Dear sir
I anmol ghera gone to ur service centre at delhi subash nagar pacific mall.
They have diagnosed my phone charger and submit my charger.
And when i told him why r u submitting my charger they said we have to diagnose your phone. But i said uh have already done as my charger is having problem. But they said no sir we want 2-5 days for only diagnose ur charger.
And when i told him where it is written in apple rules. He said there are no rules. And he talk to me very rudely. If you recruit these type of people then you apple name will be in mud > and in piece of crap.
He is the manager there. When manager said there r no rules. This is very shame for apple firm.
I will also give this copy of complaint to higher officials of apple firm.
This is the matter of charger nd apple firm is famous for its gud will that i[censored]h have any problem u will be given new product, .
And that official is saying our firm has no rules.MY mob -[protected]
One flase hang or black scren not open a camra

      I have been experiencing problems with iphone 6s 64 gb battery drain since a very long time. I have been to their customer service centre which is almost 12 kms away from my home. I had last submitted the phone at uniworld apple service centre crown interiorz mall faridabad. I went their on 25th june. They told me that it may be a system problem and they will restore the system and then i have to monitor the system for about 2 days. This was the second time they told me this was the problem in 2 weeks. Now when they gave me the phone back after restoring the system, in front of a customer service executive the battery level fell from 10% to 5% within a minute which was confirmed by them over the phone to a senior advisor over phone at apple care. They again submitted my handset and told me that the issue would be resolved in 3-4 days. Then on thursday I receive a call that my handset will be replaced and I can collect it by tuesday next week. I try calling them on tuesday and wednesday that is today and they keep on stalling. After constant enquiry from my side they now say that no such request for handset replacement was ever approved and they have already informed me about that and I can collect my handset. I dont know how to go about this as this is a case of fraud and breach of contract as they had offered me to replace the handset which i had accepted.

        Got an iPhone 6 in month of May 2015 from US, in couple of months i met up with an accident and broke my screen, got my phone replaced absolute free of cost (Appreciate their response) in the month of July 2015. Since May 2016 I've been facing problem in the receiver and when contacted apple they refuse to service and wants to replace the phone at a cost of INR 25, 000/- which is ridiculous. Why should i pay so much for a product if it cannot last even for one year.
        When contacted the service center, they say its an Hardware issue and cannot be diagnosed to know what problem it is.
        I need a reasonable justice for this issue, it's completely not my fault when a hardware is not working within a period of one year when there had been no physical damage or liquid spell on the phone.

          Dear sir
          I bought a iPad Air from VIETNAM in FEB/2016. When I came to INDIA iPad data cable not working . After that I went to Apple service center in FARIDABAD . They check the cable and give me a cable they also gave me bill in this bill their staff write with pen that cable is replace from stock. After that I came to home .After three months cable not work properly than again I go service center .They check and told me that in this cable serial no is FOP277180KDBAA AND Apple not use f0 in his serial no so we not change your cable you must paid cable price . After that I call Apple care for help they also talk to service center but no response after that I said that service center ask me to give bill copy which they give me on 14/03/2016 but that time I have not the copy of this bill so I said to check that bill from my iPad serial no they check and give me bill in this bill they show me that we give this no data cable . When I ask why you gave me two types bill three months before you gave me hand written bill or in this bill no part no mention but after three months you gave me a bill in this part no mention why. After some time they give me reason that 14/03/2016 network issue so we not provide you bill in printed.
          I HAVE SOME QUESTION TO ASK SERVICE CENTER.
          A. Why they give bill in hand written without any part no.
          B. Why they not send bill on my mail.id after network issue resolve
          C. Why they give me bill on three months later when cable not working
          D. Why two types of bill available in service center
          E. Why they refuse to change my data cable
          F. Their technician gave data cable or hand written bill or after that refuse to change cable why
          G. Is this Apple standard
          I gave all this proof to Apple India via mail and all images they assure me but after some time they said they only received my complain against service center and not do any thing
          After that I also send the bill copy to service center and ask question about two types of bill but they not take any interest
          After I write this mail to you so please check the matter and give proper solution
          I also send you some images my iPad serial no;my bill;and mail which I given to Apple India

          Today i send a mail regarding data cable after that I call your customer care about this and try to reach you but unfortunately not able to connect you but your senior advisor help me and told me for further action so madam pl. provide him all mail I send you I also call your service center for why they give me two types of bill one is hand written or after three months when I go their they give me printed bill when I ask this question they try to manipulate me after 10 minutes when they not found any answer they said because of network problem we are not provide you this bill on 14/3/2016 so this is a network issue then I said if network not good that day why you are not send this bill on my mail id . If you send mail for visiting then why not send my original bill on my mail id or if any payment not receive from any customer you mail or call but not in my case so why for me you not call . When I said that I give this mail to Apple care also then tone of his voice change and said go any where or now i cannot help you if you mail to Apple care than we follow Apple care decision madam i request you to pl take this matter and provide me betteresolution In this mail I also send you morning mail if you do not receive this mail THANKS

            Hi,

            This is in regards to complaint number [protected], which is raised through apple customer service number.
            This has been raised for the issue that i am facing since the day i had purchased apple i phone 4s, that is in the month of november 2015 and phone is still under warranty.

