Mistakenly I had placed an order in www.aptronixindia.com website for Lightning to USB Cable 0.5 m (instead of keeping Lightning to USB Cable 2 m)

Then after knowing my mistake, Immediately I had cancelled the Order.

Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

Till now 13 working days had been completed.
But I hadn't got any refund amount to my bank account.

As Per Your Shipping & Delivery Policy (mentioned below), you have to handover the product to courier companies within 15 working days.

Premium Life style And Fashion India Pvt Ltd is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

Till now 13 working days had been completed.
But still, the status of the product was showing as :: Your order has been confirmed - To be shipped items

Sir, if you accept your failure, then I have 2 Comments (aka Suggestions) to APTRONIX - aka - Premium Life style And Fashion India Pvt ltd.
1) +91-[protected] is your Customer Care number. I was calling to that number from 06-JUL-2018 onwards. But it was always switched-off. If you aren't funding off by Premium Life style And Fashion India Pvt ltd to maintain a Customer Care Centre, better you can remove the number from the website portal (instead of irritating the Customers).
2) As your Refund, Shipping & Delivery Policies were WORST, You can close-off your Online Bookings from www.aptronixindia.com portal. So that APPLE customers can walk directly to the APTRONIX stores to purchase their respective products. Instead off keeping this e-mails (as your customer care number also won't work) by wasting their valuable time (Of course with this incident it was proved that customers aren't valuable toPremium Life style And Fashion India Pvt ltd).

Awaiting for your Reply Sir, Atleast to this e-Mail at the Earliest.
As you follow DELAY & IGNORE policies about the Customers in your Refund, Shipping & Delivery Policies.

    I had purchased apple watch model noA1757 from japan . Apple have international warranty and this particular watch got stuck with apple logo and exclamation mark . I visited apple icare and they told that this can be replaced within 6 days and i paid there 1200 there . And after 4 days they are teling that this cannot be replaced in india and it does not having service in india . Please tell me what to do . They have not mentioned any where that this product cannot be replaced in particular countries . How the customer will know who trust in apple . They should replace the product in india . I cant go to japan for replacing this product . With that money i can but 3 watch from india . From now i dong trust in apple . If you can help please help me to replace the watch in india

      I’m having serious network issue in my iPhone 6s after battery was replaced in apple service center. Network signal is keeps dropping and shows weak signal always at all places. I gave it service center again, but issue was not rectified. This is so careless on part of Apple and Apple service center has failed to provide a solution.

      I’m planning on a legal action for this issue.

      Rectify and correct this issue soon failing which a legal case shall be filed.

        I bought a iphone 6S from amazon on 21st March 2018 bearing IMEI no [protected] and SNO C6KQX0DLGRY9 from AMAZON .
        Last week my phone got wet- so I submitted the phone on 9th July 2018 to I World, Shop no 7, Cine Prime Mall, Below Cinemax Theatre, Beverly Park, Mira Road-East, Thane.

        I got the phone in the evening and they said it had damages on the charging point and display . I was travelling from 10th July till 13th July 2018 so could not take it to Apple authorized service centre. I took the phone to Apple service centre- Aprtronix, Borivali-West, Mumbai on 14th July 2018 and they said that since the phone was opened -it was not eligible for repair, further they said that some of the parts are not original . i was surprised as i had bought it from Amazon and so i took it to I world- the place where I had given to check for the 1st time on 9th July 2018. They said that I bought a duplicate phone . i was aghast as i felt cheated by everyone.I came home and checked the Sno and IMIE no on Apple site- they say that phone is original . I do not know whom to blame and whom to complain - either Amazon has sold a refurbished phone or the service centre- I World has changed the original parts on 9th July - when I gave them .

          My iphone 8 got extremely hot while i was on call and it bursted as soon as i drop. firstly i visited the local service centre, he had behaved very badly and not ready to take up the case once he came to know that the phone was purchased online and not from their outlet.Then i registered this complaint with apple care on 20/6/18 against case no.[protected] but till date no action has been made from their end, after the follow of several days, today their concerned executive said as per our technical team that its not a case of battery explosion, as we have not received any such type of case prior, so we can not do anything. You need to place it for paid repair. I questioned them how can you conclude that without examining the phone, so i requested them to arrange the lab test to to establish the truth but he denied. then i insisted them if you cannot do anything, provide me these statements on mail, they said that We dont work on mail. We cannot provide this to you in writing.I was just escaped from a severe accident, being an older customer of Apple i have not filed the FIR, but this is very harassing.

