Respected sir,

this is vinay.B working as assistant professor in the department of computer science and engineering btlitm college, sir i had purchased iphone6 64gb from usa on april 19, 2015 .On april 10th 2016 my iphone was replaced due speaker problem from an authorized iphone center located in this address pasadena gd flr 18/1, old n0 125/a, ashoka pillar rd jayanagar 1st block, bangalore 560011 india

sir again i had been to iphone center... Same center with address mentioned above, saying i had problem with hanging of my iphone6, sir i was really shocked about ur product... A executive there told me that my iphone has started with hardware problem, i would like to ask you sir when my iphone was replaced with this phone which i am using now, have you people given me second hand sets which has problem, sir we have taken from hard earned money please don't do this to us, , what should i do sir, should i throw my phone????? i have attached my iphone receipt below please help me sir i request you people don't do this

    Izenica is not a apple authorized service center.izenica provides services to apple like contract type that why all iphone user face issue.I bought iphone 5s on april 2016 and i used only 3 month and its show some spot on screen.when i went to service center then after diagnosis they said they found liquid on my mobile.please trust me it never fall on water or any liquid things.i admit that on summer season may be while talking some perspiration generated on my ear injected to iphone.but it is human behaviour right and there are many tested happen when mobile launch in the market.one favorite question of izenica and i observed that executive asked same question to all customer that is your mobile look like band.what a rubbies that means all the user dont know how to care iphone or keep iphone on the rose or cotton.worst service center worst apple services i never buy iphone and i suggest to all user dont buy iphone...its just like flush our money on toilet.my email id [protected]@gmail.com and contact [protected]

      My complaint is regarding my Iphone 5s which is still under warranty and the customer support is not willing to accept it. The phone is getting heated up in a very short use and on charging which might result into an accident. I tried to bring this to the kind notice of the service executives but they were very rude to me. I will also attach some photographs which will show the condition of the phone. If apple will also provide this kind of service support then what is the point buying an Iphone and spending so much. Customer support is the backbone of a good firm and somehow apple is not looking after it as it use to do earlier.
      There is a very minor scratch on the upper right edge of the phone which is hardly seen. You can make out the exact state of the phone by the photographs attached.
      I will request to do the needful on the matter and help me on the issue.

        my charging cable is not working properly with this phone now

        buying it for rs 70, 000, apple people are not giving any satisfactory service now.
        They refusing to replace my charging cable without any reasonable reason.

        Please i request you to kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

          My name is pawan kumar thadani from delhi . I am using your apple products from so many years . I have a lot of faith and trust in the quality of your products . I had used your Iphone5 16gb . After that I again purchased a new phone Iphone6 64 gb on dated 24 october 2016 through online shopping from Amazon . I was proudly using your iPhones for last 8-9 years . But this new Iphone6 starting problems within the purchase of 90 days . But due to the non-avaiblity of time I was not able to make a complaint against this new purchased this phone and I was planning to come to your service center but after 3-4 months I had to send my son rahul thadani, at your service center (Future World Retail India Pvt Ltd New Delhi ) to get my phone replaced or repaired, because my phone was still under warranty, The problems / complaints which I was facing as under :-

          1. power button not working

          2. volume button not working

          3. Heating issue in phone

          4. EarPods r&m low sound out put

          At your service center, the executives checked the phone and found our problems/complaints genuine . The executives agreed with our problems and gave us the job sheet after checking the phone .

          1. On 4th February, Saturday, 1:35 pm, I made my complaint at your customer care no.[protected] of Apple .Then customer care executive gave me the case number =[protected] .

          2. On 6th February, I got a call from MR.Dinesh, between 4:10 to 4:15pm . He again enquired for the problem which I was facing, he said he will arrange a call back shortly . after that I received 2 calls from female staff members . Both female callers / executives assured me they solve my complaint / problem .

          3. I again got a call from MR.Naresh Matta on the 16th or 17th Feb (Senior Manager) from Banglore .He said that their team has discover liquid, dust particles in the phone . I asked Mr.Naresh Matta(Senior Manager) that how come the liquid and dust go in my phone . when the phone was always with me kept safely . If the phone has fallen into water or Floor then dust or water can come in the phone . But my phone not fallen in the water nor on the floor therefore no any damage or dent on the phone or screen . Mr.Naresh Matta again checked the phone and comformed my words that the phone had not fallen. So I asked him then how water or dust go in my phone without falling Even there was no scratch on the body of the phone, then he said he will check the phone at his end and get back call to me again .

