[protected]@icloud.com it's my apple I'd. Past 6 month I was using I phone, i have facing some problems on my apple iPhone 6s 64gb.
My mobile getting fast battery drain.i had turned off commonly battery using apps everything in the settings. But also having problems.
If I has 100% charged. continuously using 4G or 3G means with in 2-3 hrs battery level come to 20% below.
Normal Samsung or chaina mobile having greatest battery back up. this f...ing iPhone gets me irritating daily. Mobile Cost is high. Fu..ng how Many times should charge per day. Please resolve my problem otherwise I'll go for Samsung or some things else. I never promote any apple devices to my friends or relatives.. Hope u can understand my problem

      Since I purchased my iPhone in the month of February 2017, thereafter it was handed over to you twice for repair. Now you are again offering me the said repaired set.
      If again it goes out of order them what is your commitment that it will be get repaired free of cost, because by that time the warranty period will be over.

        You have launched an advt on 1st dec 2017 on times of india where you have guaranteed a minimum exchange value of rs 8000/ and a store discount of rs 1000 for all old ipad models 2nd gen and above. However, i went to your authorised prem reseller store izenica in noida. They have only offered rs 5900 on this though it is aworking excllnt condition one without scratches, perfectly working touch screen, working charger, no heavy scratches, no discolouration, no cracks, no cracks, no lines, it has normal signs o[censored]sage. The izenica store is in gip mall store no 17, noida up. I went to mega store (Another apple store) on 2nd floor in the same mall and they offered me rs 7500. I fail to understand why do you give the advertisement when you cant honour. Really sad from apple.

          I am elviro rodrigues and i had purchased iphone 7 on 20th may 2017.
          After 3 months exactly the phone started to heat up too much, i tried speaking to the retailer about it and he said there might be network issues so it tends to heat up.
          Now on 30th november 2017 my phone suddenly stopped working while i was at the gym at 6:30 am. The screen had some moisture due to the ac so when i tried to unlock it did not respond. I came home and kept for charging it did not show any sign so next day i decided to visit the service centre at mapusa goa pcss solutions pvt ltd. The guy at the service centre was so rude that he was not ready to help me and instead is telling me to pay rs 29200 for a replacement and also telling me that i have dropped the phone in water and after dropping i have gone to some technician and opened the phone. First of all i paid 50000 for the phone, why would i go to some technician when the phone is still under warranty?
          I feel apple india is cheating people by not providing proper services. They sell phones at a higher price but when it comes to servicing they do not entertain common people like us. I feel i am cheated as it is not my fault and i have not put my phone in water which they’re accusing me of doing so.
          If it was my fault why would i go at the service centre? Why would i file a complain here?
          I have really worked hard for this phone... And now they’re telling me to pay 29200 for a replacement phone which i cannot afford.
          Please take my complaint seriously and help me sort this issue... I feel i have wasted my money by buying iphone. Not my fault but they’re blaming me.

            Greetings.
            Myself from mangalore, karnataka, india. I bought you iphone 6s plus on 31st october 2016 from reliance digital, mangalore. Presently my one year of warranty has been exhausted.
            For the last 3 months i had issue with my mobile and for this i appeared before reliance digital, where i purchased the same, when it was under warranty. The technical support person checked and he orally said he cant find any issue. Later it worked, troubling me intermittently by saying no range. For this problem i was asked to contact maple digital technology international pvt. Ltd., where they charged me rs.1180/- (Which is too high), just for receiving the mobile for checking. Now they have detected icloud issue also sim not detecting, which is costing me rs.30000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) towards its repair. I was asked to contact singapore office, talked for an hour, but could not come to any conclusion nor solution
            So what i am trying to explain you is, it is the improper checking by the technician, which caused me such a huge loss, which is impossible for me to bear. My whole family is using iphones. Kindly do not make me stop buying your product in future..
            So i hereby request you to kindly look upon this matter and advice the respective personnel to find a solution for my problem.
            I have lost the phone yestuarday so pls help me how to lock the phone and get it back

              Hi team,

              I hail from amritsar and i am the regular patron of apple products (Phones, ipad). Recently, i have ordered apple iphone 6 from online site (Amazon.com).

