I am facing so mny problems in this phone.
Sometimes it heated too much. Lots of voice problem automatically hang up whenever i called someone or someone called me even sometimes i can't pic call. Music voice or call voice automatically muted and phone hang. Sometimes i used it for two to three hours it gets heat sometimes it's unable to pick the phone cause of heat.

      Hi,
      My iphone 5s (Imei[protected]) started to switch off all of a sudden and it was not turning on. After several tries it used to switch on and were also frequently experiencing heating issues, speakers was also experiencing trouble as disturbance sounds coming from speakers

      This is the second time i am experiencing the same issue within this short period of time as earlier it happened as on july 21, 2017. (Raf no. Sck1325065)

      I visited the nearest icare service centre in edapally, ernakulam and they said phone went to frozen state. I requested them to check and investigate the issue and replace the phone as it was under warranty. The second time as dated, 3 rd of october 2017 (Raf no. Sck1393225) as warranty exist till this month.
      Even after several request to replace the phone they said it is normal software issue and can't be replaced.
      Now, the same issue with phone repeatedly. I think they purposefully did not even investigate as the warranty was about to expire. And did not give an option of replacement.
      I have all the documents of visit. Kindly consider my words and take necessary action

        So,
        Finally after having a lot of patience, waiting for some 4.5 months (When i started to encounter issues) and 20 odd days post requesting apple to intervene into the matter (Before my laptop stopped working), i finally give up. Give up on the service, the product and the immense trust i had on this brand.

        Being a brand loyal customer for almost 8 years, i once again had purchased an apple macbook air in last week of novemeber 2015 with a view that i am one among those lucky customer who is going to experience superior product with flawless service but little did i know that i am going to be among one of those unlucky person who would receive a faulty machine and will have a hard time dealing with it.
        Initially the system would turn off on its own, so i reported this to apple on 22 april 2016, with the case id:[protected], but they kept telling me maam its a software issue please try to restart it, upgrade your software, it will be fixed. Since i was pursuing my mba that time, i had my exams and i needed my laptop the most, i went ahead by simply trusting their advice.

        Post which again i encountered certain power issues with the laptop, i reported again, case id being : [protected] but everything went in vain.
        Since i was stuck with exam, i did not go to service center.

        But finally, in august first week, my laptop was permanently off by then. I was unable to switch it on.
        I took it to nearest service center in gurugram, golf course road (Haryana). To my surprise mlb got corrupted. Wow! Like really, its not been even a year. Honestly speaking, i bought this product with a view of not stamding at the service center every month. But since the product was under warranty, they took the expenses and rectified it.
        Once i received the product after almost 10 days, i started using it, but still the issue of abrupt power off remained. I contacted apple helpline again, asked them to look into the matter, but they kept on asking me that maam it might be a software issue, there’s nothing wrong with the machine and also that they have recently serviced it so there’s no point. I asked them (Mailed to : [protected]@apple.com) to replace my machine too as i felt the machine is altogether faulty, but all in vain.

        I was again helpless. All through this they never told me about the fact that the warranty can’t be extended once its over. Never did they tell me.

        Meanwhile while i was getting those power issues, i used to restart the system and work it out.
        Again now in september 2017, one fine day i was working on my laptop, browsing internet, and suddenly my wifi symbol greys out and prompts a message, wifi hardware not installed. Now, i was shocked why did this happend. My work came to a halt. I immediately took it to a service center in pune, parihar chauk (Maharashtra). So after two days, i get a call from the service center stating that my mlb has been damaged, i was shocked. Its not even 24 months to this lappy, almost a year to last replacement of mlb, this can’t be happening. I thought i was using some chinese laptop, whose parts get blown off every few month.
        Plus they also told me this time, that there’s some liquid damage.
        That was like cherry on cake, like seriously.
        I last used my laptop on 20th may 2017, post which my laptop was carefully packed in its sleeves and kept very safely in my cupboard (Since i had to migrate to different city for few months) and i had started to use the same day i got that issue. So the question of liquid damage is out of question. Also, they told me that the charge for rectifying the product would be 46, 000₹ (Woah! You can get a new macbook air from few e-commerce portals right now, provided one can risk to buy such unreliable product again!) now, i decided to raise an issue at apple, so i called them on their number[protected], where i was assigned case id:[protected] and support advisor shourya anand.
        The advisor was polite enough to atleast listen to my case and escalate to concerned authorities for almost 15 days, but on our last conversation he promised to get back with some final conclusion in some 3-4 hours. And here i am waiting for the revert from past 3 days.

        I believe apple needs to understand that such breakdown of machine is more than a financial loss to a customer, it breaks customer’s faith on the brand and machine and over it, also affects their work.