          4. He requested me to visit the delhi office and can request the manager there to recheck the phone.

          5. I went to the Future World, Delhi CP office, met with MS Dhaana, at reception then she informed me the same opinion which was already given by Mr . Matta and Mr . dinesh after that she told me to call back me within 2 days . Mr. Sahu (Señior Manager, Future World Delhi) also told me the same opinion, like all their senior managers . Then I objected and protested and I never accepted this .

          6. After that I received a call from Mr. Jaikar (Senior Manager, Banglore) on 19th Feb Morning , 2017 . He again enquired from me the entire things/story I told him everything again and again . but he repeated the same things/story about liquid, dust and all . I never accepted their opinion I and I strongly, seriously protested against Mr . Jaikar .
          All senior managers are telling the same preplanned story and language, planned by them I never accepted their story/things and preplanned malafide intention opinion .This is a defected piece of mobile phone of Apple manufactured by the company, which is unfortunately supplied to me -this is my strong objection and protest against the wrong decisions taken by the Senior Managers, at the Service Center, Future World, CP, New Delhi .

          1. This is a complete violation of consumer rights .

          2. This is my fundamental right to protest against your All Senior Managers decisions which were /are wrong .

          3. I strongly protest about the wrong decision one and behaviour of anti-consumer, anti-customer
          policy of apple Co. Staff and Senior Managers .

          4.This will Jeopardise the position of world class Co. Apple.

          5. I have 2 more products of Apple in my house.

          6. I requested the Apple Co. to please replace my phone, without any charges . the phone is still under warranty .

          7. This is the duty of the Co. to replace my phone which was defected piece/set manufactured by the Apple Co. with New Phone .

          8 . Being a Reputed Citizen of India, I will take all necessary steps .

          9. This does not reflect your good face to the world.

          10 . Your Co. Apple is an international Co. you should favour your loyal customers also if they are correct .

          11. I can go Consumer Court for the Justice, JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO, PEHREDAAR, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, NEWS CHANNELS/NEWS PAPERS ETC for my Grievance . I have the right to go to all these channels because the Co. Apple is not listening to me .

          12. But I would like to wait and see what the Co. Apple do for me .

          13. I have already started collecting the feedback from sources from other people, who have also faced the problem with your products .

          14 . I am still waiting your positive and responsible reply to me . I hope you will do the same.

            Hi i submitted my i phone on 22-feb and it was told that my phone will get ok as front camera not working but i didnt get any information about my phone i called more than twice on consecutive days and today when i visit centre only one girl was avaialble who was busy in assisiting customer and was talking worth talks with them and more than 4 customers were waiting for their turn for an assistance
            If you guys dont have a staff for handling customer why dont you just shut off your centres these things are really spoiling the image of this apple brand

            Really disgusting she told me to wait for 10 minutes and its more than 30mins has been passed she is handling the same customer

              I bought new iphone 7 2 weeks back, however i felt the entire display of phone was very dull, yellow nad pale. Later the camera quality became poor nd yellow, slow motion camera became pink while recording.
              I have already given the phone to service centre and asked for a replacement. However after 3 days they said that the banglore team has told it can not be replaced however the defective camera will be repaired.
              I am not satisfied with this approach. I have paid 60 k not to use a repaired phone in 2 week of buying.
              Request to please contact me and resolve the problem.

                This is to bring your attention to an ongoing issue of apple i phone 6s (64gb), which had some battery draining issues and was submitted to i care for twice in 15 days.

                The problem started 3-4 months back when we identified that the battery is hardly lasting for 5-6 hours, moreover i sometimes gave us false alarms. Suddenly the power used to get down to 90% to 50%, or the phone used to re-start by its own.

                The process also became so slow and it used to freeze on us many times.

                The issue was finally reported to apple under ref#
                [protected], it is very unfortunate for us to know that even the companies like apple are making the visit again for a small issue.

                On 11th feb 2017 we submitted the phone and the services center returned it after 5-6 days saying that the issue has been fixed, though we again faxed the same issue and once again the phone was submitted to the service center.