              From the day i have purchased the item it was causing trouble to me as various applications were running slow. I visited the nearby store couple of time but i have not got any prompt response. Being a senior citizen, it is difficult for me to visit store everyday for follow up.

              Last week my speaker of my iphone 6 also stopped working, when i visited the store today and asked for replacement, they told that it is not manufacturing defect. We need to send device to bangalore for which we will charge around 2500/- rs.

              My device is new and under warranty, i just want my phone should be replaced as it is under warranty without any charges.

                I have bought iphone 7 within 2 days it started heating up badly while using apps i gave it to the service centre they took almost 12 days to resolve and was not updating me with mail or any follow up call after 12 days of running behind this they said it was something to do with hardware gave me a new replacement product which is refurbished now i have used this replacement again for few days and it’s still heating up. I paid all my saving s to buy this and this is what happen
                I need an answer to this
                The battery of my 5s is draining too rapidly within 2 hours its turns 15 from 100% and sometimes shut down at 30 % what should i do

                  My phone always change it self too brightness when i shoud adjust manually and its too heated compared other i don’t know why iphone change this type and it also when any one cal to me its doesn’t show order wise.. I already use old iphone 6 (16gb) thats too good.. But it was really soo many problems.. Soo am going too iphone center to exchange it..

                        Hii i bought iphone 7 in march 17 but iphone is defective.in 6 months my phone receiver is got damaged and after repaired by service center in one month i got new problems this time my phone mic, receiver, and speaker everything is damaged again but company not take my problem seriously. I want new iphone because i fed up this type of problems. Company was not change my iphone again give me repair but i was not satisfied this type of services. Apple is biggest company but i face this type of problems. I never thought that i got those types of problems in world biggest company.

                          20 days before i updated ios 11 in my apple iphone 6 so after updating i am facing problem of camera my back camera is no opening black screen is coming n front camera also not working

                            I have been facing multiple issues with my iphone 6s for last 1 month. I showed the same to cyberhub gurgaon service center, they rebooted the software and returned the phone. When the problem continued they sent the phone to bangalore for detailed diagnosis and repair. I got the phone back after 5 days with none of the problems fixed. They informed me that the screen has been replaced and there is no other problem with the phone. Considering that the problems were not resolved i had to again visit another service center. Now my phone is with another service center (Apple service center in south point mall, gold course road) and they are running some diagnosis on it. They initially told me that everything is fine with the phone yet they would run a 2 - 3 diagnosis to check if there is some problem.

                            I charge my phone atleast 2 to 3 times a day even when the usage is very limited, phone freezes, keypad doesn’t respond, lower half of the screen turns blue. It’s hard to believe that even though i am facing such issues with the phone, the device is perfectly ok as per the service center.

                            What is the point of buying such an expensive phone if the product turns out to be bad and the customer service is even worse.

                            The service center (South Point Mall, Gold Course Road, Gurgaon) has returned my phone without even sending it to Bangalore for detailed check. Apperantly they performed some tests and according to them the phone is fine. I am facing so many issues with the phone that it is irritating and annoying. Battery just doesnt last, from 100% to 70 overnight without any usage. Needs to be charged every 5 - 6 hours. Phone freezing / hanging up is another issue that is just annoying.

                              I wanted to buy an ipad 2017 from apple store situated in reliance digital, wave mall, lucknow, uttar pradesh-226010. Mr. Deepak had promissed in conversation on phone that we will give you i pad 2017 along with temperred glass and will lower the price as i had negotiated with him.
                              But when i was ready to purchase it and when i had initiated the process for payment through bajaj finance after all the other formalities, mr. Sumit jaiswal asc, mr. Deepak and mr. Vivek told me that you will not be given temperred glass along with the i pad and they even increased the price of i pad which they had promissed me earlier.
                              Their behavior was very rude and they made me to come on the store many times which wasted my valuable time.
                              I had never expected this type of service from this renowned company outlet. I demand strict action against such people who diminish the reputation of the company and cheat the valuable customers and i want compensation for what i have suffered asap.

                                The iphone 7 plus 128 gb (Sl no. F2ltl73xhfy9) is purchased on 16/06/17

                                When i started checking the various features of the phone, i found that, if i am on a voice call with a person, that person gets low voice, sometimes fluctuation of voice, sometimes no voice at all. I have used four sim cards of four mobile-service-providers of our country, but obtained the same result. I did the following.


