Paid 72k for iphone 6s on the launch day/night i.e. 16.10.2015 On 13.10.2015 the phone stopped working RSG infotech was contacted & phone was submitted same day All pics & data deleted. Despite RSG saying the phone was okay, it wasnt. No resolution yet & just false commitments & lies. What does one do with such pathetic products/services & ppl?
They are not Apple Authorised Reseller or Premium Reseller.

Apple Terminated them.

RSG Infotech is cheating Customers, Employees, Vendors, Financial institutes, everyone.

Employees salaries on hold from 08 months & Provident Fund not deposited.

Director Axxxx Achari is absconding from months.

His phone is not reachable, Landline not working, not sitting in his office from months.

No one knows about his present address. All Stores and offices closed down except Andheri, Amboli Head Office.

    I purchased my iPhone two month before it stop working and put it in care on 6/11/2015 and delivery date was 13/11/2015 I not yet received it back and the sahara mall apple care replied that your iPhone is unrepairable.       My iPhone6-64gb has a manufacturing defect of FaceTime camera misalignment, which is covered under warranty. But the service centre is still asking for a payment of 26330/- to replace the phone. Which is not acceptable, though my phone is under warranty still.

        Hi i have an iphone 5s imei :[protected] i have escalated the issue with higher authorities with apple care but

        nothing seems to work, so i thought of writing it to you. i submitted my device having battery issue o 28th September

        2015, the service center handed the device back to me by 2nd oct by restoring it to factory settings, now i was pretty

        much sure this dint fixed the problem, so i told him that 28th sept was my last day of warranty n this device was not

        getting fixed by factory reset option, he told me he is giving me 30 days, if i face the same problem again i can bring it

        back to the store, so i knew it wasnt fixed, i used it just to make sure, on 15th oct i took it back to the store, they

        denied of giving me any such word and also told it was against apple policies they ccant do anything like that, being in a

        frustrated situation i called apple care to escalate, after 10 mins, one guy from the store comes to me and tells me to

        submit the device, and we will take in warranty, now i dint believed his words as they had already shown their true

        colors, so i told the guy over the phone to document everything (this was on 15th oct itself, apple care agent must have everything documented on this date), after confirmation from him i submitted the handset and

        they did nothing to my phone and 3rd of november i get a call from store that i need to pay 22k to get my device fixed as

        warranty was over, i told them to give back the device to me as m not paying 22k. i went to collect the device, they gave

        back the device in a switched off state told to charge it at home. now the screen has a black dot. this is not how i

        submitted the device with a mark on the screen. please help me out i dont see any ways to fix this because the supervisors

        tell me they are investigating and its been more then 1 week. they promise call backs and never call me back. please help

        me escalate this. also 1 more thing i wanna share is the reason why i had to pay 22k is that there was water damage in my

        phone as per store, now i was pretty sure never ever was a moment when i was so careless to let the phone drop in water or

        use it in rains, store told me all the litmus papers are red in the handset, so i went to a different apple auth service center which is near my college to confirm the same, they said they cant take the phone in warranty but they can check if the information given was correct or not. they said the litmus is still white, i feel played with my device no other options that i see to fix this situation, i cant live with this black dot on my screen as this wasnt how i submitted the device, if it was my mistake then i wouldnt question at all, but they have ruined it everythng giving false commitments and creating drama.

        please assist me. also the supervisors are waiting from the first store to send the images of litmus being red in the

        device, they havnt sent any as they will not have.

            My name is Sushil and i want to complaint about the Apple India Pvt Ltd

            I purchased a macbook pro and during the warranty time laptop got defect two times Every time are are giving a refurbished motherboard which keep on getting defect Just in 30 days they have changed motherboard tow times. Now i am not sure about the quality of the product where i have already got such huge faults after spending such huge amount

            No i dont want to keep this device with me as it is not up to the standard Would request you to help me with the refund or replacement of the device

              The Incident:
              One fine day I'm just having lunch on my table & the Iphone is in my track pant...I get up wash my hands & take out my handset keep it on the table & realize it got bent.

              The incident was actually more simpler than it sounds.

              The care free Panic:
              keeping in mind the product, reliability & brand value I did panic initially as to how come such a reputed product from a Big Brand encounter such a small & simple accident...I also got a bit confused & shocked as to how could this happen in the 1st place...which handset on earth bends just by being in your pocket..& even if it did what an inferior quality product for such a high price!!!

              But keeping in mind that it’s an Apple product...THE BIG BRAND...with customer centric values & customer satisfaction ideologies I kind of took it easy thinking they will understand that the product is at fault & not my fault...so i took it to the nearest service center at Imagine, Atria Mall, Worli, Mumbai, India.

