My i phone touch is not effective, i have been using iphone since it was launched... But not i am not satisfied with the product quality... Just a year back i purchased and now dealer are saying to spend 12 k for touch screen.
It is rediclous for one of the world best company looking for money rather services.
This would be my last mail and if not sorted, i will switch to other smartphones

    Hello sir my self divyanshu pandit, i buy a apple iphone 6 32 gb gold on 10th september 2017 my phone serial no is ffpv7s5jhxr6, with in a one day its touch id not working, i submit my iphone to apple solution (F1 info solutions and pvt. Ltd. A-115, 1st floor meerut city up 250001), 'today date is september, i called the care many times but they always gave me the same reason your phone not checked your phone not checked, they told me same reply you can call tomorrow, but still not a single response from the service center its 10days and i dont know where is my phone sir i request u plz gave any response about my phone with the reason and when i got my phone, i m using apple from last 2 years but thats was the worst experience with care

      I went there for repairing my iphone 5s it had display issues and camera issues. He changed the display and then the sim was not detecting he told us it is just that there is some range issues in his office. We have traveled from ber sarai to lajpat for repairing it. After kmg back to home it still showing searching for network. Also the screen is loose and lights are coming outside. He didnt put all the screws back. For the camera it worked for 2 days and stopped after that. I highly recommend not to go there for any case. Also they are not official iphone service center.

        This is second time im lodging a complaint against my apple 5s. As i told before my phone is getting switched couple of times without any reason. And 1 day ago i got my phone from apple service center after repair. Even its a new piece. Please exchange a new piece and please help me out with this defective piece. Im attaching a video as sometimes phone is getting restarted no of times or sometimes its being switched off for 2 to 3 days. This is really unfair and harrasment to any customer. Very much irritated with this phone.

          I own iphone 6s and its camera simply stopped working on its own. When i went to dehradun apple care, they told me that the replacement will take 4-5 days and i will have to leave the phone with them. However, when i ask them to give me the replacement for 4-5 days, they said they dont have any. I couldnt get the camera replaced that day, because phone is so vital in today's time. Please look into this issue and help me arrange a replacement if possible, so that i can get my phone repaired.
          You tube not working on WIFI from last Night but it working on 3g and 4g kindly get the solution as soon as possible.

            I went to the apple accord store on 9th september for one of my phone's backup and to buy a macbook but ever since my backup started the man there came and was very arrogant and rude..
            He humiliated me and my friend saying i know every thing about backups and there no need to tell me to how to copy it..

            He was very unpleasant and annoying through his work..
            I want my self dignity back from that store. I want that man to be knocked out from that store...

              My phone i am on a critical all apple thinks the phone should go off without my consent... This is happening within one month of the purchase..

              The support center.. A tech guy from apple all they did was upgrade must be a procedure to get rid of me or convince me mentally that something is being done.. The tech even said of my body temp is low i may feel the so call warm as heat.. Lol,

              The support center at forum sais if you use data the phone will heat up without asking me the intensity of the heat or the duration after which it is observed..

                Hi,

                My iphone 5s started to switch all of a sudden and it was not turning on.
                After several tries it used to switch on.
                I visited apple care service in indiranagar. When they checked they said phone went to a frozen/deep sleep state.
                I requested them to check & investigate the issue and replace the phone as it was under warranty.
                I submitted the phone on august 24th. Warranty was till august 29th.
                Even after several request to replace the phone they said it is normal software issue and can't be replaced.
                I received the after a week. It was fine when i received the phone and worked fine for a week.
                After again same issue with phone. Now i think they purposefully did not even investigate as the warranty was about to expire. And did not give option to replacement.
                I have all the documents of visit. Kindly file complaint against the service centre and i take some action.

                  Such a poor quality of display. I have purchased i phone 6 last month and it's screen got broken. I never face such a issue in a new handset. I am using sony xperia and moto as well and the screen quality is really very good even after falling from 4 feets from my hands.

