I bought an iphone6 last year in Sept expecting the much talked about awesome experience. However in just over a year, last week my phone stopped working suddenly...I showed it to the apple service center who informed me that it is an issue in the logic board...and the phone will have to be replaced by paying another 25000.
I dont understand how the an APPLE product...which is known for product performance in reality perform so poorly...and I am told to pay extra amount for your IPHONE's BAD QUALITY...the issue is in the logic board which is not due to any mishandling...it is Purely due to low quality product...
WHen your customer buys your product...there is HIGH EXPECTATION...but here #APPLE COMPANY HAS FAILED to satisfy the customer
Also your service centre B2X, in mumbai and support call centre have failed to support here they charged 1600 Rs just for touching the phone
For every step from getting phone checked to getting it replaced they have only kept asking for money...

It seems APPLY COMPANY mssion is only to mint money from customer by all means and cares least of customer experience.

I expect an immediate resolution here...IT is not right for suck a premium product company to penalise the customer for your own product performance failure

    My phone is under apple care protection plane by paying rs.4500/-
    (Up to 06.07.17).
    Company says warranty is not applicable and insist to pay rs.21200/- for replacement. So what is the use of taking warranty.

    Please do the needful.

    Apple service centre is a BIG JOKE.

    They just sweet talk but NO action. Literally.

    I bought an iphone 5s in 11-Aug-2016. IMEI number[protected].

    The screen stopped working completely in December 2016 i.e within 3 months. I visited Reliance ResQ centre (official apple service centre) in Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai. The phone was in pretty NEW condition with some scratches which is normal after use of 3 months. However apple support didn't do anything and simple shrugged off from their responsibility and from their 1 year phone warranty by giving absurd reasons.

    While submitting the phone, the technician insisted to mention in the job sheet that there are minor dents on the phone. I insisted these cannot be treated as dents as they are minor scratches in nature and hardly visible and are normal after three months o[censored]se. This excuse was used by all the level to deny me the service despite escalating it to three level.

    NOTHING was done by Apple. I still cannot absorb the they way apple treated this case and they way they simple looked away from their responsibility.

    I'm done with Apple service and Apple products.

      Dear Team,

      I submitted the device as I have some issues in that, however, the response which I received was totally disgusting.

      Why would I ask someone else from outside to repair my phone when I have the warrnaty.

      If I don't get it repaired I will send you the legal notice for false information.

      I called your customer care and they assured me that your device post investigation has been approved and has been repaired. But when I called today service center, I was shocked to hear.

      If I don't get the resolution within 3 days, I may approach to legal.

      I submitted my phone on 16 Nov 16, due to hearing speaker issue. After couple of days I called at customer service and they assured me that everything has been approved and issue is resolved. However, when I called today at service center, I was shocked to hear that my device has not been reapaired as they are claiming that there is some tempering. Just one question, why would I show it outside, when I know it has warranty till Aug'17.

        I have purchased a iPhone 7 4.7" recently on 20th Nov'17. We have purchased the phone from "Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd(Shop No GF:37, GRD Floor Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar, Tagore Garden, New Delhi 110018). They have done a cheating with us by not telling the current offer of iPhone 7 + iPad mini, Where we have asked they again and again if there any offer in current period and you can see our conversation in their CCTV footage. Today(22 Nov'17) i visited again to their outlet and asked then why you have not given me information regarding the offer and they just replied that there was a problem with the server so we didn't gave the information of that offer.

        Sir, I have a request here that i need that offer and i am now not using the phone till i get a proper response from Apple.

          I bought this iPhone 6 some time in Jan, 2015. I was die-hard Samsung fan who shifted to Apple by buying an Apple air and an iPhone 6 through Flipkart India. At that point of time I paid Rs.53, 500 for a 16 gb I-Phone 6, expecting that it would perform better than a Samsung.

          My previous samsung smart phone worked perfect for over 3 years. After 7 months o[censored]sing the iPhone, I noticed that I was not able to Edit the photos on the phone. Some of my friends also complained that volume on the ear speaker is low. I also noticed that the battery was draining faster. Since I loved the product and Apple music I did not worry much about it and started using my headphones for calls.

          Last week once again a tech friend of mine made the same complaints about my phone and I took it to an I-care. Please go through their mail below, they have given a quote of over Rs.26000 to repair. I have hardly used the phone and i haven't damaged it. I do not understand why I should pay for a poor quality product.

          I am the General Manager Marketing for a popular resort Chain in India and I do not expect this kind of a quality and service from Apple. I am quite disappointed. i was not even given a spare phone to use.

          I spoke to your customer support. They said they said that as per the policy they can't do anything about it. Is this how a premium company like apple should deal a client.

