I bought two 5s phone from croma indraprastha equinox Bengaluru vide invoice SLFO2A[protected] AND SLFO2A[protected]. I wanted white colour. The apple representative at the store informed me that this colour is out of production and discontinued. Being an apple representative in Apple uniform I believed him and bought the phones. Next day I walked into apple store and found the colour available. I felt cheated by representative at croma for falsifying information just to meet his sale target. In any case I would have bought the phones. But I wanted the model in white. I feel cheated and hurt by falsifying information. Please take appropriate action who indulge in misquoting apple.

    A very Good afternoon to you all. Im Uday Kinagi from Mumbai, writing to you you officers in a great believe that i can get proper help and support from your side.
    I purchased iPhone 6 on 21/11/2014 & it was just working fine until 22nd Aug 2016.

    In morning 10;00am sudden my phones network has gone and it is only on searching mode and my phone has not able to receive network, Then I took it to the Apple service Store Aptronix Service centre in Borivali(W), Mumbai where they asked me to format and restore the phone software.( Till before it was working in good condition but unable to receive phone signal/network). I agreed and submitted the phone. After Few time they have concluded that the phone have some hardware issue and you need to replace your phone by paying 24700/-. which is not offend able to me pay that amount and purchase new phone.
    Before going to service centre it was working fine and after inspection my phone is dead and even not able to switch on the phone.it is completely not working And my phone is as good as Dead.

    I request you to please take action against Company and their team, for making the working phone in non working phone and asking the people to replacing the phone with paid service i.e. paying more than 24000/-. Shorty making the people fool and mentally, economically harassment.

    I request you if i get some compensation from Apple for damaging my phone.as its age is not even more than 22 months. i purchased phone for Rs. 53, 500/- and now the value of phone is simply Zero Rs.

    I am only writing this email to you as I dont believe in escalation unless required. Request quick action & response at this stage.

    PATHETIC STORE EXPERIENCE AT APEX GROWELS

    Hi,

    Had been to apex store today.
    We wanted to purchase 3 MacBook Air and were enquiring about the offers.

    There we met FAROK SHAIKH and he was pathetically arrogant and he was using abusive language. He claimed to be a Store manager, however APPTRONIX SHOULD UPGARDE THE STANDARD OF PEOPLE YOULL HIRE.

    He was using abuses and was ARROGANT AND RUDE, he also mentioned that TUMHARI AUKAAT NAHI HAI APPLE LENEKI,

    It is really sad that I am writing this review from my iPhone 😀.

    Super cheap behaviour and hoping to escalate this to the highest authority in Apple,
    This is not at all expected from Apple.😞

    He also said that he reported to Mr.Milton.

    It is really sad and not at all acceptable behaviour.

    I think you’ll should also check the CCTV recordings and investigate this persons behaviour. It seems he would be having a habit of fighting with customers.

    He seemed to be lacking sales skills and Manners.

    Aptronix seems to have detoriariated the quality of staff.

    If this behaviour continues then soon we would find Apple products being sold at Hawkers.

    Absolutely not acceptable behaviour.

    Please look into the matter.

    Awaiting your investigation and revert at the earliest.

      Sir,

      I have apple iphone 4s 8gb
      i bought it in jun 2014

      on 18th aug 2016 all was fine i went home and phone was in my flat in pune
      and when i came back on 21st i saw The case is separating along one side about 3mm so far,
      then i think to contact with the i phone care
      but by the very next day the back case completely broken and battery was looks like blast.

      even i didnt charge the phone from 18th then it happen.

      this may cause to my health if the phone was in my hand
      the apple site shows it is out of warranty so we cant help you but it may cause to my health.
      kindly provide me appropriate solution regarding the same

          Hi,

          I bought i phone 6s 64gb 4 months back its display stopped working. No help from apple care neither from service centre. I deposited my handset thrice even today it is with service centre only no one is der to help me out with the solution. They changed the display 2nd tym as per their statement but i dun know how can it possible to send and receive iphone in just one day that too from mumbai to bangalore.
          I am an apple customer since 8 years now being an hr in one of the big 4's we recommend apple products to our employees also even then apple is least bothered about the loyal customers.

