Vodafone launched 4g in Jaipur last week however, it is not working on IPhones. As per Vodafone, the 4g frequency in Jaipur is 2100mhz and hence, it is not supported by iPhones. Currently it is working in Andriod phone only.

As per Vodafone, update us awaited by Apple. How can Vodafone roll out 4g without resolving this . Apple customer care is unaware of this issue.

Not sure who is working innit and how this will be resolved

    This is to inform you that my name is mohd Arslaan and i'm a apple iphone 6s user.i'm facing many difficulties about this product.the assitive touch and keypad is not working properly.
    I had submitted my iphone more than 3 times but the problem is still not solved.the company service centre at g-54, Radial road no.2 opp. Palika parking cp has never took any interst in my iphone and their service is poor and the behaviour of staff and manager is reduculious .i had contacted many time to this service center but they are not able to fix my iphone.
    I had never expected such a behaviour from apple company.i'm totally dissappointed with your service, staff and product.they had wasted my time, money and resources.

      I have purchased I phone 7 with the IMEI NO. [protected] one the very first day it was launched in India with a very positive mood but my excitement was turned into a nightmare when I discovered that the phone is not working as it should work on the very next day of purchasing, it shuts down by itself sometimes its screen goes black most of the times it gets hanged and doesn't works at all, I approached the authorized service center MAPLE in R-City mall Ghatkopar west with the MOST ARROGANT STAFF and told them about the problem but I was shocked to hear when they said that the phone is working good as per their system and I should do factory reset which I did right in front of them but it did not work as it should be working and I was told to try it at home, second time I was told to leave the phone fpr three days so that they check by them self but nothing improved this complaint was repeated more two times with no proper response from the service station where the people only know to say this is companies procedure we cant do anything, then I asked them why are they wasting peoples time by playing false and tricky games with them, now after complaining fourth time they discovered that the phone is not working properly and it needs to be sent to their head office to find out the real cause of the problem and after one weak time they came up saying that there is a problem in display and that they are going to replace it. my point is when the phone had a manufacturing fault why should I take a repaired phone at the cost of new, they should have straight away replaced with a new one, now if the they don't change it I ll have to knock the doors of consumers court, I am really ashamed of buying this product and moreover the quality of the service we receive from their authorized service outlets its so embracing to sit in their service stations like culprits and the way they behave after you have paid the high price for it specially the arrogant people they hire to attend the complaints on the front desk. I hope this should help a bit . I am really sorry that I have purchased this product and assure it won't be repeated in future. And if this site is really not helping people out of their problems then even this site also should be closed instead wasting peoples time siting and writing complaints.

        I have handled my iphone 6s with great care and its still in warranty. There is not even a single scratch or dent on my phone. It has always been kept under cover.
        Yesterday all of a sudden the screen has faded off. I took it to the service center where the advisor sadi that the screen will be replaced and i will have to pay for it as its a physical damage.
        I made him understand that when there is not even a single scratch on the screen or on the body then how is it a physical damage.
        It just happened suddenly that the screen started fading off.
        I need a replacement of my phone.
        I can afford to pay more for a already expensive phone.

          we live in a metropolitan city by name VISAKHAPATNAM. Unfortunately we have a APPLE STORE by name iMAGIC here ...they doesnt have stock and everytime they are empty driving away the fleas in the store or chatting in phones, if we order a phone .. it takes for them to get around twenty days .. think they start manufacturing the phone by taking the initial advance ... they test the patience of the customers . i need a iphone 7 plus gold ..but they dont have it since two months .. why apple people continue the dealership of this kind of lazy business people .

            My iPhone was not charging. Went to authorised service center Noida named iZenica in DLF Mall of India. They checked the phone and told it cannot be repaired as it's charging pin was broken.
            The only option they told was pay rupees 24 thousand and buy a new same model handset.
            I disagreed with them as what is the use to open a service center if you are not capable of fixing ?
            While coming out of the center, there was another shop, I tried my hands there.
            They repaired my iPhone and it costed 1800 rupees for this.
            The same iPhone is now working perfectly fine.

