I bought my ihpone 6s about 8 months ago and on 4th Match 2018 my phone dropped in a bucket of water accidently and i took it to the Koramangala Service center on 5th March 2018 and they said it cannot be repaired because its a liquid damage so i told them i have an insurance which i bought with my phone at the Imagine store . They told me the process to claim the insurance and said it will take 8-10 days. I followed the process so i called the apple customer care and intimated them that i want to claim my insurance. They said they will send me a link and i should fill in all the details and i would get an AMP number and with that number i can take my phone and few documents and go to the koramangala service center and submit eveyrhting. They said they will send me the link in half an hour when i called them and that day i had to call them about 4 times to get the link it was already 9 in the night and when i made my last call they said tomorrow we will provide the link. Next day in the morning when i called them they said no we were not able to find any details so you dont need a link just go and submit your phone to the service center and the rest we will take care. I did that and i went to the service center they refused to take my phone without the AMP number or the email link. so i called the customer care in front of them again and the executive informed the service center to collet the phone . I submitted all documents and they said it will take 8-10 days for approval and claim. All the problem started after these 10 days.
They never called me to give any update or information or any news. i called the customer care after 10 days and asked for an update he said he's not able to only my accoutn and view anything so call back at 12.30pm, i called at 12.30 and another executive said there is some problem in viewing my profile but the insurance is in process and he will call me the next day and give me updates. I waited in the morning no one called so i called them and the executive said the same thing that there is some problem in viewing my profile and he will get back in the evening evening no one called me so again I had to follow up for the update and another executive picked up and said I would know within 2-3 days . I waited for another 2-3 days I had no update from the so called customer care service center so i called them and explained everything again and again i was told that they were not able to view so call later when the concerned team is available so i called them at 12.30 again and then explained the entire problem again to another executive yet again and they said it would take another 15- 30 days . I got furious, they were first of all not able to help me with any updates they couldnt find my information at all even though I had my bill and the insurance copay I had already waited for 14 days and they were asking me to wait for another 15 days and no one was giving me any updates they were just not able to find any information about insurance in my profile. They would always say " Not able to login to your account and see the details" I bought the insurance for 4 thousand with the phone at the apple store i even had the bill but they were just not able to give any details any information any updates. The worst service ever . They are so unfriendly, both at the service center and at the customer care center.

    Hi,

    I have complained a couple of times & its not happened for the 1st tym, unnecessary deductions happening & i had to change my card for that twice.
    Again same thing & when i ask a refund of the money which i did not initate then you guys dont do it give me a list of your terms & conditions, give excuses like your family member must have used it & bla n bla. I confirmed even if i never share the password cz of your stubborn ness. Then i stopped maintaining balance but still used to get message insufficient balance please add and all. I am a working women & do not have time for all this. Its my hard earned money and i wont let it go in vain. Contacted your technical department then & no reply. Then i got a payment in my account. The moment i get a transfer again a deduction by itunes. No work you'll have, really pathetic system & good way of looting money from users. I am sure that this will be my last phone of iphone & will surely spread the awareness cz you do not seem to care what your user goes through, if you people do not want a user i might as well switch as there is no value add & there are lot of competitors who r better & will not loot wht you guys seem to do all the time. Refund all my money back,.

      I have purchased a new iPhone X Silver, 64 GB from an apple store. Within a period pf 3 weeks, there is a green vertical line appearing on the display. When i informed the customer service, that confirmed that it is a hardware issue. They have now arranged to replace the display and are returning a repaired phone. I am not convinced to use a repaired phone and requested them to replace the handset. They have declined. After investing almost close to a lakh INR, this is the service guarantee from a so called quality brand.

      Same happened to me also. But in my case apple guys said my device is not under warranty and it has un-authorise hardware modification.

        That i have purchased a new iphonex on 14.02.2018 and just after the purchase, i have started facing problems like battery drained too fast, sensor doesn't work during face recognition most of the time and sometimes entire screen goes black n phone hangs for a while. So i gave my iphonex 64gb, space gray at unicorn infosolutions pvt. Ltd. On 12.03.2018 time:5:48:26pm in a brand new condition without even a single scratch, i have also told to that executive to check my iphone thoroughly for any scratches or any physical damage and also told him to mention the condition of the phone on the note sheet which you are going to provide me, except that he told me that i have checked the iphone and there is no single scratch and for that i am mentioning the unit condition as user level condition, if there is any kind of physical damage or scratches on the device then we will mention in it.

        When i visited to store then they have committed me to return my device within 4 days from the date of inward time of the device.