            I m continuously facing the problems of hanging and self operating in my iphone 6 which i bought on 28/3/2016. On dated 19/8/2016 i went to service centre name unicorn infosolution pvt ltd located kotia nirman new link roadin andheri (W), but i didnt get proper response. He told me hanging issue is due to data crush and he format my phone. He didnt have a answer for unexpected touch. That not the service which i was expected with the brand like apple. According to me its a big issue. I m not iphone friendly but for the first time i went with it because of its superb features and i was not expecting the problems like that. I can simply say that i am unsatisfied with the iphone and their service.

                I had bought an Apple Mac Pro in a computer shop and he gave me a bill also which is a genuine one but now Apple is telling that the warranty is expired and haven't updated and my lcd has a problem . While reaching Apple customer care no one responds clearly and resolve my issue . I have recorded all the conversations and I will wait for this month and if it doesn't get resolved I will be posting it on all the social media portals.
                When ever I call up Apple care either their systems will be down and they don't have any answer and they tell will call back and no calls comes in. Case I'd with Apple :[protected]

My phone wifi is not working, but your service representative without inform me restore my i-4s two times and my i phone id is blocked, its not our mistake, its verry verry bad worst service, they give one service report : job no:bza[protected] and estimated date 13/aug/2016 but still my phone is not working, i will attach my service report check. I[censored] not resolve my concern i will approach legally.

                    My mac pro 15 inch has auto restart problem when it launches, to apple authorized service center aptronix at jublihills in hyderabad,.
                    They took 8 days to resolve the issue, i called daily for status then they replied different answers daily. Finally they did diagnose the mac and al reportsl are passed as they mentioned. They formatted mac and installed new os.
                    I have just used 3 hours then again got same issue auto restart.

                    Again went back to service center next day, after two day they told it is issue with hard ware as per diagnose report. This is how the service team doing trouble shooting while repair mac. I didn't fine a mac technician that he as much knowledge, even they don't know the booting issues as we know.

                    Whenever we visit the service center, if we ask about the state they tell technician not available, (Went somewhere, has exams, on leave, blah. Bla..)

                    Why apple approves the service centers without availability of mac technicians.
                    It could be negative feed back for the apple and customers won't satisfy, some times it could be loss for apple inc, due to poor service.

                    Finally i can say they are not doing service well, coz mac technicians knows nothing.

                    I request the authority people to take a look into this and make service better way.

                      I have given a mac pro which has warranty at aptronix, jublihills, in hyderaba. Its very bad and poor experience with the service team. Even the service team don't know how to do trouble shoot. They were not able to identify the issue even in a week. This is how india apple service team is working. They give wrong communication to customers that some issue with mac etc.. Won't tell issues daily informing differerent issue on daily without check properly.

                      I really got irritated with the service team. Whey apple gives service approval for poor teams when no technicians are not available.

When they call to me then i am unable to find him/her contact number because of his other numbers.                             It is very ridiculous for a company like apple to give this kind of support.
                            I have purchased my apple iphone 6s on march 5th 2016 for around rs 50k.
                            It is not charging.
                            I took it to maple, vashi service center.
                            They were not ready to even diagnose it and were insisting on a replacement and asking me to pay 25k!
                            After me insisting they said they would keep it for check.
                            Also, it was found tat my usb lightening cable isn't working also.

                            Which means the cause is because of the cable.

                            I speak to apple, they say the service center's decision is final!
                            And have ask me to request the manager for the repair or replacement without cost.
                            Am i supposed to plead someone after buying a product of worth 50k?

                            The next solution provided was to try in other service center.
                            Why do you have such service centers at the first place?

                            I also own two macbooks which i think i did a mistake buying after seeing this kind of support.

                            Very unhappy and frustrated!

                              2. the issue is it has stopped charging.
                              3. while i took to authorized apple service provider in noida, m/s zenica life style pvt ltd, they have refused to repair it.
                              4. rather apple service provider is forcing to replace it with new same phone with a full payment as of new product.
                              5. it is very strange & a huge harassment by company like apple that they don't repair phone rather force customers to buy new phone with full payment.

                                To Apple customer service centre I bought mobile in March of this year from starting to till now I'm facing app crashing issue from last 2 months I went 5 times to service centres when I went to service centres they reboot my device and they installed software and give to me back and 2 times I submitted my device in 3 days at service point after 3 days they observed my device n give it to me back then also I'm facing this same issue at finally again on this month 11 I submitted my device in service point they replaced my device n gave me a new device on this month 23 but main problem is the new device also same app crash issue n the device was automatically turned off Apple selling worst n outdated mobiles to customers I'm not satisfied with Apple iPhone I won't support anyone to buy apple products...