            I called the customer service on june 27 2018 and they told me that they will unlock the phone within 3 days and on july 4 2018 when i call them again, they are telling me to send the files again. This happens only in india if it was us they il do within 5 minutes. Bad customer service they won't even call back and they can't even help me with the stuff they doing

            I need to unlock the activation lock of my phone. It has been 1 week and they can't do anything to resolve it

              I purchased it on miday ay2018 right from the beginning it was intermittently not getting charged on 29 may it was sent for repair through chroma baner pune i got it back after 4 days problem remained as it is again. It was sent for repair through chroma baner pune i got back after 6 days problem remained as it is today with my trials i found the cable is defective why service centre could not detect in two sessions how can i get replacement for defective cable

                I brought new iphone x in jan 2018 from one authorised apple shop located at (Paragon) thane ghodbunder road mumbai till now my phone was working superb & using apple phone since last 8 years mg hole experience with apple with fab.
                But recently when i was travelling by train for my job when i left from my office n reached to platform my phone was in my shirt pocket n someone push me very badly n i was sleeped on ground n phone was bounce but unfortunately not a single damage on my phone but after some time it was a dent by inside of my phone screen left side corner bottom it was a minor black spot
                When i was visited to your thane service centre your executive was not able to listen which i was trying to tell him he onyl told me that phone was an pressure damage & it could not be process also you need to pay 30k for display damage but i can’t understand that when it was a accidential damage n you have only already given that accidential damage claim then why you guy’s are ignoring this case n also even your executive not in mood to listen clients query or what they wants to? I feel that he only there standing to trouble to customers.

                Request you guy’s to please contact me (+91 [protected]) this is my contact no. First time in my life very bad experience with apple hope i will never disappointed with apple

                  Hello team apple i had brought an airpods on 21st june the very next day i was facing a problem i have been to service center and they took the device for replacement and told it will take 7days for the replacement today ie 30th june i got an sms mentioning you device has been replaced and ready to keep up from the given point.
                  I came to pick up my device here all i can see is that same problem.
                  Problem was not able to pair i guess as per apple policy you have to change to device instead of parts. If you are your partners give this kind of service it’s very difficult to survive in the compitation.

                    My name is mandeep kaur, had been using (Till last wednesday) iphone for 5 years now. My last purchase was iphone 7 on may 05, 2017. I always been advocate-cum - fan of iphone, it's customer service technology and used to justify cost, until this wednesday (June 20, 2018) my phone suddenly went blank because of no reason (No damages, no water exposure). I contacted online customer care subsequently service center at pune "shop unicorn". They have no solution to this, simply verdict "dead" infact no clue of the reason.

                    I had paid bomb price to buy phone not just for one year (13 months, 15 days).

                    I hereby, would actually like to understand if apple really have reason and solution for this problem

                    Well I do read some consumer complaints and thought perhaps I might contribute a help for you.
                    Firstly, since its more than 12 months, there might be no warranty (most Apple phones come with 1 year warranty) so you are not in luck
                    Now on Apple's website, this problem is well documented, what they suggest is that you keep charging for more than an hour and your phone might start working. This happens when there is no charge in the battery.

                      I purchased my iphone 6s in december 2016, after some months o[censored]sing the battery was depleting fast but i did not know why and then in january 2018 i read the article that apple had put up regarding battery fault on 6s and so i approached the apple service centre in goa and they replaced my battery after i paid rs. 2000/-. After the battery was replaced the phone was working well but after 3 weeks the screen colour changed and certain colours turned different like blue became purple, yellow became light green etc. I went back to the apple service center to report the problem but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Then after a month of getting the battery replaced the screen started developing lines and till now the lines are on the screen. I went back to the service centre to show what has happened but they said nothing can be done and i need to write the issue directly to apple.
                      I request you to please help me by resolving my issues. I love my iphone very much and feeling very sad with what has happened.

                        I purchased an iphone 7 plus (128 gb) in september 2017.in 2 months i started having problems in voice calls. The voice was not properly audible to me and my voice was not audible to the other person due to some continuous disturbance. I gave the phone to the service center in my city. They asked me to collect it after 3 days. I went to there store on 4th day and still my phone was not repaired. I told them that i will compliant about them so in hurry they repaired my phone in 20 minutes. I again faced the same problem in one month. Last week my mobile was drenched in rain for 2 mins and it stopped working. If the phone is water resistant for at least 30 mins how could it not survive water for even 2 mins? When contacted the service center they told that warranty doesn't cover liquid damages and to replace the phone i need to pay 31k. My question is why should i pay? It was due to the hurry work of the service center my mobile had water inside it as it was not properly closed from the time it was given to the service center. The mobile was not repaired properly from day 1 so the water went inside it. It is within warranty but nobody is helping me out. I have been sending complaints about the mobile since january.

