This is to apprise you that i bought an apple iphone 7 (Black, 32gb) by flip kart on 27/10/2017 after five days i put my phone on charging then after 3 hours i check my phone it was not showing any display or any feature. Then i visited in nearest apple care center for repair my phone in delhi. Those people check my i phone and confirm me that due to some fatal technical issue we need to send this product to bangalore head office. Then i got a call to from apple care and they inform me that they are unable to repair may phone.

Now please suggest me that worth of this product is 36, 000 rupees with 1 year warranty or within few days it stop working... So please tell what to do next to get back on my money...

      Hii i bought iphone 7 in march 17 but iphone is defective.in 6 months my phone receiver is got damaged and after repaired by service center in one month i got new problems this time my phone mic, receiver, and speaker everything is damaged again but company not take my problem seriously. I want new iphone because i fed up this type of problems. Company was not change my iphone again give me repair but i was not satisfied this type of services. Apple is biggest company but i face this type of problems. I never thought that i got those types of problems in world biggest company.

        20 days before i updated ios 11 in my apple iphone 6 so after updating i am facing problem of camera my back camera is no opening black screen is coming n front camera also not working
        Sometimes both camera working fine and again i faces the same problem i showed my mobile to many people but they can’t fix it someone is telling to change camera someone is telling software problems or hardware problem some people suggested me to go to apple service center so i thought u can do for me so pls help me to fix the issue

          I have been facing multiple issues with my iphone 6s for last 1 month. I showed the same to cyberhub gurgaon service center, they rebooted the software and returned the phone. When the problem continued they sent the phone to bangalore for detailed diagnosis and repair. I got the phone back after 5 days with none of the problems fixed. They informed me that the screen has been replaced and there is no other problem with the phone. Considering that the problems were not resolved i had to again visit another service center. Now my phone is with another service center (Apple service center in south point mall, gold course road) and they are running some diagnosis on it. They initially told me that everything is fine with the phone yet they would run a 2 - 3 diagnosis to check if there is some problem.

          I charge my phone atleast 2 to 3 times a day even when the usage is very limited, phone freezes, keypad doesn’t respond, lower half of the screen turns blue. It’s hard to believe that even though i am facing such issues with the phone, the device is perfectly ok as per the service center.

          What is the point of buying such an expensive phone if the product turns out to be bad and the customer service is even worse.

          The service center (South Point Mall, Gold Course Road, Gurgaon) has returned my phone without even sending it to Bangalore for detailed check. Apperantly they performed some tests and according to them the phone is fine. I am facing so many issues with the phone that it is irritating and annoying. Battery just doesnt last, from 100% to 70 overnight without any usage. Needs to be charged every 5 - 6 hours. Phone freezing / hanging up is another issue that is just annoying.

            I wanted to buy an ipad 2017 from apple store situated in reliance digital, wave mall, lucknow, uttar pradesh-226010. Mr. Deepak had promissed in conversation on phone that we will give you i pad 2017 along with temperred glass and will lower the price as i had negotiated with him.
            But when i was ready to purchase it and when i had initiated the process for payment through bajaj finance after all the other formalities, mr. Sumit jaiswal asc, mr. Deepak and mr. Vivek told me that you will not be given temperred glass along with the i pad and they even increased the price of i pad which they had promissed me earlier.
            Their behavior was very rude and they made me to come on the store many times which wasted my valuable time.
            I had never expected this type of service from this renowned company outlet. I demand strict action against such people who diminish the reputation of the company and cheat the valuable customers and i want compensation for what i have suffered asap.

              The iphone 7 plus 128 gb (Sl no. F2ltl73xhfy9) is purchased on 16/06/17

              When i started checking the various features of the phone, i found that, if i am on a voice call with a person, that person gets low voice, sometimes fluctuation of voice, sometimes no voice at all. I have used four sim cards of four mobile-service-providers of our country, but obtained the same result. I did the following.


              1. Report the matter over phone many times to apple customer support[protected] starting from 20/06/17.

              2. Report the matter to a authorized apple service center, “imagine (Systematix media), ho-chi min sarani, kolkata. The center head mr. Tarak mukherjee did not even cooperate and behave properly.

              3. Sent several e-mails and make several phone calls to mr. Shashidhar shetty, the apple india service head, bangalore, india. Mr. Setty did not even show the curtsy of replying any of my e-mails, neither received any of my phone calls. (His e-mail id : shashidhar. [protected]@asia. Apple.com and his mobile number is[protected]


              However on persuasion, the iphone was sent to bangalore repair center from kolkata service center and they have replaced the display unit of the iphone. But even after that the problem was not solved.

