch bar model or previous version of higher configuration where in i wont face this issue repeatedly, without extra cost for the harassment i am facing due to the machine

                              Don't ever go to icare - iphone authorised service centre for repair whether it is within the warranty period or a single day after you purchased. Forget it, you are forgotten. Instead, purchased a new phone, if you so desired.

                              They will be charging you more than the cost of your iphone (Printed rate) for replacement within warranty period.

                              Also, don't ever insist for giving in writing, they will charge rs.1100/- for giving the faulty in writing, still than you have to pay the full amount for a new phone.

                              I even thrust iphone for their sacrifice to the customer on secrecy. But now i found it horrible to be a part of it.

                              Until and unless, your phone is in order you are ok.

                                I went to ivenus service center as my macbook suddenly stopped working. They told that logic board has been damaged on being asked the reason behind it, they said due to temperature and being in sleep the logic board got damaged. And now the product is of no worth as the logic board replacement cost is rs 43, 500. Is apple products not sustainable to temperature change. I did not find an apple product worth 65000 rs to be zero in two years without the customer being at fault. Please think now before buying an apple product.

                                  I have submitted my iphone X in izenica store apple service provider on 19th november 2018, its been now 10 days and have not recieved my phone back. Though i was told that i will get my phone back by maximum on 29th. Now i am leaving abroad on 1st and they saying shipment is still in banglore and we cannot commit of you’ll get ypu phone back even on 1st morning. I am facing multiple problems due to delayed delivery . I am attaching the job sheet for refrence. Please look in to this

                                    I bought an iphone 7 plus which is apple's first ip67 rated water resistant phone but apparently its not. I was in about 2 or 3 hours under rain and my phone get liquid inside the phone even the phone is in the pocket. After some days i found that there is some yellowish spots coming in my display so i get it to the service centre. They checked the ph indicator and said there is liquid damage in phone and its not under warranty. So your device is unrepairable. They used the word unrepairable. They are saying there is only one solution to replace the phone for rs 33000 and my phone is currently in running condition only display is getting some spots at edges also my phone is currently under warranty and didnt completed a year. I called apple care and they are saying as said by service centre your device is unrepairable. The apple executives are just pathetic to resolve my issue. I request them to change my display such that it cannot get any kind of future damage to my phone.
                                    When i know that buying rs 55000 ip rated phone is not reliable even under rain why i will think to buy a replacement for extra rs33000. I will suggest everone to not buy any apple products they only got a global brand hype but there service is really pathetic.

                                      My iphone is under warranty and because of some reasons it's capacity went down to 85%. I then went to authorized apple service centre in srinagar on 1st of november. Then they gave me an expected date on 15th of nov. But it's 25th of november and they are returning my phone back. Battery replacement of phone takes a max of 45 mins but i'm awaiting since 1st of nov.

                                        I had bought an apple macbook pro touchbar when i was working in dubai and within warranty on oct 16th it developed vertical lines on left side of the screen.

                                        Apple service staff who happened to also be the in charge just kept stating that damage on the screen was deliberate as screen damaged due to pressure applied... Which is not under warranty and asked to pay 45000 plus gst... Weird as if i wanted to damage the screen deliberately... On escalating it they kept delaying till date and now the warranty has also expired.

                                        They are not responding and keep stating they will get back to me soon. Seems they want to ensure they accumulate as much on service rather than provide customer service...
                                        Never expected or faced such useless and incompetent service levels from Apple... It just reflects how they treat an Indian customer...will be taking them to Consumer court
