2) the first one is fine but the second one had a bent like structure from the time we bought but did not bother as kids get excited with ipads
3) the #2 in question fell on the floor and there was a tiny crack which when taken to an aptronix store was verified for its apple id and for some...

I have purchased Apple Iphone 5s in April, after successful completion of 2 month of its journey it is showing problem in touch. icare from adyar, Chennai said that there is some liquid found while inspection.
I want to know that if mobile were never i contact with any of the liquid, than how come their is a defect in touch.
The mobile is in Warranty than also i have to pay 21786/- INR.
What a waste product if it is not sustaining the environment moisture.

Please look after the issue as soon as possible.
Apple is making fool o[censored]s, by giving false hope of mobile exchange policy.

      Hi, i hav a i phone 6 which i hav submitted 15 days ago bcozz thr was some charging problem with my phone, it consumes a lot of battery, nd take so mch time to charge nd some times its touch screen do not work, so i went to the apple service center named future world which is located is connaught place, new delhi. So i got a call from the service center after two days that there is liquid damage in ur phone nd it will cost u 23000, so i jst said to them tht i dnt wnt to repair my phone jst give the phone as it is and do not repair it, so i went thr to take my phone bt whn i took my phone nd tried to turn on it was dead nd i talked to thr senior nd request her that plz gve my phone in working conditon, so she jst ignored me nd said tht it was nt our fault and start talking with our customer. So i jst called the apple customer support and i hav discussed my concern wid them they said tht we ll work on ur case nd tried to resolve it, but nw its been 10-15 days i m talking to them daily bt i havnt received any call back or any update abt my issue nd whenever i call them they jst gve me an excuse that u hav to wait till tomorrow. I jst wnt to say that do not buy apple at all the worst company in the world. Plz guys do not buy apple at all, i was using apple from last 5 years bt i m fed wid tis guys...

        I purchased Iphone 6 from Izenica Store (Shipra Mall) on 14 June 2016 (Night).
        Since I don't have nano sim so i was not able to use the product till 15 eve. On 15 eve, nano sim is issued to me. On 16 June morning, i tried to upgrade the software of product and after upgrade the product starts showing the error and was not able to start. I called up Izenica and told them the full history. They told me that it is an software issue and will fulfilled by apple service center. I reached service center on the same day and showed the error to them. After analyzing they told me that it an hardware issue. And phone will go for replacement but they will only replace the phone and will return an open phone only. That was highly disappointing. I person is purchasing a phone of 52k and it's showing hardware issue in less than 48 hours and he is not getting a replacement of full phone. (Box sealed). Also service person told me that it will take atleast 5 to 6 days to get this phone replaced. This is poor service. If the phone is faulty and customer is geeting back to you with in hours than you should hand him over the new sealed phone with in no time.

          My iphone was 2 times given to service centre first time it was software update issue then it was good after which it again was not charging.
          Again gave to service centre and after 3 days they tell that it was liquid damage and cannot br replaced.
          From first day issue was with phone and most of time it was in service centre.
          I have not put any water in my phone and either service centre has made my phone corrupt or it was faulty equipment given to me in sealed pack from shreeji phone viviana mall thane.
          Please escalate it as i have already called apple service centre and all are saying ned to pay 22000 for replacement which is actually price of phone.also shreeje phone has told us only apple service centre can help.
          Request to look into it and give me free replacement.

            I purchased i phone 6 64 gb paying rupees 62, 500 from reliance retail ltd on november 2014. During the warranty period itself there was a receiver issue and the phone was replaced and the same issue again happened after 3 months and was again replaced. Now gain from june 2016 the same problem has started again and when i went to the service center (Reliance resq), they made me talk to the apple support and finally i was asked to pay rs 24, 000/- for this service for which i am reluctant.

            From the day of purchase of this mobile i never felt the apple experience, the problem of receiver have been always there and therefore the system has been replaced twice. I am actually loosing faith on the so called quality of appple which was very passionate to me

              I had purchased iPhone 6 last year June 2015.I am facing lots of issue like mobile hanging, can’t able to send massages etc. Near about 8 times I went to service center for the same issue but they only make replacement for phone for two times but my problem is not solved yet. Most important thing my phone warranty going expire in this month so I am frustrated what to do. If you don’t able to solve my problem please take tour phone back refund my money .Please don’t make me fool I have invest lot of money in it.

