Hello sir/madam, i gave my iphone 7 plus (Under warranty) to the service center in mumbai, as the home button was malfunctioning. The service center guys reverted back in a week saying, some liquid has gone inside the home button. They said the cost for the repairs will be around rs. 32, 000.
This is an hefty amount and i can get a new phone at that price.

I want to register complaint against the service center of apple located at elements mall near nagvara bangalore, it’s been since 4days that i gave my phone to service centre, dey seem to same hardware issue, which exactly took them 3days to figure out for the phone which is in warranty, they seem to have no interest in resolving the issue, they said they will send the phone somewhere to resolve, & to be precise they haven’t even sent...

This is with respect to my mother's iphone 6s which heated up and stopped working last week. We have shown it to apple care in india as it is still in its 1 year warranty period.

It is rediclous for one of the world best company looking for money rather services.

My iphone 5s started to switch all of a sudden and it was not turning on.
After several tries it used to switch on.
I visited apple care service in indiranagar. When they checked they said phone went to a frozen/deep sleep state.
I requested them to check & investigate the issue and replace the phone as it was under warranty.
I submitted the phone on august 24th. Warranty was till august 29th.br...

Such a poor quality of display. I have purchased i phone 6 last month and it's screen got broken. I never face such a issue in a new handset. I am using sony xperia and moto as well and the screen quality is really very good even after falling from 4 feets from my hands.

I will not sped any amount on the repair. I want foc repair only.
