I own a iphone 6s 64gb with imei no [protected]. After ocotber i have updated my os to ios11 from which my battery is under performing. Apple company has globally acknowledged the issue and started a battery replacement program for half of the original price. When i have raised the issue with icare – apple authorised service centre they say due to other functionality not working, they cant provide me the battery replacement and asking me to pay 27000 to exchange for new mobile. But when i have submitted my mobile they have acknowledged they have examined and said that there is no issues with the phone and the battery will be replaced as promised. So i have dropped the phone, after that they claim that they are many hardware issues with the mobile and the battery is not replacing.

    Hi,

    I have bought this iphone 6 on 14th august 2017. Its been less than 6 months and i have been facing lots of issues in terms of mobile network, mobile data, and battery life.

    Mobile network & internet drop is very often and intense even at the places where the service provider has good connectivity. This causes the issue of lots of call drops. When i tried for another brand phone at the same place with the same service provider, i can still complete the call. This started happening after 2 months of buying the phone. When i visited planetcare, they ask me to switch to other service provider saying that iphone with not good with airtel (Though many of my friends are using the same combination). Now i ported my number from airtel to vodafone as per suggestion. The surprising fact is its even worse now and i can hardly connect to call and mobile network. This has almost made me unreachable to my family & most of my friends considering whenever people call, they can not connect with me and even if they connect, it gets disconnected multiple time. I have even faced issue during one of my job interviews and i could not manage to talk through the whole time.

    Considering that planetcare dint provides me a proper solution, i could hardly manage the connections. Now after porting the number i can't port it back to any other service provider.

    Battery life has drop badly and can hardly last for 8 hours in working condition with restricted internet usage. For this, planetcare told me that my phone battery is perfect and there is no problem at all.

    I am not sure how to handle this or do i need to change my phone within 6 months as i am not able to perform basic stuff on phone.
    I will purchased iPhone 6 @ oct 2017 and my handset suddenly struck & mute songs, display also small black dot @ corner & sudenly continued beep sound .

      I bought this iphone 5s from croma in oct'16 and by nov'17 this phone stopped working ie no display and no response. I took this phone to maple, the authorised service center of apple in bandra, they took rs 2000 and updated software but phone again conked-off next day. Now maple says that phone has hardware problem and nothing can be done about it. Only option is replacement if i pay rs 24994 - the original cost of this phone was almost same hence absolutely no respite to me.

      Nobody buys an iphone for one year life. Seems apples have started to rot.

        I bought Apple 7 in the first week of January. Just after, I bought my phone, it kept restarting. I called customer care. They asked me what operating system I was using. I told them 11.2.2. Then they asked me to do some troubleshooting steps. I did as they told.But the problem did not resolve. So I called again. I was transferred to a senior executive. She asked me many questions and asked to send me some data. I did as she asked. It took a lot of my time. She told me that she would call me after 2 days. I did not receive any call. I also sent an email asking about progress. Did not receive any reply. Called Apple customer care again. I had to explain all details again. Then after waiting for a long time, I was transferred to a new senior executive. I had to explain all details of the case to him. Then he asked me for time stamp of data. I told him. It took a long time. Then I received a call on Saturday and he told me that they are still working on it. I said ok. Then I did not receive any response. I called Apple after 4 days and again I was transferred to a new executive after waiting for a long time. He asked me to monitor the phone and call Apple care immediately when the phone restarts and send him data immediately. I said its not possible since i am busy in my work Then he told me that he is fixing appointment with local Apple service center. I said ok. But after I hung up call, I received email that my case is closed. I called Apple care again and this time again I was transferred to a new executive after long wait and explanation. He fixed meeting in service center the next day. The next day, when the phone restarted, I was having some free time. So I immediately called customer care, I was again transferred to a new executive. I gave her all details and also sent the data again. She said she would call me after 2 days. But I did not receive any call but i received email that She tried to call but could not reach me. I immediately rev erted on email Then I called the executive's number. She did not pick up phone, so i left message. Then afterwards, I again sent email giving confirmation about call.Did not receive any reply. After 2 days, I again called her number she did not pick phone. I sent an email again. I did not receive any response. The following day, I called customer service center again. I was transferred to a new senior executive again. After waiting for a long time, she told me to visit service center. The next day, I went to service center. The service center people told me that my phone needs to get updated to 11.2.5 from 11.2.2 and the problem would be resolved.

