I purchased iphone 8 on 1.5.2018, from the very 1st day my phone doesn’t charge above 80%. Since my device is not more than 16 days old this shouldn’t happen with new phone and this shows you people sell damaged phone to your customers.
I want my phone to be replaced at the earliest.. Otherwise i will escalate this matter to consumer court.
I want solution asap...

    So The team at apple

    After the team at apple taking time to just go round and round, I figured out the root cause of the problem

    It seem the MacBook Pro 13 inch with touch bar is so fragile and the apparently cracks for no reaosn - I also have a similar crack with apperared before the problem happened.

    The resolution given to me by service centre is to change the display.

    As from the discussion forum link above and multiple place, it has been observed that this is clearly a Manufacturing defect for this model and cracks leading to other problem without any fault from the consumer.

    I therefore request you to change the display unit at NO COST to me .

    I REQUEST YOU and BEG YOU for your kind attention to this case. I have been made a fool by the apple team and the gentleman by the name of MR. SRIDHAR - who says that there is NO AUTHORITY ABOVE HIM who can help me on my case.

    After YEARS of being loyal to APPLE and the PRODUCTS, buying and recommending work millions of dollars - this is what it has come out to ? ? ?

    I have done my research and found the cause of the fault which occurred in the MacBook Pro. Clearly the APPLE PART has failed.
    ON TOP of that I have been harassed from 4th may to 14th may as neither the service centre ( APPLE PREMIUM ) nor the APPLE CUSTOMER CARE team of MR. SRIDHAR has been able to identify the issue and just keep looping around me in circles for the past 11 days and EVEN NOW there is no idea when will I receive my laptop . ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

    If there is any truth to the SERVICE STANDARD APPLE sets, please HELP me and save me of this trouble —— I am being forced to PAY for your mistakes and even then there is no date in sight when or how will I get my machine BACK.

    The situation is going from bad to worse and I am BEGGING YOU - to please have some sane people to take care of this. - - this is going beyond by tolerance.

    IS ANYONE LISTENING or there will be NO ACTION and RESPONSE ?

    Mr. COOK - will wait to see if you can put in practise what you preach about the CARE AND SUPPORT of APPLE !!!

    PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS:

    - NO ONE, ABSOLUTELY no one, is ready to help and ONLY covering their mistakes on the name of POLICY
    - the apple premium service centered has mishandled the case entirely and the APPLE CUSTOMER CARE IS SUPPORTING THEM and making a FOOL out of me as a customer

    - APPLE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM has told me that there is no further escalation possible and I have no option but to keep quiet.

    - BUT, I wil not keep quiet and continue to request, beg and seek support and HELP till the time someone with SANITY and UNDERSTANDING looks at this case.

    - They have told me that I can go ahead and start publishing the details of my HARASSMENT and their INCOMPETENCY on public forum and also I can put a case in the consumer court and put on apple social media

    - NO one is using any common sense and just to waste my time, money they are fooling around with me

    - I have attached the recording of the service centre, where they clearly mention that they replace the logic board with a used one and they want to order a GENUINE APPLE motherboard to find out if the problem is still existing.

    - THERE ARE 2 SETS OF PROBLEM

    A) INCOMPETECNY OF THE APPLE SERVICE CENTRE AND SPOILING THE MACHINE FUTHER - APPLE SUPPORT HELPING AND COVERING THEM
    B) THE DISPLAY WHICH HAS MALFUNCTIONED BECAUSE OF APPLE SUBSTANDARD PART

    I AM FIGHTING FOR BOTH THE ISSUES WHICH HAS LET TO SERIOUS LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY

    WILL ANY ONE TAKE NOTICE OF THIS AND STAND UP TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ???? AND FIND A SOLUTION FOR THIS ?

      I purchased one apple cellular watch from the us, hoping that same will work in india also but it's not connected with the cellular in india.

      But nobody tells me that this watch will not work in india. I feeling that apple is cheated me.
      Now what i will do i paid $452.60 to apple for this cellular watch. But it's not working in india.

      I want the replacement for the same.

        I gave my phone for diagnosis to b2x on 05/05/2018. They performed a simple diagnosis while the audio test was not performed.
        The issues found at that time were:
        - low battery life
        - heating issue

        While my phone used to hang, for that they updated my phone from itunes and said it will resolve the problem.

