Hi,

I'm a mba student from bangalore who is akso owner of a macbook air 2015 edition. I specifically wanted to buy a macbook before i joined mba during april 2016. To be honest i was satisfied with it and even though i don't like the brand apple, i advocated the macbook product to my friends who became owners of the same, until now.

It stopped working last week, keeps restarting at login screen and then it didn't switch on at all. Taking it to the service centre, mlb is to be changed for 47k. I bought it for 52k!! It's not even 1.5 yrs. It stops working on it own and i have to pay 47k?

I'd like to know a resolution for the same when there is no fault from the user side and the laptop stops working by itself. My 2 years mba data is in it and all my work is in that.

I regret to inform you that i have been using iphone since 2012 i started using iphone from iphone4 then i shifted to 5, 5s, 6 and as on. Currently i am using your latest model iphone x but last month it was fallen from my hand and its back glass has broke. It was working wonderfully but last week all of sudden it become blank then i visited to service center they refused to accept it as it is broken after many requests they did hard reset but it stucked on itunes so now it is not working nor repairable.
They asked me to pay 58400inr to swep the product
So i want to ask if i spent 1 lac rupees if it’ll damage then i have to pay 60, 000inr its not fair you should repair or replace the glass not the phone
I am not satisfied with you this time even i won’t prefer apple anymore.
I won’t suggest to buy apple’s products to buy because money will be waste or dump into drain if they buy apple’s products.
Apple only knows how to make money nothing else.
I want my product repair because if you put a brake able glass so you should change if it’ll get damaged not change the device with that huge amount what they asked me to pay😤😤

My iphone 6s is not getting any answer, before the display is changed, the receiver is getting started. But the service center was supposed to be but the banglore rc team was sent but could not duplicate issue. Do you think the service center is running from 120 km away and the service center is running again serial number fvmvr079hflv replenishment to exchange

Iphone service satisfaction is very poor, its hopeless.. No one take action within warranty period now my warranty is over but now i suggest all costumers no one purchase iphone. My issue is front camera allinement. 2 times repairing this phone but again and again i face this issue. I requested to resolve my issue asap.

Just to inform you that some companies are giving fake iphone product. Recently i purchased from https://shopoi.hostingerapp.com and it is a fake iphone7. I order iphone 6s but they delivered a iphone7 and in that box the imei number-[protected], phone imei number-[protected] it is mismatch. I am loyal apple customer using since iphone5. Last year on launch i bought iphonex. I am very sad to say iphone is not like before. I have save so much to buy this phone for a lac rupees and within 1 year span it started showing problem. People cant hear me properly in call. Phone sometime doesnt get charged with original charger. I cannt afford this prob after spending 1 lac ruppees. Plese xhange thia diffective set. I dnt want to get it repaired. After a mo th its warranty will be over and i have to suffer all through out. Please i request you to change my phone. I used all my savings just to buy a phone which comes out defective within a year.

I purchased a mba 13" in jan 2017 from reliance digital. It worked fine until 29th september 2018 and as usual i just close the lid and went to sleep on 29th night and next day morning when i tried to start mba, it didn't start. I thought it may be due to low charge. I tried every possible option like resetting smc, hard resetting smc and all but no luck. When called to apple customer care they also tried same and advised to visit service center for physical diagnosis. I he booked an appointment with icare in elements mall in bengaluru for 1st october. I deposited laptop and icare collected 1700 as service advance and told me they need more time to troubleshoot and collected my mba.

After one day on 3rd, i received a mail from icare stating they tried all possible troubleshooting and concluded that it might be logic board issue and quoted 46, 549/- to replace logic board.

We buy apple products because we trust in their reliability and durability of the products. Now within 1.8 year it failed and they are charging more than 70% of the price of new macbook to repair logic board again which comes with a warranty of just 90 days.

Icare is not sure about the logic board is failed with short period of time.

I need justice for my hard earned money, i want to proceed legally against apple india.

I had purchased apple X on 28.12.2017 ( IMEI nos-[protected]) . it stop working on 21.07.2018 .As product was under warranty we have gone to apple service centre ( F-! info solution & services pvt. ltd -Meerut )service centre reported us that some parts were missing .It was surprised to us that parts are missing. We have taken back the phone & send for second opinion from Apple service centre at pacific mall Ghaziabad on 31.07.2018 & they also report us that some parts are missing. we have lodge a complaint to apple on 05.09.2018( Apple case nos[protected] & continuous follow up by banglore & customer care executive Miss Susanskrita Lal. They refused to accept the complaint under warranty & informed us that this phone will be change on paid service ( Replace cost was reported by service centre was Rs 60000/=by service centre manager Mr Sumit)
for manufacturing defect or wrong doing at meerut service centre we feels that apple is cheating with us & they have not investigate the incident properly.

