I bought the i phone in the month of June and even it is in warranty but they are not taking care. The device is got bent and it has heating problem as well.

They are telling me that you have to pay 29000/- rs we will exchange the device with new one. but my question is why i will pay even it has problem with i phone and bending issue is with the i phone only. it is manufacturing defect.

Even i bought it rs 70000/- in the month of June only.

I went to service center and i given the mob in On condition and they returned me in OFF condition. And the the device is not getting on now.

    This 30th Jan 2017 i brought iphone6S, As soon as I connected Ear pods with the device, i started getting audio issues, like i was unable to hear sound by any means be it ear pods or normal phone output until i switch to Speaker mode. Within 4 hours of purchase i went back to the aptronix (Jubliee hilss, hyderabad) from where I had brought the device. They reset the phone to factory settings, did an OS installation and issue got resolved until one fine day with in 13 days the issue again popped up.
    I again went back to same store, as this store runs both sales and service. I am requesting to get the device replaced because when they run the Apple diagnostic they are not finding any fault in the device. one can only notice this behaviour of the device manually. and hence as they proper diagnostic not happening, what ever solution they give are not working either. its like a hit and try. take back up on computer, and again rest the phone and then again pull the backup ectera.
    what ever has been tried till now, is not fully resolving the issue. and i am getting too much frustrated by using the device.
    Upon by numerous requests, the store is not replacing the device. even when they have a policy that if customer comes with a complaint within 24 hours of purchase then they should replace the device. they just want me to keep coming to them until one day i myself stops going back to them.
    not only this device fault is an issue, the sales manager of this store Lakshman reddy also lies to me that for the EMI payments, there would be NO intrest applied 0%, however bank has charged me 14% interest and this guy is not resolving the issue. i had told him as per RBI guidelines, no transactions can be of 0% interest but he said, madam your money will come back and you will enjoy 0% interest. now its 28 days i am following up with him but no response.
    even my phone is lying with them with full box and accessories and no one has bothered to contact me for the return or how to move ahead with the issue resolution.

      I recently done a service for my phone (RAF No.SCK1195146 Product : iPhone 5s) from Ample Technologies. Your technician's finding was "Checked internal physical condition, found corrosion and fungus inside screws". My issue was with the phone hanging problem and they have never addressed that issue. And they are trying to relate it with hardware issue. I talked with that technician and she even don't know what she did. I am wondering how such people get into a popular brand like Apple. They want me to pay around 24K for the replacement phone!! Worst Quality/Replacement program. My phone is still under the warranty period.

      My decision after this experience is to stop purchasing Apple products. Pathetic service experience from icare located at Edappally, Ernakulam.

        Apple i phone is a threat to human life.
        While i had been using this phone from last 2 year, one day its own caught fire. An iphone which is one of the best and costliest phone is not worth. It could have lead to damange of life, but the same was proactively managed.

          I visited B2X Care Solutions for replacement of my Apple Iphone 6 display screen. B2X tested it and verified that the display can be changed as all other parts are in working condition on payment of 13.7K. I paid the amount and they sent the device to Bangalore for display screen replacement. Today, the B2X Care Solutions representative has come back to me mentioning that the device had other problems (as checked in Bangalore) and they will not be replacing the screen but are asking to exchange the device by me paying 27K. This is gross mismanagement on part of Apple India and their authorized service centers. My device is a 4 month old device and they are asking me to pay the entire amount that i paid initially when i bought the device. This is enormous monstrosity and so unreasonable. I called up Apple and i got their representative and the Engineer from B2X Care Solutions who said on record that the device was completely working when he checked and the guys in Bangalore are not right in rejecting it for screen replacement. The representative said she can not help me in this as she is a software person and the hardware decisions are taken in Bangalore.But she is the company facing representative to me and she just wasted my time and I am an Apple fan and have been since a long time. This is completely irresponsible. I wish Apple to take notice and help me in this. I am completely disappointed and heartbroken with this treatment

            we purchase your apple i phone 5s device after purchasing we facing some problems.
            1.speaker not working.
            2.screen come out his frame
            3.battery backup is too low

              I recently purchased a Macbook Air from the Istore located in Phoenix Mall, Pune and I received the worst customer service ever, after purchase. Being a customer of Apple since 2009 I was under the impression that they provide the best customer support but it seems like these people do not care about their customers once they have sold their products and met their targets.