        I feel the brand has failed to satisfy a customer with firstly its product and secondly its services. I also feel that the brand is responsible for my loss completely and hence demand to either replace my machine or refund me the money.

        Also, i would like to take this opportunity to speak out to my friends, please be careful before buying any product from apple. Understand each and every clause of their warranty. The people who we believe are helping us with their products are actually the one emptying our pockets for no reason and traumatising us by giving faulty machines.

          I have one month old iPhone 6 32gb gold colour and now it’s colour is peeling/losing and I contacted with apple customer care and service centre but they are saying this thing doesn’t come under warranty and that can’t do anything. I spent 28000 on this phone and within a month it’s colour start peeling and it’s a mobile company hardware fault so my iphone must be replaced.

            I have gifted an iphone 6 32gb variant to my father on his anniversary in the month of april. But it turned into family headache it got replaced once but now its more pathetic. Its gets stuck, working so badly, when it requires a lot application stops responding. Apple is worldwide known brand but its making chinese quality product and after sales service is no where.               My iphone 6s was stolen near tirupati, a village called ramagiri. Its was stolen during my grandmother's funeral.
              I kept my phone in charging during that time someone stole my iphone. Soo please help me to find my iphone 6s.

                I've purchased iphone 7 last november and the camera wasn't working properly with worst quality pictures and love in between the pictures clicked. I went to the apple store and your executive said he will fix it but it wasn't and the next time immediately i gave for service but it wasn't fixed. We asked them to replace but they don't. Look to it. We can't keep roaming for its repair and get nothing in return

                  Hi..
                  I have purchased a ringtone from itunes and set it for call or ringtone. I found that only one day it was ring via purchased ringtone after that it is ringing via only default ringtone while it is already selected with a purchased ringtone.

                  I have purchsed and spent my money on it however i could not be able to enjoy for it then why i keep so expensive i phone?

                  If expensive mobile has the problem then why will i pay for? I will keep a low budget smart phone.

                  Resolve the problem on priority basis, if could not then i will go in indian consumer court.

                    I buy one macbook pro 13 retina display on 22nd sept 2017 from "the great india place, noida: store : izenica", as per store member priyanka during purchase of this product i will get 4000 rs off and 16, 000rs cashback from paytm if i pay via paytm. Still i haven't received the 16, 000 cashback on my paytm wallet. Tried almost 20 times on phone 1 time personally, she said i will get the cashback soon. And one time she add the paytm guy on call and he also said that my cashback will be added in paytm wallet soon. But still i haven't received the cashback.

                    Dear I phone, I purchased I phone 6 on 31 mar 2007 from kerala palakkad.
                    After four month my front camera not work. I take my phone coimbatore service Centre, they replaced camera and my problem was solved. Bt after month last week my display damaged. Sir please replace my phone

                      The touch id home button of my iphone 7 (Less than a year old, so still under warranty) cracked on its own and suddenly stopped working. The phone used to heat up a lot and the button stopped working one day when the phone was on charge. Tha apple care centres and the customer support team, both have been really unhelping and impolite in their sevices. They have denied any kind of service for the phone stating this as physical damage while there was no mishandling of the phone. The phone didn’t drop at all, so that couldn’t have caused the issue.

                        Hello sir/madam, i gave my iphone 7 plus (Under warranty) to the service center in mumbai, as the home button was malfunctioning. The service center guys reverted back in a week saying, some liquid has gone inside the home button. They said the cost for the repairs will be around rs. 32, 000.
                        This is an hefty amount and i can get a new phone at that price.
                        Also the phone is water resistant, so such small amount of liquid should be covered under warranty as also the lci (Liquid contact indicator) of the device has not turned to red and is still white as told by the service center.
                        I want to file a complaint against apple, as they have advertised the product as water-resistant, but still liquid has gone inside and not covered under warranty. The lci in the phone is also white and has not turned to red, which means that the phone was in environmental conditions and should be covered under warranty.

                          I want to register complaint against the service center of apple located at elements mall near nagvara bangalore, it’s been since 4days that i gave my phone to service centre, dey seem to same hardware issue, which exactly took them 3days to figure out for the phone which is in warranty, they seem to have no interest in resolving the issue, they said they will send the phone somewhere to resolve, & to be precise they haven’t even sent the phone still to required place, please understand customers emergency, & ask them to work, they are paid to do so, horrible experience, not courteous, and don’t care people they are, better to shutdown such service center, i hope my issue gets resolved soon - raf number seb1391632

                            This is with respect to my mother's iphone 6s which heated up and stopped working last week. We have shown it to apple care in india as it is still in its 1 year warranty period.

                            But they have been extremely uncooperative, claiming that nothing can be done as they phone has been 'tampered with'. My entire family is an apple user (Writing this complaint on my mac) and we have never faced issues that apple has not resolved amicably. I was very excited to but the new iphone 8 when my mother is facing complete loss of not only a phone but most importantly contacts, photos and documents.

