I purchased my iphone 5s in 2015 and it was working fine until i updated new ios 11. The phone is getting new issues day by day. And i am troubling with these issues. I already visited customer care also called to support but they are unable to find a solution, also service center wants charges for seeing the problem. My question is, why should i pay for this if this is the problem which established by apple.
I am getting mentally sick due to these incidents and want to resolve my phone issues as soon as possible.
But no one (Apple support & apple service center) taking it seriously.

    I have purchased this phone a month back. Suddenly my scree got locked and touch is not working . I can only nuse side buttons and centre button. Can call through siri . But when siri calls, Ivan disconnect the line . Then the touch gets active. My intact number is [protected]

      I am writing to express the poor support from iphone team. Last 21 days am calling customer service line (Continuously we following up daily) case no[protected]

      I had originally purchased an iphone 7plus 32 gb gold color mobile at chennai mobiles-coimbatore at 26th september 2017. On 1st october 2017 we found issue with phone mic.

      Taken mobile on 2nd october for service centre (Apple care-coimbatore). They have updated new software ios version (11.0.2) and taken for observations. After 3 days they confirmed observation in good condition with report. So i took back the mobile.

      After two days again the issue appeared, so taken back the mobile for apple care-coimbatore. They heard the issue and provided service report, mentioned as issue found. Next day they sent the mobile to bangalore main branch for repairing.

      After 1 week i received the mobile with front screen with mic replaced. On 12th october i received the mobile with working. After three days again the issue found on 15th october. So taken 4th time to shop with same mic issue. They have recorded the issue and forwarded again to bangalore main branch.

      Meanwhile from 2nd october i was contacting apple customer support nearly 30 calls above. Senior associates mrs. Asma[protected]and extn[protected]. She knows the issue from day1.

      Also mr. Ahmed[protected] ext-[protected]). Knows about this issue.

      Even now last full week mobile was kept in bangalore unit and repairing the mobile.

      Handed over the iphone 4th time on 16th october 2017 and sent the piece to bangalore main branch for repairing the same. Many times i given voice call to asma and ahmed. No response yet.

      Received the iphone yesterday 25th october 2017 without any repairing from bangalore team. Today we found the same speaker issue with iphone.

      We totally unsatisfied with service support and updates.

        my name is hemant malhotra using apple iphone 6 since past 6 months and today morning while charging it got fire and bursted .I have still not posted on media but what should i do i do not know .No one got hurted because of tea break no one was in the office. Please contact immediately.there was an narrow escpae to my body also. i sent an email to bangalore apple also but these people do not give any reply.tell me how can a put a court case on apple or they should compensate.

          I, Aparup Chakraborty, son of Amulya Bhushan Chakraborty, age 33years, presently and permanently situate, lying and being in the address BL-192, Sector-2, Saltlake City, Kolkata-700091 since last 3 decades. I bought my phone on last week of November 2016; my model number being "Iphone 7 plus, GSM, Black 128GB". We started facing our problem from the month of January that the phone was suffering from a microphone issue since its date of manufacture. I went to the Apple customer care with my problem but they were reluctant and said that they found no issues. I had to drop by 7times then they started taking the matter seriously and deposited my phone and later on they replaced it, and my new phone's IMEI no. being [protected] and serial no. being F2NSNME5HFY7. The phone worked well for 1month and again that same problem aroused. Again I had regularly visited to the customer care for the phone hampering my professional life severely. On 14th October 2017 finally the customer care {SYSTEMATIX MEDIA Store no. A 210, City Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064} again deposited my phone for further checking. On 23rd October 2017 they gave back the mobile and claimed it to be duely repaired and with a changed display. Within one hour we were forced to revisit the customer care with the same microphone issue. This is a high end expensive hand set and I have gravely suffered for it time wise as well as morally. Being utterly frustrated and infuriated by the world’s leading telecommunication brand’s callousness I am placing this complaint.
          My complaints in points:-
          1. Acutely reluctant and unskilled customer care service
          2. Profoundly unworthy unprofessionalism
          3. Service not up to the price of the mobile.
          My prayer:-
          I want a permanent solution to this microphone issue.

            Dear apple team,

            I am writing to you today to explain about a bad experience i am having with apple customer services.
            I have purchased iphone 6 from amazon on - 22/may/2017, imei/meid:- [protected], serial no:-ffmt81jnhxr5.

