My iphone 6 had stopped charging on 30th june, 2016. I visited the pcss authorized service provider and reseller located at 2nd fl, raut industrial estate, mogul lane, mahim, mumbai - 400016 on 1st july, 2016. The manager incharge there is mr. Mayank. I was informed that apple service centre is closed over weekend, and that they shall inform me about the phone by 4th july, 2016, monday. Monday passed by, they did not give me any call to inform about the status of the phone. When i called up on 5th july, was informed that they have kept my phone for testing and that they will let me know the issue by 6th july. Again i did not receive any call from them. When i checked with them, on 6th july, they told me that there is water damage and i will get a paid replacement for rs 24, 500/-.In this entire process, they also lost my sim card which was inside the phone. They kept my cell with them from 1st to 6th july without themselves updating me on the phone status. Technically, any apple authorized service center is supposed to report the issue to the customer in 48 hours and max 72 hours depending on the issue, but they were extremely unprofessional in their approach. Being sure on my side that it could not have been a water damage, i escalated the issue to apple support india. When i informed them about the pcss service center, they looked into the matter and spoke to the service center and checked about the false and misleading report. When spoken to their senior adviser devada bhupeshnath from apple support, i was informed that it was not water damage but charging port issue. I told them them that i have received two contradictory reports - one says water damage and the other says charging port issue. Mr. Devada told me that there was a miscommunication from pcss service center and an action will be taken against them. He also mentioned that if i ask you to go and show some other service center your phone, you will not believe them too. As a result of all this they have refused to replace my phone which happens to be in warranty till 29th november, 2016 - reason being there is physical damage inside the charging port. My phone does not even have a minor scratch nor a dent. And how could i have caused any sort of physical damage inside the charging port? Iphone is an expensive phone and it is the responsibility of the company to provide right customer service and experience to their customers since they pay such a heavy price for their product. Despite of having warranty, we expect some support from them. As a matter of concern and third opinion, i checked my phone with the maple service center and was informed that they will only replace my phone if there is no water found inside the phone and secondly no duplicate parts have been found inside the phone. My phone met both the criteria but now they are telling me that there is physical damage inside the charging port. I have already escalated the issue with apple but i am not at all convinced with their justification of physical damage inside the charging port. Of what use is the extended warranty of such an expensive iphone? Apple support should take this case seriously and provide me with a replacement since i am in warranty and my i have enough proof to justify my claim.     Apple was going to give me a replacement of my already replaced phone for which i had paid rs 14, 500. They kept fooling every 2-3 days that they had ordered for a replacement and i was not given a spare phone also meanwhile or any other model. I want my refund and a new phone back. They did not even gave the same excuse when i told them that i would file a complaint against them.
    It has been more than 10 days without a phone and they are still keeping me waitng.Really bad service from so called worlds largest brand

      I have purchased iphone 5s on 7 march 2016. Its toal wadte if money as its not working in just 3.5 motnhs. Serial no... Dx3r5v8mfrc4. Imei [protected]. I have visited f1 info solutions [protected]. They told that may be your phone screen is damaged and it will not cover in the warranty. I have asked that why it will not covered under warranty as there is no physical damage? He said a black spot on screen proves physical damage. I have explained the incident that after 3 months a green light in the left corner of phone and i ignored it with the thought that its just glass reflection. But when i was charging my phone i have seen so e horizontal lines on screen. I have removed the charger now it was ok. On the very next day half screen blank. Sometime it was working properly. I have continued to use after some time lines then blank screen then screen wuth spot i have visted service centre they suggested that it will be chargeable repair. Worst experience never suggest any iphone to my relatives and friends.

Here people suffer to travel so long to go to service center and i was requesting them to provide me contact number to whom can i talk to open authorized service center but apple has not responded to me.           I purchased the device in first week of may... Due that device was already having some faults though even i never complained to any of the service centr but finally the device screen gone all black an when i visited the service center they did not attended me well (F1 solutions, ludhiana, kocher market) they are saying that the device is presurely damaged n in due of my notice i have not harmed the device in any case the camera issue was there, the hardware was not prforming well, network issues were there with the device, then auto shut down problem was their an finally the screen liquid automatically started flowing down n that all was happening itself my office mates have even notoiced it... Now i simply requested to the service center to replace my device and to refund my money n they are charging me 12000... From where should i get the money???... Should i attent any crime or what???... I requested them many a time even the apple complaint call center people didn't helped me at all... I had a word with ms. Mayuri n my set is with the service center n they even not taking any initiative to give meww a feedback or to track me... Please help me i cant bear a loss as i have not done anything... I have already spent 28000 two months back i dont have mony... N now after feeling all this harassment i only want a replacement not any repair or something better they refund my money... Please help me

            I bought iphone in may 2015 from amazon (i have original invoice). it worked fine for 1 year 2 months. for last 2 weeks, i am not able to make/receive call. sim gets detected intermittently. even if it gets detected, i am not able to make/receive call.

