Hi .. This is related to my iphone 5s which have battery draining issue, touch id issue and heating issue. Its heat like iron. It is under warranty as well.
I visited to authorised service center in pune that is unicorn service center. They have checked and submitted the mobile and later they were saying we cant resolve issue as this mobile have liquid inside. I asked its never fell on water so if water went inside by calling and sweating then people should not call by iphone.
Apple is fooling us and we should not call without headphone even care guys told me to use earphone.it is worthy to have 22000 bucks mobile and cant call?
Now i dont have any use and i have to through this to dustbin no option as apple care guys are cheating. I asked them to show and send me the proof but theh didnt send me the proof what was actual issue. They simpli asking money for replacment that too 2000₹ so by service they are bluffing and simli looting the people.its rediculous from apple.

    I submitted my iphone 5s to the icare centre in vasant kunj New Delhi on 17 oct 2016.It was in warranty period. I was informed by mail that my module replacement Ref no is G[protected], accordingly, module expected arrival date is[protected].On contacting the icare centre, I was told that they have no info about it and cant help me in any way. Today I recd a mail stating that expected date is[protected]. This way, date is being moved for no reason stated.

    Kindly note that I am a senior citizen and purchased this phone with a lot of difficulty, to remain connected with my children in my hour of needs.Also, this is my only mode of connecting to a doctor as i am a heart patient.For no fault of mine, I wil be forced to buy another new phone, as connectivity is v important for me.It is v unfair on the part of the company to harrass me like this.
    I request you to kindly speed up the replacement module, otherwise it shows the poor performace of the company

      I am very disappointed by the apple as I have purchased an iPhone 5s space grey 32gb which is under warranty from Pune. One day suddenly after putting back a call my phones display went from white to slightly red.
      I went to authorised apple service centre "Unicon infosolutions" Pune they have submitted my phone but keep prompting me that you phone has dents but I told them that my phone has never fallen down. It's been six days the concerned person called me and said that we are not able to make it you have to pay 20400 RS to take up the new phone.
      This is very ridiculous thing from apple I have never expected such a thing from such a big company.
      The service provider has rendered the images and now I have no idea what to do.

        Hi,

        I have bought an Apple Iphone 6 Plus at Pune India, one month back. It's still in Warranty period.

        I have handled the phone with extreme care; however, recently, I observed a bend in the phone body, which makes the screen/display pop out a little.

        I visited a nearby Service Center (Unicorn Aundh) and they refuse to even examine my set. Upright they concluded it is a physical damage caused by mishandling/misuse (which is obviously not the case, because I have never dropped the phone or mishandled it). They said they will replace the set and it will cost me 25000 INR.

        I am not sure what can be the cause of a physical damage which can make the phone bend, without breaking it (not even a scratch on the display). I also wonder why i should be charged for a replacement under warranty period.

        I even called the Customer Care Toll free no. They are not ready to listen to the problem or willing to provide any service for it.
        Hi I am facing the same problem with my iPhone 5s which is also under warranty.
        I too submitted my phone to Unicon aundh and they said same thing to me without examine.somehow they have taken the phone into consideration but after 4 days I got a call from apple care as well as unicon saying you need to pay 20500 rs to get a new phone.

        Kindly help me if you get any solution
        I m rashi bhagat i bought i phone 6 having a problem of low battery issue ...

          1. Macbook Air Sr.No. C02PR24XG940 was submitted to Maple Service centre at Khar west, Mumbai on 4th Oct’16 on the complaint that the device was performing very slow and power button was getting switched on only after long press. It was informed that it could be due to some software related issue and for that formatting would be required. I had taken the backup and therefore, submitted the mac at the service centre.
          2. I got shock of my life when it was communicated by the service centre that they have observed corrosion marks on the motherboard which implies that some liquid has got spilled on the device, and therefore, the replacement/ repair cannot be done under warranty.
          3. Very surprisingly and shockingly, the same Mac was submitted to the same service centre on 11th Jul’16 when the device was not powering on. It was informed that there was issue with the mother board which was replaced and the device was handed back to me on 18th Jul’16. I was asked to take the backup and resubmit the device as OS needed to be reinstalled. Therefore, after taking the backup, I resubmitted the device on 22nd Jul and got it back on 28th Jul’16. Incidentally, my one year warranty expired on 25th Jul’16.
          4. Taking into account point no.2 & 3, the service centre guy want to tell me that the liquid has entered the device and caused corrosion marks during the period of about two months ( 28th Jul to 30th Sep when the problem occurred). Indeed, very illogical and strange!!!
          5. The product is single handedly used by me for official purpose and I totally deny the remarks of service centre regarding any kind of liquid spillage on the device. It is absolutely impossible that any trace of liquid would have gone into your device, that too during this short period of two months.
          6. During the time of one year warranty of my mac getting over, I was constantly nagged by the service centre to get the extended warranty done. I feel I have been cheated by your service centre where they have replaced the motherboard with a defective motherboard, since the warranty was getting over and now it is trying to put the blame on the consumer.
          7. We, as consumer, never doubt or check any part replaced by your service centre, while taking back the delivery of the device after servicing. In this case too, without slightly doubting the integrity of service centre, I have assumed that corrective action has been taken. But, now with problem of motherboard repeated in a such a short period of 15 months for a global brand like Apple, I have all the reasons to doubt!!!
          8. Even in the delivery report of 18th Jul’16, I am noticing it is showing ‘No parts Replaced’ as well as no serial number has been mentioned for the replaced part, if any!!!

