I purchased an iphone 5s for 19999 inr and purchased an edelweiss spills and drops protection for extra 2999 inr. Recently my phone sustained a minor crack on the screen. I reported the same on the same day (Within 24hrs) to the vendor i purchased the phone from.
The vendor is imagine store in orion mall, bangalore. They told me this has to reported to a service centre. I could not find the service centre on the same day nor could i reach them on phone after multiple tries.
Next week i called the service centre and i got connected after couple of tries. They told me since the event was not reported in 24 hours. The request will not be proceded. After this the executive i talked to, put me on hold for 15 minutes.
I called again, this time the executive disconnected the call after i told him my case claiming i am not responding properly.
After many more tries i got connected again, i was told that, the case will not be registered as the first operator had entered the incident date as 7 days back. And now my insurance will not be claimable in the event of any further damage either. I am raising a complaint as this means because of the incident, my insurance is void now.

I will like to understand why i cannot claim the replacement/repair for any further damage to the phone as this is not mentioned in the docs. I will also like to raise a complaint on the icare for providing me such a bad service and i store for not registering the event when it was reported.

    I gave pcss mahim an apple service centre my laptop. They kept it for a week charged me 3000. Did not do any work on it. I had to keep calling and went there 3 times. Once they called to say parts will cost almost 50 000. Then said a cable will be replaced covered within the 3000. Told me the cable will come in one day; i went back and was told cable will come in 3 hours. Went back the next day was told cable will come in half hour. I was lied to; given the shoddiest treatment and i am so upset i am thinking that i will not buy another apple product again. If these are the kind of people with no integrity and accountability that you are putting out there to be entrusted with your products. I am so disappointed and angry; that for no fault of mine i have been treated like this. I also messaged the next person in charge a mr john. He said he would get back to me and never did. Again showed no integrity or honesty. These values may be old fashioned but they matter to me. I am a teacher and i ironically teach about companies like apple. How they are different and trying to re write consumer experience. How as a company they are re writing corporate culture. But this experience has made me re think that.
    I have no idea whether you will actually do anything about my complaint. Maybe you will continue with the trend i have encountered so far of indifference. But maybe you won’t. Here is wishing for the latter.

      My biggest mistake is to take iphone x.i have used this phone but repeatedly my calling is failed, i can not ever talk to any one because some how phone calling problem is there..i have complained this to authorised service centre systematix media in kolkata (city centre-1) complain no SL/13616..but they are taking phone for 6-7 days and then they tell it will now defenitely work..but same this is happending repetedily..kindly replace phone

        Apple service center at parklane, Secunderabad - I have submitted my phone at service center on 16th Feb where service center rep told me we will send the phone to Blore center and get it fixed or replaced with 7 to 10 days which is 10th day today ..upon calling service center 26th feb he mentioned that it will take more 1-2 weeks ..This is my truly shame to Apple being such a big brand ..

        I have purchased apple i phone 6 on dated September 2017. But from few days my mobile again again switched off & also very heat. At present my mobile switched off from 3 hours. So i requested to you please quickly solved my problem .
        If any solution so please help & also solved my problem.

        There is no apple stores in my city.

          Here is chain of events,

          08/02/2016 : i have deposited my iphone 6 32 gb to f1 service centre, upasana mall, jaipur.

          10/02/2018 : i have received loaner phone iphone 6 16 gb only. Service centre owner told me it will take 4-6 days to repair my phone.

          16/02/2018 : i made a call to service center, owner said that i will get my phone by monday.

          19/02/2018 : i again made a call, owner said it will take 2-3 days.

          21/02/2018 : i again made a call, now owner told me that display is out of stock so they cannot tell me exact duration by which i will get my phone back.

          21/02/2018 : i had a confrence call with service centre owner & ms. Jasmine (Customer care executive), she said if my issue is not resolved by 22.02.2018, my issue will be escalated to higher level. She scheduled a call for 22.02.2018 at 4.00 pm.