            Issues:

            - phone not getting connected to internet services (2g/3g), have to switch on and switch on multiple time then is starts,
            - phone gets heated up when data services get switch on,
            - latency and slowness issues,
            - not able to receive call on first time if the phone is in "ring and vibrate" mode, have to put it on silent mode and then have to receive,

            I did visited service centre also once regarding this issues but this remains same.

            Please be advised, after multiple chasers and even after visiting service centre, my problem hasn't resolved and again when i am going to raise this issue with the customer service people, they are giving me some useless solutions and my problem remains same.

            I would like to raise this issue to your level and want to please escalate this to higher level.

              My phone is sealed. But he told me your phone is open outside. So he not replace my phone. But the service center is not good deal with me. I wist service center 5 time. My phone is ok it is not open out side because i always use it after buy this phone. So plz do something about my phone. My phone is iphone 6s 128 gb grey colour. I perchage it local markit shop.

                I bought this iphone 5s this march. Today when i woke up this morning my phone was fine but after sometime i saw these lines on my phone's screen. I put my phone on charge, the screen came but with lines on it. I went to service center, after waiting there for good 30 minutes they told me that the screen is gone due to some pressure on it. I told them that it not possible coz it was working fine till morning and as soon as i saw the problem i came to service center and while he was checking my phone the display came back in front of that guy, but instead giving me some solution the guy started telling me that it will cost rs12k for screen replacement. Its just a 3 months old handset with proper warranty. I need my phone to be repaired or replaced as it is under warranty. I hope apple will do justice

                  1. Problem in charging the phone.
                  2. Problem in piking up the call
                  3. Hanging problem is also dere in this phone.
                  4. Sign out problem is also dere.
                  5.In short this phone is the worst phone i have used in my life.

                    The phone has network issues... And nw there is a physical damage and still under warranty period... Nw they r asking 25000 for the replacement... I cannot spend again tat amount on this phone... So plz reduce the cost of the replacement phone... I am not interested with display replacement which is 11500... So plz request to reduce the cost...

                      I had problems of frequent phone switching off. I approached apple service centre, ample technologies at skywalk mall at chennai. They have checked the phone just like that and told me it cannot be fixed so go for the exchange. After requesting to the person for issues he told me due to the dent on the side he cannot check the phone internally. Even thou i am ready to accept any damage or total loss of the phone he try to compromise me for exchange the phone for 1000irs. I still believe that my phone can be fixed with out any issues. But in that service center no responsible person to replay to the costumer. I request the international brand apple need to take correct steeps to stop service centers changing to exchange centres. Anand.

                        1) purchased two ipads from reliance digital cin no: u01100mh1999rlc120563, dated 080615 & cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563, dated 190915.
                        2) the first one is fine but the second one had a bent like structure from the time we bought but did not bother as kids get excited with ipads
                        3) the #2 in question fell on the floor and there was a tiny crack which when taken to an aptronix store was verified for its apple id and for some reason the device was locked
                        4) the guy examined and gave us a number to call. While in a hurry i provided the serial number which was barely visible to the customer support exec
                        5) the rep told me to go to a service and they would take pictures of the ipad to determine physical damage
                        6) when i visited an aptronix, i was told that the icloud locked the device and needs to be unblocked. I called the support again and a ticked was logged with case id:[protected]
                        7) the support asked me to provide invoice/bill which was scanned & zipped in a rar format. When called as a follow up, was told to send in a winzip format and was done
                        8) a week passed and there was no response. When visited the aptronix, was adviced to file a complain
                        9) finally, the fact around taking pictures was completely forgotten, was told the device while under warranty, needs rs25, 000 to fix it

                        The issue here is:
                        A) why are customers treated like theives and blocking their ipad account tied up to device (Icloud as shown by aptronix)
                        B) the serial number is barely visible on a much serious note
                        C) without taking pictures & analyzing the case, i am asked to pay 25k while under warrantly for a device which had a curvature from the time of purchase
                        D) why are customers being punished with repeated trips and delayed response and also as the administrative work for parents whose kids own ipads. Like managing apple accounts etc...
                        E) the deprival of an ipad for a kid is another nightmare for parents & they need to deal with it and unfortunately we cannot buy devices each year while under warranty.