        Now today they call me to collect my iphone as it is repaired and the problems has been rectified, when they asked me to check the device "i have found two visible scratches on my iphone",
        When i asked them that how the scratches are there on my device then they said to wait for sometime i'll ask my manager if something can be done and also they trying to convince me that these are the minor scratches there is nothing that may effect to your warranty, when i told them that i want the phone exactly i handed over it you then they again asked me to wait for more time at service center pacific mall subhash nagar, new delhi, when i fed up and told them to please call your manager then after 20 mins the manager named ankush singhal (As the name told by him to me) came and said that i have to wait till monday so that we can check that either the scratches are here due our mistake or from their side or from you (Customer; that's me). When i told him to ask your service center guy who collected my phone on march 12, 2018, so that guy didn't accept that there was no scratches instead they started to put the blame on me.

        In the view of the aforesaid, i want my iphone x to be replaced with the new one along with compensation of rs.10, 000/- for the harassment done by the manager and their team by wasting my time and energy as i want to leave for the high court as i am not gonna accept that phone they are trying to give me.
        And they had also replaced the speakers of my device without my consent even though i never mentioned any problem in the speakers.

        I bought an iPhone X one month ago.. and I have been facing this issue even after getting my phone replaced once and now service centre has also denied help. The issue is, whenever I get a call the display doesn’t wake-up up until 10 or more seconds and I can’t pick the call. What do I do about it??? No help from Apple is very disappointing 😣
        Need an iphone x for testing and to show on my channel need an copy of iphone x

          Hi,
          I kushal pal singh have bought an iphone x on 14 dec 2017 from invent g-12-13, hb twin towers, netaji subhash place, new delhi-110034. Since after the purchase of this best phone of apple i am facing many issues it is not worth of spending about 90 thousand rupees. The problems i am facing are:

          1. Screen malfuntioning.
          2. Touch not working sometimes.
          3. Back cross button not working during open apps.
          4. Never get full charged even after charging about more than 3 hours.
          5. While scrolling apps it will automatically shows phone is charging even without connecting the charger.
          6. Phone got extreme heating even u can't pluck in your hands.
          7. Battery drainage
          8. Display overlap with other apps options.

          Now after visiting your service centre (B2x service solutions shop no. 207 a, 2nd floor, plot# d1-2-3 ndm mall 2, block d, netaji subhash place delhi-110034) so many times they have deposited my iphone x on yesterday as they said me that your server is not working. My job no. Is :dpp[protected].

          Now i am requesting you to please take your phone back as it is a new phone and i am facing many issues and i don't want any repair in my new phone and refund my amount back. As your advertisement are misleading peoples as the phone get charges 50% in 30 min. So don't mislead peoples through your advertisement. Otherwise i have to file a suit in consumer court and also registered a fir for misleading peoples. Under the consumer protection act, 1986 under section 2 (1) (R) describes unfair trade practices, which specifically under sub-sections 2 (1) (R) cl. Vi and 2 (1) (R) cl. Ix include the acts which can be called as misleading advertisements and claims. Section 2 (1) (R) cl. Vi describes any act (S) aimed at “making a false or misleading representation concerning the need for, or the usefulness of, any goods or services” as one of the restrictive trade practices.
          This act of yours caused me grave loss and mental agony. If you had not assured me that the mobile i am purchasing from your shop is a new one and having good quality i could not purchase the same from your shop. Believing upon your assurances i invested big amount to buy said mobile phone. You have knowingly and deliberately sold a defective mobile to me your this act is comes under the purview of cheating, which is an offence punishable under section 420 of indian penal code. You have done business against the business ethics and practice.
          You are hereby called upon to provide me refund my money (Rs.89000/=) within 7 days from the date of receiving of this notice, if you failed in compliance of this notice, i will be constraint to take legal action against all of you by lodging a fir for initiating investigation and filing civil suit before competent court for recovery of damages and value of mobile phone and you shall be solely responsible for the cost and consequences arising thereof.
          Note: a copy of this notice will be circulated to national and local media so that common people of india can be saved from this kind of cheating and malafide business practices.

            I have purchased new iphone x and getting call delay problem from first day. I am contacting apple customercare from first day of purchase. But no solution get from apple. If it is not resolved with in a week than i will put a case to consumer court for return my whole money with my harashment coat.in starting call delay starts from 6-8 seconds and after some hours it becomes 20 seconds. From this problem i am missing my important calls and time loss.

              I download one app qr code reader which happens to be tricky and fraud app. 749 was deducted without any consent neither i chose the subscription. This is totally swindle and apple even make the customer data to be compromised, please reverse my amount immediately and investigate this app, block it right way as several compalints are coming in news for this app.