          22/02/2018 : i waited till 4.10 pm, no call was received from your end. I scheduled a call again through chat (Ref no.[protected].

          Ms. Nazia (Senior customer care executive) told me she will handle my case and will call me by 5.300 pm on same day.
          But no one called me back.

          23/02/2018 : again i called ms. Nazia, she is asking for another 3 working days i. E upto wednesday as satu & sunday is holiday for them. But anyhow she agreed for some possible solution by monday.

          The whole incident shows "unprofessional" behavior of service center & customer care executive.
          Because of such ignorance & poor service, i am facing issue in office work too because i am unable to excess all my mails (16 gb v/s 32 gb).
          "apple" is a not just a company it is a brand who always provides best service using world best technology. I purchased iphone by spending my hard earned money to get best service from your side. Now i am repenting that i should go for some other brand, at least their price is far below than iphone price.
          Such incident is enough for me too think twice to go for any other product of so called "apple".

            Apple selling spurious product purchase iphone 8 plus on 10th feb 2018 and found manufacturing defect in the iphone 17th feb 2018 deposit the product in apple authorize service center

            I have purchased the apple iphone 8 plus 64 gb from authorize apple retails on 10 feb 2018 and found manufacuring defect (Display has black spots and vibration mode was not working)
            Deposit the same with 17th feb 2018 to authorize service center of apple
            Now apple is not replacing the product they are repairing
            I need replacement of iphone 8 plus (Fresh product)

              I had given my phone for service on 18th feb sunday. They said it would take 48 hours to diagnose the issue. Today post 48 hours, they tell me that the issue is with my battery and display which even a school kid could tell since it was not powering on and they have shipped my phone to the repair center for more diagnosis and that this process will take 3 more days!
              This is ridiculous for the money we pay to buy the phone.

                Please realise yourself and your knowledge.

                Big companies never do fraud., but how they loot money and gain bulk income from indian population. Let me explain many of foreign companies must depending on indian sales., they are getting 60% profit in revenue from only india markets... Nearly it’s correct because indian population 120 crores. Imagine if 5% of indian population uses apple itunes, apple initially given itunes application services free to apple handsets or users. Since we already bought apple handset and it’s dedicated to apple applications only., okay also we are compromising on paying one time charges for apple store i. E rs 60/- with registration if debit or credit cards., again they are also charging rs 120/- to access the apple itunes application in every month to download the songs. This is also some valid point., because we are also downloading songs and accepting to pay rs 120/- by auto debit option of credit or debit card. Because company does not require any authentication for next time purchase or itunes charges from our sincere innocent people in india or may be from our rich category people who doesn’t care of small amount.

                Now coming to point why we need to pay rs.120/- even if we don’t download songs and only to just listen and playing songs from downloaded library in apple memory. Is this acceptable, this is like to forcing to pay rs. 1440/- for 12 months from all the lovely apple itunes customers.

                Imagine 5% of apple uses paying unknowingly this money how the company would be looting from the people.,

                In fact the same formula will be applied by airtel’s wynk music., ofcourse it’s a first month free.

                  On 01 November 2017, I had given my damaged Iphone 7plus for service (under Insurance) at Icare Service Center at TTK Road, Chennai. ON 17 Nov 2017 they confirmed me that my phone cannot be repaired and will be given a credit note worth s.52000/- towards insurance claim within 45 days. Now its already 90 days and several times I had called up and followed up on the status, but no proper response or confirmation from any of the service / customer care team. Since I will be getting credit note from them and that can only be used for purchasing from their store, I have to wait till I get it. I have pre-orderd new iPhone and I waiting indefinitely to take the delivery, due to this uncertainty. Really fed up with them and so frustrated with the kind or unprofessional approach of the people. Pathetic customer care!

