I contacted the support regarding the key board issue on[protected]. Certain keys on keyboard are not working like p, q, 0 etc.. My apple id is gokul. [protected]@gmail.com. The agent asked me to update the software. I updated it and later asked to reset and restore iphone. She assured that i will not be loosing any data. I reset and she said she cant wait till the restore gets completed. I requested several times to help me completing the process. She said once it gets completed request for a call back. Case id : [protected] the team will help in manually setting up the phone newly. I called back in 10 minutes and they rejected providing service and said their shift timing was getting over. How could i access the phone even could not type my apple id.. And i lost all my data, password. It was a serious mismanagement and ill treatment. I need to initiate action against their ill treatment and compensate the loss i had

    I was using apple iphone 7 since Jan'18. In Sep'18 i found an issue of no service in my mobile and approach apple regarding this. i came to know that there is a free replacement program running for this issue. Phone was sent to apple repair center at benguluru from service center after doing VMI by service center. Copy of service report enclosed where in service center has clearly mentioned that there is no issue with my phone. After a prolonged follow up, apple team is telling that this phone is not covered under warranty due to hard ware damage and asking for Rs.33000 for paid replacement. Apple care team was talking one sided way without giving respect to customer. There is no fault of mine in process and i have become phone-less now. Request your help in this matter.

      Recently I had issue with my mac book pro retina late 2013 I went to maple an authorized service center for Apple they charged me Rs 3000 for service and kept for 3 days and told me that the display and the key board has to be replaced they also gave me quotation for Rs 90k. I didn't had warranty so i took it to local repair shop he checked and said the logic board has to be changed and the display and keyboard had no issue. So I lost trust in Apple they started cheating people be aware of service center guys. I raised a complaint on this issue with Apple care but nothing worked out.

        Hello,
        I am owning ipod 160gb classic with serial number : 8k203cy59zu. The same was working fine till few years. Mean time apple has come up with verious versions of itunes which are must for sync ipod. Suddenly from last six month with new upgrade i am not able to see my device in itunes, so not able to sync ipod. My ipod got killed its no longer working it can be now as good as paper weight.
        How ever before killing this product apple should have inform customers. This is unfair trade practice. Legacy of steven jobs has been compromised.
        Needs help to make my ipod workable

          I am shankar i buy the iphone 6 mobile. One month after touch problem is coming. After 3 month touch not working. I summit the iphone authorised service centre. Skywalk in nelson manikanan road. And get return my phone after 2 days the same problem is coming and extra problem mic and phone heat, phone automatic multitouch. I am really not intrested using this mobile plz replace the mobile.. Thanking you

          As apple mentioned iPhone X is water resistant, while getting wet on rain Face ID stopped working
          Customer care and service centre not solving issue as my phone is in warranty also asking for 55 k for replacement

            I had suddenly developed vertical lines on the screen of my Mac book Pro Serial No .C02V9BZJHV2L on 17th Oct 2018 . As it was under warranty till Nov 7th 2018, I called up their help line number and the lady Sania was courteous enough to guide me through the process and then suggested I go to the nearest Apple service center which happened to be at Vasant Square mall, Vasant Kunj.
            The Service advisor checked and stated that it was a screen pressure error which seemed to have been damaged by me and would not be covered under warranty and would have to pay approximately 45000 plus GST which which seemed an absurd amount . I explained to the staff that I had not deliberately done anything and it happened when i opened my laptop next. However he kept looking at possible reasons suggesting I put something heavy or inserted something between the keyboard which resulted in the damage. This upset me and I said I wanted to speak to someone senior and he then guided me to the same lady on the phone who said she would ask him to examine and give his report and I would have to leave the laptop at the shop.
            The advisor examined and then stated since there is a dent on the body it was reason to cause the screen damage . I clearly told him the dent had been since last six months back as had dropped the laptop but it had not affected the machinery and thus had not bothered complaining earlier. How can it effect the screen after six months for which he just shrugged and asked me to leave the laptop.
            I got no revert from them for the next few days and on 22nd Oct went to check and they stated that I would have to pay for the screen. I refused to pay the huge amount and picked up my laptop and left. I then again made a complaint with Apple In Bangalore and they sent a mail to bring it to the service center and would have the Location in charge look at it. When I went there it seemed the location in charge was on leave and he happened to be the same person who had checked my laptop and insisted that I pay. The staff made me speak to him and he said that they are still waiting for a revert on his report which he had sent and he had no idea about my being asked to come there.

            Frustrated I again went and had a chat with their staff in US complaining and she mentioned that as the case is being handled by India she will ask them to fix a call at 1300hrs the next day. However due to some connection issue could not receive the call and received a message from them. I asked them to call me back any time but no one responded. Now I have sent 2 emails but they are not even acknowledging the same.

