I bought Macbook pro 15inch with retina display last year, right now im facing problem with it due to its charger, there is no external damage for it .

it is not working and my warranty has been expired just 10 days back.
i contacted the apple support for help several times, but i didnt get any help from their side. and i need to buy new charger now which costs 6600 INR. for which i paid 1, 68000 INR a year back.

Dear apple iam a regular employer whose budget is limited and always dream for something big to do and i have chosen your product for that and now i am facing problem with it, which i never expected from you. i request you to do any help that you can do for me.

    I, Madhu Pahilwani, Phone no. [protected], brought an IPhone 6S NB64GB, RGLD last year 2016. A Month ago few issues were shown by the phone. Battery drains out and also unexpected shut down are the problems.I have given this Iphone servise centre. they give me iphone without box. please give us new handset with the box.
    It will be grateful to your if you replace the model by providing a new set with the box of course taking back the old one.

      The Product I was given has a manufacturing defect. The laptop mother board went faulty with the same fault twice in a matter of 1.3 years. The company covered the first time under the warranty, however after 3.5 months the mother board went faulty again and they are not ready to replace it now.

      On both the occasion the motherboard was faulty and it was the same fault both the times. On both occasion I took the laptop to an authorized service center.

      Apple is unable to explain how come same fault can happen twice, that too motherboard which costs 40, 000 INR. Clearly Apple Macbook Air is sub-standard device.

        Hi all,

        I bought an Iphone 5 from Snapdeal in July 2016. Serial no. DX3RJAZHFRC5

        For last few days, the display of the phone is not functioning properly as it is hanging up frequently.

        I contacted the service center(Zenica lifestyle pvt lt. c-39 lower ground floor, DLF Mall of india, sector 18 noida. ) but they refused to resolve the issue saying that the issue is not under warranty which is not covered in the warranty.

        However, I have been very careful in upkeep of this phone and don’t have single scratch. I want you to please look into the issue and resolve it to my satisfaction.

          I am writing to you as a very dissapointed apple consumer.

          I was charging my phone on my work laptop via USB and was samultenously listning to the music on iTunes.
          I got up from my desk and got back on my seat in 2 minutes and my phone screen was white with an apple logo displaying.

          (My phone was not upgrading any software and neither was my laptop. I had upgraded to the new iOs system about a week or so ago.
          Many of my friends warned me that they experienced bugs when they updated it. So i don't know if that caused the problem).

          The message on my iTunes read that my phone has gone into recovery mode and i need to upgrade it or restore it.
          I immediately called up the Apple Support and they gave me instructions on taking backup and how to restore / upgrade it.

          I tried upgrading it - it did not work and showed me a message which said i need to restore my phone.
          I tried to then restore my phone but it showed me error 9. I did this entire process multiple times for almost two days and it still showed me the same error.
          Then the Apple Support team told me to go and visit the service centre. Which i did. Immediately. All of this happened in the last week of December.

          I went to the Service center at Prabhadevi, Mumbai. They had a look at my phone.
          I have a slight crack on the lower right side of my phone - which i had got in June. The display and functionality of the phone was not affected at all due to the crack.
          My phone was 100% fine and in absolutely great working condition before it went on recovery.
          Now the gentleman at the service station looked at the phone and the slight crack and consulted with the electrician on my issue.
          Then he told me that my phone has either had a software failure or a hardware failure. He tried to restore it himself 2-3 times in front of me. He also got the same error 9.
          Then he told me it looks like a hardware failure but he needs to take my phone and examine it with the engineers to determine the cause of failure.
          I told him my phone was under warranty and asked him about the price to get the phone fixed. He told me that the display crack doesn't come under warranty so i would have to bear the cost of getting the display repaired which is INR 15, 500. Once my display is repaired the phone will be sent to Apple to determine the cause of the failure and then if it is still not resolved there, Apple will replace my phone free of cost. But i will have to pay for repair of display. He informed me that with damaged display they would not be able to open the phone hence it would need to be replaced first and it was important. Then he asked me if i would want to give it for repair now. I told him i will come tomorrow and do it. As i needed some time to think.