            There is no point buying apple products and expect good service.
            What is so good of apple products ? they do not support dual sim, you cannot easily copy photos or data to windows machine.
            You cannot remove battery.
            The data cable cost rupees 2700 ... you can buy a new phone in that amount.
            The bluetooth does not connect everywhere.

            Lost all hopes with Apple products.
            This is my 3rd apple product.
            My whole family use apple products.
            Will never buy any apple product in India.

            The base and the truth is buy Maruti if you are driving in India, buy android if you want a good phone is India.
            Spending money on apple is waste.

            Apple company should take strict action against iZenica - Noida because this is not at all expected !!

              Hello Team,

              My name is Rahul Agrawal and I purchased a iphone 6S-64 GB on 05-Jun-2016 from imagine Apple Store Triton Mall, Jaipur.

              There was cashback offer of 5000 INR on city back credit card but still I have not received the same.

              Initially when I enquired, it was told to me that it will come with in next three months, after three months also I had not received the cashback.

              When I enquired then it was told to me that there was no cashback offer that time by the Store sales/Account personals but on dip-drive they found that, offer was there and accepted the mistake at their end and I was asked to wait for solution.

              Still I haven’t received the solution and now they are telling me that on my payment slip it is not mention regarding the cashback because their sales person did not swipe it correctly and I can’t get the cash back.

              Can you please help me whom to contact in that case?

                I have iphone 6 and i had purchase on (march 2015)and my warranty has also get over and i go to apple service centre and i lodge a complain that why my phone screen is not working they check the phone and they replied the phone is bend due to several condition but the important thing is how the phone can get bend, if a person is paying thousand of rupees in a phone for quality purpose and the phone get bend . So i m writing this mail that please resolve my problem as soon as possilbe.

It is 100% got maintained by me and compqny customer care is saying it's a liquid damage which comes under warranty period.

                    I am facing a serious issue from Apple. I have been shared a link to make a payment from Apple athorized service centre to buy iAssure plan. I purchased through that link and now its been more than 2 month and I dont have any details that I have purchased any iAssure plan or not.

                    What I have that is payment details.

                    I already visited to HSR apple service centre from where I got my replaced iphone and got payment link too. After disscussing with emplyee over there got to know they dont have any update for my purchase and they updated that I should buy from store only then it should have maintained by them. They adviced me to call some toll free no. I called and as per care update this is related to service centre only and only service centre responsibility.

                    I got pissed up, difference was I should be recieving insurance certificate by that only iAssure plan will be valid. I escallated this to service centre, then I got a call from ample support and that have send person to verify my iphone for releasing insurance certificate to me. I suppose to get certificate on same day evening by ample update but now its been more than month hence writing to you to address this issue ASAP.

                      I Bought an iPhone 6s with IMEI no: [protected] (from skycell kollam Kerala) on 13 June 2016, but the phone was dead just after 4 months without any prior issues or external damage, and warranty claim was denied to me saying that phone had a minute crack (it cant even be called as a crack it was just a scratch on the bottom screen), as i had insurance by apps daily insurance the phone was replaced with a new one having IMEI no: [protected], (it took more than two months for this process). But after one week o[censored]se this replaced new phone was also found dead, as it was a new phone and as i have 6 months warranty left i handed over the phone for service to sky cell on 14 dec 2016 an from there they handed it to apple authorized service center (F1 Info Solutions & services, Trivandrum Kerala ) on 19 Dec 206. But now even after one month i had no information about my phone, the service executives are not genuinely responding to me.
                      I Bought the phone on June 2016 but till this moment i used the phone only for 4 months.. I AM A GREAT FAN OF APPLE BUT THIS IS DISAPPOINTING AND NOT EXPECTED FROM APPLE . This is causing me a great inconvenience, loss of cloud data, loss of time, money, etc. really i am disappointed with apple.. I wish you will contact me. I lost the faith in your company and i would like to file a case in court for this.

