I have given my phone for repairing it was under insurance coverage on 15th of October 2016 and they promised me to return it on 30th November 2016 but even today I.e. 9 December 2016, I haven't received my phone. Please ask them to give it back. Every day I call them and they ignore my calls, in case they pick up my call they give me stupid reasons. Please help....

I bought my Ipad on 24 October 2014. It worked well for the first year when it was under warranty. But soon after that(around two months later), it started having a problem- ghost touching, as the users at the apple community site call it. The system starts acting erratically by itself, closing and launching random apps and basically making it very difficult to use.
Now for the past one year I have been to all the Apple service centers...

My phone was restart again and again. I already check my phone to service center Radius in Dehradun, Uttrakhand 248001. I have an Apple I phone 6 and would like to say that it's the worst phone.. the battery life is pathetic, have to charge the phone almost 4 times a day..service centers are not concern about their clients.. its total waste of money to have Apple products.. my phone is under warranty and have been to the service center multiple times but they are very stubborn and not interested in Clinet servicing.....

I spoke a gentleman named Manish on 30/11 to sort my extended warranty on my iPhone 6 which got expired on 29/11. I explained him very clearly that I was on official trip that's why I was unable to visit the service centre and neither able to call them. Manish advised me that he will check with the concern department and get back to me. After keeping me hold for more then 15mins he came back with an apology that they would not be able to...
