I have new Apple iPhone since Dec 2014 at 53500 cost. Now the screen of my iPhone got damaged accidentally. When I approached customer service center they directed me to Reliance digital located at Naranpura, Ahmedabad. They offered a replacement for 24000 as the only option. The replacement cost is something pathetic which was not expected from Apple.

    The pathetic problem with my iPhone 5s it goes into boot loop and shows blue screen making but i am really disappointed from this apple as I only apple product and I have worth $1000 app purchase on my apple id . And i[censored] will not help I will really feel bad at your part as such a regular apple customer is not seen

      I purchased new iphone 6s plus just before 2 months facing battery issue, than i got replacement from apple service center. The replaced cell was facing dulness in screen. I again got replacement but still facing the same problem. My cell is under warenty but i am getting no solution from apple service center .my phone case no is [protected].this service is not expected from apple. My 82000 rs totaly wasted. I will never suggest any one for apple . The worst service i ever seen.my phone no is [protected].

          The apple iphone 4 s you have send i have a doubt regarding that is not genuine one coz the earphone you have sent it is not original for sure. The wifi window is also not working in that mobile as i have compared with the original iphone 4 s i have a doubt that it is not the original one and in your invoice also you have written 6 months warranty and your customer representative is saying 3 months warranty that makes my doubt even more strong that this product is not original.
          KINDLY REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR RETURN MY MONEY BACK.

            After the launch of Apple 6 Plus i happiply brought one of the devices but since then I have been getting a nightmare getting the device replaced from apple. Inspite of reporting the problems well within the warranty period no action was taken to replace the defective phone provided by apple. Started with heating issues battery problems, display flickering and all other sort of problems. Have been given false commitments by apple team . The phone is out of warranty now and apple banglore team asked for a heafty sum to fix the problem. Later came to know apple iphone devices are not fixed in India . Only option is a replace. Poor Service by Apple. Never ever buy apple products. They only promise service buty dont deliver the expected service . Would recommend customers to buy Samsung or other available smart phones but not apple.

              Dear Apple,

              I purchased iPhone 6 16gb Space Grey from Mauritius on December 2014 with the IMEI [protected]. The phone had a small dot on the corner edge of the screen which was a manufacturing defect since the date I purchased it. The dot has since become bigger and bigger. I appealed repeatedly to Apple to replace my phone but with no response from their side. I have spend Rs.55, 000 on this phone and its such a shame for big brand like Apple to cheat their customers. I request Apple to either replace my phone or provide me with a refund. Contact me +91-[protected].

                I purchased my iPhone two month before it stop working and put it in care on 6/11/2015 and delivery date was 13/11/2015 I not yet received it back and the sahara mall apple care replied that your iPhone is unrepairable.                   I have purchased I phone 5 s (IMEI No.[protected] on dt. 06 January 2015 in Chandigarh. After some time I unable to access internet, so I went to service centre and they suggest me to update software. After updation the problem was still persist. So after 3-4 time to went care centre the handing over the cell for four days. And then they change the cell phone. After some time there was network problem in new cell phone. Again care centre suggest to updation. After updation same there was same problem. Again I went to care centre, and they told me that there is problem in operation system and new update will be available after 20-25 days. Again I visited care centre. And they kept cell phone for observation for 2-3 days. After that the delivered the cell, but the issue remain same. It repeated twice. Then they replace the cell phone. Now third new cell have problem of voice and video. Dear Team, I get frustrated whole the year due to visiting care centres and money loses with expenses. Now kindly suggest what should I do, as the warranty period expired today. And If I go to care centre for repair/ replacement, there will be no guarantee of cell phone, it may be good. Kindly help me to sort-out the issue, as I lost my important time to visit care centre. And now I am not comfortable with apple cell phones.

                      I have submitted my iphone 6s at the TRESOR SYSTEMS ( Service Centre) at Gurgaon. While submitting the phone there was no problem screen bubbling, but when i received the phone, the problem of screen bubbling was there. This problem was not from my end, something wrong has went from the service centre side. I have asked them to resolve the problem but they are making excuses and are not ready to accept that this there fault.

I had purchased an iphone 5c last year in June 2014. The handset created some software issue in February 2015 and when I had shown it to the Apple service centre at S-114 1st Floor, Sahara Mall, Mehrauli Road, Gurgaon- 122001, Haryana, India, I was told that the handset has an issue and the same will have to be replaced. As a customer, I had no choice but to agree to the change of the device. I am attaching the job sheets for your reference. 3 days back, when again I had a problem in the handset and went to show the same to the same Apple service centre, they told me that there is some software problem, but when I told them there was no software problem as I was able to get call & message alerts on my phone but the same were not displayed on my screen. So, perhaps the screen had a problem. On listening to this and on my insistence, the apple centre executive opened up the handset. He then told me that the handset had a hardware problem and the two internal components are missing in the handset which is the reason for its non-functioning. I am shocked when the service centre refused to accept the handset saying internal components are missing from the set. If internal parts were missing, how was I supposed to know this? If a defective handset was handed over to me in February in exchange of my product that I purchased for Rs. 36, 000, how am I responsible? Was I shown the internal machinery inside a phone at that time describing me various internal components? If NOT, then how was I supposed to check this???? This time I feel cheated as a customer by a brand like APPLE, whom we trust blindly! I am now told that the handset will not even be looked for repair options because of the missing components !!! I am surprised that who is checking whether internal components found missing were even checked when Apple handed me over a new handset in february? I would not even have known if it was mentioned in the job sheet at all? It is even more shocking for me that when a customer can trust the brand blindly, how can the brand allegate the customer of foul play. My justification is that why will I ever steal the internal components (which I don't even know about) from my OWN handset? The executive at Apple service centre has stated in his job report that the handset is damaged with scratches. I am aghast at the rude behaviour of the staff and am attaching the pics of my handset for you to examine how many scratches it has! It is one of my prized possession and has been kept with utmost care. I have begun to question the credibility & integrity of a brand by knowing this shocking theory! The worst part is that whoever I ask now, says that once the job sheet once filled by the apple care executive (in my case it has been filled that the handset is tampered etc. etc.) is treated as a bible by customer care across the globe! But I want to escalate this issue because this is a wrong information and I feel cheated! I have had a hard time locating this email id from one of the franchises of iphone sellers in India. It is again quite astonishing how Apple does not have any grievance escalation email id!