            I took it to apple service center. they tried to reset network settings and also restored ios in my phone. but still after this, phone is not detecting sim.

            Now apple india is not ready to repair this phone and asking for rs. 24400 for replacing this phone.

            Please note there is no liquid or nay kind of damage. (same is confirmed by apple service center).

            I understand that phone is out of warranty, but as consumers, do we expect this kind of quality from apple? even chinese phone works for this long. what are we paying a premium price for if apple will have such hardware manufacturing issues? why a customer should be penalised for apple's mistake?

            Putting this complaint here with the expectation of getting some resolution from apple end

                This comes to you from an unfortunate customer who happened to purchase an apple 5c mobile on 20th august 2015, vied invoice number b-21502 of alif communication, shanmugam road, ernakulam.

                For the last 2 months the handset used hang frequently and i considered it as a common problem. but on 10th july, the set became dead, all on a sudden.

                Today on 13th leaving my busy schedule, i called on your authorized service center, f1 info solutions & services pvt ltd, muttathil lane, kadavathara, cochin for a service of the handset.

                Though the handset was in power off condition, they could not do anything due to "find my iphone was active condition".

                I rang up your customer support team at 12.28 pm and requested assistance to sort out the issue, so that the service center people may rectify the issue. the customer service executive asked a lot of questions and forwarded a link to my current e mail id for uploading the copy of the purchase invoice. i informed him that i am waiting in the service point and he assured to take immediate step at once he receive the invoice copy.

                Nothing happened till 1.09 pm, and again i contacted the cell for getting the offered service, i. e, "finding my iphone off". this time a most respectable madam picked up the call and again repeated the same question and put me on hold for about 10 minutes. after she informed me that a long procedure has to be taken care of to put it off, which will be take at least 5 business days.

                Now i have the following questions to you.

                1. was the first cc executive bluffing me by assuring to take immediate action?

                2. or the 2nd cc executive bluffing me as my warranty period will be over by 19th august 2016.

                3. do you have such a long procedure to change a mode and save the valuable time of a customer, who trusted your brand and spent rs.22, 000/- for a serious purpose?

                My phone is dead during the said period and i can't receive any calls or call anyone using the device.

                I have left the phone at the service center as it is of no use for me now..

                I would like to hear your version on my grievance.

                  I have bought a new apple Macbook Pro on 30th May 2016. Today its not turning on at service centers executive is saying u need to submit the same as we need to order a part for replacement.
                  What is the quality that apple is peoviding that needs replacement within one month. Also the way service center people behave is rediculous.not accepatable from Apple as a brand.

                    I anmol ghera gone to ur service centre at delhi subash nagar pacific mall.
                    They have diagnosed my phone charger and submit my charger.
                    And when i told him why r u submitting my charger they said we have to diagnose your phone. But i said uh have already done as my charger is having problem. But they said no sir we want 2-5 days for only diagnose ur charger.
                    And when i told him where it is written in apple rules. He said there are no rules. And he talk to me very rudely. If you recruit these type of people then you apple name will be in mud > and in piece of crap.
                    He is the manager there. When manager said there r no rules. This is very shame for apple firm.
                    I will also give this copy of complaint to higher officials of apple firm.
                    This is the matter of charger nd apple firm is famous for its gud will that i[censored]h have any problem u will be given new product, .
                    And that official is saying our firm has no rules.MY mob -[protected]

                        Complain about macbook

                        I purchased a mac book air in nov 2014 and since then there is a problem in it.
                        It gets shut down on its own any time and do not get start.
                        After trying for a day or two suddenly it starts up. i have contacted the customer care and store many many times.
                        What to do. service center ppl also dont no - they have replaced the battery, motherboard screen twice.
                        Its still in warranty.

                        Please help....

                        I have been experiencing problems with iphone 6s 64 gb battery drain since a very long time. I have been to their customer service centre which is almost 12 kms away from my home. I had last submitted the phone at uniworld apple service centre crown interiorz mall faridabad. I went their on 25th june. They told me that it may be a system problem and they will restore the system and then i have to monitor the system for about 2 days. This was the second time they told me this was the problem in 2 weeks. Now when they gave me the phone back after restoring the system, in front of a customer service executive the battery level fell from 10% to 5% within a minute which was confirmed by them over the phone to a senior advisor over phone at apple care. They again submitted my handset and told me that the issue would be resolved in 3-4 days. Then on thursday I receive a call that my handset will be replaced and I can collect it by tuesday next week. I try calling them on tuesday and wednesday that is today and they keep on stalling. After constant enquiry from my side they now say that no such request for handset replacement was ever approved and they have already informed me about that and I can collect my handset. I dont know how to go about this as this is a case of fraud and breach of contract as they had offered me to replace the handset which i had accepted.