            I have a feeling all this was being done to circumvent having to change my screen under warranty due to having suspicion that it was mishandled and have now washed their hands off as now the warranty is no longer valid.

              I git iphone xs on 5th nov and it got suddenly down on 7th and now not booting up i tried apple support many times but they were unable to help m and the local service center team is saying they are closed till monday and because of this me suffering alot what kind of service is provided for such a premium brand and at such a big price. Really very diappointing it is
              I have buy 1 year old iphone 7 32gb matte black in 21, 00RS but after 20hours i was faced battery issue, battery reducing 5-20% in just every 2-3 minutes, even i have not installed any social / other apps i was just using for calling...So i want to return it.

                My macbook air had a screen problem a blue line was appearing in the middle of the screen, i went to the service centre gwalior on 10th october, they told me it needs the screen replacement i submitted it on 10th of october 2018, i called them again on 27th october 2018 they gave me a faulty message that it was repaired and already delivered then, they placed the order for the screen on the same day as i got the message from apple support and today is 8th november2018, and the work is still pending, i am a medical student and i need my laptop to study.
                They are not taking the work seriously please take some strict action against them for this slaking.

                  Recently i just bought iphone x 64gb silver color but from the very first day it has been giving a very serious problem. The receivor or earpiece stops working during calls. Regarding the same problem i have conacted apple no. Of times but even they are failed to provide any solution. I regret buying the crappiest iphone x. Pl dnt buy any apple product.

                    My macbook is having a display problem
                    The device is having no physical damage and water damage then also it is having the problem
                    Apple is not considering it as their making defect and asking for 35000/- rupees for the replacement of the screen

                    Please dont purchase apple devices specially macbook if you dont want to bear such high repair costs
                    Whereas other brands like dell and hp charges about 10000/- rupees for screen replacement
                    Dont purchase apple macbook

                    Highly disappointed with apple this time
                    Will never purchase any apple device further nor will recommend anybodyto do purchase

                      I bought an iphone x from apple store, maple, powai, mumbai. I faced issues regarding software crash and phone hang for which i had given the phone to the store. They just reset the phone and claimed it to be fine and assured that there's no issue with the phone. I again faced issue where the software werent responding every now and then. They again just reset the phone and gave it to me stating that its working fine. When i bought the phone they assured me replacement in case of issues as per apple warranty but now they just keep saying that there technical team checked the phone for 48 hours under observation and the phone is working fine. They also said that they agree that the phone is facing issues but apple technical team isn't agreeing for replacement.

                        Hi i am hemant kaushik residing at e8/5 dlf-1 gurgaon. I bought new iphone 8 (256 gb) 2 months ago and within 3 days i faced some problem. I spoke to my vendor and they took the phone from and said ih as some technical problem. After couple of days they got it replaced with the other one. But in this phone also has a big fault that it gets hang and after that it becomes unresponsive. I have to wait till the battery goes off, before that nothing happens in the phone. Just because of this problem i am loosing my business
                        And clients too. I went to rishikesh for a specific project and everything was in my phone which i was supposed to show it to my client and crew members so that we could have worked on that script. But unfortunately same problem occurred there and phone became unresponsive. So it was a very insulting moment for me that i could not do anything there. Moreover i had to return the travel and hotel expenses to my client and huge loss in my business. I spoke to apple customer care and they are denying to change the handset and they are not going to refund my money. I was told that they will get it repaired but my question is why should i use the repair phone after spending 71k for this.
                        I want my refund or they have to give me iphone x instead of this device.
                        Please help me.

                          I had submitted my airpods as i was facing some problems and expected a replacement for the same. Received at the apple service centre didn't give much care to my airpods and they have got so much scratches that i can't wear them i am feeling very dissatisfied with the service which i have been provided to me by the dehradun service centre radius and i expect a replacement for the same airpods as they have so many scratches and i can't wear them. Search a parts are meant to be used but they have use them so brutally that they have got such a bad condition and i am not feeling good wearkng those. I expect that the apple company would take action and get me a replacement for both of my airport so that i can get a new ones and i get help.

                            Iphone x says that its ip67 and water resistant and it can withstand water splash.. As its a product worth one lackh indian rs... Yesterday it susposed to spill water above that and it started to work wrongly.. Now thay says to pay around 70000 for replacement.. Very sad about apple
                            How they can say that as on the advertisemnt itself it shows that water splashes above the ipohne x.. And it says in the website for cleaning it with water... And cant a one lakh worth product having water resistant upto 30 min cant have few water splashes

                              Regarding the problem of my i phone 7, which is under warranty, i had approached my nearest i phone centre i. E infash cybernetics india pvt ltd. Level 1, land mark complex, karan nagar sriunagar kashmir j&k srinagar help line no. [protected] mail= [protected]@infahs. Info a month back vide their ref no. Jk[protected]. After thorogh screening they sent the phone to banglore for rectification of problem. After one month they returned me the phone without repair or replacement which i refused to take back stating therein that you should take now the matter directly with our banglore office they will tell you the reasons.