          The next day was Saturday. So i went to the service center again on Monday. I was greeted by a lady at the service station. I told her the entire problem again.
          She repeated the same procedures as the gentleman did on Friday when i went first. After checking it again for the 2nd time she told me that the information told by the gentleman to me is not correct. She told me that since my phone has a physical small crack - which was in June - my warranty will not apply and i would have to pay INR 25, 000 to get the entire phone replaced. I was shocked and i asked her why. She said i will send this phone for repair of screen which will not restart your phone (obviously) and then it would have to go for replacement. So i will have to pay for it even though its under warranty. I told her this doesn't make any sense as the damage on the screen has not caused my phone to stop. It won't take 6 months. She did not give me any direct answers but kept on repeating herself.

          As a consumer and a fan of Apple i am quite shocked at the service and response that i got.

          1. Each time i went to the service station i heard a different version of the solution and they kept increasing the price i was to pay. Even though my phone is under warranty.

          2. I also offered them to not repair my screen because this is not the cause of my phone not working and going in recovery. I was okay to let the screen be damaged. When they said it was not possible i told them i would pay for display replacement if that is what will start my phone since there is no other way out.

          3. They did not give me any direct answers to why my phone was not working or offered me to get any diagnosis. All they kept quoting to me was the heafty amount i need to pay. I do not know what failure caused this issue.

          It is quite distressing as a consumer to go through this process of with the service centre and i am not trusting them anymore becuase they never have given me 1 correct answer. Please help me resolve this - and i am very much dissapointed in Apple. Let me know what to do and what to believe.

            This is with reference to a telephonic conversation with apple care havinf reference no.[protected].i had a conversation with mr aman singh related to how to transfer the watsapp data from an android phone to an iphone.he gave a solution to the problem stating a process. At the end of the calni confirmed with him the solution so h said the solution will not work.i wasted an hour of my time talking to him first he gave me the solution then when i confirmed he refused. I had a call with his senior mr rajeev ranjan.but then too no solution was provided.dealing with such a big company i dont expect a wrong commitment or solution.at the end he saif there is no solution.
            So EITHER I WANT THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OR A COMPENSATION FOR WRONG COMMITMENT Asap.kindly do th needful.

                This is with regards to the issues arising out of a new apple product. Firstly, buying a premium product already creates a hole in your pocket but on the top of it if it does not work fine then what to do about it i.e. even after spending good 90k from your hard earned money you are not getting any customer satisfaction. These guys should specify on their products that it not meant for middle class as buying product is one thing and paying 25k to 30k per year to maintain it is another big cost.
                I got the Mac Book air as on 12/06/2015 and since then I have been facing issues either with software like updates, rebooting system where all the data got deleted. Now the system is not getting switched on. Posted a complaint with Apple customer care case ID:[protected] wherein they also can not help. How many times do I have to go to the service center and get it repaired with in a span of one and a half year. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED OUT OF AN APPLE PRODUCT. I am in my last month of pregnancy and my husband is working, right now we have got so much to take care of and this expense and product has created a burden upon us

                  I have two i phone 5s and 6s both were under warranty and there earplugs are not working. So I visited Apple service center in Jaipur named F1 Solutions Pvt ltd . They are telling me a rubber is not there on my ear plugs, so we cant accept it. A rubber of just 1 cm which is only for dualy covere is not there and you are rejecting my earplugs. are u guys insane. when i asked them to show the guidelines of on which they have rejected this. they have no answer. I called many times apple care but they also didnt answer me properly. I am only writing here for a quick solution else i made my mind to go consumer forum against apple and that service center,