        They simply placed a battery order.
        After using phone for 3-4 days, i started facing the problem again.
        They again performed the diagnostics and after my several request they performed audio test, which failed.

        Now, they are saying your phone is out of warranty and we have placed order for battery, whereas i showed them my problem when it was in warranty.
        Also, they are not providing me any backup phone.
        It is very difficult for me to work without phone as i cannot travel without ola, uber. I need paytm and other applications.

        Can you please provide me some backup phone in the meantime?
        Also, please look into the speaker issue along with battery problem.
        Screen is ok but glass cover is broken

          I bought an iphone 6s in august 2016, the phone was working fine until september 2017 and suddenly i get this no service in my phone on and off, but after the software update and switching and resetting settings, it used to work and the phone was working like this until april 2018. From the mid of this month, the phone does not show the signal even after the reset options. I call up customer care and they open a case id for this and the reference number is "[protected]". I follow the steps of resetting the phone as advised by them over the phone, connecting it to itunes, etc whatever was advised and then same issue. So the apple care people ask me to visit the service center. I go to an apple service center in whitefield called planetcare, bangalore in inorbit mall, then i explain the issue, then put in some other sim and say that there is no service. I said i know that and what is the solution, they say resetting the phone and i say that it has already been done 4 or 5 times, immediately they say replacement is the only option, i ask don't you check for any hardware issues, they directly say no. I call up customer care again and they say this is not the way to do a diagnostics and they raise a complaint against the store. I am not bothered about that and was advised to go to some other center and i go to ample technologies, hsr layout. They say that they are aware of the case since the information was passed on to them by customer service and they say that we will do the diagnostics. I asked what would that be and they say software reset again and since the product is not under warranty, i have to bare those charges. I said i am ok to pay for it, but let me know what the problem is and after an hour discussion with both customer care and technician at the service center, the service center person agrees to the diagnostics (Hardware). I get a mail in 2 hours time after this and below is the content of that mail which is also attached as an image.

          "checked and found device showing no service and black dead pixel on the top corner. Restore the device to latest ios. Post restoration checked with known good sim cards found device showing no service. Found display has black dead pixel. Hence device needs to be replace under paid service. Note: device is beyond economical repair, device is returning back to customer"

          They have done the same reset that i did and charging rs. 1100 for this. I call up customer care again and explain the situation and without finding the problem (Actual problem), why should i pay which was what was agreed before i gave the phone (This conversation goes for more than 1 hour) and at the end after discussing with all their supervisors, managers, etc they say that i have to pay.

          Apple products once bought is a dead investment, these hopeless people cannot find what the issue is and replacement of the phone is the only solution they know. This clearly shows the service people's incompetency. This was clearly a hardware issue and nothing related to software, but they will not do it and they just make money in the name of paid service by doing the same software resets. Please do not waste your money on this product and their service. Not sure why they have mentioned get the repair done in apple's website when they do not do it. Until there is no issue, the product is extraordinary, but once you get it, how much ever costly your phone is, be prepared to pay for the phone again or use it as an ipod (Costlier ipod). The rs.50000 i paid is a costliest version if ipod now. Pathetic is what i could related to these people.

            Recently in bought new i phone 7 jet black 32 gb, just 2 month old now it is! Yesterday, i plugged the phone in charging and due to several heating problem in my phone my fingerprint sensor got damaged and which is not working now! And due to that my power button also stops working and it also causes my phone slower than before! Earplug mike also not working! I went to service authorised centre in nehru place new delhi they tell me to change the lcd screen which cost 16500 rs. Which is very huge amount!             I have submitted my handphone model 7 32GB to you people for the second time and with all those same problems I was facing last time. Again the solution provided by the team was to replace the screen. Can you people please explain what if the issues will still continue?

              Why apple service centre don't repair mobile in water damage. And replace cost is a proximity by new mobile so why i m replace my mobile. Apple service is third class. I will don't use apple phone because apple service is third class... I think your company is best so u solve my problem fast we are not solve my problem so i will don't used any product in apple

I order apple iphone 6 everything is ok and suddenly i got display problem and i took phone to service center and they have replaced with new phone and i have problem with battery life problem so i contacted to apple support in twitter they told me to contact to customer support and i contacted and customer executive told me take service center and they told it's an ios issue and i contacted to apple support and again they told to customer care and same thing repiting but they are not solving issue

                    I had purchased an iphone6s on 16th may 2017 last year.
                    There was an issue with the motherboard of the phone and i got a replacement phone from service centre which they claimed as a new one that has been provided. Now within 5 months again, the phone has died.
                    If we say that faults can happen to any machinery, does your replacement phone dont last even for 5 months?

