Anger n frustration that i write this

1) my macbook pro suddenly starts to
Conk of while in use. The service
Centre staff states they
Would be doing a diagnosis on the
System to understand the
Issue. "the charge for diagnosis is
3000/-. Incase it’s a
Software issue it would be covered in
The 3000, incase
Hardware the charge of that part would
Be additional" to
Which i agreed mentioning that the
Data in my system is
Important and haven’t taken a back
Up. To which the staff
Said the tech guy would seek your
Consent and then proceed
With a “format”

2) i receive a call a few days later
Stating the system would require a
"format" and he states
That the data backup would be
Chargeable for an amount of
2odd thousand, when told him the back
Charges were never
Conveyed to me. He said will arrange
For someone to call me
Up from the maple centre.

3) when the call was done, the staff
Conveyed to me that the charges would
Apply, incase i do not
Wish to pay, i can come to maple
Along with my hard
Disk an take the back up myself. I
Specifically told the
Staff would come any day during the
Week.
4) i left work early from lower parel
Just to get to maple and have my back
Up taken, only to
Realize that the service is closed due
To the launch of
Iphone.

5) after inquiring for the person in
Charge, mr joe arrives, stating the
Service centre is
Closed, after a lot of argument he
Said will see what he can
Do best. He comes back to me stating
To leave my hard disk
And he would take the back up at no
Fee, considering the
Fact that the charge was not conveyed
To me and that the
Closure of the centre too was not
Intimated to me. He
Concluded stating that will call be up
And have me updated
Upon the current status of the
Machine.

6) mr joe calls me and gives a
Shocking
Reason for the issue of the laptop,
Stating the motherboard
Has an issue and will cost 41 odd
Thousand. Whish
Seems quite strange, considering the
Fact that the earlier
Guy (Tech) who called me states that
It’s a software issue
And would require a format and now mr
Joe states it’s a
Motherboard issue. Both responses do
No good but just
Contradict each other. Wonder why such
Contradiction? Is it
Because i disputed about the backup
And got it the charges
Waived so the cover up for that you
Nullify it with the
Motherboard? Or is this the normal
Workings of apple?

Any ways my plight hasn’t stopped
There, once i received my laptop. It
Does not even start up.
The screen just prompts a question
Mark. Wonder why??

A simple question, once the laptop is
With maple are these the actions taken
To incline the
Customer to pay a hefty amount and get
The laptop back??

    Have submitted my iphone 6s twice at pacific mall ghaziabad all problems are same in fact the battery problem have increased. They just gave with a new software update i am not at all satisfied told the phone will be repaired in 3 days got after week that to after calling and visiting no if times but problem of hang, battery drain, phone gets too heat up all are the same

      My iphone 7 black matt colour is disappeared and it is in warranty and apple is not changing my phone.
      I have coordinated with apple support center and they said we don't give warranty on colour.
      I didn;t spent 60, 000 money to hear this statement.
      If i have bought their phone, they should be able to satisfy their customers needs as well as if any customer face the issue.
      I didn't use any cover but still my colour is disappearing day by day.

        These are new list of scammers in india offering fake apple services, from rs.750 -7000 or more, claiming they can unlock apple phones including network and icloud services. These all are 100% scammers, please keep away from these frauds in all aspects. Many says they are apple staff, or else, show u fake id card copies, fake aadhar or pan cards, they will never show live photo/video on whatsapp. All shows you fake proofs and attracting claims...
        Some of them will only reply via whatapp only, some one no whatsapp, all will not show profile pictures on whatsapp, will provide fake aadhar or pan card copies, will not accept payment by bank and only via paytm and offer services within 1-3 hrs while a service from apple takes generally 20 days or more.

        Never fell to these guys!!!

        A person with different names from Ahmedabad ( but may vary place ) using any title name as Icare, Apple staff, Apple ICLOUD etc is active on olx. he is providing a lost Apple Ex-employee card to claim him as an apple staff.He will offer below 5000 for any icloud and will ask to pay via paytm only. He will only check and reply via whatsApp, and then will block all your calls or messages after getting payment via paytm. He even offer that the unlock is not working on your device and again ask you to provide your credit card details for refund( he will take all money from the credit card) or ask you again to pay some amount like 4000 to give u apple iphone models like 7 or higher at an extremly low price as a apple staff.