                I have purchased iPhone 6 10 months back and from past 5 months i am facing battery and heating. My battery is giving backup of just 3 to 4 hours and phone is heating a lot and when i gave my phone in service center they said that, now they have updated the software and issues are resolved, so i took my phone and used for 2 days but the still heating and battery issues are there; so i again went to service center and again they are saying that they have updated the software.

                Worst experience with iPhone, so i recommend every not to buy iPhone because they dont give good service and i have to charge my phone 3 time in a day.
                I hv buy 2 apple set in last 6 month nd I hv get many prblms sometime it Gna hang nd now der is a jeck pin prblm ..today I reached in karnal after jst frustrate frm dis prblm Nd dey r not attending us der ego nd d way talking show us ur service center dicipline...kindly plzz get solution of dis prblm...

                  I gave my apple watch sports 42 mm 1st gen to repair at b2x sector 70 mohali sco 534 and they charged me 17, 577.00 via job no - moh[protected] created on 03/08/2018 and gsx repair notification no - g[protected] today when i came to collect the same and saw the box it stated mrp 14, 700 as soon as i asked and tried to click a pic the staff mr anil snatched the box and regional head avinash threatens to meet outside and used really bad words as consumer need strict action against the person...

                    I purchased an iPhone X a month back and there was a manufacturing defect, the screen was popping up, Apple swapped my device and I had to wait for a week, now after 2 days the swapped iPhone is also defective and shows yellow screen in pictures clicked from front camera. This kind of harassment after spending 90, 000 is not acceptable. Apple is supplying defective sets each time and spending this much money, energy and time is not possible for a student like me.

                      I purchased iPhone 4 months back and then one day it stopped getting charged up. I bought a new charger but still battery level didn't go up. Eventually it got switched off because there was no more battery life left.
                      I submitted the phone to service centre and they say its a moisture damage as headphone jack and charging port shows corrosion.
                      I asked them i didn't spill any water on it. Their reply was mositure in the AIR could have caused it.
                      Now they are asking for the amount of a brand new iphone to replace it, as it cant be fixed by them.

                      As a consumer, it is not all acceptable as my device is under warranty and i expect it to be fixed, even if i have to pay the labor charges. but asking for the amount of the entire phone is lawfully wrong.
                      When i called customer care and asked them do i need to carry my phone in a airtight pouch to avoid moisture, reply was YES.

                      I need my grievance to addressed.
                      Same with me mobile face id isn't working so i give it to service center. Now they telling me they can't repair it in warranty. Reason given by customer care is mobile is already open bye third party person. They told me to pay some amount and they replaced my mobile and it's not true. I never show my mobile to any other repairman. What should i do now? Please help.

                        On updation of my software from ios10 to ios 11, my iphone6 has been slowed down to much extent. The phone just stuck in between the calls and hang again and again. Touch got irresponsive.
                        This is not fair for apple to slow down previous versions.

                        The problems just continued even on resetting my phone settings
                        I will have to proceed legally if no reply or solution will be provided to me. Also i will publish the same in newspaper giving them an affidavit for the problem.
                        This is not good for a highly reputed company to do such activities

                          Details of complaint —

                          Dear vadhel/ kinjal,

                          I had approached the service center as i had a concern regarding the keyboard as some of the keys weren't functioning, however as per your quotation given for the services, which i found too expensive, i decided not to go ahead with the service.

                          Ref job number "mc2124781”

                          However when i received the laptop that is when my ordeal started, without any services rendered.

                          - there was a test user which was created by the service centre and the same was not deleted before handing over the laptop to me … also wanted to know do you have any policy / process followed wherein before handing over the product to a customer you delete these users created?

                          - when i called your service centre, i was guided to delete the user, however none of the passwords provided were accepted then seeing no harm in the same i ignored it for some time, however after some days i notice that i was unable to update my software because the admin rights on my id were given to the test user and the password were not working, this got me worried and i approached the service centre to delete the user neither was i able to take back-up.

                          - i sent my laptop to the service centre for the to delete the test user, however to my annoyance another user was created “anju” and the previous test user one was not deleted … great!!!

                          - after a lot of struggle i have myself managed to delete the test user – video attached for your reference …

                          It is surprising that i was questioned why i have not approached the service centre within a month of the issue as per the policy.. I find this ridiculous!!!

                          The user should have been deleted by the service centre, why do you expect the customer to come back to you???

                          Just to update - i stay in sion, and i work in powai, cannot keep running to the service centre every now and then for users which you create …

                          I need to understand why am i being tortured for a simple solution …

                          I just need my log in details wherein i can use my laptop the way that i used to before visiting the unfortunate service centre and going through this torture …

                          I would not want to take this lightly, need to have a solution immediately. I as a customer cannot be taken for granted!!!

