Not to mention, apple products are unique and awesome. I'm an iphone uses for more than 2 years and very happy with my phone. But, the accessories provided are worse than cheaper duplicate accessories that we get online. The reason why i'm complaining about apple accessories is within an year, the ear pods stopped working and the charging\data cable started fraying which exposes the wiring of the cable. I went to "imagine," apple show room in bangalore and they replaced my ear pods after confirming that its a product quality defect. And when i asked about my charging cable exterior falling apart, without even having a second thought, they said it's quite common with apple charging cables. I was not quite happy with that reply. And i will not say that its their fault as it is an apple quality defect. Further, i bought charging cables twice and they ended up in the same way too. The one i have is already fraying. And my earpods again are not working properly i. E. Left ear pod will keep going on and off at times and hence i'm using a jbl now. Again, i love my iphone and it's too good. But these accessory quality defects makes me to think again to go for another product. I hope apple inc listens to my query. Fyi - apple accessories are not cheaper to buy.

    I have submit my Iphone 5s to apple carein warrenty at sahara mall(gurgaon)dated[protected] job no GUR[protected], after 3days the care person told me ur handset out of warrenty because handset cheak out of market, my handset in warrenty why im cheakout in market, As per policy my handset in warrenty care person take time(2hours)and cheak my phone then he create jobsheet in warrenty, after 3 days why he told handset out of warrenty, if he faced a problem in my handset then he told now, my handset in warrenty pleased solve my issue asap...otherwise i have take some action with cusmers court...

      I purchased an iphone 6s last week from mapple which is supposed to be arm of apple in india. The battery has been draining since i brought it. I took it to the service centre the next day. They checked it and restored the factory settings, but the issue still persisted. This was verified by technician and he suggested that the handover the phone to service centre who may need to open it to diagnose the issue and if required they may replace the spare part or replace the phone.
      My argument is that i was given the phone that was not quality checked and was defective. Why should i give it to service centre which is not apple owned who would open the device.Instead i need a replacement or money back.

        Apple is treating me like a donkey. I bought an iphone 15 days ago and top rated apps are getting crashed. I have visited authorised service centre twice. Also i have contacted customer care for more than 4 times. Still my issue is the same and not a single action has been taken. Apple known for after sale service hasn't helped me it's already been a week. I am really frustrated and willing to return my phone. Its my worst experience.

          My apple phone charger developed a fault and it was within warranty so i tried to replace it with the new one from b2x service center but it has been almost three weeks and they tried to exchange it with American standard charger when i escalated the issue they haven't been able to resolve it and they always say we have escalated the issue and no update is given to me every time i call

            I am a user of i phone 5s (Space grey) 16gb bearing model no. Mf352hn/a. The phone has been bought in february and is just three months old. However, the phone's functioning is not upto mark and is faulty.
            1. The phone's charging micro jack/ lightening connector is not working and the phone has been discharged completely due to which the phone is not working.
            2. The phone has a tendency to hang at frequent intervals inspite of an updated software. This is a problem that was least expected from an apple product.
            3. The touch id sensor gets stuck in the middle while pressing and needs to be pressed again and again to work. It is not smooth in its functioning again causing inconvenience.

            Kindly suggest solutions as the phone is a new one and under warranty.

              I'm having a similar problem. I have an iphone 6 which is under warranty. I took it to the apple service center and i'm shocked to hear back from them that the device is tampered as you have deliberately used a screen driver to open the device due to which the screen is coming out.. So nothing can be done in that regards. How foolish of that bloke to even think on those lines and come up with an excuse to avoid a legitimate replacement. Highly annoying to hear such remarks from such a big company.. Really known for its quality n customer support.

              Apple really needs to look into their india support strategy to be able to connect and delight customers, else it is just not worth buying it any more.