                  I will not sped any amount on the repair. I want foc repair only.

                        Visited the service center at infinity mall, malad, mumbai, india thrice.
                        Had extremely bad experience.
                        1. Half information
                        2. No existance of complaint register.
                        3. No1 answers the call provoided on the reciept provided by them[protected].
                        4. Taking signature of customers on half filled agreements by mr. Sanjay
                        5. People not knowing the way to speak to the customers.
                        6. Engineers making their own policies & say its the apple policy.
                        Didn't expect this kind of service from apple

                          My iphone has been replaced 2 times but problem just gets worsen everytime it gets replaced. I am facing performance issue. While i play games the frame crash to many times. * with iphone wasted my money an iphone. Service center gives the worst service. They *ing doesn't understand my problem. Apps crash many times. Heating issues are also there. I will suggest never buy an #ing iphone. # apple..

                            In nov 2015, my iphone 5 got replaced due to bulgy battery issue.

                            Replaced cell was displaying screen view fine and i did not notice the line on screen which is inside black color screen due to phone light was on for 4-5months.

                            In 6th month, i found the line and approached service centre which they denied to correct it as device was defective one in month of march 2016.

                            After march 2016, i started facing battery drain out issue quickly which i ignored as it could be due to applications so i minimize the apps and off mobile data. It didnt help.

                            This happened for next 1 years and in 2017 i moved to noida location.

                            I approached apple support again for help but they also denied as product is way out of warranty now. Only service center can take exception on this case and solve it.

                              Apple customer service is is horrible. Never invest your money on iphone. It is not even 1 year since i have bought iphone & only 2 months after buying i have used it properly. Rest of the times, it always gives problems. Heating problem, unexpected shut down, ghostly behavior, automatic on/off silent button, only home button heating up problem.. I can't explain how much frustrated with this.
                              During the ghostly behavior also they did not replace the phone considering other issues along with it, they just replaced the display & other issues were never resolved. Horrible people ask me to go to service center as soon as the problem occurs, but service is open only from 11 a. M to 6:30 p. M.
                              Only one lady from the technical adviser's was following up well during ghostly behavior of the phone. Recently, for heating up & silent button ghost behavior issue was observed, i got contacted to another technical adviser basit &he promised to resolved & explain the problem to service center, this guy made me wait in center for 1hr45mins & never called up even after continuous voice calls. Neither service center people were ready to take the phone for service as case was raised. When basit never called up, i had to fight with the center for checking the issue. Overall, very bad experience with iphone. Please don't buy this phone. Instead, you will get multiple best phones in less price.

                                There is color issue in my jet black iphone 7 plus.. Actually white spots came on color which are not able to remove and the color of mute button on side and body color around mute button also got removed without any damage.. It is not been even 2 months i used this phone and i have bought this iphone 7plus jet because of this black color only and now there is a problem in that...

I have to go apple service centre ludhiana kochar market f1info to ask display problem. They open my iphone and ask me sir my dout is your iphone already open in outside area to repair. I ask no mam they under warranty so why iam repaired outside and also i ask can u proov they have open outside area. They ask me sir my dout but i cant proov. So they ask sir they have not repaired. I shocked apple is a brand like all world. They ask me stupid answer. And also told me sir i have to transfer your iphone banglore service centre to check. If rc denied you have to pay 2360 rs.                                     I recently purchased a brand new 15in macbook pro retina display 2015 under warranty and it turned out to be one of my favorite pieces of gadgets i've ever owned. I've been a loyal apple customer since long, but at this point i have to question the quality of their hardware after my latest experience with their newest product.

                                    I usually carry my laptop in a backpack protected with a laptop sleeve and a hard case when traveling to and from work. The sleeve has significant padding and has been very protective of my previous laptops. A few days ago i arrived at work and opened my laptop, but the screen didn't immediately come to life like before. When i turned it on, i saw vertical and horizontal lines at the left and bottom side of the screen and my heart sank. I immediately took it to the service centre and when asked they deemed it to be a physical damage and refused to claim it under warranty.