            I phone 5s network problem hua tha to service center me submit kiya uske bad bana ke diya uske 2-4 din bad wapis network problm hua but 1 month bad muje bna ke nhi diya or reason aise diya ki mobile bahar open kiya but maine kahi b open kiya nhi tha. Aur mobile b2x service center se return dekhne liya tha to mobile ke scroo b nhi the. So aapki service is very very bad.. I am not certified very bad service odd service u are service i not happy
            I send phone for networking problem but service station give not proper answer.
            I think apple is world wide company.
            I hope u r give satisfied answer.

                I purchased iPhone 5s 16gb Space Grey from Apple store Noida on June 2016 with the IMEI [protected]. Here I’m summarizing my story:

                After month since I purchased, there was some charging issue sometimes, sometimes not, It was like some glitch in charging port but it did not bother me much so it was fine. Last month I have severe issue for the same then I visited to apple service center(Radius System Pvt Ltd- Mayur vihar Delhi) and they inserted some pin and brush on it which in turned charging. Few days back, again I have same issue (not charging) so as usual again I had to go service center where they checked the phone and asked charging port pin is not working which does not come under warranty so I have to pay Rs.23000/ for exchange. after that i made a call to Apple customer care along with service center person in conference call then they were ready to submit my phone. After 2-3 days they changed their words and asked "charging pin has been damaged" in spite of "charging pin is not working" and shared some pics with customer care team. Even I requested both team to put me in CC so that I could aware what was going on but none of them put me in mail thread. Now Apple care team put my case closed by saying- "pin has been damaged, nothing could be done on this". I have asked many time to senior supervisor that I need some discussion with manager but since last 7 days i did not received any call from there. I again tried many time to senior supervisor and asked to transfer this call to manager, every times they asked me for call back but nothing happens. This is the worst support, I have ever been seen.

                Team- I’m Sr. Software engineer and I know how to handle electronic gadgets. I know how to insert USB cable in charging jack and take it out. This could not leads to destruction of pins, if it is so then it proves the quality of your product for which I have paid money. I think it’s for two reason which makes us to buy APPLE products.

                But this time Apple really made me very disappointed. Even support guys didn’t try to understand, how could internal part of phone (1-2 inch inside upper surface of phone body) be damaged by USB cable. Please help me to resolve this, I’ll be thankful to you.

                  I have purchased Apple Iphone(5S) on 08.05.2016 and i am facing problem of multi colors appearing on screen. Same i have given a mail to customer but didn't received any response.I went to Aptronix but they were not ready to help me and sayig it was customer abbuse. I am very sure that the phone was neither fallen down not met with any accident but service team is ready agree the same. very upset with Apple service.

                    I had purchased an iPhone 5S, Silver, IMEI [protected] from Style Shop, Andheri (W), Mumbai vide Invoice No. 28128 dtd 13/09/16 of Rs 21, 000/- .

                    The phone since the day one had charging issues. It would take a lot of time to charge. From friends and relatives (as it was the first time we were purchasing an iPhone) we came to know that iPhones do take time to charge and hence we did not bother much. As the days passed sometime around the September end I had a problem with the home button. The finger print function would not work. We tried several ways and means like re-formatting, re-setting the security functions and even updating the phone. All of these could not resolve our issue. Since my child's exam was coming up I staggered my visit to the service centre. Finally I made a visit to the service centre on 27/11/16. My phone was prelimnary examined and inspected and I was informed that it had some hardware problem and hence it has to be sent to Bangalore where the problem would be rectified and if not it will be replaced. I was also asked to take the back up of the phone before submitting. I took the back up and submitted the phone on 28/11/16 at Reliance Retail Limited, Shop No. LGF 21, Lower Ground Floor, Infiniti II Mall, Malad (W), Mumbai - 400065. I received a job sheet no. 65 for my submission. I was also informed that it would take 8-10 days to get my phone back.

                    On 9/11/16, I enquired and visited the service centre where I was shocked to know that the phone was not rectified as they found out that there is some corrosion in the inside of the phone which is due to liquid damage which is not covered under warranty and hence not rectified. I informed them that it is new phone and was handled with great care and also assured them that the phone was not at all exposed to any liquid by me. (which fell on deaf ears of the technician). My phone was returned back. I escalated the matter to the Apple customer care[protected], where Ms Bhavika Mahajan heard me out. She also suggested me to make a con call to the technician so that she can thrash out the matter. Unfortunately the person at the service centre refused to transfer my call to the technician and responded that he will in turn arrange for a call back in 10 mins (which never happened). Ms Bhavika concluded my call by giving me a case no.[protected]. During the day I tried once again to arrange for a con call but could not succeed. I finally escalated the matter to a senior advisor extension no. [protected]. I narrated him the entire episode and he also suggested for a con call (which failed). He assured me that he will try to connect with the service centre and get back in 48 hrs.