                    I had purchased iphone 5 16gb white colour &exactly after an year sleep/wake button stopped working(manufacturing defect)for which i had got the cell replaced under company's matching serial number matching & then after 3 years now i am not getting good backup once the phone is charged completely, which lasts only for the couple of hours.so had given it to ample, mantri square for diagnosis, for which they have charged 1000/-rs well in advance & said that battery replacement will cost approx 8000/-rs.after diagnosis now they are saying that the battery is consumed, they cannot change the battery, instead whole phone has to be replaced which will cost 24000/-rs. but the thing is any person who is mad will only do the payment where as outside new iphone is availble for 20000/-rs. why will i go for phone replacement, would rather pay & take new cell only which i dont want. i just want the battery replaced for the right amount.so help me out.
                    The phone is getting hanged and very slow
                    I updated my iphone 5s to 10.2. But it gets hotter while listening musics and gets hanged for a while. After that i couldnt hear any calls which i dial or receive and hears blank..The problem rectifies only when i restart my device..I dnt knw whats the problem here..This happened twice after my update on last week.
                    Still there is no response from the apple. Neither the issue is resolved.

                      I have 6S 64 GB rose gold Iphoe in the name of Harshwardana Reddy, 6 month back i brought that phone, i phasing lot of issues the complaint is:

                      1. Phone hanging
                      2. Per day 2 time phone is rebooting
                      3. Head phone is scratching noise
                      4. Receiver not working properly
                      5. Battery getting down quickly
                      6. Whenever receiver not working that time needs to reboot every day two time.
                      7.Switch on the charging it will take two minutes for charging
                      8. Speaker out put too low

                      I have given for servicing yesterday to Imagine in foram in Bangalore

                      Kindly clear this all issue or kindly give the replacement device

                        Now going forward for the first time I tried accessory of Apple product range which was Apple Silicon cover with the IPhone 7 just after using it for 30 days it got cracks & when I went to Apple Store I.e, Inspire Bhopal they told me that it's a first case of such nature so they are not sure weather Apple team will replace it or not.
                        My concern is can the nature of products which are primarily built for protection of gadgets can be so fragile or light in quality that just after using it for 30 days it'll get in such poor shape.
                        Looking forward for a resolution of my problem

                          On 5th november 2016, software of my phone got updated to is10.2. Surprisingly, the phone became very slow after the software update. I took my phone to the apple's authorised service centre at udaipur (Rajasthan, india) and they did not find any problem in the device and said that it is because of slow network of the service provider.

                          Incidentally, my another phone has the same service provider and it is working very nicely. Feeling aghast with the performance of my phone, i again took to the apple's authorised service station at udaipur. This time they again did the software updation but to no avail.

                          I am feeling very frustrated and want your kind intervention in this matter. Please help me. My phone number is [protected].

                            I'd purchased a Apple iphone 6 plus 64 GB model in Nov'14.

                            Ironically, I've been able to use this phone lesser time when compared to it being under repair & shipment.

                            This handset of mine has been replaced numerous times & everytime a new issue surfaces with every replacement phone handed over to me.

                            One of the replacement handsets started giving problems within 5-7 days of replacement & had to be submitted for replacement again...!!

                            What I'm trying to understand is

                            - with this kind of recurring issues & poor quality manufacturing/assembly, what is the standard being followed by Apple ?

                            - secondly, now that the 2 yrs. warranty on my just replaced handset has expired, whom should I reach out to if this handset also fails to perform as per standard.

                            With this history & unacceptable grade & quality devices, what is the future of my current device if fails !?

                            Also, should Apple not be compensating me for this loss, inconvenience & numerous poor replacements being provided to me...Am I'm not eligible to get a new upgraded phone that ACTUALLY works ?