                  After registering this complain, one Mr. Dilip from iCare Ample Technologies Bangalore called me and promised me that they will resolve this matter within two days and I waited accordingly. But till date there is no response and it's almost 4 long months, whereas they promised to release my insurance credit note within 45 days of my claim approval. The approval confirmation was done on 17 November 2017, but credit note is yet to be issues. This is too much and they need to be questioned and punished for this long delay. There is no proper confirmation on my repeated request of by when I should get my credit note.
                  Kindly initiate appropriate action on them. Its unfair to customers who paid for the insurance on time. Hope to get justice from you, Sir

                  Since the promise given my Mr. Dilip from iCare Ample Technologies Bangalore also failed, I called him again and Mr. Ramanan from iCare TTK Road, Chennai called me and promised to clear this matter before 15 March 2018. I am just waiting for this and if he also fails, then I don't know what to do next, except some severe actions on them and get back my dues with compensation. They cannot take customers for granted like this. Will update after 15 March 2018.

                    This is with regards to apple i-phone 8 model no mq6m2hn/a, gold, 64 gb, month of manufacturing nov'2017, that i bought on 11th feb'2018. I would like to bring to your notice that i bought i-phone 8 yesterday i. E 11th feb'2018 at 8:00 pm. It was a gift on valentines and birthday for my husband and when i gifted him, the moment he opened and started the phone to click the first picture o[censored]s with the beautiful gift, to our surprise the camera was defective. The rear view has some kind of rainy effect. The whole mood was spoiled as well as the valentine occasion for which i had bought. Such an error on part of apple company is not expected.
                    My entire charm and emotions were lost as i had saved money for months to gift this surprise which turned into a nightmare. It made me think that how could world's best company could have such a major manufacturing defect. The company that claims of being customer friendly and giving the best quality product could do such errors. This shows that the quality check points have some major drawbacks which the quality head needs to look into. This way the company will loose its customer retention and loyalty. This a major negligence on the aql (Acceptable quality level) being followed by the organisation.

                    Further on 12th feb'2018 i went to the apple care solutions asking for replacement where they denied the replacement of my new phone and said that only camera part will be rectified which will further take 7-8 days. My husband did not even used the phone.
                    I just want to ask the authorities that if a new phone has defective part that shows that there will be more defects in the making of the product.
                    I would also like to apprise that this has further created loss of trust i had in the company.

                    Myself being a teacher of marketing and management use to give case studies and example of apple company in terms of quality and customer retention but somehow the faith in the company has gone down.
                    I would request the authorities to kindly compensate for my loss by an upgraded version of the phone i. E i-phone x so that i can rebuild the faith and trust.
                    For the reference of authorities i am attaching a copy of bill and repair slip which are on consecutive days along with the problem of the camera.

                      Hi,
                      I bought an apple iphone 6s around end jan 2017 because my iphone 5s was giving issues. Later when i changed my iphone 5s battery it was working fine, if i had known earlier i wouldn't have purchased the new phone.

                      Anyways. Few days back my iphone 6s went into auto update mode (Software update) and it went off. Same thing happened with my iphone 5s also. My iphone 5s i was able to restore via itunes but was not able to restore 6s so took it to the service centre. There they informed me that there is a hardware problem nothing can be done buy a new phone. Its barely a year since i purchased this phone at full price and now they say hardware issue buy a new phone?! Tried calling their customer service cell (It takes a long time to get thru them, they keep putting you on hold and line keeps getting cut). I have been chasing them for two days wasting my time to no avail. Beyond disgusted and distressed both at the quality of product and service.

                      I am definitely never ever going to buy an iphone again. They just charge insane amounts for a faulty product and service.

                        I am writing to dispute a fraudulent done by one of your apple employee recently in the amount of rs. 12000/-. He assured and convinced me to exchange my iphone 6 once the money is transfer to his bank account. Which i already did and after that he was unresponsive on call and chats.
                        I am attaching his photo id your reference and looking forward for your positive response.

                        Also let me know if you want me to share you money transferred details to his bank account.

