Hi,

I had submitted my ipad pro (12.9 inch space grey 128 gb wfi) at the apple authorised service centre in new delhi (B2x service solutions india private limited, ansal plaza khel gaon marg, new delhi, india) on 28th march 2016 as there was a dead pixel on the display. Case id-[protected].
I was supposed to get a replacement/repair within 3 business days .On 1st march i got a replacement which had blue spot in the middle of the screen which everyone at the service centre acknowledged.So they again went for diagnosing the defective ipad to check whether it can be replaced or not.I was told to submit it again.It has been 8 days since the ipad is at the service centre and upon calling the helpline number[protected], i have been told that there is no way to expedite the process even if the defect is found at the store itself and they do not have the authority in this matter.There seems to be no way to contact someone who can look into this issue (Wrote a mail to [protected]@apple.com but got no response ).
I bought the ipad on 15th march 2016 and i have been struggling to get a properly functioning device. Most of my work and studies are depended on the ipad and my work is getting seriously hampered.I had been a happy apple user using an iphone 6 plus, a macbook pro, an ipad air 2 and have invested in apple pencil but the entire experience of having the best devices one can buy only lasts till there is problem with them which unfortunately happened in my case.The repair/replacement process is very excruciating and has made me regret investing so much in this ecosystem.The quality check that should accompany such a premium device is clearly lacking and no one seems to care about the trouble one has to go through even after paying a premium for a supposedly premium brand.Highly disappointed and would rather go to consumer court than the service centre if they fail to fully resolve the issue this time.

    I m using iphn 5s which is in warranty period imei:[protected] and there is issue of touch id is not working and when i visited at Jaipur Rajasthan store they r not responding from last three days and today when I called Mr. Mohit replied rudely. Please look at this and solve my issue.

      I have a I Phone 6 which is under warranty but Apple has rejected to repair because they say component check has failed and when I asked them where to solve my wifi not getting connected problem then they said that it has dents in the body that can be a reason for hardware failure so you pay 26999 and get your phone replaced.These are purely unethical means to collect money from customer when the phone is in warranty. If Apple can not repair iPhone then what is the point of selling IPhone in India.

        I bought an iphone 6s 16gb silver from snapdeal... When i started up iphone, the imessage and facetime was not activate... After 15 days i give it in apple service center... Apple care told me that the iphone is damaged and used from inside so they could not replaced me... Ans snapdeal also dont respond me... Snapdeal told me that they are not responsibble for this problem...
        What the company snapdeal... And apple care
        when i will solvw my problem then i will give rates...

          I was shocked today hearing the absurd language from Apple's customer care. They don't even value there customers i was shocked to know this.

          People sitting in customer care of apple are being told to harass the customer instead hearing about their complaint.

          My iphone 6S which i bought for Rs 62000 a few months back, start creating a problem, earlier also i visited the outlet and they keep resetting it that's it.

          Finally a major problem occur where in while charging i feel current, earlier it was minor but today when i charged it from my office, i felt major shocked and due to which to iphone feel down and it got broken.

          I immediately called to customer care and the lady talked so rudely to me that she forced me to rise a complain over here and consumer court as well.

          Apple need to provide training to there customer care executives. she didn't believe me and talked me so rudely even and blame me for all the damage. even what more disgusting that she asked me the photograph of my hand that must have been damage then she gonna believe me .

          MY GOD what she expects that due to shock my hand must have burst !! Is that the way to talk to the customer?


          I am seriously going to charge Apple heavily for this in the court and wants to meet that lady personally and let her know what customer means to the company .

            Hi,

            I would like to escalate the matter so that this should not happen to someone else
            As the kind of poor service that i have got is Really unacceptable

            As it says on the website futureworldindia.in that the operational hours for the store is till 8pm where in i was at the store by 6:30pm since i had battery issues and network problems with my iphone

            I was issued a token at 6:31 and got a text message saying

            "Your Token Number is IP45131 We will attend you shortly"

            After being attended i was told to take a back up of the data as they had to deposit my phone with them back up which took around 40 mins when in rep herself told me it will take 1 hr. Since i had 4G i expected to it to be done earlier which it did as it took me 40 mins
            After 40 mis the rep and the store incharge refused to take my phone for service as it was 7:25pm
            Moreover the store incharge even denied to provide any information for his superior or escalation hierarchy and gave the business card instead
            Store incharge was indecent rude and illogical
            Such a huge inconvenience
            Stupid People spoiling brand name and brand value should be checked

            Will escalate the matter to consumer court if requires

            I would like to know the escalation hierarchy and their email id's or phone number as i want this matter to be looked into ASAP

              I purchase aapple iphone 6 mobile on bigc mobiles pvt ltd 18/10/2014.The product is under 1+1 national warranty for 2years.The company is not taking the mobile for repairing.Also misbehaves with customer .I have the original invoice of the product. I request the company 100s of times.They are not taking the product.So finally i raise a complaint on consumer forum.So please take my issue seriously

                I have Iphone 6 and it has a hardware problem, the screen LED is malfunctioning and apart from this there are few more hardware problem.
                My phone is under warranty but Apple is not replacing the phone instead charging 25k for a new replacement.

