I am Arjun from Karnal, Haryana, India.
I have an apple iPhone 6s 64gb which is under warrenty.
I have been trying to get help from your customer support continuously from 3 days but they are just not able to help me indeed harassed me, DISTURBED me Mentally and made me really depressed.
As i use Reliance Jio sim which supports VoLTE, i called apple care enquiring about it. Mr. Pulkit confirmed that apple supports VoLTE with Reliance Jio and gave me a false information that there is some issue with my Iphone update and i need to restore the phone.
I believing him, backedup my phone. As he could not stay on call for hours so i need to call again while restoring.
Then after backup which was taken successfully on 10 September 2016 at 12:35 pm i called apple again for restore process which was answerd by Mr. Vipul, i told him the case number and the whole thing again, he too guided me to restore without confirming the things and made me restore the phone.
I confirmed everythime regarding the data as i could not afford to loose the precious data on my phone.
They all assured me that I won't loose any data and tild me to proceed furthur, now after restore, i was unable to restore the backup to my phone i called again and no one could help me then my call was transferred to a senior executive Mr. Kousmay(I believe)
I told him the whole thing as well and he shared my screen as well and told me to perform steps with the red arrow thing he was using.
I told me to see that my data was backed up on 10th at 12:35 pm and he saw it as well and anyhow due to his negligence he made me delete that backup.
I yesterday after so much of depressioncalled apple to make complaint against these executives regarding misleading information and mental harassment that i am facing because of them which was answered by Mr. Sohail, the senior executive. He told me that he will hear all the call recordings and provide me with the solution by today 9:30 am to which he just called me today after hearing all those calls and just apologised and nothing else.

Sir, For all this mental torture, depression and harassment i had to face and which i am still facing, i request you to take a very serious action against these executives and make them COMPENSATE me for this FALSE, MISLEADING Information which lead to LOSS of all my personal data and information which lead me to a huge depression. Or unfortunately i will have to take some legal action against this matter as they sitting at APPLE cannot do this, cannot mislead customer to such extent that it leads to customers mental harassment. I have all the call conversations recordings with me.

I hope you won't disappoint me and do the needful.

Today i went to your apple service centre in india (punjab) (ludhiana) to get Iphone repaired and the workers working inside had stolen photos from my iPhone.as i came back and saw that photos were sent through airdrop from my iphone to another iPhone .
Hope so that strict action should be taken against them

    The screen of my iPhone 5S was damaged in an accident and I got it replaced from Below mentioned Apple Servie Centre

    I got the repairs done at Chandigarh on 27 Aug 16, since I was on a tour. I have now come to Indore and I find that the touch on screen is not responsive as before. There is a delay in response and one has to press the screen harder for the response.

    Although service centre has given my one year written warranty on display, but I can not go back to Chandigarh for the repair/rectification again.

    I have paid Rs 7, 450/- for the screen replacement but not satisfied with the repairs, I suspect that he has put some duplicate stuff on my phone.

    Please advise what should I do now to repair my phone/avail display warranty given by service centre.

    Hoping for an early response.

      I am struggling from more than one year with this iphone, from first week onwards i am facing manufacturing defects with this phone. i started facing regular issues from mid last year when it’s charging stopped working, i had to buy new cable for it but that also not worked that time. i visited stored and did some tweaks with it’s connector and worked for few days but again same problem.

      Story not ends here, during critical meetings when i used to mute the phone and try to unmute, it’s mute/unmute key not worked many times, i had to face lot of embarrassment in front of my business partners and leaders during conference calls.

      I had made lot of complaints to apple customer care and visited india stores many time but all time they did tweaks with phone and returned to me and problems always stands there as it is. below are few cases which i was able to recall, but there were uncounted visits to store which i did for this phone.