                        I am having a MacBook Air (13-inch) with serial number - C1MT350PH3QD. I bought it approx 9-10 months ago. In the time span of these months, I have given this MacBook 3-4 to the service center.I am listing the issues that I faced along with the date of submission of product.

                        1. First time I faced the problem was after 2.5 months of purchase and submitted it to the service center on 1 June 2017 with customer id - 249618.
                        Macbook had a problem with power failure and it was not starting.

                        2. I faced this problem again after few months and again went to the service center and submitted it on 8 March 2018.
                        Service Request Number : AMR[protected].
                        Same issue as listed above.
                        (Solution Provided - MotherBoard is not working, so it had to be replaced.)
                        I received my product on 28 March 2018.
                        Note:- Behaviour was unethical and customer treatment was worse. Employees working there don't keep their statements and lie on the face.

                        3. After few days, my laptop speakers stopped working. Due to a busy schedule, I was not able to submit the product on the day I faced a problem. Finally, I submitted my MacBook on 23 April 2018.
                        Service request Number: AMR[protected].
                        (Problem Diagnosed - Speaker Wire is not working.)

                        Note: When I asked them that why I am facing all these issues after the service they said that we are not responsible for this. Our work is to solve the current problem. In addition to that, the engineer and receptionist were misbehaving with me. I said that I will file a complaint and they said that you can file the complaint and do whatever you want.

                        My speaker issue was due to their fault. They don't have skilled people to do the task. While fitting motherboard, they disrupted the wires.

                        I am not satisfied with the service of Apple and their service centers. In addition to that, they humiliate their customers and never provide a satisfying solution to the query.

                        I demand replacement of my product or I want money for it. I am having ASUS laptop and have used Acer also. I never faced this kind of careless behavior from any of these companies. But Apple is depleting its image by such means. If I have faced this much problem till now then there are higher chances that I will face this in future also. I have received a faulty product and demand for replacement of this product or money back.

                        People don't earn their money by just messing around. We work for it and then get these products. This kind of behavior promotes fraud and the way that engineer talked to me reflects their qualification and if I face any more problem in the time span of resolution of this complaint, I will assume that it has been done deliberately by the service center engineers because of a quarrel between us.

                        I need this problem to be resolved as soon as possible and my product is under warranty and I will not be responsible if by the time I get a reply to this solution that warranty expires.

                          Apple is known for its quality products, be it macbook or iphones. Quality at its best; apple spends millions of $ in r&d to achieve these quality standards in their products. That’s the reason why they sell their products at least 2-3 times costlier than their peers in the industry. Since their products are extremely robust; it justifies their pricing strategy. Value for money. Agreed!
                          But is apple’s business model great? Ahh. No, it is the most fraudulent company on the earth which ever existed. Just have a look at their business model, you buy say iphone 5s when it is launched at a price which is way beyond the similar products from industry peers. Now that you have paid huge premium on the iphone 5s, you would expect it to last forever. Yes! After all its an apple product known for their quality and robustness. Since you have paid 2-3 times premium than peers products you would at least expect the apple product to last minimum 2-3 times life than what peer’s product would have lasted. But no! Here is catch, whenever apple launches a new iphone model, they want their entire customer base to shift to new one, not based on its new features or individual choice but by force. So, what is this force?; after few months on new model launch apple de-activates old models by something called as “kill switch”. Surprisingly kill switch was marketed as protection from theft meaning whenever someone steals your iphone, device will become inactive if you activate the kill switch in it. So, that the thief cannot sell it in the grey market and make some living out of the efforts he/she has put in stealing the iphone. But the reality is apple uses this kill switch technology to forcefully migrate its customers to buy their newly launched model. Wait a minute, where is the value for money on iphone 5s now, it lasted only 2-3 years. Because apple started deactivating its older generation iphones one by one. Whereas peer’s products generally last for same time periods if not more unless you damage them physically.
                          Apple can run this kind of # business model in usa and developed nations at least not in india. I challenge apple to increase their footprint/share of demand in india in next 5 years.
                          Indian customers are very sensitive to value for money whether you sell them a pin or an aeroplane.
                          Other conspiracy around apple like data leak to cia, fbi etc.…are not mentioned here. Only because this article is not focusing that topic, it does not mean this conspiracy in not true.