                It is quite disappointing for us to spend more than 72k on a gadget that to for a brand which is known for their goodwill and is trusted a lot.

                I have to say that we are highly disappointed with apple and often think that we should have gone for some other brand. It is my humble request that this issue is taken care seriously and resolved asap.

                Investing so much money yet we have to invest time for the issues to be fixed.

                  I kept my iphone (5s 16 gb) on charging in the night and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, I saw white stripes on the display and touch screen was not working. I submitted the phone to Apple Mumbai local service centre (PCSS Solutions Pvt Ltd) where the team said that this is a pressure damage case but could not provide me any evidence to prove that this is actually pressure damage. Mumbai local service centre team then forwarded the phone to Bangalore repair centre and as per my telephonic conversation with Ms. Archana / Mr. Adnan from Bangalore senior support team, they said that this is not a pressure damage case and hence the phone needs to be replaced. However, since there are minor cosmetic scratches on the phone rim, they won’t cover this in warranty and I need to pay charges for replacing the phone. The minor scratches on the phone rim are usual which comes during normal usage of the phone. The team could not prove that the phone's display stopped working due to a physical damage. Also, the mumbai local service centre said that if I need the faulty phone back I need to pay Rs.3, 500 as a penalty. The mumbai local service centre did not provide any evidence of their inspection that this is a pressure damage / physical damage case. The support team is declining to cover this issue under warranty on the ground that there are minor scratches on the phone rim which does not sounds reasonable.

                    I bought the i phone in the month of June and even it is in warranty but they are not taking care. The device is got bent and it has heating problem as well.

                    They are telling me that you have to pay 29000/- rs we will exchange the device with new one. but my question is why i will pay even it has problem with i phone and bending issue is with the i phone only. it is manufacturing defect.

                    Even i bought it rs 70000/- in the month of June only.

                    I went to service center and i given the mob in On condition and they returned me in OFF condition. And the the device is not getting on now.

                      This 30th Jan 2017 i brought iphone6S, As soon as I connected Ear pods with the device, i started getting audio issues, like i was unable to hear sound by any means be it ear pods or normal phone output until i switch to Speaker mode. Within 4 hours of purchase i went back to the aptronix (Jubliee hilss, hyderabad) from where I had brought the device. They reset the phone to factory settings, did an OS installation and issue got resolved until one fine day with in 13 days the issue again popped up.
                      I again went back to same store, as this store runs both sales and service. I am requesting to get the device replaced because when they run the Apple diagnostic they are not finding any fault in the device. one can only notice this behaviour of the device manually. and hence as they proper diagnostic not happening, what ever solution they give are not working either. its like a hit and try. take back up on computer, and again rest the phone and then again pull the backup ectera.
                      what ever has been tried till now, is not fully resolving the issue. and i am getting too much frustrated by using the device.
                      Upon by numerous requests, the store is not replacing the device. even when they have a policy that if customer comes with a complaint within 24 hours of purchase then they should replace the device. they just want me to keep coming to them until one day i myself stops going back to them.
                      not only this device fault is an issue, the sales manager of this store Lakshman reddy also lies to me that for the EMI payments, there would be NO intrest applied 0%, however bank has charged me 14% interest and this guy is not resolving the issue. i had told him as per RBI guidelines, no transactions can be of 0% interest but he said, madam your money will come back and you will enjoy 0% interest. now its 28 days i am following up with him but no response.
                      even my phone is lying with them with full box and accessories and no one has bothered to contact me for the return or how to move ahead with the issue resolution.

                        I recently done a service for my phone (RAF No.SCK1195146 Product : iPhone 5s) from Ample Technologies. Your technician's finding was "Checked internal physical condition, found corrosion and fungus inside screws". My issue was with the phone hanging problem and they have never addressed that issue. And they are trying to relate it with hardware issue. I talked with that technician and she even don't know what she did. I am wondering how such people get into a popular brand like Apple. They want me to pay around 24K for the replacement phone!! Worst Quality/Replacement program. My phone is still under the warranty period.

                        My decision after this experience is to stop purchasing Apple products. Pathetic service experience from icare located at Edappally, Ernakulam.