              The product was sold to me stating it was a 2016 model, but when I took it back home I saw that it said early 2015. Now I am not a very tech-savy person and I did not know that it was updated in 2016 hence I went back furious asking why they did not tell me that it was a 2015 model and not 2016. Now the job of a customer support is to provide the right information and educate the customer, but in this case the store manager was not available at all, in spite of me going to the store physically and calling twice. Their attitude is also very wrong and it did not feel good after talking to them. Asking why he has not been available, I get an answer that he could have ignored my call but he chose to talk.

              I am an extremely dissatisfied customer right now, and I would have to rethink purchasing anything from the store even though I love apple products. As customers we are paying huge amounts of money on these products. Don't we deserve some respect??

                Saved every penny and bought my first iPhone6 in May-2015. When i unboxed and tried to switch on, i only got the Blue Screen/Red Screen error. Approached the Apple customer care - Ample Technologies, Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai. The RAF No - IMA681488. I was told that it was a hardware issue and was given a new Phone on 25-May-2015.

                After using that phone for few weeks, i experienced terrible pain in my ear when taking calls. Called the customer care and was advised to return the phone at the service centre immediately. Ample Technologies RAF - IMA691995. i was given a new phone on 07-June-16.
                This time i got to use the phone for almost 11 months long. In May 2016 the receiver speaker stopped working (RAF No - IMA948675). Again i approach the customer care and this time they say my warranty expired, considering my first date of purchase (of the ####TY phone i received), but not the last phone i received. After repeated calls and voicing my agony, as if doing a favour to me, the Apple Customer Service guys offered me a new phone on 25-May-2015, that too with limited 3 months warranty.
                This time, exactly on the 90th day Night, the screen of my phone suddenly goes blank. After repeated attempts to switch it on, it got switched on and by next day morning (91st day). This time i again approach the Apple Customer Care for help and they bluntly refuse to help me, saying i've already exchanged it once and so they cant do it again. How does once or twice make any difference when the product they gave me was a piece of #### ?

                Having invested so much on the phone, i never experienced the satisfaction of owning an iPhone. It feels terrible when friends and colleagues using other phone devices make fun of me for using an iPhone (which gave up on me for like 4times), I always flaunted my iPhone with pride. I am not happy with the way the Customer Service responded to my pleas.

                I could have rather bought a phone from any other company for much cheaper price and would have been in peace. So much for trusting the quality and Service of Apple Inc. ?

                    With normal use of the phone Iphone 7 has its color chirping off from and around the speakers as shown in the picture I'm uploading.
                    The customer care rejects my complaint saying cosmetic issues are not covered under the warranty.
                    But all i want to say is you pay (INR) Rs 60, 000 and color starts chirping off within a month o[censored]se?
                    Irrespective the same is not covered under the warranty, i want to complaint the quality of the phone and i repent for purchasing the same.
                    never using an apple product ever again and further stop others from doing the same.

                    I was editing my setting at thats time suddenly my trackpad stop working, what i was thinking about macbook, that this is awsome but now this was my great mistake. when i was studying at thats time it lost trackpad connection . because this is my first pc gifted by my father . i was mentally harassed . i want new mac otherwise cure it fast.

                      Hello Apple India,

                      Addressing it as 'Apple India' with a hope that there is a real person reading and may be thinking of replying to this post. I know in the world of bots and automation it is too much to expect. Anyways I am here to tell you a stinky side of your product and services specially post sales part of it.