                            I request consumer court will help me on my issue. Plz find the video as a attachment. I have bought my i phone on 20/07/2015. Not even complete a year my phone getting radio frequency noise sound from speakers while locking and unlocking, watching videos typing messages, even speaking calls also. I recorded a video at the time of getting problem. I have attached a video of my i phone 5s space grey. This problem not happend first time. On 19/11/2015 i have got the problem with my phone and i had taken my i phone to apple authorized service center in hyderabad, rsg infotech pvt. Ltd. And the service case number is s03117/h/15. He simply closed the issue by telling it is a software issue. Again with in a month i have got same problem which is more than previous problem. The service persons and apple company bluffing by selling second hand phones and also manufacturing defect phones. I have bought my i phone for ₹39000. By having the problem with hardware issue simply they telling that its a software issue. How can i get same problem again after giving to authorized apple service center. Plz replace my i phone with new one. How can i get hardware problem within a year after purchasing. I am requesting consumer forum to act seriously about the issue. I am seriously upset with the issue and the service person also not responding properly.

                                I had purchased new iPhone 6 Plus on 19th where there was rear camera issue.after replace the phone from service centre give me another new phone but second phone having rear camera dust inside, as per service representative the phone have manufacture issue. And they are telling me they will open and clean the dust but I am not convince because how can I permit one day new phone for open with manufactur fault, my complain no is [protected].                                     Hi I had bought an Ipad 2 three Years back & I went to your Service Center for updating the same as IOS 4 is working on it. They submitted my Ipad & tell us that we will update it & the same will be chargeable. I spent my three whole days in your Service Center & have spoken to your Customer Executive so may times but there is no proper resolution. Yesterday I received a call from one of your executive MR Siman he is saying there is a hardware issue in my ipdad without any proper investigation. They should let us know before updating the software that the same will get updated or not ? I am using at least 10 products of Apple at my home but that bad experience I have never faced. As I have given my iPad in a working condition in Service Center. I want my Ipad in the same condition. Request you to pls update my software either it is an IOS 4 or IOS 9. I dont care about this. I want my Ipad in a working condition as I given to your Service Center guy in a working condition. Now i am asked to pay indian rupees 18000/- for replacement of IPAd as it was not getting recovered from them Believe me there was no such issues from my side.I am asked to pay without any of my fault. I am not willing to pay any thing for the fault which is not from my side. I dont know what apple india can make out by just looking to the pic of hand set, and Sr Advisors take the decision that this issue is not getting recovered.. For them its only a sentence and for customers it is mental physical and financial harassment. Now i dont think any option is left rather approaching consumer court. Request your kind intervention to get this issue resolved, this issue is changing my persecution for apple products that i had earlier. Hope you understand & provide me a resolution asap.

                                      Hi, I have purchased Apple Iphone 5s 32 GB IMEI No: [protected] and started getting problem from in 1 years 4 months of purchase, i thought may be due to OS issue my phone is getting restarted again and again. I upgraded the OS latest version but the issue remain the same some time blue screen and some times red and last friday day when I woke up in the night my phone was dead . I went to Apple Authorized service center unicron in mumbai INDIA and they told me that the phone was dead and my iphone they will replace the device. and charges - 21000/- I went to service center after 1 days and they told me that my iphone has been dead and it is hardware issue also in this phone So it is damaged it will replace but charges apply - 21000/-, then how it is possible and I am not fool that . It was really shocking for me that a brand like apple can do this and give franchise of apple to the service center like this and after that I call on Apple helpline no (Case ID:[protected] i had a word with Senior Advisor Mr. Yaseer Apple Bangalore India and explained the whole incident and he confirmed with technician Mr. Sandeep (TRESOR SYSTEMS PVT LTD) that there is no mark of damage or single scratch on the phone outside and he also told me that there is hardware fault also with that cable issue . they cannot help me in this case., So what should I do we pay the most for the Apple Iphone in INDIA and getting this type of services seriously very very strange. Then I thought I will accelerate it further to the main apple not to the authorized service center for justice and I mail it to the higher authorities today. my new iphone and it was very shocking for me. about the service center because home button was working fine before it got dead and when I gave my phone to the service center it was in a very good condition and the tampered cover I am 100% sure the Apple authorized service center and Apple Company has cheated me also and I am not the only one there are many people who faces this type of issue on daily basis and cheating people and on a very serious note i am not going to ignore this type of cheating, I bought this costly iphone for work purpose and due to this I am very disturbed my friends are making fun of me all because of you guys and I will not blame service center I will blame apple because you give authorization to this type of service center. I trust this matter can be resolved quickly and help me to replace my device, otherwise I will go to consumer court or to take legal action against you because its your’s responsibility and I have left with no options.