        He had cheated many peoples since this year, and multiple police cases is registered at police stations and are on the run to arrest this number 1 fraud in INDIA.

        All customers are requested to keep away from this bloody scammer.

        he may use any mobile numbers below or any new, As per details from primary investigations he is using multiple SIM cards even taken from Himachal Pradesh. We had contacted apple india and they confirmed that he is using an Ex-employee card (o[censored]SA) and cheating people in the name of Apple, People on seeing this ID card belives that he is from Apple India Bangalore office., .Police cases registered at Bangalore, Kerala, Ahmedabad and Delhi. He may use different IDs on olx like classifieds but will show the same ID card !!!.

        Any person who is scammed by above person can contact us for further help. Also the details on the case registered against him will also be updated here from time to time. All cusstomers are again requested to keep a vigil on this guy as he may make another fraud trick to cheat again.All details of his activity including chats, messages are now being collected from the investigation team from olx india, face book India (for whatsApp).Also mobile details from all carriers in India.

        The number one fraud in India.

          I am writing this email in a great disbelief how apple treats its customers.

          I bought an apple iphone 7 plus in the month of march this year for a little over 1250 usd.
          Within one month of my purchase, the rear camera on the phone stops working.
          I took the device for the first time to the service center in the month of may 2017, this service center is in janak puri (New delhi - west), india. The apple service center diagnosis the device and tells me that the rear camera sensor has stopped functioning. To my surprise, well this is a manufacturing defect and they ask me to submit my phone. I was ok to do that, but they did not even have a backup phone. So i decided against it and continued using the device. Imagine my state, people asking me to click the photograph of the new phone but i cant as the best phone camera in the world does not work for me.

          I took this device again to a different service center this time, hoping for a solution. The same answer is received from the other service center as well.

          Called up apple support finally after having a chat session on 5th october and was assured the issue would be resolved.

          I took my phone to the service center on 14/10/2017 (B2x service solutions india p ltd
          Netaji subhash palace, wazir pur,, 207, 2nd floor, ndm2 mall,, new delhi, 110034). Now this service center comes as a recommendation of being a premium service provider for apple.
          To my disbelief, i was asked to submit the phone as it would go for a repair and i could only collect a backup phone 3 days later.

          I called up apple support again, and after my discussions and the lady who took my call with her support i got the backup phone and submitted the device.

          A customer who has been a loyal customer to apple, has to go round and round without a concrete answer. Least expected from apple.

          Now the issue stands:

          I don't know when i am going to get the device back as this is a festive season in india.
          The backup phone i received is just a 16gb iphone 6. I cannot even backup 1/5th of my data on to this device.
          No one is able to explain the fact, how and why i am not able to get all my contacts synced on this phone. I had over 1350 contacts on my phone and currently i am just able to sync only 694. I don't really know how to manage with the missing 700.
          Why should i be waiting for over 10 days to get my device as it is not my fault for the camera being faulty.

          Another issue i want to highlight is that the back side of my phone within 15 days of purchase had air bubbles and they look filthy. Service centers here claim that it is a cosmetic issue. Why would apple make a device which gets cosmetologist issues within 10 days of purchase. No one has a concrete answer to that.

          Considering all such above scenarios i have now decided to move to the consumer court to file a complaint. I do not want a repaired phone now. I want either a complete replacement of the phone or apple compensating on my device and taking it back.

          I hope someone in this world related to apple would read this email and take necessary actions.

          For god sake, at least someone should have honored me being a loyal apple customer. Me, my family has more than 11 apple devices and we always boast about being a proud apple user.

          Awaiting some reply from somewhere.

            Hello there

            I use Apple lap top, watch and phone. in 2016 Nov one of my iPhone 6 which was hardly 1.5 years old started facing some problem and I-care asked me to replace it. Instead of replacing, I took my uncles phone which was a 64 gb iPhone 6 and he exchanged my old phone and bought an I Phone 7.