                          Apple i phone is a threat to human life.
                          While i had been using this phone from last 2 year, one day its own caught fire. An iphone which is one of the best and costliest phone is not worth. It could have lead to damange of life, but the same was proactively managed.

                            I visited B2X Care Solutions for replacement of my Apple Iphone 6 display screen. B2X tested it and verified that the display can be changed as all other parts are in working condition on payment of 13.7K. I paid the amount and they sent the device to Bangalore for display screen replacement. Today, the B2X Care Solutions representative has come back to me mentioning that the device had other problems (as checked in Bangalore) and they will not be replacing the screen but are asking to exchange the device by me paying 27K. This is gross mismanagement on part of Apple India and their authorized service centers. My device is a 4 month old device and they are asking me to pay the entire amount that i paid initially when i bought the device. This is enormous monstrosity and so unreasonable. I called up Apple and i got their representative and the Engineer from B2X Care Solutions who said on record that the device was completely working when he checked and the guys in Bangalore are not right in rejecting it for screen replacement. The representative said she can not help me in this as she is a software person and the hardware decisions are taken in Bangalore.But she is the company facing representative to me and she just wasted my time and I am an Apple fan and have been since a long time. This is completely irresponsible. I wish Apple to take notice and help me in this. I am completely disappointed and heartbroken with this treatment

                                I recently purchased a Macbook Air from the Istore located in Phoenix Mall, Pune and I received the worst customer service ever, after purchase. Being a customer of Apple since 2009 I was under the impression that they provide the best customer support but it seems like these people do not care about their customers once they have sold their products and met their targets.

                                The product was sold to me stating it was a 2016 model, but when I took it back home I saw that it said early 2015. Now I am not a very tech-savy person and I did not know that it was updated in 2016 hence I went back furious asking why they did not tell me that it was a 2015 model and not 2016. Now the job of a customer support is to provide the right information and educate the customer, but in this case the store manager was not available at all, in spite of me going to the store physically and calling twice. Their attitude is also very wrong and it did not feel good after talking to them. Asking why he has not been available, I get an answer that he could have ignored my call but he chose to talk.

                                I am an extremely dissatisfied customer right now, and I would have to rethink purchasing anything from the store even though I love apple products. As customers we are paying huge amounts of money on these products. Don't we deserve some respect??

                                  Saved every penny and bought my first iPhone6 in May-2015. When i unboxed and tried to switch on, i only got the Blue Screen/Red Screen error. Approached the Apple customer care - Ample Technologies, Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai. The RAF No - IMA681488. I was told that it was a hardware issue and was given a new Phone on 25-May-2015.

                                  After using that phone for few weeks, i experienced terrible pain in my ear when taking calls. Called the customer care and was advised to return the phone at the service centre immediately. Ample Technologies RAF - IMA691995. i was given a new phone on 07-June-16.
                                  This time i got to use the phone for almost 11 months long. In May 2016 the receiver speaker stopped working (RAF No - IMA948675). Again i approach the customer care and this time they say my warranty expired, considering my first date of purchase (of the ####TY phone i received), but not the last phone i received. After repeated calls and voicing my agony, as if doing a favour to me, the Apple Customer Service guys offered me a new phone on 25-May-2015, that too with limited 3 months warranty.
                                  This time, exactly on the 90th day Night, the screen of my phone suddenly goes blank. After repeated attempts to switch it on, it got switched on and by next day morning (91st day). This time i again approach the Apple Customer Care for help and they bluntly refuse to help me, saying i've already exchanged it once and so they cant do it again. How does once or twice make any difference when the product they gave me was a piece of #### ?

                                  Having invested so much on the phone, i never experienced the satisfaction of owning an iPhone. It feels terrible when friends and colleagues using other phone devices make fun of me for using an iPhone (which gave up on me for like 4times), I always flaunted my iPhone with pride. I am not happy with the way the Customer Service responded to my pleas.

                                  I could have rather bought a phone from any other company for much cheaper price and would have been in peace. So much for trusting the quality and Service of Apple Inc. ?

                                    Saved every penny and bought my first iPhone in May-2015. When i unboxed it and tried to switch on, in only got the Blue Screen/Red Screen error. Approached the Apple customer care - Ample Technologies, Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai. The RAF No - IMA681488. I was told that it was a hardware issue and was given a new Phone on 25-May-2015.

