I was transferred by Verizon to Apple. To start with the rep didn't remember that he had asked he to do something to my phone he was trying to activate. When I let him know that I had already done that he sounded angry and tried to make me out to be an . I was patient and took it in stride. Throughout the conversation he was impatient, condescending and rude. It got to the point where I felt I had to tell him he didn't have to be so rude and condescending. When I did so he hung up on me. I have bought 6 apple devices to date. There won't be a 7th. I am done with apple ! ! !

andyk - good ! - you should be satisfied with your product and service, if not, then do as you say and spend your money somewhere else - you will feel better (maybe try Samsung) - you are the consumer and you work hard for your money, you money is your voice - let your voice be heard - good luck !

    Apple complaint I sunil pune Maharashtra, I am purchase Apple Mac PC from pune, are:132000/within 3 days PC is not working, I have complaint at banglore no.[protected] miss Neha cooperate with me within 7 days mac is ok and Nehaji told me in future if you have facing any problem we will change your PC Mac, but one month ago I have facing same problem. (plz note my mac is under warranty in one years) At august 2014 I am submit complaint at banglore, My case no.[protected] dt 1Aug 2014. I am call many times apple care banglore above no, (Shashi sir-sindhuji-Goatam sir- Arshad saheb-Rakshith-Kutubudin saheb and senior suresh and pradeep But they are all told me, plz wait we have support to you very fast but 30 days they are not support me, and told me with apple all the person was zero, Plz solve my issue. Plz we have request to all friends, plz before purchasing apple product plz 1st visit apple service centre and check very bed service of apple centre and talk with other customers who is available at apple centre, I hope you are not purchase any apple product, name is big service is zero all customer are puzzle from apple service,

      iam unfortunately an apple product owner, they treat indian customers as , infact the techinicians at local service centres have no techinical knowledge at all, i have a problem since one year which these are still not able to solve, we customers are fooledinto buying apple product, we pay more than the american or britishers, then why take such treament, on contacting them they do not respond to calls or mails, STOP USING APPLE PRODUCTS FOR SURE, STOP BEONG TREATED LIKE INDIANS, with such bad experience i am never going to buy products in the future. and a special mention of the two maharatis of apple india which tehy claim to be heads of all asia apple ..lol ..deepak motwani and shahi kumar, who can barely talk in english

        i was facing network problem in my iphone 5s, i took it to the authorised service center they denied to take the phone for check they told me it is a telecom operator issue, but it was not the problem from operator side it was the hardware problem in that spam of time my phone fell and some crack came on the phone so then again i took it to the service center again they denied to check, then i went thrice forced them to take my phone so they took the phone and their was hardware issue that is manufacturing defect and apple is commited to replace it but they are denying to replace it

          I having lot of issues with my Ipad air after updating to IOS8. Ipad restarts after giving a blue screen and it happens at least 5 times in an hour o[censored]sage. I am not the only one having this problem, i[censored] visit the apple communities you can see a lot of people complaining about the same mostly from India. It could be a region specific issue but I still dont understand how a company like Apple, proclaimed to best and reliable company in the world release these kind of Buggy updates. Apple has only a handful of devices on market and its absurd that they cannot even test their devices before releasing their so called revolutionary updates. I updated to ios 8.0.2 hoping that it might address the issue, but in vain. On top of that their customer care representatives don't even bother to respond if a complaint is made regarding this. They will say u have to reset which i already did. Now, my only option is to travel 120km to the "nearest service point" because of a bug in their code.

            Sir, I bought apple i-phone 5S Gold 16GB from E-zone store Bangalore on 22-4-14.Before that i already have Iphone 4 which i am using from last 3-4 years, I didn't use this iphone 5s gold for 2-3 months, because i already had i-phone 4 and i thought i will use it on my birthday, Now what happen is when i was starting the phone on 25-8-14, it didnt start, i thought battery is not charged, than i put the phone on charge, but again it was not getting start, only the charging sign was coming and then apple sigh was coming, and same thing repting again and again.After this i went to the Apple service Centre, those people open the phone and told that battery is leaked and whole acid went into all parts of the phone and they comment on us without giving any proof, that we have give it to some outside service centre and thats why this thing happen.I told them that why i will give it to the outside service centre instead of knowing the fact that my phone is in the warranty period.Who is so fool in this world, that such a costly phone worth rupees 53500, and that also in the warranty period, who foolish will go to the outside service centre, After this apple people took the phone snap and sent to the engineering team, and the conclusion they draw is they cant do anything in this, some body has open the phone.But same time service centre people saying that looking the exterior of the phone, it seems that no-one has opened it, but seeing the interior some has opened it, I want to know as a customer of apple from last 4 years, i have iphone 4, iphone 5, ipad, everything, but why this problems come now, As a customer i dnt know technical stuff, i just know that i bought the phone worth rs 53500 and this problem comes, my money is gone, apple people played sfely and told that somebody has opened it, bt i knw tht i have not, by this they can anytime play safely by passing these comments, and apple people have rejected my complain and told that they dnt have any solution for this.I want justice, what my mistake in this.My 53500 gone, such a big amount.And even this iphone 5 i have not even use and its not even registered, which is a proff that i have not use this phone.Please i need justice asap