                    After 48 hrs, when I did not get any response I tried calling the senior advisor. When I couldnt, I tried calling the customer care, narrated the entire episode again and then was guided to another senior advisor with extension no. [protected]. He understood my problem and asked for 10 mins to get back with a resolution. I waited for one and half hour and called back. This time I was attended by another officer and guided to another senior advisor Bhupesh Nath extension no. [protected], email ID : [protected]@apple.com. Out o[censored]tter desperation and frustration I asked him whether they really have a resolution for my matter or are they just dilly dallying it. To which he responded that the phone is having a liquid damage and it is not covered under warranty.

                    Please understand that I can vouch that there has been no instance where my phone was exposed to any liquid which could have caused the corrosion. As a customer I also demanded an explanation that what is the gauranttee that the phone did not have any corrosion before my purchase (as the phone has mfg date of June 2016). As a customer I want to check all the details with regardsto my device model's manufacturing (BMR), whether all its quality control parameters were duly checked as per the company's quality policy, product release in compliance with the specification. The company cannot simply blame me based on assumption.

                    Based on the above I request to rectify the problem in my phone or refund the amount spent by me on the purchase of a faulty device.

                      Hi,
                      I've submitted my 1 month old iphone 6s on Oct 27th at Koramangala Bangalore forum icare centre. I was told that the phone will be replaced if it's hardware issue and is not repairable. If it is software issue then they will fix it and give back. RAF No. FIC1088721
                      I was also told that it'll take 5-7 working days to receive my new phone.
                      Till date I din't receive any information on my phone. I tried calling their customer care multiple times and most of the time no one will pick up. 1 or 2 times when I was lucky, some customer care rep picked up and told me that they are waiting for parts and can't tell when it will be available and when I'll get back my phone.
                      When someone buys a premium phone with ~50000Rs/-, then within 1 month the phone stops working completely without any physical damage and the company instead of acknowledging the issue immediately and replacing the phone keeps it for 13 days without any status update, that is called cheating the customers. Our money has value and when we spend 50k on a phone, we expect premium quality and superior customer service. Apple India failed in both. Right now as a consumer I am feeling cheated by Apple India.

                        I brought iphone 5s 3months back ... in india frm a mall.. its charger is damaged ..apple provide 6month warranty for accessories, still they are asking money for a new replacement charger though they clearly accpted its not accidental damage but still they will not change it... its highly inconvinient for me... can't pay 3000... i'' from middle class family hd no ph so saved money from the past 3 years for iphone 5s, now charger is damaged i.e aftr they accptef its not my fault in damaging process still they can't replace, , but why??? cause i'm a small girl and cn't argue with them thats why ??? frst of all i m not small but i cn't argue with people its not in my nature... from where will i arrange 3000? and hw cme a chrger gets damaged wdin 3mnths o[censored]sage??.that too a product of apple??? strange right??😡😏 irony enough ... that means its a manufacturing defect smething might have been wrongly used while making the product, wen i hv 6month warranty why aren't they changing it!??? there are soo much complains regarding apple service centre regarding the same concern i.e authorities are asking money to replace and i guess this will also b neglected but if there are any true officials working out here then place urself in my shoe and see how much 3k can effect one's pocket and situatn.. everybody aren't rich ... this is the address of the customer care in kolkata[protected]Address: Unit No. A 208, City Centre, Salt Lake, Kolkata, 700064.

                          I have prchased an I phone 5 s, lats 3 months back. Now its stop working, its not getting on. When i move to service centre, they told me that there are scracth, we cant do anything just pay rs 12500 to buy a new phone.

                          what the BS, if we are using a phone tehre will be scarth and bent, that dosent mean the phone is damage, the phone is just 3 months old.

                          please help me to either fix my phone or replace my phone.

                            On the month of September, my Iphone6 suddenly stopped responding and went dead by itself. As we don't have an Apple service provider here in my place, i had to travel all the way to Guwahati which is 8 hours far from here.On inquiring in the Macintel Solutions- Apple Sales and Service Guwahati-Shillong Rd, Christian Basti, Guwahati they told me after three days that the phone couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced by depositing more 21, 800 Rupees. After some days i deposited the money 21, 800 for replacement on 20th October 2016. The service provider told me that i will have to collect my phone after 7 days. Today is 9th of November ie. 20 days past and yet no sign of my phone. The service provider had given me dates few days back, according to which i had travelled to Guwahati just for the phone. But now they are still very uncertain about the whereabouts of the phone. This is highly disappointing and very unexpected from Apple service provider. If this is the case, i will have to think thrice before opting for apple products anymore.