            Case info:-

            I lost my iphone on 9/sep/2017, on the same day i have activated find my phone from my pc. With the id: - nitin. [protected]@gmail.com, and even i have done the police complain my complaint no:- 1659314/2017. Somehow police were able to find my phone and they have returned it to me on 22/sep/2017.

            23/sep/2017, i found that my iphone has someone else id register and the thumb passcode and number passcode was changed which is something unknown to me. So i tried to reboot my phone but i was unable to get access to my iphone. As i am unable to enter the passcode which is needed to access the phone.

            Then i called the apple customer care, and i told them the whole story and told them to kindly remove all the id register to my iphone could so that i can get the access to my phone. But the executive was unable to solve my problem so he transferred my call to the senior executive adviser name:- shivam, extension no :[protected]/8935153. And shivam (Apple) give my case id number which is[protected]. And share the link where i can submit my all my document related to my case.

            List of document submit:-
            1. Phone bill
            2. E-sugam form
            3. Sellers address
            4. Police report.
            5. Copy of order from amazon.

            After submission of the entire document shivam (Apple) committed me that my problem will be solved within 48 hrs or either by 72 hrs.

            But know he is not even replying to my voicemails since from 24/sep/2017.
            On 27/sep/2017, i again called the apple customer care and again told them the whole story this time again a new senior executive was appointed and the new case id[protected] was given to me. And the same thing was told to me that my problem would be solved within 42hrs or 72hrs.
            Then,
            On 04/oct/2017, again a new senior executive adviser was appointed malavika madho ext no:[protected]/[protected]. Case id no[protected] and she also told me the same thing that my problem would be solved within 42hrs or 72hrs.
            But she was unable to and again your another senior adviser stopped answer my voice mail.
            Then again,
            On 12/oct/2017, i called apple customer care, and this time also the new senior adviser name:- jagdeep singh, ext no[protected]/8935078). And the same thing happening with me.

            So, now my question is to you sir, apple which is one of the top players of international phone market has such a bad services team and why they are unable to fulfil their own commitment which is to solve the problem in 72hrs. And why apple customer service is not paying any heed to their customer problem.

            Sir, now it more than 20days i request you to kindly have a look to my case and try to resolve my problem asap.

            I m using apple iPad 9.7 newly. I ve created the apple id and tried to log in the iTunes app store. But could not succeed. There is written that, 'your apple id has not yet been used in the iTunes store. Tap review to sign in then review your account information'.
            So how can I download apps from the store ? Pls help me soon

              I purchased an iphone on 13 dec 2015 iphone 5s (Space grey). I used it for around 50 days then the device got theft on 4 feb 2016. After lodging the fir, i received information that the device has been located on 2 jan 2017 almost a year after the theft. After completeing all the formalities of police and court. I received my iphone back, but when i switched it on the device was linked with some other icloud account. I then contacted apple support for removing the icloud linked to my device:

              They asked for the bill, i sent them but then after no further action has been taken care and my device is still locked.

                Its just been 50 days i bought my phone.
                The display strucks too much & phone start to work automatically
                I showed my phone to care they saw the problem live then they updated my phone & gave me back telling that again if you have problem we i ll replace. The next day again display started to struck then they took my phone & now they are telling that my phone is already opened & all like that. They are like there is some fingerprint on phone display inside so its opened & not covered under warranty. Why will i give my 2 month used phone anywhere outside for service they dont understand my problem

                  I am 67 year old lady. We use iphones, ipad etc and very fond of but today i noticed left side of my screen is tilted you can see picture i tried to take. I keep my phone very safely and presented other iphone 6 to my husband few days back. I took my mobile set from amazon and had no complaints before. When i tried to push little it goes off restart again and was showing battery very low thenthough it had 64 percent battery there. Once again it restarted again and then showed normal apps etc. But certainly something is wrong and i am unable to buy another apple phone. You can see my pictures of amazon receipt etc.

                    Frequently like once in week money is deducted from my credit card recently i have not made any purchase from itunes or iphone store, i need a information on this issue.

                    I have downloaded xlock free trail purpose only for to check i haven’t used for one hour also still i am getting invoice for that and huge amount also getting deducted from my account.

                    I am unhappy on this issue, i am also thinking apple is the company to trust.