                        I bought Macbook pro 15inch with retina display last year, right now im facing problem with it due to its charger, there is no external damage for it .

                        it is not working and my warranty has been expired just 10 days back.
                        i contacted the apple support for help several times, but i didnt get any help from their side. and i need to buy new charger now which costs 6600 INR. for which i paid 1, 68000 INR a year back.

                        Dear apple iam a regular employer whose budget is limited and always dream for something big to do and i have chosen your product for that and now i am facing problem with it, which i never expected from you. i request you to do any help that you can do for me.

Battery drains out and also unexpected shut down are the problems.I have given this Iphone servise centre. they give me iphone without box. please give us new handset with the box.

                            The Product I was given has a manufacturing defect. The laptop mother board went faulty with the same fault twice in a matter of 1.3 years. The company covered the first time under the warranty, however after 3.5 months the mother board went faulty again and they are not ready to replace it now.

                            On both the occasion the motherboard was faulty and it was the same fault both the times. On both occasion I took the laptop to an authorized service center.

                            Apple is unable to explain how come same fault can happen twice, that too motherboard which costs 40, 000 INR. Clearly Apple Macbook Air is sub-standard device.

                              Hi all,

                              I bought an Iphone 5 from Snapdeal in July 2016. Serial no. DX3RJAZHFRC5

                              For last few days, the display of the phone is not functioning properly as it is hanging up frequently.

                              I contacted the service center(Zenica lifestyle pvt lt. c-39 lower ground floor, DLF Mall of india, sector 18 noida. ) but they refused to resolve the issue saying that the issue is not under warranty which is not covered in the warranty.

                              However, I have been very careful in upkeep of this phone and don’t have single scratch. I want you to please look into the issue and resolve it to my satisfaction.

                                I am writing to you as a very dissapointed apple consumer.

                                I was charging my phone on my work laptop via USB and was samultenously listning to the music on iTunes.
                                I got up from my desk and got back on my seat in 2 minutes and my phone screen was white with an apple logo displaying.

                                (My phone was not upgrading any software and neither was my laptop. I had upgraded to the new iOs system about a week or so ago.
                                Many of my friends warned me that they experienced bugs when they updated it. So i don't know if that caused the problem).

                                The message on my iTunes read that my phone has gone into recovery mode and i need to upgrade it or restore it.
                                I immediately called up the Apple Support and they gave me instructions on taking backup and how to restore / upgrade it.

                                I tried upgrading it - it did not work and showed me a message which said i need to restore my phone.
                                I tried to then restore my phone but it showed me error 9. I did this entire process multiple times for almost two days and it still showed me the same error.
                                Then the Apple Support team told me to go and visit the service centre. Which i did. Immediately. All of this happened in the last week of December.

                                I went to the Service center at Prabhadevi, Mumbai. They had a look at my phone.
                                I have a slight crack on the lower right side of my phone - which i had got in June. The display and functionality of the phone was not affected at all due to the crack.
                                My phone was 100% fine and in absolutely great working condition before it went on recovery.
                                Now the gentleman at the service station looked at the phone and the slight crack and consulted with the electrician on my issue.
                                Then he told me that my phone has either had a software failure or a hardware failure. He tried to restore it himself 2-3 times in front of me. He also got the same error 9.
                                Then he told me it looks like a hardware failure but he needs to take my phone and examine it with the engineers to determine the cause of failure.
                                I told him my phone was under warranty and asked him about the price to get the phone fixed. He told me that the display crack doesn't come under warranty so i would have to bear the cost of getting the display repaired which is INR 15, 500. Once my display is repaired the phone will be sent to Apple to determine the cause of the failure and then if it is still not resolved there, Apple will replace my phone free of cost. But i will have to pay for repair of display. He informed me that with damaged display they would not be able to open the phone hence it would need to be replaced first and it was important. Then he asked me if i would want to give it for repair now. I told him i will come tomorrow and do it. As i needed some time to think.