                      I Purchased Apple Watch series 2 from one of your Pune store, few would already be laughing and saying why from store and not online. Well here is a reason, is it good enough I don't know. One of your sales guy at the Apple store convinced me that these online stores are not authorized to sell Apple products in India. Only Authorized Apple stores can do that and that is how your purchased product gets covered under warranty, worldwide warranty. 'Worldwide' the fancy word, and I bought it for 35K INR.

                      One month later there is a scratch on the screen of this Apple watch . I am sure you know where the story is going now, but trust me sit tight I have some interesting things to share about your products and services. I called the Apple care support number and told them that there is a scratch on the watch and what can be done about it. Reason of getting a scratch could be any day to day task, I haven't put it to any harsh environment as of yet. I am sure you would say that Physical damages like scratch are not covered under warranty and all. Most o[censored]s have been there and done that with other brands, so for now I am going to say that Apple is no different.

                      How I thought Apple is different, is about the Product Quality and Service but nope it's not. There is a scratch with so minimal use, your 'Ion-X glass (strengthened glass)' is no different than any other cheap smart phone glass. And as your tradition goes if you have patented that technology and are bidding big on that, you really shouldn't. So here is what it comes to the premium products that you sell us with that premium price aren't actually premium.

                      Now lets move on to the other part of story. I assume that when you charge me that bill you charge me for the product and associated services: pre sales, post sales, etc. this is where the human experience comes in. When I called the Apple care your representative told me that she can't check the damage over phone and it has to be seen by a technician in Apple store. Which I think is a fair point. She told me that she has made an appointment and I should visit the following store on Friday 27th, Jan, 17 @ 5:30 PM

                      Friday being a working day I couldn't make it to your store, but I made sure I called the store and told my story, asked them if we can schedule this appointment for Saturday and they said it should be fine, I can come after 11 AM and meet Miss Anagha. Over the phone whoever it was, Introduced Miss Anagha as Manager of service department. I reached this store on 28th Jan, 17 by 2 PM, never checked the actual time. I approached one of the representative on counter in service department and demanded to see Miss Anagha. The lady enquired about the problem and if I have had any previous discussion, I did repeat the story for her. As a response she walked in a glass office to talk to someone, I could not hear but I could see them talking and Miss Anagha was least bothered. In 30 seconds or so the representative was back and told me that Miss Anagha is busy and we cannot do anything about this issue. I made futile attempt of explaining that I have had discussion with Apple care, however representative told me to call Apple care and Miss Anagha will speak directly to them.

                      And I was like are you really kidding me, your Apple care works in a manner that you take an appointment and tech person calls back. But I left it there I don't like to put up fights specially when person on the opposite side doesn't understand the rational behind your conversation.

                      So bottomline: Apple, you are no different then any other product and service, you used to be. Or may be try and show me the difference?

                      As a owner of 2 Macbook Air, 2 Iphone 6s, 1 I pad, 1 Apple Watch, I think I have paid you guys enough to demand right quality and right service.

                        Hi,
                        Please note that I bought one iphone 7 plus from your store outlet at Acropolis Mall Kolkata on 4th Feb'2017 but unfortunately I have had a very bad experience and am utterly dissatisfied with this purchase as I am deeply regretting my decision to buy this article from your said store. Reasons for dissatisfaction is briefly described below.
                        1) The said phone is purchase in exchange of my iphone 6 plus which is close to two years old.
                        2) Though my previously purchased iphone 6 plus is in very good working condition, salvage value declared by your concern store manager for the said iphone 6 plus was merely Rs.7200/- which is almost negligible.
                        3) Whilst swiping the Credit card I was offered 0% interest EMI, and I was told that effective EMI will be amounting to Rs.3416/- for 24 Months considering the down payment of Rs.10000/- but surprisingly I found that EMI charged post swiping of Credit Card is Rs.3976/- P.M. which means an approx ROI of 16.4% P.A has been charged hence not acceptable at all!!
                        4) Before purchase I was told that all the data of my previous phone will be transferred verbatim but unfortunately post purchase I lost all my data pertaining to "Exchange Mail Folder", your store manager reluctantly informed that he is helpless and can't do anything about it
                        5) As it was little late in the evening everyone out there in your store was in a hurry to go home rather than attending a customer. I appreciate everyone's time, but they should have estimated the time before accepting the transaction and should have acted accordingly. Instead of sending me a message of "Depriving"
                        6) As soon as a I came out of your store that evening, I realize that I should retain my old handset and immediately I tried to call your store manager on his mobile but he didn't pick my call (fact of the matter is I called him number of occasions but didn't get any response nor he bother to give me a ring back on the following day)
                        7) Since there was no response, I dropped a message expressing my intent to take back my old set. Following day morning I called up your store and spoke with number of people who assured me that they will initiate a mail and as 5th Feb'17 was a Sunday there are chances that I can get it back. They also promised to keep me in loop for such communication and since then I have been following up aggressively but so far I didn't receive any positive response from your end neither I receive any copy of the said email.
                        8) Perhaps first time I have such unpleasant experience with Apple!!!
                        9) Your immediate corrective actions will be highly appreciated.
                        10) You are also requested to arrange immediate cash back!!