                Please suggest what action can be taken against them.
                Apple India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  I took my Mac Air 13 inch (early 2015), which is still under warranty for Fan noise and one USB not working. I was shocked to hear that the Apple service center diagnosed the problem to Liquid Corrosion requiring paid replacement of parts.

                  There was never any liquid seepage and am sure that the the LCI indicators are themselves faulty. This is pure daylight robbery and will henceforth discourage any of my contacts to buy a Mac

                      I have new Apple iPhone since Dec 2014 at 53500 cost. Now the screen of my iPhone got damaged accidentally. When I approached customer service center they directed me to Reliance digital located at Naranpura, Ahmedabad. They offered a replacement for 24000 as the only option. The replacement cost is something pathetic which was not expected from Apple.

                        The pathetic problem with my iPhone 5s it goes into boot loop and shows blue screen making but i am really disappointed from this apple as I only apple product and I have worth $1000 app purchase on my apple id .                           I purchased new iphone 6s plus just before 2 months facing battery issue, than i got replacement from apple service center. The replaced cell was facing dulness in screen. I again got replacement but still facing the same problem. My cell is under warenty but i am getting no solution from apple service center .my phone case no is [protected].this service is not expected from apple. My 82000 rs totaly wasted. I will never suggest any one for apple . The worst service i ever seen.my phone no is [protected].

                              The apple iphone 4 s you have send i have a doubt regarding that is not genuine one coz the earphone you have sent it is not original for sure. The wifi window is also not working in that mobile as i have compared with the original iphone 4 s i have a doubt that it is not the original one and in your invoice also you have written 6 months warranty and your customer representative is saying 3 months warranty that makes my doubt even more strong that this product is not original.
                              KINDLY REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR RETURN MY MONEY BACK.

                                After the launch of Apple 6 Plus i happiply brought one of the devices but since then I have been getting a nightmare getting the device replaced from apple. Inspite of reporting the problems well within the warranty period no action was taken to replace the defective phone provided by apple. Started with heating issues battery problems, display flickering and all other sort of problems. Have been given false commitments by apple team . The phone is out of warranty now and apple banglore team asked for a heafty sum to fix the problem. Later came to know apple iphone devices are not fixed in India . Only option is a replace. Poor Service by Apple. Never ever buy apple products. They only promise service buty dont deliver the expected service . Would recommend customers to buy Samsung or other available smart phones but not apple.

                                  I purchased iPhone 6 16gb Space Grey from Mauritius on December 2014 with the IMEI [protected]. The phone had a small dot on the corner edge of the screen which was a manufacturing defect since the date I purchased it. The dot has since become bigger and bigger. I appealed repeatedly to Apple to replace my phone but with no response from their side. I have spend Rs.55, 000 on this phone and its such a shame for big brand like Apple to cheat their customers.                                     I purchased my iPhone two month before it stop working and put it in care on 6/11/2015 and delivery date was 13/11/2015 I not yet received it back and the sahara mall apple care replied that your iPhone is unrepairable.                                       I have purchased I phone 5 s (IMEI No.[protected] on dt. 06 January 2015 in Chandigarh. After some time I unable to access internet, so I went to service centre and they suggest me to update software. After updation the problem was still persist. So after 3-4 time to went care centre the handing over the cell for four days. And then they change the cell phone. After some time there was network problem in new cell phone. Again care centre suggest to updation. After updation same there was same problem. Again I went to care centre, and they told me that there is problem in operation system and new update will be available after 20-25 days. Again I visited care centre. And they kept cell phone for observation for 2-3 days. After that the delivered the cell, but the issue remain same. It repeated twice. Then they replace the cell phone. Now third new cell have problem of voice and video. Dear Team, I get frustrated whole the year due to visiting care centres and money loses with expenses. Now kindly suggest what should I do, as the warranty period expired today. And If I go to care centre for repair/ replacement, there will be no guarantee of cell phone, it may be good. Kindly help me to sort-out the issue, as I lost my important time to visit care centre. And now I am not comfortable with apple cell phones.