                          Got an iPhone 6 in month of May 2015 from US, in couple of months i met up with an accident and broke my screen, got my phone replaced absolute free of cost (Appreciate their response) in the month of July 2015. Since May 2016 I've been facing problem in the receiver and when contacted apple they refuse to service and wants to replace the phone at a cost of INR 25, 000/- which is ridiculous. Why should i pay so much for a product if it cannot last even for one year.
                          When contacted the service center, they say its an Hardware issue and cannot be diagnosed to know what problem it is.
                          I need a reasonable justice for this issue, it's completely not my fault when a hardware is not working within a period of one year when there had been no physical damage or liquid spell on the phone.

                            I bought a iPad Air from VIETNAM in FEB/2016. When I came to INDIA iPad data cable not working . After that I went to Apple service center in FARIDABAD . They check the cable and give me a cable they also gave me bill in this bill their staff write with pen that cable is replace from stock. After that I came to home .After three months cable not work properly than again I go service center .They check and told me that in this cable serial no is FOP277180KDBAA AND Apple not use f0 in his serial no so we not change your cable you must paid cable price . After that I call Apple care for help they also talk to service center but no response after that I said that service center ask me to give bill copy which they give me on 14/03/2016 but that time I have not the copy of this bill so I said to check that bill from my iPad serial no they check and give me bill in this bill they show me that we give this no data cable . When I ask why you gave me two types bill three months before you gave me hand written bill or in this bill no part no mention but after three months you gave me a bill in this part no mention why. After some time they give me reason that 14/03/2016 network issue so we not provide you bill in printed.
                            I HAVE SOME QUESTION TO ASK SERVICE CENTER.
                            A. Why they give bill in hand written without any part no.
                            B. Why they not send bill on my mail.id after network issue resolve
                            C. Why they give me bill on three months later when cable not working
                            D. Why two types of bill available in service center
                            E. Why they refuse to change my data cable
                            F. Their technician gave data cable or hand written bill or after that refuse to change cable why
                            G. Is this Apple standard
                            I gave all this proof to Apple India via mail and all images they assure me but after some time they said they only received my complain against service center and not do any thing
                            After that I also send the bill copy to service center and ask question about two types of bill but they not take any interest
                            After I write this mail to you so please check the matter and give proper solution
                            I also send you some images my iPad serial no;my bill;and mail which I given to Apple India

If you send mail for visiting then why not send my original bill on my mail id or if any payment not receive from any customer you mail or call but not in my case so why for me you not call . When I said that I give this mail to Apple care also then tone of his voice change and said go any where or now i cannot help you if you mail to Apple care than we follow Apple care decision madam i request you to pl take this matter and provide me betteresolution In this mail I also send you morning mail if you do not receive this mail THANKS

                              Hi,

                              This is in regards to complaint number [protected], which is raised through apple customer service number.
                              This has been raised for the issue that i am facing since the day i had purchased apple i phone 4s, that is in the month of november 2015 and phone is still under warranty.

                              Issues:

                              - phone not getting connected to internet services (2g/3g), have to switch on and switch on multiple time then is starts,
                              - phone gets heated up when data services get switch on,
                              - latency and slowness issues,
                              - not able to receive call on first time if the phone is in "ring and vibrate" mode, have to put it on silent mode and then have to receive,

                              I did visited service centre also once regarding this issues but this remains same.

                              Please be advised, after multiple chasers and even after visiting service centre, my problem hasn't resolved and again when i am going to raise this issue with the customer service people, they are giving me some useless solutions and my problem remains same.

                              I would like to raise this issue to your level and want to please escalate this to higher level.

                                My phone is sealed. But he told me your phone is open outside. So he not replace my phone. But the service center is not good deal with me. I wist service center 5 time. My phone is ok it is not open out side because i always use it after buy this phone. So plz do something about my phone. My phone is iphone 6s 128 gb grey colour.                                   I bought this iphone 5s this march. Today when i woke up this morning my phone was fine but after sometime i saw these lines on my phone's screen. I put my phone on charge, the screen came but with lines on it. I went to service center, after waiting there for good 30 minutes they told me that the screen is gone due to some pressure on it. I told them that it not possible coz it was working fine till morning and as soon as i saw the problem i came to service center and while he was checking my phone the display came back in front of that guy, but instead giving me some solution the guy started telling me that it will cost rs12k for screen replacement. Its just a 3 months old handset with proper warranty. I need my phone to be repaired or replaced as it is under warranty. I hope apple will do justice

                                    1. Problem in charging the phone.
                                    2. Problem in piking up the call
                                    3. Hanging problem is also dere in this phone.

                                    5.In short this phone is the worst phone i have used in my life.

                                      The phone has network issues... And nw there is a physical damage and still under warranty period... Nw they r asking 25000 for the replacement... I cannot spend again tat amount on this phone... So plz reduce the cost of the replacement phone... I am not interested with display replacement which is 11500... So plz request to reduce the cost...