                          I bought new iPhone7 2-3 months back next day of purchasing new iPhone it started lagging i informed customer support several time and i informed them that it takes more than 200Minutes to recharge and battery drains in just 8-9Hrs. they told me that they scheduled a call back for me and i supposed to get call back but almost 1 month passed but i did not get call back then i proactively scheduled a call back online for me.                             Hello,
                            I have been an android user since as far as I can remember.
                            I just bought my iPhone 7plus jet black 3 weeks back. It all seemed fine until few days back my original USB cord when plugged into the device wouldn't charge my phone and it would start beeping every time I plugged it in. I saw that the metal chips on the cord had started to corrode which is absolutely absurd since it's been just 2 weeks! I took it to the local Apple Store where they told me it's due to contact with liquid which I am really sure is not and they told me this wouldn't be covered in the warranty and asked me to get a new cord .
                            This is very sad and least expected from a company like yours for I am a new iPhone member and would like to have an honest good opinion about it but alas, this happened! :(

                            I hope you take this into consideration and please do the needful urgently.

                              The whole concern is that I am from Agra I went to service center at TDI mall in which the service center employee declined its repair or replace just saying that it will be rejected from bangalore so thats why we are not accepting this i phone 6s in warranty repair or replacement
                              Please help me out with this issue because this is the first iphone of my life and bought it because i thought I will never face any issue and then also i am facing issue and your employees are not at all helping me out.I need a replace or repair in warranty if i cant be helped then there is no use of iphone its a #### that nobody should buy..

                                The management in aptronix ( apple service center hyderabad) is really illogical. I went for service of my earpods which I purchased separately in amazon. The management is demanding for an iphone for me to check the problem of it. This is ridiculous. I don't have an iPhone and now I should buy an iPhone for repair of my earpods? What the **** is This? Is this the way you treat your customers? I demand such ridiculous procedure to be removed...

                                  This is to inform you that my name is Nandlal Chaurasia and i'm a apple iphone 5s user.i'm facing many difficulties about this product.the when ever some calls me 1st call auto disconnecting after 1 ring. I thought its SIM issue bur same SIM is working fine in other device and other SIM is having the same issue with my phone.
                                  I had submitted my iphone more than 3 times but the problem is still not solved.this service is poor and the .i had contacted many time to the service center but they are not able to fix my iphone.

                                    Hi, Team apple it's really disappointing responses by apple care. I am facing the issue in the phone from last 2-month main issue is battery become dry anytime one it's showing 58 % at second-moment phone switch off when we are using mobile data like 4g network or 3g network. one major problem when I am using wifi after 5-6 hours later wifi become disconnect automatically then I have to attach again with same wifi. so I visited apple care first time they reset my phone and update the software they said now your problem will be solved. I think now it's okay if they said I came back home and use my phone after few days the same problem occur even more than previous then again I visited apple care they now submit my phone for analysis all thing now they said there is the new issue in the phone now what can I do. I never expect this kind of service from apple please give me solution for this as soon as possible.