              The showing of the true colors of THE BIG BRAND:
              I spoke to the advisor over there & he informed me that we need to confirm it with the offshore Apple team as it can be replaced or not as they were not sure about it & directed me to call the contact center of Apple & said if they agreed then it will be possible for them to replace the handset immediately within 2 hours as the stock was available with them.

              I spoke to Renu from the Apple offshore department(Case Id:[protected] & explained to her the exact situation where the Iphone 6 had just bent without me banging it anywhere or dropping it & it being a scratch less piece. However after hearing this Renu assured me that it is definitely not a mistake on my part as there was no physical damage to the phone & the phone itself was very delicate so the phone can be replaced by Apple as a goodwill gesture. She directed me to leave the handset with the service center advisor to check for any technical or physical damage to the handset. I was advised to visit the service center the next day as the service center team wanted to get the replacement approved by the offshore team. After their chat to the offshore team(Case Id: 4168041) they informed me that there was no physical damage done to the handset from my side but still they informed me that the replacement was rejected on the basis of “device bent due to pressure” .

              Now here I have few questions which have to be understood…
              1) Is there a special pocket which everyone makes to put their handsets in that I have not made?
              2) If the mobile is in the pocket & even if it got ‘bent due to pressure” so is it my fault that I am a 5foot 8inch 63kg ectomorph that the handset could not handle my pressure!!! What would have happened if I were a Big show or a Rikishi!!!??
              3) Which Handset bents with the pressure created in the pocket, I haven’t heard a single complaint for other brand handsets having metal body’s that their handsets got bent.
              4) And if the handset is made of thin Aluminum it is not a fault on customer’s part, it’s a manufacturing defect & it should be replaced by the Apple Company.

              Continuation:
              Then I tried to contact the Apple higher authorities but couldn’t find a single email id which could direct to the senior department, the feedback/support section on the website has very limited typing space….I then again contacted the Apple call center & I spoke to Rea & she again went running around the bush & said it can’t be replaced however she can help me in getting a discount on the repair cost.
              I couldn’t imagine myself for being a bigger fool to pay for the repair cost after spending 5 grand on an inferior quality product that too after it not being my mistake.

              The Confession:
              To my shock when I had gone to the store:
              1) I met the senior engineer Ishaan there & he did confess that they have replaced handsets with bents in the recent past, so my question to him was either the handset was dropped in that case it cannot be replaced or it got bent due to pressure & my handset was very slightly bent so the bent on the other handset would have been more than mine or at least equal to it so why can’t my handset be replaced!!!
              2) This is the same confession the contact center adviser Rea had made that they had replaced handsets in the past bent due to pressure but on asking the same question as did to Ishaan she too started running around the bust & kept repeating the same thing that the criteria for a replacement differs on handset to handset but what are the criteria’s she failed to address.
              3) Apple to have advertised that it will replace the bent Iphone’s due to normal use like PHONE BENT AFTER KEEPING IN THE BACK POCKET after a visual inspection done which in my case has been done & the advisors did accept that it got bent in the pocket.

              NOTE: My handset is absolutely scratch less which proves neither there was some other external pressure nor was it dropped.


              The frustration:
              Now I am totally frustrated, fed-up & disappointed from running to the service center to speaking to advisors & also with Apple & its product…I am not able to use the handset for which I paid through my hard earned money. This is not what I had expected out of such a Big Brand.

              I want to take further action on Apple & get the handset replaced. request you to please look into the matter.

                Hi My phone got internal screen damage and my phone is in warranty . There is no external damage in phone. When I went to service provider they are saying this will be not covered in warranty. But Don't know don't why it will be not covered in warranty when it is internal screen damage.

                  I had purchased iPhone 5s in February 2015. Since July, it started giving flickering issues, once the company changed the phone by giving me new phone and said, they had given exception chance, apart from this, now in the month of October phone is again troubling me, by which apple is denying to change or resolve the issue by saying I have dent on the phone which is only a scratch. And said, exception chance can only be given once. Though the phone is under warranty, no action is being taken yet. I am facing mentally harassment by iqor system in Kamla nagar, Delhi and Iphone support care in Bangalore by Rukhsar the senior manager along with her colleagues. Even that lady that spoken so badly with me, which was not supposed to be with a customer. I am not asking them to replace the phone but atleast resolve the hardware issue which is troubling me.
                  Kindly help me in resolving the issue.

                        Purchased the computer on Dec 2014 . within a span of 8.5 months the computer failed to work .I contacted the head office in Banglore, I was denied any claim for the same . they however offered only repair, which was apart of the warranty . since as a customer I paid a premium amount, I expected a better service . the customer care has not provided the repaired computer In due time . the issues with the laptop are as follows, Ram, mother board, display hinges and software is not functioning .