            The iPhone 6 that I am currently using- serial no F73P7S21G5MR, crashed once I updated IOS 11. Previously when I updated IOS 10.3 I had an issue with the WIFI. All that Apple and its I-care says is to replace the phone. They don't talk about how the phone could fail so fast. Lot of my friends facing similar issues. Is this the strategy of Apple to make you buy new phones. Can some one help me with this please...this is the second phone in 10 months please

                I have gone 3 to 4 times to apple service centre for phone heating issue in last 8 months but every time my phone is just formatted & given back to me.
                Since several reoccurrence of same problem permanent solution is not given & warranty of my phone is also going to be expire.
                Pls provide a solution for that.
                Phone should be replaced in place of this rubbish phone

                  I was walking through my office and my hand got hit with a pillar in a very light manner, impact was very slow and i saw after a while that a crack came on my apple series 1 watch dispaly. I have paid 35000 rs for the watch and its so fragile. I was told it has a gorilla glass so it is unbreakable. This ridiulous. Now apple care people tell me i need to pay 14000 for that i want money from apple or a replacement with new watch

                        Hi,
                        My iphone 5s (Imei[protected]) started to switch off all of a sudden and it was not turning on. After several tries it used to switch on and were also frequently experiencing heating issues, speakers was also experiencing trouble as disturbance sounds coming from speakers

                        This is the second time i am experiencing the same issue within this short period of time as earlier it happened as on july 21, 2017. (Raf no. Sck1325065)

                        I visited the nearest icare service centre in edapally, ernakulam and they said phone went to frozen state. I requested them to check and investigate the issue and replace the phone as it was under warranty. The second time as dated, 3 rd of october 2017 (Raf no. Sck1393225) as warranty exist till this month.
                        Even after several request to replace the phone they said it is normal software issue and can't be replaced.
                        Now, the same issue with phone repeatedly. I think they purposefully did not even investigate as the warranty was about to expire. And did not give an option of replacement.
                        I have all the documents of visit. Kindly consider my words and take necessary action

                          So,
                          Finally after having a lot of patience, waiting for some 4.5 months (When i started to encounter issues) and 20 odd days post requesting apple to intervene into the matter (Before my laptop stopped working), i finally give up. Give up on the service, the product and the immense trust i had on this brand.

                          Being a brand loyal customer for almost 8 years, i once again had purchased an apple macbook air in last week of novemeber 2015 with a view that i am one among those lucky customer who is going to experience superior product with flawless service but little did i know that i am going to be among one of those unlucky person who would receive a faulty machine and will have a hard time dealing with it.
                          Initially the system would turn off on its own, so i reported this to apple on 22 april 2016, with the case id:[protected], but they kept telling me maam its a software issue please try to restart it, upgrade your software, it will be fixed. Since i was pursuing my mba that time, i had my exams and i needed my laptop the most, i went ahead by simply trusting their advice.

                          Post which again i encountered certain power issues with the laptop, i reported again, case id being : [protected] but everything went in vain.
                          Since i was stuck with exam, i did not go to service center.

                          But finally, in august first week, my laptop was permanently off by then. I was unable to switch it on.
                          I took it to nearest service center in gurugram, golf course road (Haryana). To my surprise mlb got corrupted. Wow! Like really, its not been even a year. Honestly speaking, i bought this product with a view of not stamding at the service center every month. But since the product was under warranty, they took the expenses and rectified it.
                          Once i received the product after almost 10 days, i started using it, but still the issue of abrupt power off remained. I contacted apple helpline again, asked them to look into the matter, but they kept on asking me that maam it might be a software issue, there’s nothing wrong with the machine and also that they have recently serviced it so there’s no point. I asked them (Mailed to : [protected]@apple.com) to replace my machine too as i felt the machine is altogether faulty, but all in vain.

                          I was again helpless. All through this they never told me about the fact that the warranty can’t be extended once its over. Never did they tell me.