                            I have purchased an apple iphone7 and it had a sim issue where vodafone sim was giving me a problem (On inserting only vodafone sim, it was giving no sim error, other network providers worked fine). I had taken it to an authorized apple service center where they said that they have to factory reset the phone. After factory resetting, they said none of the sims are working now and they needed to send it to repair center. From the repair center, they called me up saying some unauthorized modification has been done to the phone and they will not fix it further. I am not told what is the unauthorized modification done. Also, i have not taken it to any other service center except apple authorized service center.

                            But when i got the phone back, i now see that the home button of the phone is not working at all and also the sim slot has also been tampered. Now i have got the phone in a much worse condition than when i had given it for repair in your authorized service center. Now i am not able to switch on the phone even. This is really upsetting and now the phone is completely useless.

                            I called up apple customer service to tell this issue and after 3-4 days they are replying back that nothing further can be done to the device.
                            What they are saying is that while checking the device hardware, there are possibilities that other hardware might have an after effect and apple will not be responsible for it
                            Also i am not getting any further response from their end.

                            Request is to atleast give back the device in the same condition when it was provided for service.

                            Also, when i check now, other sim cards are working except vodafone. So i can port my number and still go ahead and use the phone.
                            But without the home button (Main feature of the phone), it is mostly not usable.

                            Request you to kindly take this up and look into it.

                              Iphone 7 plus under warranty, headphones not working. No cuts on the wire on handing over to the customer service executive. The headphones were taken inside and then brought back out with a cut on the wire. Replacement denied citing physical damage. The customer service executive was in a haste to direct me to buy new headphones costing over 2500 rupees. On being asked to give a written reply i was made to wait for over half an hour. Finally the complain was not resolved. Pathetic service for such a premium product.

                                The company apple is selling the product prone to damage through company like overcart. It went wrong after just warrenty peiod of six month. Now apple charges hefty repair charges for out of warrenty product. This seems that they are not intested in custome satisfication and after sell service but only selling new product in india.
                                So cunsumer should aware of this before buying apple product in india.

                                  I was purchase apple ipad 17dec2018, when i have purchase the apple sales person committed me this device is compatible with photoshop professional software, after selling the device he tell me please make your apple id then you can use it properly and he hand over the device, after 2 days i connect with him & told him kindly download the software then he refuse there own words and told me i didn't committed you any thing & do what you want, then i have met with there store manager she told me do you have any kind of evidence when he committed you like written or audio. As a consumer no one knows this things done by a reputed brand people. Store name saket croma near pvr cinema

                                    Had some speaker & camera clarity problem with my iphone 7 plus for sometime when clicked underwater pictures, so thought to give it to service centre for check under warranty @ b2xcare solutions andheri east, mumbai. They kept the phone for one week and returned saying that we had checked and opened the phone here in mumbai as well as in bangalore and did not find anything. Week after again tried click underwater photos, as soon as the phone just touched the water, it got frozen. Took the phone to b2x, and was asked to pay inr 32000 for replacement saying that it is a liquid damage. Even apple customer care representative are asking to pay, instead of checking with the b2x. I agree the warranty is not for the liquid damage, but my question is the phone was working fine when not given to b2x and after they open and check the phone, water goes inside the phone. I am very sure there is something wrong at the b2x care centre. Very disappointed with the service from apple. Trust broken. Also please stay away from b2xcare solutions.

                                    Why should i pay when the phone was opened by the b2x. I want replacement for my phone.
                                    Order no [protected], dated.02.11.2017 apple ear phones not working. It is having 12 months warranty

                                      I have submitted my i phone se under warranty set to b2x dlf city center mg road gurgaon service center and they promise me that they'll return my handset back within 4-5 working days and now 12 days passed no satisfactory answer was provided to me they don't even know how much time bangalore team will take they just asking me to wait wait it's really hard for a person to stay in todays world without smart phone and i'm really feeling foolish after spending such a handsome amount on phone and in lieu i got pathetic services

                                        I have a macbook purchased in 2015 and i bought an extended warranty for 2 years. My macbook fell off my bed and has a very minor or rather invisible scar. I can send a screenshot for the same. I went to the service center as i hv a keyboard issue. My shift key doesn’t work smoothly. They took my macbook and in the evening they gave me a call that this doesn’t come under warranty. The scar or dent is barely visible. All i asked was to service my macbook which is under extended warranty and look in to the keyboard issue which they say is working fine! I have gone through the terms and conditions and this is what it says:
                                        “the warranty does not apply : (B) cosmetic damage, including but not related to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to defect in materials or workmanship.”

                                        My macbook is in complete working condition. All i asked was to service it and look in to the keyboard issue and they are telling me it doesn’t come under warranty which is so frustrating.
                                        Kindly help me with this.