                        We were given to understand that there was ingress of moisture in to the phone and not repairable. The phone is water resistant it is not understood how there was water/moisture ingress ? We feel that during the first repair the authorize service center may not have fitted the gasket etc properly and the moisture ingress could have occurred from the atmosphere/sweat.

                          I had purchased, IPHONE 6S during April-2016.
                          Since beginning, handset was slightlt fills hot.
                          I had made a complaint locally in Baroda aurhorised service station (I-Vinus) & explained to me, as due to hot weather in India. Problems persisits till date & now new problem strted as Battery got discharge within two hours of charging.
                          So, I approached again Baroda aurhorised service station (I-Vinus) & they had booked my phone for battery replacement on 5th June -2018 with advance payment of INR 2000/=.
                          Ihad delivered my IPHONE 6S to service station & they had returnrd my phone unrepaired(without changing battery unit) and refunded my amount paid INR 2000/= on 11 June-2018. (Service report Copy enclosed herewith for reference.)
                          On discussion with available servie team engineer, they had explained verbally that, there is some problem in logic board & can't be repaired. Also told me, that, as guarantee period is over, he can not help me.

                          Can anyone directs me the procedure to lodge compaint against APPLE for their inherent manufacturing defect, which was prolongeted & now become headache for the user.

Please check this issue and resolve as soon as possible.                               Hello sir, i purchase a macbook air on 30/04/2018 after some time i notice macbook air heatup badly then i go service centre i venus adajan surat than they check macbook they say it has problem in chaarger and in motherboar and say this is manufacturing defect then i request for replace produt then they shouted and say it cant be change but why? If i gave full money for a good then why i take waste product. I want my new product not a defected product if my product will not replace i will suicide at ivenus

                                For the last month, i am facing the late waking of incoming call display issue.
                                The complaint of the issue was registered in feb 2018. According to the suggestion made by apple advisor, i was submitted the mobile to service center on july 2018. By them, they installed the updated os 11.4 and kept the mobile for two days of observation. I was thinking the issue may be solved. Btw, the issue is not solved and again i resubmitted the mobile to the service center.

                                No words to say. Worst experience ever.

                                  I purchased iphone 6s after a month my home button was not working so i visited to service centre after they kept phone around 7 days they told me that its not repairable and u have to purchase new phone with same cost within a month they are lying that its not in warranty.

                                  What should i do now its disappointing experience with apple
                                  When wifi is switched off from settings, iphone 6s does not show accurate gps location. I have even updated to ios11.3

                                    I purchased an i phone 7 on 26 january 2018 after four month and few days display of that handset is not working well it shows some shaded display issue so i take that handset to service center (iZenica, DLF mall, sector-18, Noida).Service center executive examined my phone thouroughly and written down the condition of my phone in repair acceptance form signed by me and then reset my phone and said that the phone will be delivered to you on june 22 2018 but in the evening your executive called me and said that this display is non apple display not covered in warranty you should replace it for Rs 29000, if my phone display is non apple or not genuine and my phone is repaired or opened so why you can't check in previous service time that is at the morning when i had submitted the phone to you, why you had accepted my phone and what you had observed when i asked you that i am having an issue with my display at that time only you should observe it Whether the display is genuine or not. I am attaching job sheet photo with this complaint.

                                      I had found manufacturing defect - problem in my i-phone 10. There was black spots on the display and phone heating issues within 4 months of purchase. I asked for phone replacement as it is the policy of apple us. Phone which come with parts replacement (Refurbished phones) are sold at lower rate.
                                      In usa, if there is problem during warranty period, they replace the phone and not the parts. They dont do repair work. When i gave my phone to apple service centre, they could not give explanation why the problem occurred, i contacted their customer care number of times. They say that in us, they replace the phone and india the policy is to repair. Finally, they repaired my phone, rather than replacement. Apple has different policy for customers depending on the country. Since india customers are not as sensitive, they are happy with repair work, they tend to do this, where as for us customers they do phone replacement. I am highly dis satisfied with apple policy for treating indian customers as lower than us customers.

                                        My iphone 7 is reflecting mic issues, while calling both the parties cannot hear voice. Speaker function is greyed out & headset is not detected. "these problem arised after updating to ios 11.3"
                                        I have read online that lot of iphone 7 and plus are showing same problems after updation due to a "bug".
                                        Apple clearly says that phone should be repaired even if not under warranty. (Pics attached to prove that apple is aware & commits to repair) sevicer says that i can exchange my phone in 28k.
                                        May i know why should i pay when the issue is caused due to "software bug"? Did i buy apple phone to buy back again due to technical issues caused by ios??
                                        My phone should either be repaired or replaced asap.