                                    I've never had an issue with apple's quality quite like this, but i find it completely outrageous that this product could be so fragile even after being packed and protected snuggly into my backpack. There was never a point where any heavy blunt object could hit into the lid, so i'm completely at a loss as to how apple could sell this product where even a light pressure on the lid could have caused the screen to crack.

                                    I've tried bringing this to my local apple store and other telephonic supports, however your brand deemed this to be an accidental damage and refused to cover the repair. This whole experience has made me question continuing to support their product line because honestly, how could i ever feel comfortable replacing the screen (For an exorbitant sum) with no guarantee that this won't happen again. The product is so fragile that a little bit of pressure after so much of protection could also render the product completely useless.

                                    Apple used to stand by their products and this was a major factor in my continued support, but now i'm honestly afraid to ever purchase their products again for fear of ever leaving the house with a device unless it's wrapped in a five layered protected case.

                                    Is this what apple products claim on after purchasing a laptop for an exorbitant sum?

                                      I ( Abhishek ) Purchased an iphone 7 from paytm.com by seller - Strides Commerce Pvt Ltd (authorised apple dealer on paytm.com with badge) on 29th Aug, 17. The phone was delivered to me on 30th Aug, 17. I Activated on 31st Aug with New Apple ID. The phone was having problem in its display having more yellow tint in it and camera is not capturing pictures with white colors in actual colors instead capturing yellowing/Orangish White in Picture, I have compared with other Iphone 7 in which there is no isssue with display and camera quality.
                                      I Submitted my handset on 5th Sep, 17 to Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd, New Delhi- 110018(Actual Pincode should be 110027 according to Area but its written so in their service report). Their representatives were telling me that if some defect is found in their banglore centre in phone then they may change the display/camera component or else may also replace the device but without any prior authorization from me for proceeding with the repair, so i called the customer care of Apple this as i finded it weird that they ll not ask me even for proceed to open/repair my device. The support advisor told me that Apple i making 3 kinds of displays in Mobile Standard White, A little Warm And a More bluish ( Which Apple is not telling their customers before buying or in Ad commercials or in Display Devices at showrooms) so everyone gets their handset randomly it depends on their distributor. He also Confirmed me that before proceeding for any Repair by their main banglore service centre, they do inform it to your authorised service centre where you have deposited it and they will ask for your authorization for the repair option, I cleared this thing with him twice. They were saying also that i have not purchased this device directly from their authorised seller so they ll be less able to help m out regarding it but they will do. A day before i registered a complaint with paytm for complaint number[protected], paytm representatives told me if i get a DOA from authorised service centre that the device is found to be defective they Will return my device and will replace it with a new device from seller. But Now on 9th Sep, 17 When i contacted apple care and Authorised service centre on phone call after many attempts the service centre representative told me that the device is coming to them today with the repair done to it by changing its Display Component. Now this happened for which i was concerned about as i didnt wanted to get a repaired device as i had paid for a new device and reported the issue to apple withing 7 days of purchase, Meanwhile i tried both telesupport & weblink on 8th Sep, 17 to check my device repair status but i was unable to get any info on it. Now i cannot even have my device replaced by paytm 10days return policy as it is opened & repaired now and apple service advisor is saying they cannot help me in it as the device has been done appropriate repair by certified apple team and it is equivalent to new. This is unfair when i am paying for a new device and receiving a refurbished device finally to use for a year even when it was not my fault but a manufacturing defect. Apple should market this also that they will well entertain only those customers who have bought any apple device from their authorised resellers. Apple should inform buyers about the random display hue also that they can get anything randomly. This is clear cheating done to me by apple and its very disappointing from such big brand. I want resolution upon it from apple either they should replace my unit with a new unit or else refund the amount of device ( any of these without hassles as they have already troubled me much after buying a new phone).