                              I took the matter with them vide case number: [protected] but in vain. Please guide me being a world fame company, what i have to do no.

                                I have been using Iphone 7 black handset since Jan 2018, along with iphone I purchased 1500 bucks SKECH brand’s transparent cover too so that it is protected. But eventually there appeared few brown spots on backside of iphone body. I went to service centre to get it sorted but they denied considering it as not an issue and named it as cosmetic changes which are not covered under warrenty and cant be fixed. I m very disappointed with such quality of service delivered by Apple to users. I have spent a huge amount on buying a brand and when the brand denies to help me maintain my mobile in good conditions while in use then it is a pathetic experience as a first time apple user. I ought to buy Apple pro laptop but now I m in 2 minds when the brand doesnt heed a sight to my problems. I always beleive in buying branded product as they assure best quality be it food, clothing or luxury items but this has discouraged me to a great core. Please suggest appropriate forum where I can be heard.

                                  I want to kindly bring to your attention that i have purchased an iphone 6 online (Ordered on 16/05/2017 through flipkart - tin#: [protected] and received on 20/05/2017 by home delivery). After a hiatus of only one and half years, my phone's motherboard has crashed completely (Came to know after going for repair).

                                  I am very embarrassed by this scenario as it is not worth to label the iphone. I am requesting you to kindly let me know further procedure on reversal back or repair under influence category as it is totally out of my expertise.

                                  Please do the needful asap.

                                    29th august 2018 vah[protected] iphone x submitted at maple service centre, inorbit, vashi
                                    Phone was brought in may 2018 and was under warranty
                                    Phone problem was "no network" - service center thoroughly checked the phone and made me wait for 2 hour to do their checks and tried to fix the issue however they could not and told me that phone has to go to bangalore and will take 8-10 business days. On 15th sep i got call to collect the device i went to the center and before handover i wanted to check, the phone could not be charged - they again checked and reverted that some hardware issue has cropped up in while phone was in their possession. I was again 8-10 bd period to collect the phone. After this i started following up with apple customer care and even marked mail to tim cook apple ceo, after lot of follow ups i got the response to collect the phone on 5th oct. I went again to the maple service centre in navi mumbai and met the store manager abhijeet, checked the phone it was working however the delivery notes were contradictory that a) no problem found in the device and now its working b) phone is no more under warranty as per their finding phone was unauthorized access or tempered. I refused to take the delivery as phone was not given to any other service center since purchased in may 18 and its a false attempt to terminate the warranty. Also i had given for only problem in network they created another problem in the phone and wasted almost 45 days to repair the phone and handover with such false allegation. I am demanding restoration of warranty with extended period of 2 months since the phone is in their custody. Can't expect such pathetic treatment to apple loyal customer and that too for their premium product.

                                      I bought an iphone 8 last december. Till now i have given thrice in the service centre. It’s getting stuck always. The screen is flickering. I’m giving in service centre they are just changing software and returning back the device saying that device is kept under observation and it is working fine.
                                      But it’s repeating. Last week i gave again and they changed the software and said same thing that it’s working fine in their observation. But i was asking for device replacement which isn’t happening. I bought it for 58, 000. If the same problem repeats after 2 months. I should pay half amount for device replacement. I got a faulty device when i bought. It’s not my mistake why should i end up paying 30, 000. It’s their responsibility to replace.
                                      Not at all satisfied with apple service.

                                        As a loyal apple customer, and one who knows first hand the company's dedication to customer satisfaction, it frustrates me to have to write this letter.

                                        I am writing to complain about my an iphone 6, which i bought at one of your online partner paytm on 15th november, 2017. After some time it was hanging, camera was not working properly and silent key is not working within first year.
                                        I went to the service centre on dated 10/11/2018:6:24”04 b2x the customer company, nsp, delhi due to the fact that my iphone camera had stopped working properly and it worked very slowly and i could not surf the internet when i wanted it is hanging within my first year of ownership, and i spoke with an employee told my problem, they told me wait for an hour, after very long time waiting they told me it will take 2 days for checking. After that days i’m regularly call him for my mobile phone status, after 10 days they reply me that the mobile phone is liquid damage and not covered in warranty. I left very discourage by this kind of behaviour, if there is really any liquid damage then they can reply me same day.
                                        I do, however, feel that recent incidents at the b2x the customer company, nsp, delhi, while not egregious, do represent poor customer service choices. At the risk of sounding arrogant.

                                        Therefore, if this letter accomplishes nothing else, i would hope that it would cause you, and that is the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and hopefully an encouragement to exercise reasonable judgment in the future.

                                        I do not want a faulty mobile because it is in warranty and i cannot use it for anything, so i think i am entitled to a refund.

                                        I look forward to hearing from you soon.