                                Hi,

                                This is for your information that my apple watch serial # fhlsw355hf1n and model nnnt2ll/a get switch off while it was on my wrist. It neither get start or charge.

                                I took it to the service center at unicorn, aundh, pune, but they said that they will not take it as it can’t be repaired. As the watch crossed one year so you have to replace it with a new watch at cost of rs.21500/-

                                Again for your information, i had replaced it in the month of november’17 as screen do not respond. And now again it not responding.

                                Request you to help/guide what to do as the service provider here at unicorn are not taking it for repair. At least they can check/diagnosis the root cause. They are saying that call or write to customer care.

                                Request you to please look into it and do the needful.
                                He is big fraud i have lost my 6500 rs i have transferred please dont get into that becuase he is a fraud

                                  It has been just 6 mth n my phone harddisk has been damaged...
                                  It is not at all working properly...

                                    I am using apple 6 and i visited service center of apple situated in 225-c, ground floor, 2nd c road, sardarpura, jodhpur - 342003. I told them my apple battery is not working and not giving full performance as it discharge within 3 hrs. They diagnosis the phone and also told yes it was discharged but you have used net and apps.
                                    I was not satisfied by their answer as i requested to change the battery of my phone as it was in warranty but only reply they are not allowed to do it
                                    They only interested to make a loot only as if i want to purchase a new then they are ready to change it on spot but no replace
                                    Then they also told that if you need to change battery then i have to deposit my phone for 2 days and after that they will reply what they do
                                    I also agree on it but i asked them to give a phone for spare to use but again they are not agreed for it. I requested to please give me in written then again they started to quarrel with me so by this i really hurt if apple service provider will do such type of activity then how we can expect from others

                                      An apple iphone x 64 gb silver was purchased on 26/01/2018 (Imei no: [protected]) from reliance retail limited dcn mall jessore road kolkata
                                      All of a sudden screen got frozen with apple logo. Matter was taken up with reliance retail and on their instruction/advice phone was submitted to m/s systematix media dcn mall (Authorized service centre) on 24/02/2018. After repeated persuasion phone was replaced on 02/03/2018 resulting in changed imei [protected]
                                      Again with the replaced handset camera (Front & rear) problem surfaced which resulted in poor picture quality and blurring of top portion of photo (Sample photo attached highlighting the problem) which is undesirable.
                                      The phone was again submitted on 24/03/2018 to systematix media copy attached wherein it is clearly mentioned that there are intermittent problems with camera.
                                      After repeated persuasion systematix media has informed that they will be conducting repair and not box replacement to which i did not agree.

                                      I had been suffering due to faulty product from the date of purchase. Till date the phone is not in service. It is very unfortunate that within a span of 2 months, the subject phone had to be submitted to service centre twice and that too within warranty period.

                                      As it is due to faulty products i am getting multiple times, i want a sealed box replacement.

                                        I've purchased the iPhone 5S in the month of Dec 12, 2016. When I tried to install the latest version of IOSon Jan 31, 2017, the phone got crashed. I did contact the customer care on that day and after spending the whole night, it got working again. But I had a problem with the instrument since the new installation. The calls were dropping frequently, the signal strength was poor and hearing the cracking noise during the calls. Though I leave in center locality of the Bangalore city, there is no reason for the network problem. I was using a BSNL connection for last ten years. But I thought it to be a network problem, I switched to another service provider i.e. Vodafone. But even with this new service I had the same problem. So it confirmed that the problem is with handset. I went to the Imagine store in Bangalore for the repair. They tries with the Reset Network Settings, but it did not worked. They asked me to restore the phone using the iTune. I did the same, but even that there is no result. Still the network is dropping frequently.

                                        It is just a year and three month since I've purchased the iPhone. I can't believe that the handset has been out of order now. This is totally against the reputation of the Apple Products. I am shocked. The problem has started from the last update of iOS.