              Really shattered by their quality and response of the team... It hasn't happened to me in any of my previous purchases. Have been brand loyal customer for last 10 years, but i guess it's the end of it more me and several other folks i know who have faced similar issue.
              I too had a similar experience today. Am really sad to hear such response from a brand known for its quality & cuatomer service. Walked in to the service center in whitefiled couple of days back with a complaint of my iphone 6 being bent just below the volume button. And hearing the response was really shocking " bent due to usage".

              Not a brand worth spending huge money from our pocket.

                I bought my iphone in the may last year and was happy to use it till 15th april. On the same day my i phone home button started malfunctioning and eventually stopped working in 2 days. Since i was busy with some personal works i postponed to take it to nearest customer care center. On 30th april i got some time and took my phone to nyasa apple care on college road for rectification. I bought my phone last year on 23rd may so my phone was under warranty.

                The customer care team took my phone for some analysis and after a while they came up and told me that my phone was a case of liquid damage. So i first tried to understand how do they understand it was a liquid damage.
                As a reply to my query they explained me there are 3 litmus paper on 3 different positions of the phone which change its color when water/moisture enters the phone. These litmus are situated at sim card slot, near charging point and at the earpiece behind camera.
                In my case the litmus near earpiece has turned red. Also they could not find any traces of water droplet inside the phone.

                They immediately offered me an offer that i can get my phone replaced by a new one for an amount.

                When i asked them to repair the phone as it was under warranty and also assured that water has never entered the phone. They started saying it is a case of liquid damage so they won't repair it and also claimed it is mentioned in there warranty. So i went on to check the same in there official warranty document and found nowhere it is mentioned.

                Also to prove my point if water have entered into the phone the most susceptible litmus would have been charging point and then sim card slot. The litmus behind camera will be the last to reach.

                Above sequence of incident strengthen my view against apple policy that they won't accept that it is a manufacturing fault from there side and want me to pay extra and get my phone replaced with a new one. So i contacted there customer care[protected] for my case. There the service person assured me of getting the further details about device and get back if they will repair it for free or get it replaced with a new one.

                After few days of follow i got the same conclusion from there support team and now i am feeling cheated by apple as i know i have not operated my phone improperly and they are also not able to give correct justification for the failure of device.

                I don't know where to get justice; hope this portal will consider my plight and help me get my device corrected.

                I have attached images of my phone shared by the apple care alongwith copy of warranty where there is no explanation about liquid damage.

                  I bought an Ipad Mini2 Wifi about six months back and I recently noticed that I the screen has been damaged. I can see three fourth of the screen. The right side of the Ipad has a grey patch running along the length of the device.

                  I went to the authorized service centre and they hardly took a look at the device and quickly concluded that this was a pressure damage and that the same would not be covered under warranty. There is no visible cracks or dents on the device. The service centre tells me it would cost INR 17000 to get the device replaced(for a device I paid INR 24000, fresh piece)

                  I carry the device in a leather cover that protects both sides of the device and it is highly unlikely that this was damaged due to my carelessness. However I don't mind letting Apple take advantage of the benefit of the doubt.

                  The concern that I have here is why doesn't apple repair the device when they can repair the device for one-third the replacement cost? Aren't they legally indebted to provide me atleast a paid repair service? How does APple get away with this? Somebody enlighten me on the legal aspect of this.

                    2nd fault date:5 apr'16 at unicorn infosolutions pvt ltd, lucknow, india. Complaint of charging issue. Phone was replaced and receiving date:11.4.16. For 7 days, there is no usage of phone at my end.