                    Kindly resolve my issue and refund my money.

                      हमने[protected] को apple - macbook pro लैपटॉप sr. No –c1mrv52edty3 59900/- में reliance digital purulia road ranchi से खरीदा था। मैं दूसरे कंपनी का लैपटॉप तय किया था लेकिन खरीदने के समय सेल्समैन ने कहा कि मैकबुक हर वह काम कर सकता है जो दूसरे लैपटॉप से हो सकता है, जबकि दूसरे लैपटॉप से यह पांच गुना अधिक समय तक चलेगा। लेकिन जब हम इसे अपने ऑफिस हिंदुस्तान अखबार लेकर गए तो उसमें newswrap or 4c lipika software काम नहीं करता है। हमने दूसरे ही दिन इसकी शिकायत की। कंपनी के वरीय पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि रिप्लेस हो जाएगा, हमनें काफी प्रयास किया लेकिन कंपनी वालों ने मेरी एक नहीं सुनी। हमने जिला उपभोक्ता फोरम में केस भी किया, वहां बताया गया कि जिस सेल्समैन ने वादे किए थे कि इस लैपटॉप में सबकाम होगा, उसका पता तलाशकर लाईए। उसके बाद हमनें ingram में[protected] को शिकायत की, वहां केस को निष्पादित बता दिया गया, जबकि, आज तक मेरी शिकायत पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई।

                      श्रीमान रिलायंस के रेस्क्यु टीम, रांची के विक्रांत सिंह द्वारा कहा गया कि मैकबुक प्रो में हिंदुस्तान का न्यूज रैप तो नहीं चल सकता लेकिन वह मैकबुक में विंडो 10 डाउनलोड करवा देते हैं। जिसमें न्यूज रैप चलेगा। उन्होंने विंडो 10 डाउनलोड करवा भी दिया। लेकिन पिछले माह जब मेरा मैकबुक काम करना बंद कर दिया पता चला कि रिलायंस द्वारा जो विंडा 10 लोड किया गया वह डुप्लीकेट था। पाइरेटेड वर्जन होने के कारण कुछ दिनों में वह काम करना बंद कर दिया।

                        My phone is i phone 6 plus. Ime no.[protected] s/w: fkinnghrgsr2. Problem is screen touch not responding. After holding on and off button and home button together apple logo appears and gone and afterwards screen appears asking me to enter passcode. To enter passcode screen touch is not responding. What should i do? Extended warranty period is over by 12th april 2017 and my phone is not covered by warranty at present. The phone is in the name of datta. When i contacted service provider conqer technologies, (Their job no. Is bza [protected]) they simply asked me to go and purchase another phone by handovering the present phone for another rs.30, 000/- this is already a replacement phone because of cracked screen and i paid rs.25, 500 on 11/04/2016. They have not made any examination of the present phone and on seeing the phone they immediately asked me to go for another replacement phone for rs.30, 000/-. This phone capacity is 124 gb and i already spent rs.1, 10, 000/- on this phone. I am aghast with service provider reply and it formed in me a negative opinion on the brand value. I forgot to mention that the screen is in good shape. Please enlighten me.

                          I am using an iphone 6 which suddenly gone bent in the side of the sim slot.
                          I dont know how it happened. My phone didnt fell, nothing came and fall on it.
                          But day before yesterday when i gave it to my friend he asked what happened to my phone it has got a bent. That was the very shameful situation for me because its an iphone how will a bent like this happen. I was really shocked at that time. I didnt expect anything like this from my iphone. Its not any other brand obviously i will feel ashamed of.. I have one more issue with my phone. There happened to be some mark after using a case for my iphone. It can be clearly seen in the photo which i am attaching with the messsage i need a solution for this too. I need a replacement for my phone. Ill tell you that it is not under warranty but still an iphone shouldnt bent like this. I need an answer immediately.

                            Given iphone 6 for battery replacement but the iphone showroom that is in jabalpur known as inext fooled us. Didn’t give us bill and the next day when he gave us the phone back it stopped working. And when we went to the store again the owner started shouting at us and didn’t not even listen to us once and took 3500rs for battery replacement and did not even replaced the battery and on top of it didn’t give us a bill also.

                                Would like to draw your attention
                                To
                                The bad after sales service received.
                                Please find the below series of
                                Events
                                That has prompted me to write this
                                Email. Its with sheer
                                Anger n frustration that i write this
                                Email.

