My mac pro 15 inch has auto restart problem when it launches, to apple authorized service center aptronix at jublihills in hyderabad,.
They took 8 days to resolve the issue, i called daily for status then they replied different answers daily. Finally they did diagnose the mac and al reportsl are passed as they mentioned. They formatted mac and installed new os.
I have just used 3 hours then again got same issue auto restart....

I have given a mac pro which has warranty at aptronix, jublihills, in hyderaba. Its very bad and poor experience with the service team. Even the service team don't know how to do trouble shoot. They were not able to identify the issue even in a week. This is how india apple service team is working. They give wrong communication to customers that some issue with mac etc.. I had purchased this phone from a authorised seller on 11 th july 2016 within 10 days i had a issue with my battery my battery was draining in 1 hour so i went to ample technologies rt nagar service report they accepted my phone nd took my complaint then i left service centre after 10 mins i get a mail saying that my phone ready for deliver saying unauthorized modification on screen apple display is not genuine so my phone will not be replaced...

It is very ridiculous for a company like apple to give this kind of support.
I have purchased my apple iphone 6s on march 5th 2016 for around rs 50k.

This comes to you from an unfortunate customer who happened to purchase an apple 5c mobile on 20th august 2015, vied invoice number b-21502 of alif communication, shanmugam road, ernakulam.

For the last 2 months the handset used hang frequently and i considered it as a common problem. but on 10th july, the set became dead, all on a sudden.