                                1. Report the matter over phone many times to apple customer support[protected] starting from 20/06/17.

                                2. Report the matter to a authorized apple service center, “imagine (Systematix media), ho-chi min sarani, kolkata. The center head mr. Tarak mukherjee did not even cooperate and behave properly.

                                3. Sent several e-mails and make several phone calls to mr. Shashidhar shetty, the apple india service head, bangalore, india. Mr. Setty did not even show the curtsy of replying any of my e-mails, neither received any of my phone calls. (His e-mail id : shashidhar. [protected]@asia. Apple.com and his mobile number is[protected]


                                However on persuasion, the iphone was sent to bangalore repair center from kolkata service center and they have replaced the display unit of the iphone. But even after that the problem was not solved.

                                Again i submitted the iphone 7 plus to an apple authorized service center (Imagine) at city center 1, salt lake, kolkata 700064. This time bangalore rc replaced the iphone 7 plus (Imei no. [protected]). But this iphone has the same problem.

                                Again i have reported the problem to the said service center at salt lake. But they have refused to receive the iphone for servicing saying that it is ok. But i have been facing the same problem and is not being able to use the iphone at all, since the other side cannot listen me properly, sometimes they do not get my voice at all.

                                I don't know what to do now. Kindly help me to get a resolution as early as possible.

                                  I have purchased the apple product in march month and the same is working fine but my usb cable plastic is peeing off within 9 month so i submit the same apple centre and they rejected my claim by saying that this is not fall under their vmi guidelines which i am not aware what is tha? T and because of that they cannot replace the cable.

                                  I want to apple if they have such manufacturing defect they why they are not accepting our genuine claim.

                                    My iphone se is having problems in connecting to network from september 2017 and was purchased on 25august 2017.
                                    I have been complaining the customer support since 6 october 2017, asked me to give phone for service i gave it for service as instructed but no resolution given.
                                    They say iphone is working fine and problem is with airtel, vodafone idea networks for not connecting to iphone network, where only jio sim card is working.

                                      I recently bought a iphone 6s plus, there came a pair of ear pods in the box. Only after using for a month or so i noticed some bubbles forming on the cable surface. Earlier i thought it as nothing serious as the sound quality was not affected by it. But then after further use one of the bubble bursts and the wire underneath is exposed. I visited a service centre in delhi for the same, they suggested me to call the customer care number and provided me with a number. After speaking to the customer care i was asked to send the pictures of the same, which i did. The case number is[protected]. After watching at the pictures the customer care people suggested me to go to a service centre again and call back from there. Did exactly as instructed.

                                      After doing all this, suddenly the customer care people recalled that they cannot do anything on service part of any device, that they are only there to provide the software support and commented that i have burned the ear pods.

                                      I like to know who on earth will burn a brand new ear pods? And if the customer care is there to provide support for only software why did they ask for the pictures the first place. The service centre people say and recognise that the damage to the cable is not caused by me, still they cannot help me, as its physical damage. Off course it is physical damage but then the damage is not because of normal wear and tear from normal use the physical damage is because of the poor quality manufacturing or poor material used in manufacturing.

                                      Please take necessary action. Thanks.

                                        I am experiencing a very pathetic service provided by apple india authorised service centre. I am finally writing to you as i am not getting any help from apple india customer care and apple authorised service centre. I am feeling that apple has cheated me. I have paid the premium amount for the phone for which the same feature is available at very low price but still i paid the premium amount as an apple loyal customer but i am very disappointed by the service providing by apple in india.

No. F17qmbd8gry7 for repairs at your authorised service centre (F1 info solution & service pvt ltd in delhi) on 07th of oct'2017 which is under warranty. Still i am struggling to get my phone back i visited the service centre on 11th oct 2017 to collect the unit but service centre told me that they have sent my repaired unit back to apple bangalore. I did not receive any call regarding the status of the phone from service centre and when i called them then they confirmed me that my phone is repaired and now they are not returning my phone back. It is more than a month now but still not received my phone back.

                                        I hope you will understand concern and will help me to resolve my issue at the earliest to retain me as aapple loyal customer.