                I purchased i phone 4 s in last year, and i came to about the issue of speaker in march 2016. Then i went to customer care in ludhiana branch and they assist me to replace this phone with new one. As per their suggestion i replaced my i phone with new i phone 4s but again after using of this new phone after 4 months i came across the same issue. Now what i am seeing is my warranty period also over. But by technologically my phone is new which i got in last 4 months. I have a bill with me. Hope you understand my situation. Please help to get over these things?

                  This is mayur jain from Hyderabad I have iPhone 6s recently my phone was cracked down and its display screen was damaged so i visited apptronix authorised centre which is in Hyderabad banjara hills road no 2 when i handed over my phone for screen display they took 9 working days to repair my phone though there was not single problem in my phone apart from display and those people started adding up new problems and finally told me to replace my phone which cost around RS 22, 300. i was not satisfied with they service and had a doubt so i requested to return my handset back. and when i said that they told me they will take 2 more additional days to return and they will charged RS 1500/- for what i did not know..and after all this those apple care people called to many times to replace my handset and every time when i receive their call they used to tell me i will b charged 25, 000 some times 29, 000 where as the standard actual price for replacing handset is 22, 300..regarding this when i contact the apptronic manager he was like i dint trust you..my employees dint lie..this was the response from the manager where as i have all the proof to prove them wrong.so here by i kindly request you to look into this matter and sue that manager and refund the amount what i paid for..today its me tomorrow it can b you..they just cheat customers nothing else.

                    Recently I bought 5s, the phone was in a well condition once I get started using it, several problems came up like phone is getting on n of, battery is heating up, showed at service center thrice again same problem and even phone sent to Bangalore when I got it back it was in same condition, I want to exchange the phone, please provide me another phone

                      Not to mention, apple products are unique and awesome. I'm an iphone uses for more than 2 years and very happy with my phone. But, the accessories provided are worse than cheaper duplicate accessories that we get online. The reason why i'm complaining about apple accessories is within an year, the ear pods stopped working and the charging\data cable started fraying which exposes the wiring of the cable. I went to "imagine," apple show room in bangalore and they replaced my ear pods after confirming that its a product quality defect. And when i asked about my charging cable exterior falling apart, without even having a second thought, they said it's quite common with apple charging cables. I was not quite happy with that reply. And i will not say that its their fault as it is an apple quality defect. Further, i bought charging cables twice and they ended up in the same way too. The one i have is already fraying. And my earpods again are not working properly i. E. Left ear pod will keep going on and off at times and hence i'm using a jbl now. Again, i love my iphone and it's too good. But these accessory quality defects makes me to think again to go for another product. I hope apple inc listens to my query. Fyi - apple accessories are not cheaper to buy.

                        I have submit my Iphone 5s to apple carein warrenty at sahara mall(gurgaon)dated[protected] job no GUR[protected], after 3days the care person told me ur handset out of warrenty because handset cheak out of market, my handset in warrenty why im cheakout in market, As per policy my handset in warrenty care person take time(2hours)and cheak my phone then he create jobsheet in warrenty, after 3 days why he told handset out of warrenty, if he faced a problem in my handset then he told now, my handset in warrenty pleased solve my issue asap...otherwise i have take some action with cusmers court...

                          I purchased an iphone 6s last week from mapple which is supposed to be arm of apple in india. The battery has been draining since i brought it. I took it to the service centre the next day. They checked it and restored the factory settings, but the issue still persisted. This was verified by technician and he suggested that the handover the phone to service centre who may need to open it to diagnose the issue and if required they may replace the spare part or replace the phone.
                          My argument is that i was given the phone that was not quality checked and was defective. Why should i give it to service centre which is not apple owned who would open the device.Instead i need a replacement or money back.

                            Apple is treating me like a donkey. I bought an iphone 15 days ago and top rated apps are getting crashed. I have visited authorised service centre twice. Also i have contacted customer care for more than 4 times. Still my issue is the same and not a single action has been taken. Apple known for after sale service hasn't helped me it's already been a week. I am really frustrated and willing to return my phone. Its my worst experience.

                              My apple phone charger developed a fault and it was within warranty so i tried to replace it with the new one from b2x service center but it has been almost three weeks and they tried to exchange it with American standard charger when i escalated the issue they haven't been able to resolve it and they always say we have escalated the issue and no update is given to me every time i call

                                I am a user of i phone 5s (Space grey) 16gb bearing model no. Mf352hn/a. The phone has been bought in february and is just three months old. However, the phone's functioning is not upto mark and is faulty.
                                1. The phone's charging micro jack/ lightening connector is not working and the phone has been discharged completely due to which the phone is not working.
                                2. The phone has a tendency to hang at frequent intervals inspite of an updated software. This is a problem that was least expected from an apple product.
                                3. The touch id sensor gets stuck in the middle while pressing and needs to be pressed again and again to work. It is not smooth in its functioning again causing inconvenience.