                      Hi,
                      I got my first Apple iPhone (5S) in December 2015. The phone has multiple issues and I went to the service and spoke to costumer care and after multiple visits and calls I was told that the service center will submit my phone (Case: [protected]/[protected]). I was told after few days that my phone had hardware issue and Apple will replace the device. I got my phone after 20-25 days after constant follow ups. Then again after few days, I started facing issues with the replaced device and it started hanging and there were couple of more issues. I contacted Apple Care/visited service centre and again got to know that the second device has some hardware issues and Apple is changing my device. In all these processes, Apple asked me to reset/restore my device multiple times and I did that hoping that the issues will be resolved. Now, I am using the third replaced handset and still facing issues with it. I am in touch with Apple Care (Case [protected]) to get the issue resolved but the response from Apple's side is very depressing and harassing. I follow up with the customer care. It has been almost 2-3 weeks and my problem has not resolved. Apple asked me to submit Apple Logs and Video showing that my phone is non responsive at times and I did that but have not received any firm solution from them. I have been through hell in the past 6 months. I feel extremely harassed and regret my decision of choosing Apple over any other brand. I thought that they would keep upto the standards but they have not. I have spent a lot of money in travelling, getting new screen guards for my mobile to ensure that the phone is safe everytime I got a replaced device. I would request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps. Apple is cheating customers, the service center people are extremely rude and they misbehave and I have also compliant about it to the Apple Care and they ensured that they will take necessary steps but they did not do anything

                        We are a Ngo known as PSHR, we are helping the consumer in fighting litigation against Apple, as in USA Apple helps their consumer in India they have also started behaving differently.An apple i phone 6 has some horizontal lines and the screen is flickering.The phone is under warranty no sign of damage, some scratches are on the screen and the service center is calming it to be crack, with nacked eye in person can makeout that its scratches, but what better excuse to charge consumer, cost will be 13500/-.We are taking full technical help from other phone experts and creating evidence, and then knock them down in Consumer Court for sure, its clear cut unfair trade practice being adopted by apple. if any one wants to join u may mail at [protected]@Gmail.com, we are Chandigarh based.Apple has shown that their quality and standard has fallan, and we will make sure and prove the same to the Country.

                          I bought an iphone 6 in october 2014 for ₹52000. After a few days the device started to show some minor defects. I took them as unavoidable errors. By August 2015 my device became totally unfunctional. I went to the apple service centre and the submitted my phone for 15 days. They just replaced one single part and assured that the rest of the issues has also been taken care of. But the same problem started arising after 2 days only. I went to the store again and they asked for a proof of one of the faults to replace my phone. To deal this problem i even went for an extended warranty plan for 4000. After that when i went again to the store they shut me off by saying that there is liquid damage in my phone. The phone which was supposed to be replaced in the first go has not been replaced till now. I have also filed a case but the representative doesnt pick my calls anymore.                             I own a device macbook pro (Retina, 13-inch, early 2015) / sl. No. C02pxxxx bought on 23 july 2015 and under warranty period

                            I have been facing issue from early period of macbook, which i considered minor in the beginning.
                            I have been facing an issue regarding the feeling of a slight jerk as if of a internal loosened part on holding the mac and when wiggled. Further, noise was heard.

                            The following diagnosis has been reported: (Report attached below)

                            Problem reported : kind of some sound exists and loosened part can be felt when the device slightly wiggled. Data is important.
                            Diagnosis : found noise observed and felt from the display, verified the internal condition no damages or tampering observed.However no functional issue with the machine, therefore returning the unit back to the customer.
                            For any further information on this repair, please feel free to get in touch with our service help desk (9.30 am to 9.30 pm - all days).
                            Alternatively you may also respond to this mail with your queries.

                            Issue:

                            1. Issue of loosen part with manufacturing, observed very early and loosening and further resulting to sound over period is purely disappointment.

                            2. The part getting loosen and making sound over period is disappointing.

                            3. The way the issue is being handled is undelightful and sad.

                            This issue is known, its known issue, its happens in most of system not all, its is acceptable. This is a manufacturing issue. However, it cant be repaired and replaced. We cant help it and the decision is final.

                            Its is completely unsatisfactory, the issue being known wasn't reported to consumer on purchase, and the issue happened to my system, and paid the same price which is having the defect, unfortunately it happened to be mine.

                            Am looking forward to the provisions to compensate the mentioned issues.

                              I have purchase apple i-phone 6s from xtraaa sales against invoice no 10054 dated 15-02-16.