          I am not going to accept this blame put by the service centre and your intentions of avoiding to service the product under 90 days replacement warranty. The motherboard of my Mac was covered under 90 days replacement warranty on the date of submission i.e. 4th Oct’16 to the Apple service centre. I therefore, demand that My Mac is serviced and returned without further harassment to me.

            1 - Technical person at ASP Kanpur informed us that my original battery was not charging because apple is giving china made poor quality battery in Macbook Pro (Retina 13-inch) laptops.
            2 - They took more than 20 days to repair.
            3 - They did not informed us.
            4 - They refused to identify us even after giving proofs & they refused to hand over.
            5 - They refused to deliver it at our home address.

              One of the best smartphone provider which are the selling the costliest phones apple says that if your phone's color is vanishing even though you are using a protective cover over your phone we don't cover that we don't care if you have purchased it for 60k but we don't cover that it comes under cosmetic defects we don't cover that it is looking like a Chinese cheap phone and I have to use it

                Dear sir/madam
                Am using jio 4G sim card in my iPhone 6s Plus. I have a problem to make a voice call. My phone showing me the LTE network only but the other phones showing (voLTE). So I want to know why I can't receive voLTE in this phone.
                And one more problem in this phone, when I make call via whats app, imo, we chat, skype etc then this phone MIC can't work but for the normal call it's good. Pls give me the both complaints solution. tnx
                iOS 10 is a poor virsion. Camera hanging all time it's like am using a china home made cellular phone instead of apple iPhone 6s. It's a same on apple who making people stupid.. I'll never recommend to any one to buy apple iPhone it's just a trick to pick poket of customer...

                  I have buyed Iphone 5c last year and due some some technical fault after a year i submitted the phone to apple service centre, after 7 days of submission they called me today that they will be replacing it with new phone and asking for full price.
                  Also now the service centre is asking for 1600 extra to get the phone back as 1600 is there service charge .

                    My 3months old 12inch macbook got a hairline crack in internal display and there are no signs of any drop or anything. There is not even a single scratch on my macbook. This was a hairline crack and happened on it its own. Many people got this problems with macbook and got it replaced but here in bangalore, service centre refused to replace it. They asked to pay 50, 000 for screen
                    Why should customer pay if this isnt his fault?
                    People at apple service centre and ssles person said that they know that its not done by me but they cant help

                      I bought my above notebook in may'2016 when its price was rs 80900 from reliance digital santacruz mumbai as per the details below. really surprised to know apple has slashed the price of macbook air 13.3 inch mjve2hn/a 4 gb 128 gb due to design defect and it was withdrawn from the market all of a sudden. today reliance digital put up a sale mentioning that price slashed by rs 28651 and the same piece available for rs 52249 (the sales tag of reliance enclosed). when inquired at the apple counter mr iizaz sales person in reliance, we were told that this particular model is withdrawn from the market due to technical issues like slow processor speed & a small ram which was rectified immediately in the next model to 8gb & 256 gb

                      I am given to understand that in some places the same piece is sold less than 40 k. wonder how a company like apple could do that? what would be the fate of people who bought the piece on apple brand quality?

                      In view of this, i really lost the confidence in apple mac, and hence request for the refund of money immediately.