        During calls with customer care, I was told that top engineers were working on the issue. Nobody in customer care knew this simple solution and they kept wasting my time for no reason. This is not what I expected from a company like Apple.

          -network problem
          -auto off
          -screen black
          -display brightness gets dark n light automatically
          -front camera got blurred
          -heating problem while using with in 5 minutes, also if kept aside - then also t gets starts heated
          -also note we have already updated 4 times but unfortunately
          The problems are increased rather than to get resolved.

              Greeting!!

              This is vinay prajapati. My i phone 6 32gb is not turn on. On saturday i were using it but automatically it was gone to turned off. I am unable to use it still.
              I have visited in service centre in anandvihar pachific 1st floor.
              They told me my phone is in bending condition so they can't any help for me.
              But i can't understand my phone is not feel in down and no any accident occurred.

              And also in warranty to march.

              Service centre person told me, it will be replaced in rs 25000 pay by me for new phone.
              I can't understand your are a huge brand apple. And customers are not satisfy with your work.
              I know only 1 thing no damage is occurring from outsides after that why are you not replace my phone.

              I am not happy because i am in loss.
              And i can't afford no more money for by new phone.

              Please help me

                Apple iphone 7 plus jet black handsets are having auto scrathes problems and which is making its look very cheap.

                My only concern is that if it is know to apple that these scratches will come so easily, why the same is being sold and why it is not being told during sell of the product. Had it been told to me during purchase, i would not have gone for jet black model.

                Apple is known for good and quality product and that’s why we pay huge amount for handset, then how come they have accepted such inferior quality of material for jet black model of iphone 7 plus? Is this not a cheating with it’s customers?

                I have not invested 55, 000/- for such kind of inferior quality.

                I need to know as why should not i get the refund or replacement handset...

                  I purchased apple earpods from izenica shipra mall few months ago. There was an issue in the right earbud and the voice went low. Contacted apple customer care via chat and was informed that could visit the apple authorized service centre for a replacement. I informed the chat advisor that i dont have the bill/pop, but was assured that they can assist without the pop. Hence, i visited the service centre on 13th january by the name of b2x in pacific mall, delhi. Informed them about my query, after a wait time for nearly 1.5 hours, they said that they cannot replace the earphone since i dont have the pop. Also, the girl on the front counter said that there is a lot of air wax in the earphone, due to which this cant be replaced. However, when i raised this the centre manager said that its not because of that but the fact that you dont have a pop. I asked him to give this in writing to me on the company letterhead. He said this cant happen as they have not created a job sheet for this.

                  I am amazed with the kind of customer service apple offers. I mean its hard to believe that if the customer loses the pop, then the transaction cannot be traced and no resolution cannot be given. I was informed that the earphones can be traced by the serial number and can be replaced. It is insane to believe that a brand like apple doesnt have a central system to track products and transactions and customers are denied their rights. I dont see a point to choose apple and spending a huge amount over other brands, if basic rights to customers are denied. The earphones are under warranty and there isnt any damage, hence i deserve them to be exchanged/replaced.

                  As a customer it is not my duty to chase different departments to get a replacement, that too for an accessory. I demand compensation, a replacement and a gesture of goodwill by apple for my time and effort wasted and money spent on my travel to the service centre back and forth.
                  I will look forward to escalate this complaint to the highest level possible, just for the fact that the procedures are so ridiculous and not made for the customers convenience.

                  I have purchased my iphone 8 on 6th jan 2018 since day one its working very weirdly, most of the apps crash, the touch Id doesn't recognises my finger prints, its booting very slowly . Its running on latest ios 11.2.2 version . Please resolve this issue or else i have to move to further consumer forums for legal actions.

