On 01 November 2017, I had given my damaged Iphone 7plus for service (under Insurance) at Icare Service Center at TTK Road, Chennai. ON 17 Nov 2017 they confirmed me that my phone cannot be repaired and will be given a credit note worth s.52000/- towards insurance claim within 45 days. Now its already 90 days and several times I had called up and followed up on the status, but no proper response or confirmation from any of the service / customer...

I am writing to dispute a fraudulent done by one of your apple employee recently in the amount of rs. 12000/-. He assured and convinced me to exchange my iphone 6 once the money is transfer to his bank account. Which i already did and after that he was unresponsive on call and chats.

This is vinay prajapati. My i phone 6 32gb is not turn on. On saturday i were using it but automatically it was gone to turned off. I am unable to use it still.
I have visited in service centre in anandvihar pachific 1st floor.
They told me my phone is in bending condition so they can't any help for me.
But i can't understand my phone is not feel in down and no any accident...

Apple iphone 7 plus jet black handsets are having auto scrathes problems and which is making its look very cheap.

My only concern is that if it is know to apple that these scratches will come so easily, why the same is being sold and why it is not being told during sell of the product. Had it been told to me during purchase, i would not have gone for jet black model.

Later i tried to recover my backup from icloud which i got recovered in 20 days, but after i got my new password found that my back up was not there

I approached macintel, apple authorised service center siliguri, for the replacement of my earpods. At the first instance they have accepted it stating that it will be replaced within 4-5 days. While accepting it they checked it throughly and confirmed about the replacement. Later they rejected it sataing that warranty is void due to some normal scratches on jack.