Then i approached one of the IStore in chennai recently. But they took the unit and returned me after two days saying this can't be repairable nor replacement. i was really shocked such Apple company does not have system

                i have bought iphone 4s 0n 23/4/2014 imei no [protected] bill name vikas goyal hanumangarh jn. on 10 june i got some touch problem in phone aftr that i visit to iphone care centre located at star city mall after taking 1 hour they remove my all data nd said your phone was alright but after 20 day i again found same problem thn i again visit there nd they follow same procedure as followed in first visit.now on 27/7/2014 i again found same problem so i again gone there they taken phone for diagnosis and said there is no problem. as after formating all data from phone the phone become normal it mean phone cant load any app.now they are not replacing the phone as they said me on purchase. please help us

                UI Issue on my iPhone 6

                When i double tab on home button, than screen will adjust for single handed and than i slide left for search so the search text box hides on top margin of screen, i am attaching the screen shots please look into this.

                  Recently I gave my iPhone 5 for diagnostics to Apple for their sleep wake button replacement program (free replacement program in which they are recalling faulty phones). I felt discriminated on the quality of service provided (US and developed world versus that I got in India) and they managed to ruin a perfectly working phone which is now not switching on after they opened it up. They are not ready to accept their mistake and instead offering me a paid replacement at INR 22, 000 (Approx US 366). I wrote the following to Apple's CEO Tim Cook recently and am forwarding the same to all the Board of Directors in Apple. Needless to say, I have suffered severe stress due to this and Apple is to blame for every bit of it. All the details are in the email pasted below. Hi Tim, Good Morning. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kanishka Chaudhry. I am a loyal apple customer and love my iPhone 5 and iPad mini, much to the point of adoration and to the annoyance of my friends. I have never minded paying extra for the design, quality and the perceived stellar customer service. However, I write this to let you know how Apple has recently failed to provide me the latter and ruined a perfectly working phone submitted to them for the Sleep/Wake button replacement Program. I know you are a busy man and I will try to keep it concise. I appreciate your time to go through this. My iPhone 5 (Sno C32JT0TRDTWF) qualifies for the Sleep/Wake button replacement program. As is the process, I went to the George Street Sydney Store 3 weeks back. They diagnosed the phone and told me that though it qualifies for the program, they cannot replace it at their end as the phone's apple care has expired and it was bought in India. They advised me to take it to an Apple Store/Authorized Service Provider in India. I do the same and take my phone to on July 5, 2014 to Maple (Authorized Service Provider) when I came back from Sydney. Maple took my phone telling me that they would like to run diagnostics again on it for 3-5 days to assure that it qualifies for the sleep wake program.Apple US's website says that Customer will get a loaner phone (from Apple or the Authorized Provider) while their phone is with Apple under this program. Maple did not provide me the same saying that they do not have that agreement with Apple. Maple failed to call me within the promised 48 hours and I give them a call on July 7 2014. To my surprise they tell me that there is a liquid presence in the phone and hence the phone is not covered under the Sleep/Wake Program. Maple offers me a paid replacement for INR 22, 000 (approx USD 366). I find it strange because the Sydney Store told me that it qualifies for replacement. I raise a case with Apple care (case id[protected],[protected] to understand the disconnect. The trouble does not end here. Apple care gives me the contact number of their India helpline and I talk Santosh and then Shambavi.I get a call from Shambavi on July 10, 2014 telling me that my phone is not switching on and I need to take it back or I can go for a paid replacement (again INR 22, 000 ~ USD 366). I went to the Maple store on July 11, 2014 and asked them what went wrong. They told me that there was a liquid in the phone which they knew as per the indicators. They said that they knew that if they open the phone it might go dead because of the liquid, still they opened it to know if the phone qualifies for the Sleep/Wake program. They never informed me of the risk involved. If they had, it would have been my decision whether to give them a go ahead in opening the phone or not. They told me that they received a call from Apple to give it back to me in the dead condition or ask me to get a paid replacement. The TL, Fredrick, at the Maple store was very helpful and told me that he will try charging the phone again, keep it for another 3-5 days and see if it works. But he will go as per the direction from Apple. I asked Shambavi to escalate the matter at her end. I get a call from hervi on July 14, 2014 telling me that she had done the same but the escalation team also says that I need to either take delivery of the dead phone or get a paid replacement. She also tells me to talk with Maple directly as she had done all she could at her end. I have requested her to pass me some documentation for the escalation but I have not received that yet. I had also requested her for an email id of the legal team but she only has an address for the APAC legal team in Australia on record and no email id where I can reach them. Tim, I write this to understand from you what happens if the phone is not in warranty but is knocked off dead due to the mistake of the Apple Authorized Provider (while the phone is submitted to be diagnosed for an Apple Sleep wake replacement Program). I gave them a perfectly working device and they cannot give it back to me in the same state in which it was given to them. Also, I want to understand why there is discrimination between providing loaner phones in the US and other countries but not in India while our phones are being examined / diagnosed for the sleep/wake button replacement program. Effectively every customer would have paid the same price for the phone and deserve the same service level. I will not go into the details of how vague I feel in my "non Apple days", leave aside the difficulties in using an old personal Generation 1 mobile as a backup. I hope being an Indian doesn't have anything to do with it. I don't really care much about the replacement phone as I am anyways going to buy the iPhone 6 in September when it launches. All I require from Apple is my iPhone 5 back in the same state I provided them. I don't think it is an unfair to ask for that and for refusing to take a paid replacement. I am appalled at the service quality and find it strange how it can not even be at the basic level in India while it is stellar quality in the US and Australia. Tim, I have taken too much of your time here but I do appreciate you going through this. I will go ahead on this as guided by you. I have not taken delivery of the phone yet from Maple.                     I brought an Iphone 4 in the month on Jan, 2014. Few weeks back i went to change the scratch guard and noticed a small scratch on the screen. All i wanted to know was how can gorilla glass be damaged. I have never dropped my phone for the glass to be damaged. I visited the Apple store and the staff told me that nothing can happen.                       I have an iPad which dint switch on after its battery got dried up completely. iStore people said it has hardware issues, since my device is out of warranty they asked me to pay 17000 and get a replacement for it. Why I'm i made to pay 17000? Instead i can buy a new one by adding few thousands more to it right? Apple is ripping customer wallets to raise their billion dollars pile of cash. If they cannot repair, or if they cannot manufacture a non-fault device let them brand the iPad as use and throw device. I will never advise anyone to buy Apple products again in my life, ever. I was a brand loyal to Apple, their customer service and response from customer care supervisor Ms.Sophie has hurt my loyalty. Its time to move on, I'm throwing my iPad to dust bin, i also request other apple users to be cautious.