                    My apple phone keeps on restarting again and again multiple times and i am unaable to use it since the time apple updated its software few months back. They should have ideally tested on all the models before bringing it out in the market. Multiple times in emergency i have not been able to use phone because of this restart issue and i feel mentally harassed and need a a solution to it. Either resolve the issueor get me a new mobile or refund the money.

                      I had lost my i phone 6 - imei no - : [protected] dated 18.12.2017
                      Later i tried to recover my backup from icloud which i got recovered in 20 days, but after i got my new password found that my back up was not there
                      I asked call center that i had my precious & valuable back in itunes software which i last back up in aug 2017 in my laptop as i feel less secure online but unfortunately that was encrypted & password i don't remember
                      I asked them to recover my contact even on my risk but they refused

                        I approached macintel, apple authorised service center siliguri, for the replacement of my earpods. At the first instance they have accepted it stating that it will be replaced within 4-5 days. While accepting it they checked it throughly and confirmed about the replacement. Later they rejected it sataing that warranty is void due to some normal scratches on jack. This they have not informed while accepting the earpods. My question to the company is why have not checked it while taking it in their coustody and informed me that warranty might be void due to normal scratches. How possible without any physical damage like wear/tear warranty is void.

                        Request you to assist in this regard.

                          I bought a brand new iphone 7-32 gb through flipkart, upgarded my self from a basic phone. Hoping that the brand is worth the money spend. Howvever disappointed & disheartened.

                          The phone at freezing & battery issue, phone was replaced. I also bought a insurance on the same. I have spend enough time & effort on this, i want my money back i dont want your phone. Horrible experience, never expected to be such a nu sense.
                          I have iphne 7 and come under warranty period.my phne display is not working and i m going iphne store in raipur.he advice me that urs phne have internal problm and u have to pay 27500.

                            I approached imagine, apple authorised service center, for the replacement of my defective charging cable. At the first instance they have accepted it stating that it will be replaced within 2-3 days. While accepting it they checked it throughly and confirmed about the replacement. Later they rejected it sataing that warranty is void due to discolouring of pin. This they have not informed while accepting the charging cable. My question to the company is why have not checked it while taking it in their coustody and informed me that warranty might be void due to discolouring. Secondly there is a possibility that discolouring of the pin might have happened in their coustody.

                            Request you to assist in this regard.

                              This is ayesha mubarak i m an i phone -6 user almost a 8months before i have buyed a brand new iphone -6 from garuda mall iphone outlet

                              From the day i purchased phone i was hearing some disturbance in phone when i do a internet cal, what ever i use to talk the receiver would not get any thing instead some disturbance, siri was not working at all then i have gone to i phone service center and got the phone repaired

                              Immediately after a month all of a sudden my phone use to automatically shutdown and use to get restarted then again i had to rush to iphone store and got repaired

                              On 31/12/2017 again my phone has a same problem of siri is not working and now if i speak in normal call also the receiver are not able to hear anything..

                              Now i have submitted my phone to iphone service center of rt nagar, i want a phone replacement i don't want that phone to again which is a damaged piece

                              Earlier to this i was using i-phone 5s then i had a wonderful experience from the movement i have buyed this phone either my phone will having problem or will be in service center

                              Now this phone is under warranty your people are getting it ready with out cost this will definitely happen even after warranty over then i need pay and get it repaired just cause i have buyed a not good phone

                              Here i m requesting only one thing is that i want a phone replacement as i had a very bad experience using this phone which has faulty all the time

                                I have submitted my iphone6s 32gb space gray handset to ample technologies, alwarpet, chennai in stock condition on 09th dec17, because the ringer switch was misfunctioning and the home button was not clicking properly.
                                The device was taken into custody and they promised to return the handset on16th dec17.
                                With no updates from the service center since then, i visited the center on16 to enquire about the same and they replied that the device is at the rc and it cant be repaired or replaced.
                                I agreed to that and asked them to return back me handset in the same condition that i have given them.
                                Now they are saying that my device is not charging or booting up. It has been almost a month and still no response from the service team yet.
                                The executive ms. Gomathi sekaran is the person attending this and has not provided any details of delivery.

                                The status of the device and the date of delivery is unclear.