                              I own a MacBook Air early 2015 model. On the 2nd of September everything on the laptop was working perfectly fine till it suddenly did not power on after being kept aside for half an hour. I attempted the SMC reset and the Mac booted once before static appeared on the screen and shut off. I then attempted the PRAM reset which it didn’t respond to. I took it to the B2X service centre, Guindy, Chennai on the 3rd of September and they said it seems to be a problem with the logic board and will be fixed under warranty. I got a call two days later saying they had opened it and found a problem with just the logic board and are replacing it under warranty. After replacement I received another call saying the Mac was ready to be picked up. A day before I was supposed to go pick it up, they called again and said there is a problem with the keyboard because of liquid damage and the keyboard will have to be replaced for 20k. When I went to the service centre again, they opened the laptop which wouldn’t turn on despite being 100% charged unless connected to the charger and wouldn’t respond to the touchpad either. Wasn’t able to log in because he said most keys weren’t working. When I told him the liquid damage could not have been from my side he said it could have occurred at any time at all and is manifesting itself because of the new logic board. I refused to take it back and contacted apple support. After much back and forth and another visit to the service centre, Apple very helpfully parroted that they do not cover liquid damage and will not speculate how it occurred and it will have to be a paid repair. When I did pick up the laptop finally, I got it back with food marks on the front, marks of water droplets on the keyboard and screen and dust all over the screen and completely discharged. When I brought it back home and charged it, the laptop opened to a recovery screen and showed an error code 0xc0000225. I contacted Apple support again and the first person who spoke to me went on to yell at me for not having repaired it when I was told it was a paid repair and for not checking it at the service centre. After demanding to be transferred to a senior, he diverted the call without an apology of any sort. The senior advisor went on to repeat everything saying unless I get the keyboard repaired the laptop will keep malfunctioning. I had to force him to listen to my side of the ordeal after which he said he would investigate the repair video footage of the Mac but had no answer when I asked what if the damage had occurred while it was not being repaired. According to them, the minimum service requirement is a separate area for repair where food and liquid is not allowed but they obviously haven’t seen this service centre which is just one room.

                                I purchased my iphone 5s in july and since then facing issues . in the previous month i gave it to maple dti at santacruz mumbai three times, for a week and above, and got back my handset with same issues . a brand new phone with less than 6 months o[censored]sage being sent and returned back with no action or software job done and facing same issues of rebooting and various display colours . phone been taken away for a week with no spare phone given even when asked for .

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have purchased iphone 7plus on date 20/10/2016 from i city apple reseller from belgaum district state karnataka on date 21/10/2016 my iphone camera was not working so visited to reseller point, for that he suggested me to visit service center for software updatation.due to my busy schedule and sunday in between i visted on mon 24th of oct 16 at 11am to service center engineer inspected the set and asked me to deposit the set it will take 6 hours to update phone, i requested him to update my phone soon and if possible return me within 2 hours but he denied to do so, no option left to me so agreed to deposit the set and asked for jobsheet, engineer denied to provide jobsheet stating that as per apple guideline they dont provide jobsheet to customer for software updation.i was worried to deposit the set without acknowledgement but no option let to me i deposited the set, i contacted apple callcenter and complain about my concern they assured me they will take care not to worry nothing has been done no response, i visited at 6pm evening to collect the set but it was not yet ready so i waited for 30min more engineer returned set to me at 6:30pm.i was shocked when i received my iphone it was handled so ruff scrathes and marks found on the set.so i informed engineer but he denied and started misbehaving with me i came back next day my iphone was having multiple proplem in it, sound crackling, home button not working properly, it was hanging, etc so revisited to reseller point he clearly denied to help his word was we only take care of sales he is not concerned for any other problems, i requested him lot i told him sir it is only 1 week set and after service it is having multiple problem please help but he denied, so revisited to service center on 27th oct 2016.engineer inspected and found multiple problem in it he asked me to deposit the set it will take 15 days to repair.i have deposited set and contacted apple callcenter as expected same answer they will look into matter.in 1 week of purchase i have suffered lot and had bad experience from apple.after many calls to apple callcenter mails to concerns and visiting many times to reseller point.i have registered complain in consumer forum notice sent to concern people.one thing i realised apple company is no more concerned for valued customer very very rediculious service they providing for any details required contact me on given number,

                                    I have given my set for replace because in it some technical issue occur .I had submitted it to apple service centre to date[protected] and today is[protected] .Now they are saying it will take more time because of stock availability. my phone is uner warranty .please solve my problem as soon as possible .i am fed from apple service .

                                      I bought an iphone 6 for rs - 62000/ from uniworld cyber hub on 12th april 2015 which has been malfunctioning for quick discharge for last 6 weeks. I took it to the seller and he said it will need a spare battery costing me close to 6000/but they did not have. Now within 18 months of my buying a device at premium has become difficult to manage is a) expensive and b) stupid considering the apple noise which made me buy it. Prior to this my 30k-40k mobiles hae been working 3 years non stop without konking.
                                      Can something be done??

I was tried to call your TTK road Chennai, Apple service centre. Please get a call details between 11.15 AM to 12.40 pm on November 03, 2016 .