                          Meanwhile while i was getting those power issues, i used to restart the system and work it out.
                          Again now in september 2017, one fine day i was working on my laptop, browsing internet, and suddenly my wifi symbol greys out and prompts a message, wifi hardware not installed. Now, i was shocked why did this happend. My work came to a halt. I immediately took it to a service center in pune, parihar chauk (Maharashtra). So after two days, i get a call from the service center stating that my mlb has been damaged, i was shocked. Its not even 24 months to this lappy, almost a year to last replacement of mlb, this can’t be happening. I thought i was using some chinese laptop, whose parts get blown off every few month.
                          Plus they also told me this time, that there’s some liquid damage.
                          That was like cherry on cake, like seriously.
                          I last used my laptop on 20th may 2017, post which my laptop was carefully packed in its sleeves and kept very safely in my cupboard (Since i had to migrate to different city for few months) and i had started to use the same day i got that issue. So the question of liquid damage is out of question. Also, they told me that the charge for rectifying the product would be 46, 000₹ (Woah! You can get a new macbook air from few e-commerce portals right now, provided one can risk to buy such unreliable product again!) now, i decided to raise an issue at apple, so i called them on their number[protected], where i was assigned case id:[protected] and support advisor shourya anand.
                          The advisor was polite enough to atleast listen to my case and escalate to concerned authorities for almost 15 days, but on our last conversation he promised to get back with some final conclusion in some 3-4 hours. And here i am waiting for the revert from past 3 days.

                          I believe apple needs to understand that such breakdown of machine is more than a financial loss to a customer, it breaks customer’s faith on the brand and machine and over it, also affects their work.

                          I feel the brand has failed to satisfy a customer with firstly its product and secondly its services. I also feel that the brand is responsible for my loss completely and hence demand to either replace my machine or refund me the money.

                          Also, i would like to take this opportunity to speak out to my friends, please be careful before buying any product from apple. Understand each and every clause of their warranty. The people who we believe are helping us with their products are actually the one emptying our pockets for no reason and traumatising us by giving faulty machines.

                            I have one month old iPhone 6 32gb gold colour and now it’s colour is peeling/losing and I contacted with apple customer care and service centre but they are saying this thing doesn’t come under warranty and that can’t do anything. I spent 28000 on this phone and within a month it’s colour start peeling and it’s a mobile company hardware fault so my iphone must be replaced.

                              I have gifted an iphone 6 32gb variant to my father on his anniversary in the month of april. But it turned into family headache it got replaced once but now its more pathetic. Its gets stuck, working so badly, when it requires a lot application stops responding. Apple is worldwide known brand but its making chinese quality product and after sales service is no where. I request your support to get this pain refund by company or replaced with upgrade model.                                 My iphone 6s was stolen near tirupati, a village called ramagiri. Its was stolen during my grandmother's funeral.
                                I kept my phone in charging during that time someone stole my iphone. Soo please help me to find my iphone 6s.

                                  I've purchased iphone 7 last november and the camera wasn't working properly with worst quality pictures and love in between the pictures clicked. I went to the apple store and your executive said he will fix it but it wasn't and the next time immediately i gave for service but it wasn't fixed. We asked them to replace but they don't. Look to it. We can't keep roaming for its repair and get nothing in return

                                    I have purchased a ringtone from itunes and set it for call or ringtone. I found that only one day it was ring via purchased ringtone after that it is ringing via only default ringtone while it is already selected with a purchased ringtone.

                                    I have purchsed and spent my money on it however i could not be able to enjoy for it then why i keep so expensive i phone?

                                    If expensive mobile has the problem then why will i pay for? I will keep a low budget smart phone.

                                    Resolve the problem on priority basis, if could not then i will go in indian consumer court.

                                      I buy one macbook pro 13 retina display on 22nd sept 2017 from "the great india place, noida: store : izenica", as per store member priyanka during purchase of this product i will get 4000 rs off and 16, 000rs cashback from paytm if i pay via paytm. Still i haven't received the 16, 000 cashback on my paytm wallet. Tried almost 20 times on phone 1 time personally, she said i will get the cashback soon.                                       Dear I phone, I purchased I phone 6 on 31 mar 2007 from kerala palakkad.
                                      After four month my front camera not work. I take my phone coimbatore service Centre, they replaced camera and my problem was solved. Bt after month last week my display damaged. Sir please replace my phone

                                        The touch id home button of my iphone 7 (Less than a year old, so still under warranty) cracked on its own and suddenly stopped working. The phone used to heat up a lot and the button stopped working one day when the phone was on charge. Tha apple care centres and the customer support team, both have been really unhelping and impolite in their sevices. They have denied any kind of service for the phone stating this as physical damage while there was no mishandling of the phone. The phone didn’t drop at all, so that couldn’t have caused the issue.