                        If i don't receive any immediate response, i will have go legal and file complaint against him and apple.

                        This I phone battery is taking 3 hours time for charging and battery discharging within 18 hours even without using the Internet and battery is heating while charging. Recently software also currupted and rebooted.
                        Kindly advise and I have purchased this in the month of Nov 2017,

                          I have an iphone 7 plus, and seem to be having trouble hearing people on the other end of the phone during a regular phone call. Their voice is very faint, barely allowing me to hear what they're saying.

                          Submitted phone 2 time to apple care center but still facing the same issue. Had also been in a call with apple support from last 1 months but every time they call and ask to do some or the other thing. Still not able to resolve the issue.

                          It's is really bad to know that apple is not able to give the solution to resolve the issue.

                          For the first time i had gone for iphone and its really a bad experience. I would never go for iphone in future... Its better to have a cheap phone rather than a defect phone

                            Humne iphone 6 plus phone purchase kiya...& uske headphone ki wire ko mobile phone se connect kiya... So ushki pin moti hone ki wajah se wah connect nahi ho paa raha tha... So humne iphone ke nagpur off. Mein visit kar ishki complaint ki to unka kahna tha yeh headphone issi ka hai... So humne usshe mobile pe connect karne ki koshish ki to wah bahut tight tha.. Jishki wajah se mobile mein connecting point damage ho gaya...
                            So meri request hai ki mujhe sahi mobile sahi headphone & mera mobile ka body cover change karke diya jaaye...

                              From last 3 to 4 months my iphone 6 with serial no (Fdpv521uhxr5) not working well i am facing different different types of problems. Responding time of each app and each event is too slow some times phone get silent even on general mode, some time not able to pick call, some tome screen not visible screen becomes black, app crashes some times, some times beep voice hear at back end during using phone, typing respond time is more as compared to typing, overall more another problem occurs from last 3 to 4 months another thing service provide replaced my handset two times but the problems remains same no any solution get till now please help me too overcome from that problem. I am a big fan of apple phones from last 4 to 5 years but from last 4 to 5 months i am very disappointed by apple service please provide us solution.

                                I owe a iphone 7plus which is having a problem of camera quality, home button not working well and a feature of call announce is also not working so i submited my phone on 29th jan 2018 and my phone was sent to bangalore and said will be replaced or repaired within 6-8 days i accepted and waited for 8 days and when today i went to take my phone they gave the phone without evene repairing it and asked me to submit the phone againvfor another 10 days.
                                I just want to tell even a chinese company of mobile phone has a good customer service center and provides customer satisfaction not like you bloody fraud company, purchasing phone of 60000 is waste should have purchased a phone of small amount.

                                This customer service center b2x solutions at netaji subhash palace new delhi having such a worst persons seating there and cannot even satisfy customer and are such arrogant persons and stafff either dissolve this service or kindly change the staff and management worst service center and experience ever.
                                They even didnt even peovide me with loner device

                                I will definitly share it on social media and show to people how such a reputed company is conducting its business and having such a poor response and having such a poor service center and there response who cannot even satisfy its customers

                                Seriously such a big disappontment.

                                Kindly assist and dont letme to go to the courts for help.

                                  I own a iphone 6s 64gb with imei no [protected]. After ocotber i have updated my os to ios11 from which my battery is under performing. Apple company has globally acknowledged the issue and started a battery replacement program for half of the original price. When i have raised the issue with icare – apple authorised service centre they say due to other functionality not working, they cant provide me the battery replacement and asking me to pay 27000 to exchange for new mobile. But when i have submitted my mobile they have acknowledged they have examined and said that there is no issues with the phone and the battery will be replaced as promised. So i have dropped the phone, after that they claim that they are many hardware issues with the mobile and the battery is not replacing.

                                    I have bought this iphone 6 on 14th august 2017. Its been less than 6 months and i have been facing lots of issues in terms of mobile network, mobile data, and battery life.

