The management in aptronix ( apple service center hyderabad) is really illogical. I went for service of my earpods which I purchased separately in amazon. The management is demanding for an iphone for me to check the problem of it. This is ridiculous. I don't have an iPhone and now I should buy an iPhone for repair of my earpods? What the **** is This? Vodafone launched 4g in Jaipur last week however, it is not working on IPhones. As per Vodafone, the 4g frequency in Jaipur is 2100mhz and hence, it is not supported by iPhones. Currently it is working in Andriod phone only.

As per Vodafone, update us awaited by Apple. How can Vodafone roll out 4g without resolving this . Apple customer care is unaware of this issue.