      I was in london earlier this month and this phone decided to give me full trouble again and stopped it’s charging intermediately again, i had to log complaint with apple and visited store as advised by apple customer care to get the handset replaced. but i got huge embarrassment there, i waited for more than 2 hours and when my turn came, handset was checked but they asked me to surrender for a week to get it replaced but that was not possible to surrender handset to get replacement

        I bought iphone 5s grey colour on 17th jan 2016. After using it about 6 months i found a whiteline on lefthand side corner diagonally towards center on its display screen. As apple service center was too far from my home and also i was not facing any difficulty at that time. But after using it one month i faced problem in its touch display. I shown it at apple authorized service center. After checking the phone physically and also opening the phone by unscrewing nuts they asked me to submit the phone at their center for two days. They told me that now there is no sign of physical damge but we will diagnose it and then only we will tell you whether it will be covered under warranty or not. Second day they informed me that some traces of water has been found in display so it will not be covered in warranty. I need to bear rs 19500 and they will exchange my phone. So i get returned back my phone and a service report.
        Right now i am using this phone but facing lot of difficulty in its touch. Sometimes it operates automatically and sometimes it is working good. But i am unsatisfied with apple service as i spent rs 25000 and not getting it worth.

          Hi,
          Kindly help me with the replacement of this iPhone 6-IMEI-[protected].
          It's screen is not properly fixed as the phone has bended. I never kept phone in jeans or pant pockets which can lead to bending. I'm seriously facing issues which are not being solved.

            I have submitted my iphone to Apple service center second time in six months they have replaced my iphone with a refurbished phone 2 months back and now i have lot of problems with my iphone and getting lot of issues now they are not repairing my iphone also Apple claims they are providing a premium customer service to their customer i just want to let them they are providing worst service then micromax they at selling a cheaper you guys are just fooling indian customer by selling them refurbished phone.

              I purchased iphone 6s 64gb at croma retailer, bangalore dated 24 august 2016.
              I recieved a defective product, due to my personal outing i approached apple telephonic support (Case[protected] and
              Was redirected to imagine store (Job id : igm1035051) gopalan mall, bangalore.
              Ponam (Telephonic support) assured for a handset replacement for my issue. Nevertheless i was offered the product from imagine store which seemed old. Questioning the same i had a worst experience in my life and was offended to the core. To elaborate on this situation apple’s associates at imagine was rude and reluctant towards my situation.
              Kindly take this a high priority request and resolve my concern.

                Your Mobile is a very important companion. But I would advise not to buy an iphone bacause of my recent experience with Apple.
                It had been only 4 months I was using iphone and one day I saw some strip lines on my device screen and I was not able to see who is calling me etc..
                I went to Apple authorised service center and I told them about this but when I asked them to get it repaired, they
                told me that they cannot take the device as it has heavy dents and they did not do the initial diagnosis either. But when I insisted and told them
                that it might be due to the tampered glass they took it later on.
                I had doubts in my mind so I called Apple care and told them about this incident and they opened a case to track this and assigned a resource
                to this case. You wont believe that I waited for two weeks to hear back from Apple Care. Initially they told me that I do not need to worry and
                they will try to get the device either repaired or replaced.
                After one week when I did not get any call from Apple, I tried to call the person that was assigned to my case.
                I tried to call her so many times and she did not pick my call. I left many voice messages for her and she did not respont to them even.
                Then the next day I called apple care again and told them about this incident. They said that you will be getting a call from the executive
                with in one hour but I was very disappointed as I didnot get any call.
                I again called her the next day and also dropped so many voice messages but I did not received any call and they I tried apple care again
                they assigned the case to another executive and the very next day she said Apple can not do anything for your device and you have to
                go to the service center and their decision will be final. I went to the service center and they told me that I can only get the device exchanged.
                When I asked about this they said you can get it exchanged in 21000 only which I did not understand as I had bought iphone in 19500 only and they were asking
                me to pay a higher price and why would I spend this amount again on Apple after facing a great disappointment from them and why should I not purchase a
                phone from other manufacturer then.
                I was really amazed as I bought the iphone 5s in 19500 and they were asking me for an amount higher than that. I replied to them, are you gone mad.
                Later on when I realized Apple is just wasting my time and they will just streach the case with no output and uncertainity
                I took the device back from the service center and get it repaired from a local unautorized center .
                You wont believe as it took only 15 minutes to get it repaired and there was only a screen replacement in 2200 only.
                I did not understand why din't apple do this as I was willing to pay upto 10000 for it and I had conveyed this to Apple care and the service center as well
                I think Apple needs to learn a lot from a local 3rd grade unauthgorized service center.
                Why do Apple authorized service center stand there if they are not willing to do a repair that takes only 15 minutes and they ask us to just throw an
                under warranty device .It is very disappointing.