                                1) my macbook pro suddenly starts to
                                Conk of while in use. The service
                                Centre staff states they
                                Would be doing a diagnosis on the
                                System to understand the
                                Issue. "the charge for diagnosis is
                                3000/-. Incase it’s a
                                Software issue it would be covered in
                                The 3000, incase
                                Hardware the charge of that part would
                                Be additional" to
                                Which i agreed mentioning that the
                                Data in my system is
                                Important and haven’t taken a back
                                Up. To which the staff
                                Said the tech guy would seek your
                                Consent and then proceed
                                With a “format”

                                2) i receive a call a few days later
                                Stating the system would require a
                                "format" and he states
                                That the data backup would be
                                Chargeable for an amount of
                                2odd thousand, when told him the back
                                Charges were never
                                Conveyed to me. He said will arrange
                                For someone to call me
                                Up from the maple centre.

                                3) when the call was done, the staff
                                Conveyed to me that the charges would
                                Apply, incase i do not
                                Wish to pay, i can come to maple
                                Along with my hard
                                Disk an take the back up myself. I
                                Specifically told the
                                Staff would come any day during the
                                Week.
                                4) i left work early from lower parel
                                Just to get to maple and have my back
                                Up taken, only to
                                Realize that the service is closed due
                                To the launch of
                                Iphone.

                                5) after inquiring for the person in
                                Charge, mr joe arrives, stating the
                                Service centre is
                                Closed, after a lot of argument he
                                Said will see what he can
                                Do best. He comes back to me stating
                                To leave my hard disk
                                And he would take the back up at no
                                Fee, considering the
                                Fact that the charge was not conveyed
                                To me and that the
                                Closure of the centre too was not
                                Intimated to me. He
                                Concluded stating that will call be up
                                And have me updated
                                Upon the current status of the
                                Machine.

                                6) mr joe calls me and gives a
                                Shocking
                                Reason for the issue of the laptop,
                                Stating the motherboard
                                Has an issue and will cost 41 odd
                                Thousand. Whish
                                Seems quite strange, considering the
                                Fact that the earlier
                                Guy (Tech) who called me states that
                                It’s a software issue
                                And would require a format and now mr
                                Joe states it’s a
                                Motherboard issue. Both responses do
                                No good but just
                                Contradict each other. Wonder why such
                                Contradiction? Is it
                                Because i disputed about the backup
                                And got it the charges
                                Waived so the cover up for that you
                                Nullify it with the
                                Motherboard? Or is this the normal
                                Workings of apple?

                                Any ways my plight hasn’t stopped
                                There, once i received my laptop. It
                                Does not even start up.
                                The screen just prompts a question
                                Mark. Wonder why??

                                A simple question, once the laptop is
                                With maple are these the actions taken
                                To incline the
                                Customer to pay a hefty amount and get
                                The laptop back??

                                  Have submitted my iphone 6s twice at pacific mall ghaziabad all problems are same in fact the battery problem have increased. They just gave with a new software update i am not at all satisfied told the phone will be repaired in 3 days got after week that to after calling and visiting no if times but problem of hang, battery drain, phone gets too heat up all are the same

                                    My iphone 7 black matt colour is disappeared and it is in warranty and apple is not changing my phone.
                                    I have coordinated with apple support center and they said we don't give warranty on colour.
                                    I didn;t spent 60, 000 money to hear this statement.
                                    If i have bought their phone, they should be able to satisfy their customers needs as well as if any customer face the issue.
                                    I didn't use any cover but still my colour is disappearing day by day.

                                      These are new list of scammers in india offering fake apple services, from rs.750 -7000 or more, claiming they can unlock apple phones including network and icloud services. These all are 100% scammers, please keep away from these frauds in all aspects. Many says they are apple staff, or else, show u fake id card copies, fake aadhar or pan cards, they will never show live photo/video on whatsapp. All shows you fake proofs and attracting claims...
                                      Some of them will only reply via whatapp only, some one no whatsapp, all will not show profile pictures on whatsapp, will provide fake aadhar or pan card copies, will not accept payment by bank and only via paytm and offer services within 1-3 hrs while a service from apple takes generally 20 days or more.

                                      Never fell to these guys!!!