                          I have purchased Apple Iphone 5s in April, after successful completion of 2 month of its journey it is showing problem in touch. icare from adyar, Chennai said that there is some liquid found while inspection.
                          I want to know that if mobile were never i contact with any of the liquid, than how come their is a defect in touch.
                          The mobile is in Warranty than also i have to pay 21786/- INR.
                          What a waste product if it is not sustaining the environment moisture.

                          Please look after the issue as soon as possible.
                          Apple is making fool o[censored]s, by giving false hope of mobile exchange policy.

                              Hi, i hav a i phone 6 which i hav submitted 15 days ago bcozz thr was some charging problem with my phone, it consumes a lot of battery, nd take so mch time to charge nd some times its touch screen do not work, so i went to the apple service center named future world which is located is connaught place, new delhi. So i got a call from the service center after two days that there is liquid damage in ur phone nd it will cost u 23000, so i jst said to them tht i dnt wnt to repair my phone jst give the phone as it is and do not repair it, so i went thr to take my phone bt whn i took my phone nd tried to turn on it was dead nd i talked to thr senior nd request her that plz gve my phone in working conditon, so she jst ignored me nd said tht it was nt our fault and start talking with our customer. So i jst called the apple customer support and i hav discussed my concern wid them they said tht we ll work on ur case nd tried to resolve it, but nw its been 10-15 days i m talking to them daily bt i havnt received any call back or any update abt my issue nd whenever i call them they jst gve me an excuse that u hav to wait till tomorrow. I jst wnt to say that do not buy apple at all the worst company in the world. Plz guys do not buy apple at all, i was using apple from last 5 years bt i m fed wid tis guys...

                                I purchased Iphone 6 from Izenica Store (Shipra Mall) on 14 June 2016 (Night).
                                Since I don't have nano sim so i was not able to use the product till 15 eve. On 15 eve, nano sim is issued to me. On 16 June morning, i tried to upgrade the software of product and after upgrade the product starts showing the error and was not able to start. I called up Izenica and told them the full history. They told me that it is an software issue and will fulfilled by apple service center. I reached service center on the same day and showed the error to them. After analyzing they told me that it an hardware issue. And phone will go for replacement but they will only replace the phone and will return an open phone only. That was highly disappointing. I person is purchasing a phone of 52k and it's showing hardware issue in less than 48 hours and he is not getting a replacement of full phone. (Box sealed). Also service person told me that it will take atleast 5 to 6 days to get this phone replaced. This is poor service. If the phone is faulty and customer is geeting back to you with in hours than you should hand him over the new sealed phone with in no time.

                                  My iphone was 2 times given to service centre first time it was software update issue then it was good after which it again was not charging.
                                  Again gave to service centre and after 3 days they tell that it was liquid damage and cannot br replaced.
                                  From first day issue was with phone and most of time it was in service centre.
                                  I have not put any water in my phone and either service centre has made my phone corrupt or it was faulty equipment given to me in sealed pack from shreeji phone viviana mall thane.
                                  Please escalate it as i have already called apple service centre and all are saying ned to pay 22000 for replacement which is actually price of phone.also shreeje phone has told us only apple service centre can help.
                                  Request to look into it and give me free replacement.

                                    I purchased i phone 6 64 gb paying rupees 62, 500 from reliance retail ltd on november 2014. During the warranty period itself there was a receiver issue and the phone was replaced and the same issue again happened after 3 months and was again replaced. Now gain from june 2016 the same problem has started again and when i went to the service center (Reliance resq), they made me talk to the apple support and finally i was asked to pay rs 24, 000/- for this service for which i am reluctant.

                                    From the day of purchase of this mobile i never felt the apple experience, the problem of receiver have been always there and therefore the system has been replaced twice. I am actually loosing faith on the so called quality of appple which was very passionate to me

                                      I had purchased iPhone 6 last year June 2015.I am facing lots of issue like mobile hanging, can’t able to send massages etc. Near about 8 times I went to service center for the same issue but they only make replacement for phone for two times but my problem is not solved yet. Most important thing my phone warranty going expire in this month so I am frustrated what to do.                                         I purchased i phone 4 s in last year, and i came to about the issue of speaker in march 2016. Then i went to customer care in ludhiana branch and they assist me to replace this phone with new one. As per their suggestion i replaced my i phone with new i phone 4s but again after using of this new phone after 4 months i came across the same issue. Now what i am seeing is my warranty period also over. But by technologically my phone is new which i got in last 4 months. I have a bill with me. Hope you understand my situation. Please help to get over these things?