                        Hi,
                        I had purchased IPhone 5S, It is still under warrenty. My phone has battery draining problem and phone gets heated up with/without usage. So, i had given for the service in the authorized apple service centre and initiated for replacement of Phone. After three days i recieved mail saying, There was a battery issue they have resolved it and there are multiple dents because of which sensor is impacted. So, phone is eligible for the replacement and for that amount needs to be paid 23, 800 rupees. Later i took back my phone saying i dont want to be replaced as they have resloved the battery problem. But, still the battery issue not resloved. I want to replace the phone. Please do needful

                        I had my iPad disabled . When I contacted Unicorn solutions pvt ltd, authorised dealer of apple, i was charged Rs1000 for just opening the iPad. Since the solution was very simple they could have just told us how to do it . My entire iPad was formatted. Please look into it

                            Apple an American multinational technology Company, has, for the past 72 days, been refusing to accept the evidence of an overheating iPhone that I had purchased and returned to the service center on the same day. Apple claims it does not have any instrument to measure the temperature of the iPhone on complaints regarding overheating. I had to take a thermometer to the Apple Service Center and in the presence of the Apple Service Center executive I had recorded a temperature of 108 deg F within minutes in a video recording, a temperature which makes it impossible for a person to place the iphone over the ear. Apple refuses to acknowledge this evidence. In addition, Apple support team over chat informed me that upon replacement of iPhone, they do not have the month/year of manufacture of the IMEI of the iPhone and also it does not come with a box in which product details are printed. I seem to have been given a refurbished phone without my knowledge. Any advice on it?

                            Apple says Apple Diagnostic Tests clear your iPhone as "Safe to Use" and in addition the temperature alert is not triggered? I wanted to know the cutoff temperature at which the Apple temperature alert is triggered. Apple says this information is Private and Confidential to Apple. Does this make sense? Is Apple really the world leaders of phones as they claim. What about a social/ moral responsibility that such companies have towards its customers?

                                I have bought iPhone 6s 2 months back. I was using airtel 4G sim and all was going fine. But 1 week back I used reliance jio sim and from then I able to use other sim as not able to get 2G or 3G network or able to call or receive any call. After inserting jio sim this problem has occurred that my phone is only using 4G network for internet and nothing else going on.
                                I have reset all thing but still this problem has not solved.
                                Request you to please solve it this problem immediately.

                                  Dear, i had been using i phone 6 since one year, i had ring problem, in this regard i had been to "park lane center" service center, it was surprised me the behaviour and treatment towards a customer and second one when i told about my rininging priblen, he has cheked and told the body has to be replaced as button problem and it will cost 20, 000, and when i have asked about i cloud back up, he has recklessly it is not hard ware problem, it is not his duty

                                  Lastly today when i have updated my software ringing was coming, i am still in shock, apple people will also recruited such non sense people,

                                  Please for god sake cross chek your brand image once

                                    I bought my phone 1 yr ago and now m facing some problems in that device, since last one month m regulerly going city's service center for resolving my prbolem ( 5 times in a month ) and they are not are not giving me satisfactory results or i can say they are doing nothing except giving me silly excucess.
                                    i have hanging problem, i have problem with speaker and also i have prolem of display black/blank issue.

                                    Regulerly i am facing this and now ur executives are ound some liquid issue and now they are asking for replacement amount. they are not resolving my problem at all.I am fed up with this.

                                      Faulty Battery
                                      The problem started ever since i started trying to download OSX El Captaino.
                                      Initially the battery started draining out very fast and then it started giving the warning of Service battery.
                                      Since I reside in a remote area i could not immediately contact a service centre and to my horror within a month my mac is giving the warning of Change battery now.
                                      Presently my mac is not charging at all! It has to be kept plugged in to use it which is horrendous. I have had laptops in the past which are still working fine without any battery replacements even after 8 years!
                                      And this Mac which is just 2 years 6 months old and showing a cycle count of 262 cycles out of 1000 is asking me to replace the battery!!
                                      Why did I spend such a huge amount on Mac in the first place? For quality!!
                                      But if this is what Apple India is offering, it is extremely disappointing and as a customer I feel cheated on having been sold an inferior quality product.
                                      The true test of a product and the company happens after the expiry of the warranty period. If your gadgets work fine for 08 years you achieve value for money, but here, the company seems to be using inferior parts to gain more profit as customer will have to frequent replace them!!
                                      I want my Mac fixed and it should deliver atleast 950 charge cycles if not a complete 1000 before I replace the battery.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I had been using iphone 6s rose gold from March and am very disappointed that the rose coating at the back is coming off and there has been few ugly scratches or spots owing to this which makes the phone look all the more miserable. I am very sorry to say that I had huge expectation from a brand like you and paid a hefty amount with a belief that this phone will never give me trouble. But sorry to say that it worn out in 4 month itself. At first there were few scratches but it all started increasing with time. Kindly take a note of my grievances and if possible replace the phone.