                                Kindly suggest solutions as the phone is a new one and under warranty.

                                  I'm having a similar problem. I have an iphone 6 which is under warranty. I took it to the apple service center and i'm shocked to hear back from them that the device is tampered as you have deliberately used a screen driver to open the device due to which the screen is coming out.. So nothing can be done in that regards. How foolish of that bloke to even think on those lines and come up with an excuse to avoid a legitimate replacement. Highly annoying to hear such remarks from such a big company.. Really known for its quality n customer support.

                                  Apple really needs to look into their india support strategy to be able to connect and delight customers, else it is just not worth buying it any more.

                                  Really shattered by their quality and response of the team... It hasn't happened to me in any of my previous purchases. Have been brand loyal customer for last 10 years, but i guess it's the end of it more me and several other folks i know who have faced similar issue.
                                  I too had a similar experience today. Am really sad to hear such response from a brand known for its quality & cuatomer service. Walked in to the service center in whitefiled couple of days back with a complaint of my iphone 6 being bent just below the volume button. And hearing the response was really shocking " bent due to usage".

                                  Not a brand worth spending huge money from our pocket.

                                    I bought my iphone in the may last year and was happy to use it till 15th april. On the same day my i phone home button started malfunctioning and eventually stopped working in 2 days. Since i was busy with some personal works i postponed to take it to nearest customer care center. On 30th april i got some time and took my phone to nyasa apple care on college road for rectification. I bought my phone last year on 23rd may so my phone was under warranty.

                                    The customer care team took my phone for some analysis and after a while they came up and told me that my phone was a case of liquid damage. So i first tried to understand how do they understand it was a liquid damage.
                                    As a reply to my query they explained me there are 3 litmus paper on 3 different positions of the phone which change its color when water/moisture enters the phone. These litmus are situated at sim card slot, near charging point and at the earpiece behind camera.
                                    In my case the litmus near earpiece has turned red. Also they could not find any traces of water droplet inside the phone.

                                    They immediately offered me an offer that i can get my phone replaced by a new one for an amount.

                                    When i asked them to repair the phone as it was under warranty and also assured that water has never entered the phone. They started saying it is a case of liquid damage so they won't repair it and also claimed it is mentioned in there warranty. So i went on to check the same in there official warranty document and found nowhere it is mentioned.

                                    Also to prove my point if water have entered into the phone the most susceptible litmus would have been charging point and then sim card slot. The litmus behind camera will be the last to reach.

                                    Above sequence of incident strengthen my view against apple policy that they won't accept that it is a manufacturing fault from there side and want me to pay extra and get my phone replaced with a new one. So i contacted there customer care[protected] for my case. There the service person assured me of getting the further details about device and get back if they will repair it for free or get it replaced with a new one.

                                    After few days of follow i got the same conclusion from there support team and now i am feeling cheated by apple as i know i have not operated my phone improperly and they are also not able to give correct justification for the failure of device.

                                    I don't know where to get justice; hope this portal will consider my plight and help me get my device corrected.

                                    I have attached images of my phone shared by the apple care alongwith copy of warranty where there is no explanation about liquid damage.

                                      I bought an Ipad Mini2 Wifi about six months back and I recently noticed that I the screen has been damaged. I can see three fourth of the screen. The right side of the Ipad has a grey patch running along the length of the device.

                                      I went to the authorized service centre and they hardly took a look at the device and quickly concluded that this was a pressure damage and that the same would not be covered under warranty. There is no visible cracks or dents on the device. The service centre tells me it would cost INR 17000 to get the device replaced(for a device I paid INR 24000, fresh piece)

                                      I carry the device in a leather cover that protects both sides of the device and it is highly unlikely that this was damaged due to my carelessness. However I don't mind letting Apple take advantage of the benefit of the doubt.

                                      The concern that I have here is why doesn't apple repair the device when they can repair the device for one-third the replacement cost? Aren't they legally indebted to provide me atleast a paid repair service? How does APple get away with this? Somebody enlighten me on the legal aspect of this.

                                      I purshed 1 Application form Rs. 250. that time only 60 rupees deducted and after 2 days again Rs. 800 deducted from my account. Please do the needful on urgent basis and refund the extra money.