              Again i submitted the iphone 7 plus to an apple authorized service center (Imagine) at city center 1, salt lake, kolkata 700064. This time bangalore rc replaced the iphone 7 plus (Imei no. [protected]). But this iphone has the same problem.

              Again i have reported the problem to the said service center at salt lake. But they have refused to receive the iphone for servicing saying that it is ok. But i have been facing the same problem and is not being able to use the iphone at all, since the other side cannot listen me properly, sometimes they do not get my voice at all.

              I don't know what to do now. Kindly help me to get a resolution as early as possible.

                I have purchased the apple product in march month and the same is working fine but my usb cable plastic is peeing off within 9 month so i submit the same apple centre and they rejected my claim by saying that this is not fall under their vmi guidelines which i am not aware what is tha? T and because of that they cannot replace the cable.

                I want to apple if they have such manufacturing defect they why they are not accepting our genuine claim.

                  My iphone se is having problems in connecting to network from september 2017 and was purchased on 25august 2017.
                  I have been complaining the customer support since 6 october 2017, asked me to give phone for service i gave it for service as instructed but no resolution given.
                  They say iphone is working fine and problem is with airtel, vodafone idea networks for not connecting to iphone network, where only jio sim card is working.

                    I recently bought a iphone 6s plus, there came a pair of ear pods in the box. Only after using for a month or so i noticed some bubbles forming on the cable surface. Earlier i thought it as nothing serious as the sound quality was not affected by it. But then after further use one of the bubble bursts and the wire underneath is exposed. I visited a service centre in delhi for the same, they suggested me to call the customer care number and provided me with a number. After speaking to the customer care i was asked to send the pictures of the same, which i did. The case number is[protected]. After watching at the pictures the customer care people suggested me to go to a service centre again and call back from there. Did exactly as instructed.

                    After doing all this, suddenly the customer care people recalled that they cannot do anything on service part of any device, that they are only there to provide the software support and commented that i have burned the ear pods.

                    I like to know who on earth will burn a brand new ear pods? And if the customer care is there to provide support for only software why did they ask for the pictures the first place. The service centre people say and recognise that the damage to the cable is not caused by me, still they cannot help me, as its physical damage. Off course it is physical damage but then the damage is not because of normal wear and tear from normal use the physical damage is because of the poor quality manufacturing or poor material used in manufacturing.

                    Please take necessary action. Thanks.

                      I am experiencing a very pathetic service provided by apple india authorised service centre. I am finally writing to you as i am not getting any help from apple india customer care and apple authorised service centre. I am feeling that apple has cheated me. I have paid the premium amount for the phone for which the same feature is available at very low price but still i paid the premium amount as an apple loyal customer but i am very disappointed by the service providing by apple in india.

                      I have submitted my iphone 6s bearing sr. No. F17qmbd8gry7 for repairs at your authorised service centre (F1 info solution & service pvt ltd in delhi) on 07th of oct'2017 which is under warranty. Still i am struggling to get my phone back i visited the service centre on 11th oct 2017 to collect the unit but service centre told me that they have sent my repaired unit back to apple bangalore. I did not receive any call regarding the status of the phone from service centre and when i called them then they confirmed me that my phone is repaired and now they are not returning my phone back. It is more than a month now but still not received my phone back.

                      I hope you will understand concern and will help me to resolve my issue at the earliest to retain me as aapple loyal customer.

                        My warranty got expired 1 day before i went for renewal. I got a extension period of 24hrs to purchase the app.
                        I tried at almost 7-8 places but i got one unanimous answer that physical kit of app has been discontinued and is out of stock.
                        I purchased for the kit online on tatacliq and amazon and even tried at official venus stores in ahmedabad and bhavnagar.
                        But unfortunately i have always got a call back saying its out of stock.

                        I have called apple customer care for almost 10 times everytime explaining them the whole situation but i was not given a solution instead was asked to find for the physical app kit.

                        Customer care people promised me that they will help me find the kit and my extenstion is extended till i find a physical kit.

                        Everytime i have called i was asked for all details with no final solution but they would request me to call another day.

                        Apple customer care people are not aware about their own products. My every call lasted almost for 1 hour and now its frustating when they say you call again on monday we will try to find you a solution.