I submitted iphone 6s at authorised centre maple, mulund west for technical issue and they gave me new handset as mobile was under warranty while checking it is understood that they gave me refurbished handset, as there is some marks on the top.
Expecting new handset but apple is denying to give new one.
As per their policy if handset is faulty in warranty, apple will give replacement i. E new handset

I’m nikhil tailor and i was facing issue with my earphone and i went to a service centre in borivali the name of the store is aptronix. They checked and gave me a receipt for replacement and they informed me that i will receive a call once the replacement order comes. Today i received a call from apple and they informed me that the replacement order is arrive please visit the store and collect it. When i went to the store to collect it the store person said that the replacement order is not arrived yet and it is still stuck at the airport and will get it on wednesday. If the order is not arrived why are they calling people and troubling them. I have to travel all the way from kandivali to borivali by spending 100 rs in auto one way.. This is just causing a lot of inconvenience..
I’m trying to attach the receipt the the file is more than 2mb and it is not getting uploaded. I[censored] can give me a email address i will send u an email and also will send u the call screenshot.

Kindly take some necessary action against this

On 23 july 2018 i bought iphone 7 32gb jet black colour (Serial no. F17wj27yj5kn & imei no. [protected]) from reliance digital at logix mall noida.
This device was a manufacturing defect, which i began to realize when i saw that the colour of the body was coming off distinctly at several places.
On the morning of 24thjuly 2018, i produced the phone at the reliance digital store demanding a replacement to which the response was that they couldn’t help me out because they were not responsible for any damage to the goods after sales.
Thereafter, i was prompted to send an email to the reliance digital grievance team.
It was followed by a visit to thetresor system pvt ltd (Apple authorized service centre). The conversation there wasn’t encouraging for me as they sort of inferred that no cosmetic damage was covered under guarantee.
Later the same day i called the apple customer support hoping for a quick resolution and lodged a complaint about the device and the preposterous incident i was led through. They asked me to share the photos of the device focussing the parts where discoloration had started. After i had addressed their request i was asked to wait for 2-3 working days.
On 26thjuly 2018 i got a call from apple support on which i was assured my device will be replaced on account of manufacturing defect.in order to consummate the process of replacement i would be required to visit tresor system pvt ltd (Apple authorized service centre). They asked me to wait for 7 working days at the end of which the replacement of the phone would be provided.
On 03rdaugust 2018 i got a call from tresor system pvt ltd (Apple authorized service centre) to confirm that the replacing device has been received by them and i was supposed to collect from the alleged location.
They handed over an unpacked device while i claimed it was a refurbished device to which i told no it wasn’t and continued to maintain that it was a new device (Serial no. Fylww00uj5kn & imei no. [protected]).
Next day on 4 august 2018 this device began to show discoloration on different places.
It was very disappointing, so i once again called the apple telephonic support. They asked me to send the photos again and wait for 2-3 working days.
On 09th august 2018 i got called from apple care. It looked to me that the engineering team had strong reasons to believe after seeing the shared photos of the phone the discoloration and abrasions were a result of outside source.in that event they would be unable to provide replacement for discoloration becauseit was not covered under warranty.
Some expect state iphone 7 jet black is worse quality device because of discoloration happening in mostly iphone 7 jet back.
On 11 august i sent email to apple, but they haven’t responded on it yet.
Let me state the record that i didn’t inflict any kind of damage on the system and that i should be compensated for the loss of trust and the valuable money i spent on it. I want get my money back with compensation.
Requesting you to acknowledge the issue and help in resolve it.

I already submit the handset on dated at service centre and got call from b2x services solution india private limited my phone is ready. They got some fault in iphone and they repair the handset. As per policy they changed the handset but they repair. And it still not working fine.