                                      A person with different names from Ahmedabad ( but may vary place ) using any title name as Icare, Apple staff, Apple ICLOUD etc is active on olx. he is providing a lost Apple Ex-employee card to claim him as an apple staff.He will offer below 5000 for any icloud and will ask to pay via paytm only. He will only check and reply via whatsApp, and then will block all your calls or messages after getting payment via paytm. He even offer that the unlock is not working on your device and again ask you to provide your credit card details for refund( he will take all money from the credit card) or ask you again to pay some amount like 4000 to give u apple iphone models like 7 or higher at an extremly low price as a apple staff.

                                      He had cheated many peoples since this year, and multiple police cases is registered at police stations and are on the run to arrest this number 1 fraud in INDIA.

                                      All customers are requested to keep away from this bloody scammer.

                                      he may use any mobile numbers below or any new, As per details from primary investigations he is using multiple SIM cards even taken from Himachal Pradesh. We had contacted apple india and they confirmed that he is using an Ex-employee card (o[censored]SA) and cheating people in the name of Apple, People on seeing this ID card belives that he is from Apple India Bangalore office., .Police cases registered at Bangalore, Kerala, Ahmedabad and Delhi. He may use different IDs on olx like classifieds but will show the same ID card !!!.

                                      Any person who is scammed by above person can contact us for further help. Also the details on the case registered against him will also be updated here from time to time. All cusstomers are again requested to keep a vigil on this guy as he may make another fraud trick to cheat again.All details of his activity including chats, messages are now being collected from the investigation team from olx india, face book India (for whatsApp).Also mobile details from all carriers in India.

                                      The number one fraud in India.

                                        I am writing this email in a great disbelief how apple treats its customers.

                                        I bought an apple iphone 7 plus in the month of march this year for a little over 1250 usd.
                                        Within one month of my purchase, the rear camera on the phone stops working.
                                        I took the device for the first time to the service center in the month of may 2017, this service center is in janak puri (New delhi - west), india. The apple service center diagnosis the device and tells me that the rear camera sensor has stopped functioning. To my surprise, well this is a manufacturing defect and they ask me to submit my phone. I was ok to do that, but they did not even have a backup phone. So i decided against it and continued using the device. Imagine my state, people asking me to click the photograph of the new phone but i cant as the best phone camera in the world does not work for me.

                                        I took this device again to a different service center this time, hoping for a solution. The same answer is received from the other service center as well.

                                        Called up apple support finally after having a chat session on 5th october and was assured the issue would be resolved.

                                        I took my phone to the service center on 14/10/2017 (B2x service solutions india p ltd
                                        Netaji subhash palace, wazir pur,, 207, 2nd floor, ndm2 mall,, new delhi, 110034). Now this service center comes as a recommendation of being a premium service provider for apple.
                                        To my disbelief, i was asked to submit the phone as it would go for a repair and i could only collect a backup phone 3 days later.

                                        I called up apple support again, and after my discussions and the lady who took my call with her support i got the backup phone and submitted the device.

                                        A customer who has been a loyal customer to apple, has to go round and round without a concrete answer. Least expected from apple.

                                        Now the issue stands:

                                        I don't know when i am going to get the device back as this is a festive season in india.
                                        The backup phone i received is just a 16gb iphone 6. I cannot even backup 1/5th of my data on to this device.
                                        No one is able to explain the fact, how and why i am not able to get all my contacts synced on this phone. I had over 1350 contacts on my phone and currently i am just able to sync only 694. I don't really know how to manage with the missing 700.
                                        Why should i be waiting for over 10 days to get my device as it is not my fault for the camera being faulty.

                                        Another issue i want to highlight is that the back side of my phone within 15 days of purchase had air bubbles and they look filthy. Service centers here claim that it is a cosmetic issue. Why would apple make a device which gets cosmetologist issues within 10 days of purchase. No one has a concrete answer to that.

                                        Considering all such above scenarios i have now decided to move to the consumer court to file a complaint. I do not want a repaired phone now. I want either a complete replacement of the phone or apple compensating on my device and taking it back.

                                        I hope someone in this world related to apple would read this email and take necessary actions.

                                        For god sake, at least someone should have honored me being a loyal apple customer. Me, my family has more than 11 apple devices and we always boast about being a proud apple user.

                                        Awaiting some reply from somewhere.