                                The next day was Saturday. So i went to the service center again on Monday. I was greeted by a lady at the service station. I told her the entire problem again.
                                She repeated the same procedures as the gentleman did on Friday when i went first. After checking it again for the 2nd time she told me that the information told by the gentleman to me is not correct. She told me that since my phone has a physical small crack - which was in June - my warranty will not apply and i would have to pay INR 25, 000 to get the entire phone replaced. I was shocked and i asked her why. She said i will send this phone for repair of screen which will not restart your phone (obviously) and then it would have to go for replacement. So i will have to pay for it even though its under warranty. I told her this doesn't make any sense as the damage on the screen has not caused my phone to stop. It won't take 6 months. She did not give me any direct answers but kept on repeating herself.

                                As a consumer and a fan of Apple i am quite shocked at the service and response that i got.

                                1. Each time i went to the service station i heard a different version of the solution and they kept increasing the price i was to pay. Even though my phone is under warranty.

                                2. I also offered them to not repair my screen because this is not the cause of my phone not working and going in recovery. I was okay to let the screen be damaged. When they said it was not possible i told them i would pay for display replacement if that is what will start my phone since there is no other way out.

                                3. They did not give me any direct answers to why my phone was not working or offered me to get any diagnosis. All they kept quoting to me was the heafty amount i need to pay. I do not know what failure caused this issue.

                                It is quite distressing as a consumer to go through this process of with the service centre and i am not trusting them anymore becuase they never have given me 1 correct answer. Please help me resolve this - and i am very much dissapointed in Apple. Let me know what to do and what to believe.

                                  This is with reference to a telephonic conversation with apple care havinf reference no.[protected].i had a conversation with mr aman singh related to how to transfer the watsapp data from an android phone to an iphone.he gave a solution to the problem stating a process. At the end of the calni confirmed with him the solution so h said the solution will not work.i wasted an hour of my time talking to him first he gave me the solution then when i confirmed he refused. I had a call with his senior mr rajeev ranjan.but then too no solution was provided.dealing with such a big company i dont expect a wrong commitment or solution.at the end he saif there is no solution.
                                  So EITHER I WANT THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM OR A COMPENSATION FOR WRONG COMMITMENT Asap.kindly do th needful.

                                      This is with regards to the issues arising out of a new apple product. Firstly, buying a premium product already creates a hole in your pocket but on the top of it if it does not work fine then what to do about it i.e. even after spending good 90k from your hard earned money you are not getting any customer satisfaction. These guys should specify on their products that it not meant for middle class as buying product is one thing and paying 25k to 30k per year to maintain it is another big cost.
                                      I got the Mac Book air as on 12/06/2015 and since then I have been facing issues either with software like updates, rebooting system where all the data got deleted. Now the system is not getting switched on. Posted a complaint with Apple customer care case ID:[protected] wherein they also can not help. How many times do I have to go to the service center and get it repaired with in a span of one and a half year. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED OUT OF AN APPLE PRODUCT. I am in my last month of pregnancy and my husband is working, right now we have got so much to take care of and this expense and product has created a burden upon us

                                        I have two i phone 5s and 6s both were under warranty and there earplugs are not working. So I visited Apple service center in Jaipur named F1 Solutions Pvt ltd . They are telling me a rubber is not there on my ear plugs, so we cant accept it. A rubber of just 1 cm which is only for dualy covere is not there and you are rejecting my earplugs. are u guys insane. when i asked them to show the guidelines of on which they have rejected this. they have no answer. I called many times apple care but they also didnt answer me properly. I am only writing here for a quick solution else i made my mind to go consumer forum against apple and that service center,