                              Since purchase facing multiple issues with phone
                              on 25 mar'16 - submitted to service centre at faridabad ( unicorn infosolutions ) at 4.49 pm and received back on same day at 5.59pm after software updation.
                              on 5 apr'16 again submitted to service centre at faridabad ( unicorn infosolutions ) at 2.28 pm and received back on 09 apr'16 after software
                              Updation.
                              on 15 apr'16 again submitted to service centre at faridabad ( unicorn infosolutions ) at 4.00 pm

                              On line complaint to apple also registered case no [protected]

                              Buying of such a expensive phone and submitted thrice to apple authorised center for multiple issue.

                              More over shown the video clip to the technical engineer at unicorn and as per him this clip is for other mobile.

                              Purchase phone thru finance firm and no one is listening to eliminate problem completely

                              Pl. Help us as on side giving instalment and on the other side i do not have the phone as three times submitted to service centre.

                              Current date also phone is not with me as unicorn has given the delivery date of 21 apr'16.
                              I will not suggested to buy Apple i phone because of very poor quality of product and very poor reponse from Apple.

                              3 times submitted to Apple service centre still today my phone is not functioning properly.

                              Very frustrated, don't know whom i should i conatct.

                                I filed a complaint for this on March 12 in an Apple service center, but they told mic is jammed cant repair it and its already tampered. I told them am the only person using it and no way to tamper it as I dint gave to any other service center before. Later called Apple iCare and filed a complaint there also, they spoke to the senior engineer at the service center and told the mic is jammed and cant cover it hardware warranty. I asked it should be coverable as it comes under hardware failure only. They told will escalate the issue and get back. But dint got any response for 3 weeks. Later while I called again they told phone is already tampered so only they are not solving the issue and closed the call. The other day itself while talking I cleared that its not tampered and they talked to senior engineer and told will escalate for Mic issue only but now they changed it as tampered issue and telling it wont be coverable.                                   I have followed all the steps but I can't even see the AirPlay in my control centre so how could i connect the iPhone with TV or Mac with AirPlay please give the solution.I couldn't find the AirPlay option in the control centre. Stil I have iOS 9.2 I want to know why I couldn't find the AirPlay icon in my iPhone so I want the solution for it please help me.

                                    Every month I am being charged Rs.190 thru my credit card for subscription to Apple Music.


                                    It is really surprising that despite my repeated mails asking to discontinue my subscription, every month bill is raised on me and amount is debited to my credit card (details provided in first subscription). I have never subscribed for monthly renewals.

                                    Please therefore stop/discontinue any further subscriptions and refund the amounts charged to me so far.

                                      I had submitted my ipad pro (12.9 inch space grey 128 gb wfi) at the apple authorised service centre in new delhi (B2x service solutions india private limited, ansal plaza khel gaon marg, new delhi, india) on 28th march 2016 as there was a dead pixel on the display. Case id-[protected].
                                      I was supposed to get a replacement/repair within 3 business days .On 1st march i got a replacement which had blue spot in the middle of the screen which everyone at the service centre acknowledged.So they again went for diagnosing the defective ipad to check whether it can be replaced or not.I was told to submit it again.It has been 8 days since the ipad is at the service centre and upon calling the helpline number[protected], i have been told that there is no way to expedite the process even if the defect is found at the store itself and they do not have the authority in this matter.There seems to be no way to contact someone who can look into this issue (Wrote a mail to [protected]@apple.com but got no response ).
                                      I bought the ipad on 15th march 2016 and i have been struggling to get a properly functioning device. Most of my work and studies are depended on the ipad and my work is getting seriously hampered.I had been a happy apple user using an iphone 6 plus, a macbook pro, an ipad air 2 and have invested in apple pencil but the entire experience of having the best devices one can buy only lasts till there is problem with them which unfortunately happened in my case.The repair/replacement process is very excruciating and has made me regret investing so much in this ecosystem.The quality check that should accompany such a premium device is clearly lacking and no one seems to care about the trouble one has to go through even after paying a premium for a supposedly premium brand.Highly disappointed and would rather go to consumer court than the service centre if they fail to fully resolve the issue this time.