                          I have purchased Apple Iphone 6 Plus 64 GB Serial No:- FK2PRVKJG5QY on 9th of July 2015 and started getting problem from the fifth day of purchase, i thought may be due to OS issue my phone is getting restarted again and again. I upgraded the OS from 8.3 to 8.4 but the issue remain the same some time blue screen and some times red and one day when I woke up in the morning my phone was dead . I went to Apple Authorized service center TRESOR SYSTEMS PVT LTD Saket New Delhi INDIA and they told me that the phone will go for screening and after 48 hrs if my iphone gets passed in screening they will replace the device. I went to service center after 2 days and they told me that my iphone has been failed in screening test there is cable which is below the home screen button found cut and there is hardware issue also in this phone So it is damaged we cannot replace, please note one thing there were no problem in my home button the only issue was restarting of phone and other functions were working fine then who did it ?and It was surprising for me. My device was only 29 days old and i never ever gave it to anyone then how it is possible and I am not fool that I will give 29 days old phone to other service center or to the unauthorized person . . It was really shocking for me that a brand like apple can do this and give franchise of apple to the service center like this and after that I call on Apple helpline no i had a word with Senior Advisor Mr. Yaseer Apple Bangalore India and explained the whole incident and he confirmed with technician Mr. Sandeep (TRESOR SYSTEMS PVT LTD) that there is no mark of damage or single scratch on the phone outside and he also told me that there is hardware fault also with that cable issue and after analyze Mr. Yaseer told me that he will accelerate this issue further but after 3-4 days I got the worst response that they cannot help me in this case., So what should I do we pay the most for the Apple Iphone in INDIA and getting this type of services seriously very very strange. Then I thought I will accelerate it further to the main apple not to the authorized service center for justice and I mail it to the higher authorities next day i got a call from Mr. Dario Giuliano Executive Relations EMEIA and explained each and every thing to him and he told me that he will investigate my issue and after discussion i had very high hopes from Mr. Dario Giuliano but after investigating for one week he told me In this case they cannot help me because there is modification in my new iphone and it was very shocking for me. I don’t think Mr. Dario Giuliano Executive Relations EMEIA has investigated it properly he just investigated the device and screenshot but not about the service center because home button was working fine before it got dead and when I gave my phone to the service center it was in a very good condition and the tampered cover was there on the phone but when I went again to take my phone back I found that some one has removed tampered cover and put it again I asked the guy do apple engineer remove screen guard during screening and he said yes but later on I asked my cousin who has worked in Bangalore service center told me that there is nothing to do with the screen guard and I am very much sure they have replaced part of my phone with others because it was dead and they all knew that how will I prove but you cannot do this to customer and I am 100% sure the Apple authorized service center has cheated me also and I am not the only one there are many people who faces this type of issue on daily basis and cheating people and on a very serious note i am not going to ignore this type of cheating, I bought this costly iphone for work purpose and due to this I am very disturbed my friends are making fun of me all because of you guys and I will not blame service center I will blame apple because you give authorization to this type of service center. I trust this matter can be resolved quickly and help me to replace my device, otherwise I will go to consumer court or to take legal action against you because its your’s responsibility and I have left with no options.                             Dear sir, After received my booked phone, i was happy and feel lucky. But in 2nd moment i was so sad to see the batten not working and informed the same to costumer care as the phone number. They assured me that complaint lunched. But there was no mail or sms for the same. Again call after few days (today) ask the same. They say that it will take 13 working day and after a hug request the provide me complaint number qrc47725675 . I can’t understand why they can’t provide lunch complent conformaction...???? After 30 days they will say its palicy matter that we cant take complent after 30 days... 30 days return policy... Please help

                              I bought an iphone 6 from USA and was told that there is a world wide warranty.my phone screen got damaged due to certain reason .I traveled to service centre at south extension, Delhi and was ready for the repair/replace as found necessary.But they rejected to give any service as it wasn't Indian purchase. As a next step I called up Apple support for help and they gave me three options: 1.dump the phone 2.Travel abroad (spend min 50, 000) and get phone replaced there. 3.Go to a local service dealer and get the screen replaced. Is this the service apple is known for? I accept the fact you cant give an international warranty in India but U cant give a customer support in India (paid support) is not justified in any way.