                        Its frustating when you receive such pathetic service from apple which is supposed to be the best company

                          I had reported for battery draining issue to imagine apple care - gopalan signature mall bengaluru. They found some part failure and replaced but battery draining issue persists. Contacted apple support they are big cheaters trying to escape, no follow ups no proper resolution. Simply they deny saying working on it will get back to u.. Called them and spoke to them more than 60 times. I asked for replacement though it is a 10 days old mobile. They are denying unless they find an hardware issue. I questioned them already display replaced without seeking my permission. For that they said it is procedure and now battery draining am complaining them they are very careless and those people are very lethargy and all the cheaters are escaping instead of getting resolved. Lost faith please help me!!!

                            Hello,
                            I had a n apple iphone 6 and which is only 8 months old. After some days the phone starts to heats up and getting over heated always. The battery is draining too fast. Getting only 4 hrs backup. When i charged it night 100% the next day morning the phone will be in switched off with 0 battery. Taken the phone to support icare thrice. They are telling it is expected behaviour. And i given the phone to inspect but they only re install the os and the issue still exists. I need to be fixed the battery soon. Its very disgusting about this. Kindly help apple i[censored] can. I suggest my all friends to dont use apple devices. U will regret.

                              Maple care vashi, they are only humiliating they took the defected phone on 13/11/2018 and since last 5 days we did not received any communication neither alternate handset was provided, while we visiting them again on 18/11/2018 job number vah[protected], mobile serial number - dntsl7s4hg7f they are forcing me to accept mobile without resolving the problem which we cannot, kindly look into the same and get this resolved. I am loyal customer to apple but seem, the issues are not getting resolved and my wife is without any phone for last 5 days

                                I gave my iphone 7 32gb to service center for proximity sensor problem and heating problem, but
                                Now service center's person offered me with exchange iphone 7 32gb to old device that in warranty with amount 42000/- only..
                                But new iphone 7 is available in market 39k to 45k.
                                They are going to cheating,
                                My iphone is in warranty and allare ok in phone only proximity sensor not working from last 15-20 days and heating during call,
                                They are now give 2 option. 1for exchange and 2nd for without repair take back.

                                  Very irritate from customer care service.
                                  Kindly send on email to customers email how they do. When all details all ready summit to apple. Why ask every time.. Peoples waste money on very costly phones after then get irritation.
                                  Why they not send email for any problem.
                                  Why waste time or irritate on calls.
                                  Why customers give privacy. Send email or sms code on mobile numbers.
                                  Why apple collecting data of indian. What apple do with this data

                                      Dear apple my case id is[protected] and my no is [protected]. My issue is i was working on my mac book pro and suddenly my mac get off. I took the device to the service center and they told me that there is some hard drive issue and said with in 48hrs we will inform u. So i waited for 48 hrs and i didn't get any response so i visited to the service center and ask for the status of my system then also they told me sir wait till 6pm. So i waited. After 6pm they bring my system and told me there is liquid damage in ur mac motherboard. If there is liquid damage then why they don't tell me on the same day first they said there is hard drive issue and suddenly in 48 hrs it came to know liquid issue. Is i am looking fool to them. They are asking for 44700 inr for changing motherboard i have purchase my macbook in feb 2017 for inr 64000. Iam not fool that i put a glass of water on my mac. And my mac contain lots of running projects and i suffering with lots of stress in my company due to this issue and for that i hv call to ur customer care an agent name sofi told we donot have info regarding hardware and said if service center is telling u the price then u have to pay the price for repairing the system. I am daam sure that no liquid failure is there form my side.. Same thing have been told by customer care manager and they drop my call. So apple one thing for sure i want my mac repair in under warrenty and if its not happen then for sure i will take the legal action in consumer court and definatly i am not going to buy a new mac and who ever is in my knowlege i will suggest them not to buy apple products for sure due ur disgusting behavior given by service center as well as customer care

                                        As far as technical support are concened - i have respect for the trouble shooting but, i have a bad experience :
                                        1.in aug. /sept - 2017, while online with iphone executive an amount of rs. 60/- was asked to be deposited for ancaller tune & the lady executive that after deducting rs. 15/- remaining amount will be credited to my a/c pl. I have no information on this count.
                                        2. Again - yeserday when on line with mr. Nabadeep, rs. 120/- has been debited in my credit card a/c ; why??? I hope the iphone support service is free.
                                        Kindly, update me on the subject pl. Also, i would request not to deduct any amount on my card without spcific consent by me.