                            I assure that the phone has absolutely not been tampered with. We are very well aware of the warranty policy because from iphone 5s to iphone 7, we have them all in our family. We are honest customers who would never even think of doing any kind of malpractice. We would not even know how to tamper the phone or what that even means. I kindly urge you to look into the matter, as we are getting no support from the india team or apple customer center.

                              Dear apple company, i am a rigorous user of phones and im working with telecom industry since long, i am a poor little fellow fut have full faith on apple as a faithful and rigorous phone. I bought an apple 5s when the price dropped a and i could effort it, but to my surprise the phone got faulty in warranty period.
                              I kept it like my child never dropped it (Only once from one feet distance), never spilled any fluif evn my sweat over it. Now the phone suddenly got blank and i given it for repair in guwahati/ assam apple repair. After about 7 days they said they have eto send it to bangalore for repair.
                              I as a customer have really lost faith on apple hardware.
                              I suggested among my poor friends to buy apple since price of %s have dropprd and its affordable for us, nowthese friends are laughing at me.

                              Dear apple company i also lost reputation on apple since i bought it with great faith and belief that apple is the best in the world and i will own it. But i dont know may be everything is nowadays face value nobody cares about real quality and all. I am really fed up with apple. Will not suggest it to anyone.

                                I purchase a i phone 7 on 21 june 2017 after one month that handset is not working well it show hanging issue so i take that handset to service center. Service center employee reset my phone and say that check the phone but after that phone is not working well same problem occur again so i go back to service center again in the evening of that day then executive say that this handset is water damaged not covered in warranty you can pay for it if my phone is water damaged so why you can't check in previous service time. I attach my phone bill and job sheet photo with this complaint.

                                I bought I phone 6 from filpkart. As cheked box in box charger is not working and bettry also not providing long backup.

                                Filpkart customer executive saying mobile can't be replace, there is I am facing many in my mobile, kindly help me to replace this.

                                  I bought my phone on[protected] when i bought this iphone 5s it's very cool but now the condition is very bad sometimes it's hanged now my display is shivering i saw nothing in that and some times my charger jack is not working i really not satisfied this iphone may be my iphone is not in good quality so i want to swipe my iphone

                                    I have an iphone 7 plus 128 gb in matt black color. The phone was replaced due to manufacturing fault about 2-3 months ago. After that from 1-2 weeks i am noticing discolouration of my back panel. There are no dents or impact damge as i keep my phone with atmost care. I visited the service center and they clearly refused coverage in warranty. I called apple support and they said whatever store says is true. Am i a lier in view of apple? I need a solution immediately or else i will lodge a criminal and consumer case against apple.

                                      I have a Iphone6 bearing IMEI:[protected].I went to the Service center situated at Saheednagar F1 Info Solutions (Plot No.100, Odisha, 751007) and given my phone for a repair. They started looking at the phone and took the minimum service cost of 354 rupees on 21st of September 2017.On monday when i repeatedly called them inquiring about my phone, they said sir your phone is dead, we can't do anything, it has to be replaced, you give us 24, 777 rupees & we 'll handover you a new iphone6 .
                                      Let me tell you the phone which i am talking about has already been replaced for another Iphone6 under the same authorized delear.At that time also they were repeatedly forcing me to go for an extended warranty as such they knew it( My phone dead) would happen to me.
                                      I guess it has become a policy for these service centers or Apple itself to gather some more money from customers.
                                      One more thing what is the quality of the product now a days which does not last for one particular year & we continusly wasting our money purchasing Iphones, Mac books & etc...

                                      This is to bring this issue to the notice of Apple Memebers, that your company name & fame is on the hands of these authorized sellers, please do intervene and resolute.
                                      Are you guys doing intentionally, giving a phone which you know the quality of & then harassing them by asking money for a new phone, which even costs less than that is asked by them.
                                      Question of integrity & high values are to be asked to Apple.Shame on you guys, you say you are one of the best in the world, how do you say that?
                                      Do you even know the value of money it takes for someone, it was my hard earned money, i would go to any level& even if necessary would lodge an FIR against it.

                                      My iPhone 6 with iOS 11 is not running properly.my phone become very slow.its difficult to use my iPhone.my trust in apple is fading.also its very hang, even my touch screen not working properly.please fix this problem immediately.

                                        My problem is screen blarring i went service center and show them they say that they will check in three days and if they are not ready to fix they will send it to banglore service center and if it is hardware issue they replace it but for thst you need to pay 32000 of quatation and when i ask for service they say that they will send it banglore center and you need to pay 32000 its been 5 month of purchase and they say policy will apply out of warrany guidelines.