I purchased iphone 6s in 2017 may. Till yesterday it was working in superb condition. All of a sudden, phone stopped showing any display. Thought it was a minor software glitch and tried to restart the phone. Problem wasn't solved. Tried reaching the service center, they're charging me rs.16000.00 to replace my screen and with 0 guarantee after the replacement of the screen which is unexpected service by apple.
My problem is, i've used my phone very carefully and also fully protected with case and a screengaurd.
From the time of purchase the mobile never fell down / got wet in water.
So as a customer this is all what we can do to protect our expensive mobiles.
Its really frustrating to spent another 16000 on a mobile again without completing 1 and 1/2 years.

Apple should improve their services.
Never ever prefer apple products anymore.

It is with great anguish & agony that i am forced to write you regarding very poor response of your authorized service centre - f1- info solutions & services pvt. Ltd., sabera complex, h/no-218, 1st floor, b. Barua road, ulubari, guwahati, assam where i have handed over my laptop on 20.09.18 vide his case id no. Jguw[protected] dtd. 20.09.18.

After expiry of 4 days, the said service centre still unable to provide a deadline for repairing of said laptop. After so much request at this end, today he is planning to place order for spares then only he could be able to hear me. 1st 3-4 days he has not taken any action and still he is not understanding my problem.

With this mail, i can aspect your prompt action towards improper service respond of your authorized centres.

Hi this is heena patel from mumbai... I bought macbook air 13th inch on 15th feb 2018 from amazon.
On 21th august 2018 my macbook was not getting started and immediately i reported to macbook customer service they suggested me few key combination and they tried to resolve the issue but everything was in vain... I went to service center on same day they told me that your version is not updated this is the reason your macbook is hanging up they told me to take the backup and visit again... Next day i visited again they updated the version n told me to use for 2...3 days n let them know if same thing happens again... After 2 days same this happened again and they told me that it's a hardware issue you need to submit your macbook... I submitted my macbook and after 6 to 7 working days they give me back... After that for 20 days it's was working fine... And suddenly on 17th september 2018 my macbook was not getting started immediately i reported to apple service center they told me to charge your macbook for 2 to 3 hours but still it was not getting start... The same day i went to service center i submitted my macbook again within a month again they told me that it's a hardware issue and they will return it back after 4 working days... Here my question is when the first time
When they changed the motherboard for the first time then why after 20 days they have to change it again
My macbook is in warranty hardly before 7 months i bought it and the macbook air is a premium brand this kind of quality was not expected... There is a fault in the product and they are not agree to replace the product... I am doing a job and also doing part time mba student... On 17th september i told them that i have an exam on 28th & 29th september and requested them to give me as soon as possible they committed me to give after 4 working days... After that also one of their senior customer service executive his name is “satish” i requested him to provide at least stand by device for my educational purpose but he refused my request and told me to wait for next 15 to 20 days boz apple don’t have the motherboard in stock so i have to wait for more 15 to 20 days.
1. I had not paid 60, 000 to face this kind of problem... I am doing a job i paid them my 5 months savings.
2. At least 4 times i went to service center by taking early leave from my office i lost my 2 days salary.
3. They did not left any choice instead of wait and tension even they are not ready to give replacement of my product.
4. I do not have any other laptop for study i am worried for my exams which is in next 5 days.
5. Apple have a worldwide supply chain why don’t they keep their macbook parts in stock why customer have to wait and why customer have to suffer bcoz of their supply chain…and again my product is in warranty still i have to suffer.
6. Before 20 days only i extended the warranty for next 2 years by paying 18000 i decided to stay with apple product for more 2 and a half year so almost 78000 i have invested for this product and in return i am just getting lot of pain and tension.
Here my question is from when apple has started to provide such a lower quality product???
Why they have to change the motherboard twice a month???
Why customer service don't understand and don't support student’s problems???
This was my first apple product and i will never ever forget this experience bcoz it gave me so much tension and pain during my exams... Apple company only knows how to sell their product. They just want us to roam from customer care to serive centre and service centre to point of purchase.
I would request consumer forum take a action against apple and give replacement product or refund.

Your a/c 828491 is debited with inr 369.26 on[protected]:12:09 a/c bal is inr 144892.20 info: pur/2checkout*meragana/amsterdam/2checkout*meragana/seq no[protected]. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.
Every month the amount has been deducting for last 1.5 years from mobile no.[protected] and the mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
I had spoken to the mera gaana customer service and they said that this service had already been deactivated from their application as per records.. So my concern is that is this service is connected to itunes.. My humble request is to just check on that mail
Id and deactivate it as soon as possible...