                                    After using that phone for a couple of weeks, i experienced terrible pain in my ears when attending calls. Called up the customer care and was advised to handover the phone at the service centre immediately. i did so. Ample Technologies RAF - IMA691995. i was given a new phone on 07-June-16.

                                      With normal use of the phone Iphone 7 has its color chirping off from and around the speakers as shown in the picture I'm uploading.
                                      The customer care rejects my complaint saying cosmetic issues are not covered under the warranty.
                                      But all i want to say is you pay (INR) Rs 60, 000 and color starts chirping off within a month o[censored]se?
                                      Irrespective the same is not covered under the warranty, i want to complaint the quality of the phone and i repent for purchasing the same.
                                      never using an apple product ever again and further stop others from doing the same.

                                      I was editing my setting at thats time suddenly my trackpad stop working, what i was thinking about macbook, that this is awsome but now this was my great mistake. when i was studying at thats time it lost trackpad connection . because this is my first pc gifted by my father . i was mentally harassed . i want new mac otherwise cure it fast.

                                        Hello Apple India,

                                        Addressing it as 'Apple India' with a hope that there is a real person reading and may be thinking of replying to this post. I know in the world of bots and automation it is too much to expect. Anyways I am here to tell you a stinky side of your product and services specially post sales part of it.

                                        I Purchased Apple Watch series 2 from one of your Pune store, few would already be laughing and saying why from store and not online. Well here is a reason, is it good enough I don't know. One of your sales guy at the Apple store convinced me that these online stores are not authorized to sell Apple products in India. Only Authorized Apple stores can do that and that is how your purchased product gets covered under warranty, worldwide warranty. 'Worldwide' the fancy word, and I bought it for 35K INR.

                                        One month later there is a scratch on the screen of this Apple watch . I am sure you know where the story is going now, but trust me sit tight I have some interesting things to share about your products and services. I called the Apple care support number and told them that there is a scratch on the watch and what can be done about it. Reason of getting a scratch could be any day to day task, I haven't put it to any harsh environment as of yet. I am sure you would say that Physical damages like scratch are not covered under warranty and all. Most o[censored]s have been there and done that with other brands, so for now I am going to say that Apple is no different.

                                        How I thought Apple is different, is about the Product Quality and Service but nope it's not. There is a scratch with so minimal use, your 'Ion-X glass (strengthened glass)' is no different than any other cheap smart phone glass. And as your tradition goes if you have patented that technology and are bidding big on that, you really shouldn't. So here is what it comes to the premium products that you sell us with that premium price aren't actually premium.

                                        Now lets move on to the other part of story. I assume that when you charge me that bill you charge me for the product and associated services: pre sales, post sales, etc. this is where the human experience comes in. When I called the Apple care your representative told me that she can't check the damage over phone and it has to be seen by a technician in Apple store. Which I think is a fair point. She told me that she has made an appointment and I should visit the following store on Friday 27th, Jan, 17 @ 5:30 PM

                                        Friday being a working day I couldn't make it to your store, but I made sure I called the store and told my story, asked them if we can schedule this appointment for Saturday and they said it should be fine, I can come after 11 AM and meet Miss Anagha. Over the phone whoever it was, Introduced Miss Anagha as Manager of service department. I reached this store on 28th Jan, 17 by 2 PM, never checked the actual time. I approached one of the representative on counter in service department and demanded to see Miss Anagha. The lady enquired about the problem and if I have had any previous discussion, I did repeat the story for her. As a response she walked in a glass office to talk to someone, I could not hear but I could see them talking and Miss Anagha was least bothered. In 30 seconds or so the representative was back and told me that Miss Anagha is busy and we cannot do anything about this issue. I made futile attempt of explaining that I have had discussion with Apple care, however representative told me to call Apple care and Miss Anagha will speak directly to them.

                                        And I was like are you really kidding me, your Apple care works in a manner that you take an appointment and tech person calls back. But I left it there I don't like to put up fights specially when person on the opposite side doesn't understand the rational behind your conversation.

                                        So bottomline: Apple, you are no different then any other product and service, you used to be. Or may be try and show me the difference?

                                        As a owner of 2 Macbook Air, 2 Iphone 6s, 1 I pad, 1 Apple Watch, I think I have paid you guys enough to demand right quality and right service.