                                  I bought an iphone 5s 16gb on 4th of March 2016. on 11th june 2016 the display pannel started featuring a white line passing diagonally from one end to other. i immediately took the phone to an apple authorised service centre. they kept the handset for about an week & then informed me that it is some kind of pressure damage which warranty doesnt covers. the only option they gave me is, I have to pay 19900 & then they will give an exact same handset.
                                  now the physical condition of the handset is as good as new & neither it has ever fallen from my hand nor it has been mishandled. how does it automatically get pressure damage? it is a mfg dispute which they are not accepting. i bought this handset for Rs. 25000 & within 3 months they are again asking me to pay 20000 to get it replaced.

                                  i want free replacement of my handset.

                                    I had purchased my apple iphone 6s on 22 dec 2015 and i've had a very poor experience with the device as well as the customer service support at apple. my imei no is [protected] and my apple care case number is [protected]
                                    I’ve had persistent issues of my phone camera intermittently freezing – wherein the camera goes unresponsive for approximately 10 seconds before it can get into the click mode and by that time the moment is lost. very disappointing!
                                    I had visited the apple service centres in bandra/khar, mumbai multiple times in feb-march and they asked me to reset and restore my phone, which i did thrice, but the problem continued. thereafter i was asked to hand over the phone for a hardware check, and after a week i was told that the hardware had no issue, but the camera issue still continues.
                                    I called up the customer support, wherein i was asked to send in a video of the camera freezing and also a crash log - i did this on 22 june, but got no revert. thereafter i have called apple customer care at least 10 times in the last one month and have spoken to 5-6 different senior customer care members, each one committing to call me back in 2-3 working days, but i never hear back. absolutely pathetic service and i don’t understand the internal processes apple follows – it's shameful!

                                        My iphone 6 had stopped charging on 30th june, 2016. I visited the pcss authorized service provider and reseller located at 2nd fl, raut industrial estate, mogul lane, mahim, mumbai - 400016 on 1st july, 2016. The manager incharge there is mr. Mayank. I was informed that apple service centre is closed over weekend, and that they shall inform me about the phone by 4th july, 2016, monday. Monday passed by, they did not give me any call to inform about the status of the phone. When i called up on 5th july, was informed that they have kept my phone for testing and that they will let me know the issue by 6th july. Again i did not receive any call from them. When i checked with them, on 6th july, they told me that there is water damage and i will get a paid replacement for rs 24, 500/-.In this entire process, they also lost my sim card which was inside the phone. They kept my cell with them from 1st to 6th july without themselves updating me on the phone status. Technically, any apple authorized service center is supposed to report the issue to the customer in 48 hours and max 72 hours depending on the issue, but they were extremely unprofessional in their approach. Being sure on my side that it could not have been a water damage, i escalated the issue to apple support india. When i informed them about the pcss service center, they looked into the matter and spoke to the service center and checked about the false and misleading report. When spoken to their senior adviser devada bhupeshnath from apple support, i was informed that it was not water damage but charging port issue. I told them them that i have received two contradictory reports - one says water damage and the other says charging port issue. Mr. Devada told me that there was a miscommunication from pcss service center and an action will be taken against them. He also mentioned that if i ask you to go and show some other service center your phone, you will not believe them too. As a result of all this they have refused to replace my phone which happens to be in warranty till 29th november, 2016 - reason being there is physical damage inside the charging port. My phone does not even have a minor scratch nor a dent. And how could i have caused any sort of physical damage inside the charging port? Iphone is an expensive phone and it is the responsibility of the company to provide right customer service and experience to their customers since they pay such a heavy price for their product. Despite of having warranty, we expect some support from them. As a matter of concern and third opinion, i checked my phone with the maple service center and was informed that they will only replace my phone if there is no water found inside the phone and secondly no duplicate parts have been found inside the phone. My phone met both the criteria but now they are telling me that there is physical damage inside the charging port. I have already escalated the issue with apple but i am not at all convinced with their justification of physical damage inside the charging port. Of what use is the extended warranty of such an expensive iphone? Apple support should take this case seriously and provide me with a replacement since i am in warranty and my i have enough proof to justify my claim.