                  Hi,

                  I would like to raise my concern with the board and senior management of apple about the problem or bug which i am facing with my iphone 4s. I have visited the service center in bangalore, india. It has been more than 3 months that no one from apple is in position to provide my assistance in getting my iphone fixed. I think every one are just robot and speak only one line and have no respect what a customer is claiming about. This has not only created a negative mindset about apple but with the company which is just boosting and has no value or ethics.

                  I have raised the case[protected] on 11th august'16 and till then i am chasing like hell and spoke to around 10-12 executive giving me assurance for the resolution but people are just ignoring my complain or neither your service center has skilled people to identify my reported problem.

                  Can i have any one sensible person in apple who can help me in addressing my problem and give me resolution as i am highly frustrated now.

                  I am attaching the repair form which clearly says note: during observation found that if network fluctuate network is dropping which depends the service coverage of the service provider. This clearly showed the problem but it was ignored at the service end.

                    I bought two 5s phone from croma indraprastha equinox Bengaluru vide invoice SLFO2A[protected] AND SLFO2A[protected]. I wanted white colour. The apple representative at the store informed me that this colour is out of production and discontinued. Being an apple representative in Apple uniform I believed him and bought the phones. Next day I walked into apple store and found the colour available. I felt cheated by representative at croma for falsifying information just to meet his sale target. In any case I would have bought the phones. But I wanted the model in white. I feel cheated and hurt by falsifying information. Please take appropriate action who indulge in misquoting apple.

                      A very Good afternoon to you all. Im Uday Kinagi from Mumbai, writing to you you officers in a great believe that i can get proper help and support from your side.
                      I purchased iPhone 6 on 21/11/2014 & it was just working fine until 22nd Aug 2016.

                      In morning 10;00am sudden my phones network has gone and it is only on searching mode and my phone has not able to receive network, Then I took it to the Apple service Store Aptronix Service centre in Borivali(W), Mumbai where they asked me to format and restore the phone software.( Till before it was working in good condition but unable to receive phone signal/network). I agreed and submitted the phone. After Few time they have concluded that the phone have some hardware issue and you need to replace your phone by paying 24700/-. which is not offend able to me pay that amount and purchase new phone.
                      Before going to service centre it was working fine and after inspection my phone is dead and even not able to switch on the phone.it is completely not working And my phone is as good as Dead.

                      I request you to please take action against Company and their team, for making the working phone in non working phone and asking the people to replacing the phone with paid service i.e. paying more than 24000/-. Shorty making the people fool and mentally, economically harassment.

                      I request you if i get some compensation from Apple for damaging my phone.as its age is not even more than 22 months. i purchased phone for Rs. 53, 500/- and now the value of phone is simply Zero Rs.

                      I am only writing this email to you as I dont believe in escalation unless required. Request quick action & response at this stage.

                      PATHETIC STORE EXPERIENCE AT APEX GROWELS

                      Had been to apex store today.
                      We wanted to purchase 3 MacBook Air and were enquiring about the offers.

                      There we met FAROK SHAIKH and he was pathetically arrogant and he was using abusive language. He claimed to be a Store manager, however APPTRONIX SHOULD UPGARDE THE STANDARD OF PEOPLE YOULL HIRE.

                      He was using abuses and was ARROGANT AND RUDE, he also mentioned that TUMHARI AUKAAT NAHI HAI APPLE LENEKI,

                      It is really sad that I am writing this review from my iPhone 😀.

                      Super cheap behaviour and hoping to escalate this to the highest authority in Apple,
                      This is not at all expected from Apple.😞

                      He also said that he reported to Mr.Milton.

                      It is really sad and not at all acceptable behaviour.