                                I purchased an iphone 5c blue color on 26th april, 2015, after about 2 months o[censored]se my phone started giving charging related issues, i had to place the phone in a certain way ro get it chatged, i used the phone in the same way till September mid when the issue worsened, now the phone was not charging at all, i visited the authorized apple service center in faridabad m/s unicorn and the representative without even looking at the phone said the case is of physical damage and could not be coveres under warranty, i was shocked to hear such a bad behavior by such renowned company known for quality products, i made him look at my product and then he got convinced that there were no signs of physical damage to the phone. But again after submitting the phone, i received a call after 4 days that product cannot be covered under warrenty. I want to ask apple india, can anyone explaim how can a person physically damage a charging point without doing any damage to the phone? This is worst of the worst experience of customer service and after sales support

                                    I had purchased iPhone 5C ( IMEI No.-[protected]) from your dealer, UNIVERCELL at Express Avenue, Chennai, for a consideration of Rs. 53, 500/-(Fifty Three Thousand Five Hundred only) on 18/1/2014. On 28/8/2015 my iPhone receiver speaker was not working and after sometime the network was also not being detected by my iPhone and displayed as "searching" throughout the day. On 29/8/2015, I took my iPhone to Imagine, who is your authorized service centre at Alwarpet, Chennai for repair. My iPhone was taken for repair under the job order no. RAF (Repair Acceptance Form) - IMT751310 . On 31/8/2015 I received a call from the service centre stating that the my iPhone cannot be repaired since it is a hardware issue and the only option is to exchange my phone by paying Rs.20, 000/-. On the same day I received an email from the service centre stating the below. =Qte= iPhone remains in searching network receiver speaker is not working Diagnosis : iPhone in searching mode. Checked the iPhone by restoring iOS in DFU mode and found iPhone stuck with iTunes error occurred and conformed to be a hardware issue, and Checked with known good iTunes and system and found same issue persist. Checked and verified the serial number and IMEI number. Device passed in VMI and Micro Inspection test. Hence issue with the user iPhone and eligible only for exchange price. Customer not willing to go for exchange price, returning the same to customer. =Unqte= I went to the service centre in person as I was very surprised to hear that i have to replace my phone which is just around a year and half old and that too at a cost of Rs.20, 000/-. I was told at the service centre that my phone doesn't fall under the warranty period of one year and hence I must pay Rs.20, 000/- and Apple will replace my phone with a new instrument for the hardware issue. The service centre then gave me a toll free number to speak to the customer care. I spoke to your personne, Mr.Bupesh ( contact - [protected] extn[protected] and my phone conversation with Mr. Bupesh turned out to be of no use as he also merely repeated the same conversation to say there is a hardware issue in my iPhone due to which the phone cannot be used again and since my iPhone has crossed the 1 year warranty period I must pay for the hardware repair and the cost for the same will be Rs.20, 000/- and then Apple will replace my faulty phone with a new instrument. I asked him the reason for the hardware issue and he did not give me any reason for this but simply stated that a hardware issue can happen in any electronics device. I was taken aback by this very unprofessional explanation and made it very clear to him that Apple iPhone is not just another electronic product which will encounter a major hardware issue in just 18 months o[censored]se age and also considering that I have paid a huge amount of Rs.53, 500/- to buy a world class phone product from Apple. From the above email it is evident that the repair is because of the hardware issue and the iPhone/product cannot be repaired, the only option is to get a new iPhone. The service centre's email or the person who attended the repair never mentioned that the hardware problem is because of the wear and tear / mishandling/ failure to follow instructions . Therefore it is apparent that the hardware problem was inherent when I bought the iPhone/product. Moreover all my data stored in the iPhone is lost and could not be retrieved. When there is a problem with your product / phone, your company/service centre cannot even repair the product and the only solution/option you provide is to replace the phone and asking the consumer/customer to bear the costs. So, you are selling an inferior product/phone in the market for a higher price which the product/phone don't deserve. I am appalled at the quality and I wonder how you could allow such a product to hit shelves at all. It is a clear unfair trade practices. I am hoping to get justice for the money I have paid and would really appreciate APPLE replace my phone with out charging any exchange price if so the industry proves worth it. You are hereby called upon to remove the said defect (ie.. the hardware issue) in the product/phone or replace me with a new iPhone or return the consideration of Rs.53, 500/-(Fifty Three Thousand Five Hundred only) with interest @ 18% P.A. within three(3) days of receipt of this email . This letter is provided to give you earliest possible notice of potential claim.

                                      I had bought an IPhone5s in Feb this year, now its compass has stopped working, battery lasts too short and hangs so I have requested a case but on giving me an appointment they didn't call me... Now today it showed overheated and switched off.
                                      Apple India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have got no reply from Apple India, even I scheduled a call 3 times.

                                        Dear sir, maine bahut mushkil se paise jpdkar ek 11000 ka mobile liya, i phone 4s or thik ek din baad hi wo apne aap band ho gaya.jab maine dukan par wapas kara tab uske thik 7 din baad dukan wale ne mujhse kaha ki tune us phone ko aadha ghanta pani m dala hai.per aisa kuch bhi nahi hua.ab na to wo use thik kara kar de rahe or na hi paise wapas de rahe. and most imp baat to ye h ki ye sare k sare mob copy h or unhe orignal bata kar becha ja raha hai.