                                Such a negligent act from apple team.
                                The device given at the stock condition has been damaged and the center is not disclosing the actual issue.

                                  My name is jayprakash karotia, badly cheated by apple service center & lost complete faith in so respected & ethical company like apple.

                                  Chronology of incidences as follows:

                                  1. I bought iphone 4s in aug’15. It’s an out of warranty case now.

                                  2. I had an under-warranty experience with apple, which was very satisfactory, transparent & professional in indore. (You may check the records)

                                  3. Since last few days, i was suffering with charging abilities of phone & back up of battery.

                                  4. I showed this phone to your authorized service center picatype systems, pune.

                                  5. I won’t name the person, i was told that battery was gone, to be replaced. But gentleman didn’t informed price. Only informed me that system is not supporting so i shall inform you over phone. It was ok from my side. I submitted phone there. They gave me receipt of handset on their form.

                                  6. I received a call from same person after half n hr, telling me that this battery to be procured from market, warranted for one month only. Only cash is accepted against this transaction. Also, invoice shall not be given for this transaction.

                                  7. This event made me think on genuinely of apple service station. I deliberately accepted this & asked to go ahead.

                                  8. When i received a call to collect handset, i thought to capture this fraud transaction, hence i planned to record everything.

                                  9. I was informed by same person that warranty is applicable now for 3 months??? And took that receipt which was given to me. So now i have no proof left. This meant no transaction happened with me. Money i paid in cash rs. 1800 is in whose pocket, i don’t know? May be apple or may be dealer?

                                  My questions:

                                  1. Do you allow your dealers to promote non-genuine fraudulent deeds?

                                  2. Do my phone have genuine battery or non-genuine??

                                  3. Was this a right way to deal customers, keeping in dark???

                                  4. Was this a professional way to deal customers???

                                  I brought apple iphone 7 on 10 november 2017 from paytm mall on 25/12/2017 the home button on device stopped working and the service center was 70 kilo meters from my place they said come in 2 days without providing substitude device to me how can i travel 70 km on alternative days they must have repaired it today itself but they didnt

                                    I updated my iphone 6 to ios 11 recently. From then, my phone is getting stuck, is very very slow, and is having lot of issues. My phone was in very good condition and is not even 2years old. I don't have any unnecessary applications and have enough memory.
                                    I feel like apple is trying to slow down all the older versions of iphone with ios updates so that people will keep buying new phones.
                                    I have read many similar complaints.
                                    If this is not resolved, we will be forced to go to consumer court

                                      Iam elangovan, i bought iphone on[protected]. From the beginning i found the issue that very low battery life and over heating. Because of my hectic schedule i gave my phone after 1 month for your support iplanet, rspuram, coimbatore, tamil nadu india. That time customer care persons said to me will updated every thing so check and inform. Again i got a same problem so that i again come for your support. This time customer care persons said that there is some problem in hardware for the low battery life and over heating. Again they said now a days it is having little bit issue only. I have a doubt why not the same problem come again. So please do the needful. Please don't push me to check again and again. I believe apple care will give best support.

                                        Hi,

                                        Just thought to highlight the situation happened with me. I have an iphone 6-16gb. My phone was automatically restarted while using or not using. It was from last 15 days.

                                        I went to apple store in ‘hsr layout 27th main road, bangalore, india’ to rectify the same and the engineer told me that there might be a hardware issue which will cost me 28800 rupees including the service charge, if i repair it. I believe there are no more production of iphone 6-16gb in the market and if i go for the new phone for 32gb its cost is less than the repair cost.

                                        Then i tried myself by surfing and found the way to repair my phone and i did it. I just rebooted my phone and restored the phone through itunes from my laptop. Now my phone is working perfectly.

                                        Understanding the fact that it is apple and its expensive, but never thought the engineers will be giving such kind of advice that the customer has to rethink whether to go ahead or let it be because we as a customer will never what they will be doing after taking the phone and will charge such a huge amount.

                                        Request if it can be resolved by keeping the transperancy between the engineers and the customer, so that the belief in apple products and services remains good.

                                        Hope to receive a response on the same.