                      I think you’ll should also check the CCTV recordings and investigate this persons behaviour. It seems he would be having a habit of fighting with customers.

                      He seemed to be lacking sales skills and Manners.

                      Aptronix seems to have detoriariated the quality of staff.

                      If this behaviour continues then soon we would find Apple products being sold at Hawkers.

                      Absolutely not acceptable behaviour.

                      Please look into the matter.

                        Sir,

                        I have apple iphone 4s 8gb
                        i bought it in jun 2014

                        on 18th aug 2016 all was fine i went home and phone was in my flat in pune
                        and when i came back on 21st i saw The case is separating along one side about 3mm so far,
                        then i think to contact with the i phone care
                        but by the very next day the back case completely broken and battery was looks like blast.

                        even i didnt charge the phone from 18th then it happen.

                        this may cause to my health if the phone was in my hand
                        the apple site shows it is out of warranty so we cant help you but it may cause to my health.
                        kindly provide me appropriate solution regarding the same

                            Hi,

                            I bought i phone 6s 64gb 4 months back its display stopped working. No help from apple care neither from service centre. I deposited my handset thrice even today it is with service centre only no one is der to help me out with the solution. They changed the display 2nd tym as per their statement but i dun know how can it possible to send and receive iphone in just one day that too from mumbai to bangalore.
                            I am an apple customer since 8 years now being an hr in one of the big 4's we recommend apple products to our employees also even then apple is least bothered about the loyal customers.

                              I m continuously facing the problems of hanging and self operating in my iphone 6 which i bought on 28/3/2016. On dated 19/8/2016 i went to service centre name unicorn infosolution pvt ltd located kotia nirman new link roadin andheri (W), but i didnt get proper response. He told me hanging issue is due to data crush and he format my phone. He didnt have a answer for unexpected touch. That not the service which i was expected with the brand like apple. According to me its a big issue. I m not iphone friendly but for the first time i went with it because of its superb features and i was not expecting the problems like that. I can simply say that i am unsatisfied with the iphone and their service.

                                  I had bought an Apple Mac Pro in a computer shop and he gave me a bill also which is a genuine one but now Apple is telling that the warranty is expired and haven't updated and my lcd has a problem . While reaching Apple customer care no one responds clearly and resolve my issue . I have recorded all the conversations and I will wait for this month and if it doesn't get resolved I will be posting it on all the social media portals.

My phone wifi is not working, but your service representative without inform me restore my i-4s two times and my i phone id is blocked, its not our mistake, its verry verry bad worst service, they give one service report : job no:bza[protected] and estimated date 13/aug/2016 but still my phone is not working, i will attach my service report check.                                       My mac pro 15 inch has auto restart problem when it launches, to apple authorized service center aptronix at jublihills in hyderabad,.
                                      They took 8 days to resolve the issue, i called daily for status then they replied different answers daily. Finally they did diagnose the mac and al reportsl are passed as they mentioned. They formatted mac and installed new os.
                                      I have just used 3 hours then again got same issue auto restart.

                                      Again went back to service center next day, after two day they told it is issue with hard ware as per diagnose report. This is how the service team doing trouble shooting while repair mac. I didn't fine a mac technician that he as much knowledge, even they don't know the booting issues as we know.

                                      Whenever we visit the service center, if we ask about the state they tell technician not available, (Went somewhere, has exams, on leave, blah. Bla..)

                                      Why apple approves the service centers without availability of mac technicians.
                                      It could be negative feed back for the apple and customers won't satisfy, some times it could be loss for apple inc, due to poor service.

                                      Finally i can say they are not doing service well, coz mac technicians knows nothing.

                                      I request the authority people to take a look into this and make service better way.

                                        I have given a mac pro which has warranty at aptronix, jublihills, in hyderaba. Its very bad and poor experience with the service team. Even the service team don't know how to do trouble shoot. They were not able to identify the issue even in a week. This is how india apple service team is working. They give wrong communication to customers that some issue with mac etc.. Won't tell issues daily informing differerent issue on daily without check properly.

                                        I really got irritated with the service team. Whey apple gives service approval for poor teams when no technicians are not available.