                                      Dear mr. Sanjay,

                                      With great amount regret and frustration i am writing this email to yourself with a cc to all the relevant stake holders hoping for a an affirmative and a prompt action.

                                      About 6-7 years back i had gifted my dad a mac book desktop for inr 64000/- approx. On his 66th birthday with a belief that he can enjoy the luxury in the world of technology and upgrade his skill sets in the second innings of his life which is his retired life. The mac was working absolutely fine until recently lets say about march – april 2016 when it stopped working and the machine was just not starting, only the apple logo was coming on the screen post which the machine wasn’t booting ahead. We decided to give the mac to your mapple store in khar west linking road in june-july 2016 so that we can get it fixed. To our surprise we discovered that the mac was irreparable now since it is a vintage machine and nothing can be done, this was quoted by your mapple store. Since this mac was heavily used by all our family members, being the only computer at our house a lot of important files, pictures, movies, projects were kept intact in the hard disc. So we insisted your store to assist us in atleast saving our hard disc and take a data backup. Again a company like mapple, a leader in computers claiming that no data backup can be taken since the machine is completely dead. This entire episode of to and fro of messages and communication exchange took about 1-2 months. Post which even we lost interest in the mac since the charges even for a basic service was 2850/- rs plus for the data backup you were charging an obnoxious amount of inr 7500/- rs which was insane. Any ways even your store people weren’t sure on data back hence my brother and myself decided that not to go ahead with any kind of repair and we made it very clear that we will take our mac back.

                                      After communicating our decision my brother and myself were continuously travelling and hence completely lost track of the mac which was lying in your store. We realized this in first week jan that we need to collect our mac desktop back and my dad who went to the mapple store with a heavy heart that he can never see the mac operational again collected the mac on 6th jan 2017. On getting the desktop home we got yet another shocking surprise that the ram as well as the hard disc from the mac are missing. Yes they were missing. We immediately contacted your store and your executives asked us 2-3 days to investigate. We waited patiently until your service head mr. Prashant came back to us stating that we had installed the hard disc back in the mac since the data backup option wasn’t availed and we have never touched the ram so there is no chance of ram going missing. But none of your executives including your executive at the service counter in your mapple store, the service head mr. Prashant and the other people who are coordinating with me my brother were able to talk with conviction that what happened to the ram and the hard disc. They promised me all kinds of investigation but none came back to us.

                                      Hence i am writing to you as the last hope for your guys to give me the same mac desktop with the all parts intact or else i will have no other option but to further escalate this to the consumer forum. I have any ways waited patiently over a 9 days now.

                                      Please find attached the job card as well as the photo of the mac with missing ram and hard disc. I am 100% sure that this is the case of theft since we were ignorant of letting the computer stay in your store for more than 6 months. Please immediately replace our mac and provide us the new mac with all the missing parts.

                                      Please immediately look into this case and please note that i am not keen to hear any more fairy tales.

                                      I don’t have the time to make stories and play mischief since you can see from my signature that i working as a vice president with another global mnc just like yours. My father served in the central bank of india for 37 years, so it is equally painful for us to make up anything which is not a fact.

                                        Apple India simply is not ready to accept the substandard quality of the iPhone charging cable provided along with the phone in Indian market. My charging cable's external covering has come off leaving the inner wires exposed, this problem is because of nothing but highly substandard quality of the charging cable provided by Apple. In spite of paying a large amount of money to buy the Apple protection plan Apple India is shying away from their responsibility to replace this cable, they say physical damage is not covered under the protection plan. My say is if a cable has damaged physically will it be able to charge my phone, the wire still charges the phone properly it is just the external wire has started to shred and it is nothing but substandard quality. I have started loosing confidence in apple India and the way they treat Indian customers as compare to the western world. My fear is this exposed cable will cause some accident not just for myself but for people facing this similar problem and Apple India simply does not care.