                                    Mobile network & internet drop is very often and intense even at the places where the service provider has good connectivity. This causes the issue of lots of call drops. When i tried for another brand phone at the same place with the same service provider, i can still complete the call. This started happening after 2 months of buying the phone. When i visited planetcare, they ask me to switch to other service provider saying that iphone with not good with airtel (Though many of my friends are using the same combination). Now i ported my number from airtel to vodafone as per suggestion. The surprising fact is its even worse now and i can hardly connect to call and mobile network. This has almost made me unreachable to my family & most of my friends considering whenever people call, they can not connect with me and even if they connect, it gets disconnected multiple time. I have even faced issue during one of my job interviews and i could not manage to talk through the whole time.

                                    Considering that planetcare dint provides me a proper solution, i could hardly manage the connections. Now after porting the number i can't port it back to any other service provider.

                                    Battery life has drop badly and can hardly last for 8 hours in working condition with restricted internet usage. For this, planetcare told me that my phone battery is perfect and there is no problem at all.

                                    I am not sure how to handle this or do i need to change my phone within 6 months as i am not able to perform basic stuff on phone.
                                    I will purchased iPhone 6 @ oct 2017 and my handset suddenly struck & mute songs, display also small black dot @ corner & sudenly continued beep sound .

                                      I bought this iphone 5s from croma in oct'16 and by nov'17 this phone stopped working ie no display and no response. I took this phone to maple, the authorised service center of apple in bandra, they took rs 2000 and updated software but phone again conked-off next day. Now maple says that phone has hardware problem and nothing can be done about it. Only option is replacement if i pay rs 24994 - the original cost of this phone was almost same hence absolutely no respite to me.

                                      Nobody buys an iphone for one year life. Seems apples have started to rot.

                                        I bought Apple 7 in the first week of January. Just after, I bought my phone, it kept restarting. I called customer care. They asked me what operating system I was using. I told them 11.2.2. Then they asked me to do some troubleshooting steps. I did as they told.But the problem did not resolve. So I called again. I was transferred to a senior executive. She asked me many questions and asked to send me some data. I did as she asked. It took a lot of my time. She told me that she would call me after 2 days. I did not receive any call. I also sent an email asking about progress. Did not receive any reply. Called Apple customer care again. I had to explain all details again. Then after waiting for a long time, I was transferred to a new senior executive. I had to explain all details of the case to him. Then he asked me for time stamp of data. I told him. It took a long time. Then I received a call on Saturday and he told me that they are still working on it. I said ok. Then I did not receive any response. I called Apple after 4 days and again I was transferred to a new executive after waiting for a long time. He asked me to monitor the phone and call Apple care immediately when the phone restarts and send him data immediately. I said its not possible since i am busy in my work Then he told me that he is fixing appointment with local Apple service center. I said ok. But after I hung up call, I received email that my case is closed. I called Apple care again and this time again I was transferred to a new executive after long wait and explanation. He fixed meeting in service center the next day. The next day, when the phone restarted, I was having some free time. So I immediately called customer care, I was again transferred to a new executive. I gave her all details and also sent the data again. She said she would call me after 2 days. But I did not receive any call but i received email that She tried to call but could not reach me. I immediately rev erted on email Then I called the executive's number. She did not pick up phone, so i left message. Then afterwards, I again sent email giving confirmation about call.Did not receive any reply. After 2 days, I again called her number she did not pick phone. I sent an email again. I did not receive any response. The following day, I called customer service center again. I was transferred to a new senior executive again. After waiting for a long time, she told me to visit service center. The next day, I went to service center. The service center people told me that my phone needs to get updated to 11.2.5 from 11.2.2 and the problem would be resolved.

                                        During calls with customer care, I was told that top engineers were working on the issue. Nobody in customer care knew this simple solution and they kept wasting my time for no reason. This is not what I expected from a company like Apple.