                              I am not getting any type of help from service center as well as from the managers working there...my i phone 6s was having a problem of automatic shutdown so i reached service center thinking that my problem will be solved, they installed a software and returned me back by saying that it is resolved u can use it...again i faced the same issue i again reached there and informed them again they installed software and kept for three days and returned me back..i again faced the same problem again they kept my phone for 6days and changed the display as it was working properly before and returned me that the phone problem is finally solved i was quite happy and used it...the same day the phone started heating like hell i.e the hands were burning while using i again visited service center and it happened in front of them they again submitted my phone and called me after 4days and they told me that problem is solved but facing the same problem..problems are exceeding when phone comes from service center ..i talked to the manager he is saying to me that what can we do if you r facing the problem..our diagnosis tests are passed so we cant do anything...is this type of service apple provides?????i am a working person and i visited there more than 25times i have to take leaves from the office again and again ...they are making a fool of me, am i a fool who bought a 58000inr phone????i thought apple services are best but i think even sony provides good services than apple...i dont know what i have to do...i am tired of getting into the service center nobody is helping in repairing my phone...the apple policy is that if phone is not getting repaired it has to be replaced but they are neither repairing it nor replacing it...even apple care wastes my two hours everyday i am fully fed up and tired as well...its is also inn warranty 1month warranty has been wasted by them...if warrant becomes over :) will not support apple anymore..

                                I have purchased an iphone 5s in the month of june 2016 whose imei no. Is dx3rkjnyfrc5 and is under warranty. I was facing problem in camera of my phone so i went to service centre m/s f1- info solutions & services pvt. Ltd. Civil lines kanpur on 3rd december 2016 where i have been told that it will go for repairing (Job no. Is jknp[protected]; customer code: c0345389) and i'll get it back with in 7 days and after 7 days i got a call from service centre that phone is ready & when i went for pickup of my phone than the service centre people told me that yet camera is not working & now my iphone will be replaced and i'll get it back within another 4-5 days and today when i have again approached service centre people about my phone they told me new phone has been received by them and i can pick it up but again that scene has been repeated and i have not handed over my phone, which is really very regretting.

                                Now please advise me that in present time scenario, is it possible to survive with out phone for more than 15 days. As i am in marketing line so my job is also depend on telephone with out which i can't do my job.

                                So please look into the matter and hand me over phone without any delay.

                                  I have complaint in june for bluetooth connectivity of my i phone 64 gb gold to my car musuc system. There was problem for droppage of call & routing to phone after attending first call. This issue told first tme highlighted. Solution by service center was to delete all old data. I started using it as fresh but in nov'16 again same problen in fresh data in phone persisit this tme hard device was changed. After uploading back up in new device same issue was again found. I approached apple where complaint no. [protected] generated & i was told to sent logs which was forwarded & screen shot attached apple denied to receive it & not interested to address issue. Very poor customer history maintaing at there call center. No support provided. Please arrange refund of my device.

                                    Hi everyone, i purchases my i phone 6 16gb in silver colour a months back however the piece was damaged from the day one. I visited the service centre and submitted my device and they said they will sent my device for repair. I was in the impression that apple has policy of replacement but they said the policies have been changed. Keeping stone on my heart I submitted my device for display replacement as there were many issues start from home button to battery. After 7 days they replaced the display and still the issue is not resolved and the day when i went to collect the device my device was submitted again in the same service centrr and again they sent it for repair and i am without the phone now for more then a week and still they are again gng to replace the display and this company is not ready to replace the whole device. On top om that the unicorn solutions jangli maharaj road pune ( name of service centre) they have mentioned on the sheet that i am very satisfied with thier service. I had to spend my two week offs in their service centre coz nobody is doing their job properly..what should I do and whalere I go? I myself work for a company and i cant run behind them. I am almost in tears and i dnt know what to di..shld i kill myself or shld i kill the technicians?? Please help...vikas [protected]

                                    My display is also changed and then problems exceeded more, , earlier it was automatic shutdown after the replacement of display it started got heating too much and automatic shutdown as well as battery backup is only 1.5hrs...from last one month i am visiting there but not getting my phone repaired

                                      I strongly want to Take strict action against apple service center located in city square mall, Rajourigarden garden, new Delhi or guide them to behave properly even though it's INDIA where people treat differently abled persons as animals.

                                        I have given my phone for repairing it was under insurance coverage on 15th of October 2016 and they promised me to return it on 30th November 2016 but even today I.e. 9 December 2016, I haven't received my phone. Please ask them to give it back. Every day I call them and they ignore my calls, in case they pick up my call they give me stupid reasons. Please help.