                        I have purchase a new apple mobile last january 2014. But after two month a problem is created in to the device. Its display is outing from front without any physical damage . Apple Service centre confirm it is not a physical damge . but my device is full on warranty of 10 months .apple teams ask me 11000 rupees for solve this problem.

                          Dear Sir, My name is Vishal and i had bought I Phone 4 ( 8 GB ) phone in Oct, 13 from a local shop in Navi Mumbai with proper bill and guarantee. It was working fine till last month when the sound of phone suddenly reduced. I took the phone to I Phone registered service centre Aptronix service( Borivilli, Mumbai ) and they had stated that the serial no of the ph mentioned and the siftware inside do not match and hence original parts are not there so they cannot service it. What should i do now, how can i open the phone completely when i bought and i have tax paid bill from the dealer with 12 months warranty mentioned on the bill. Now they have written in email to me " We have mentioned that diagnostic test has been Passed but VMI (Visual Mechanical Inspection) has not passed.And the Serial Mismatch information has been updated on the Portal it will not show in Mail " Pls help as this is complete cheating with indian consumer, as we cannot check all parts of the phone while buying. thanking you Regards Vishal

                            Not repairing my laptop

                            I'm going through a very bad experience dealing with @apple care. [job no. : AND[protected]] All they have to do is change a flex cable which takes less than 10 minutes. I was told that I would receive the machine in 3 days. It has been 5 days since I gave it to them. They want another 3 days to resolve it. Not only do they charge exorbitant fees to fix a stupid cable but they also take an aweful amount of time. Service centre is blaming...

                            I have purchased iPad of Apple company and using BSNL SIM card for data connection, I have noticed that hotspot oration in the device is not available but this option is available in airtel sim when I used but the same BSNL SIM card is working with Apple iPhone and hotspot is working very well without any request to service provider and device manufacturer but the operating system used for iPad and iPhone is same, apple is enforcing the customer to go with airtel, Vodafone and aircel because of their mou, ok but my question is hotspot option should work with BSNL sim car in any other apple device . I brought these mater to bothe BSNL customer service and apple customer service, here device manufacturer is doing wrong thing and forcing particular operator to select.

                              respected sir/madam i purchased an apple iPhone 5 on 31st January 2013.it was working well till the month of may, then the problems started, the WiFi issue, app store issue camera problems, software updatation failed and few more.i bore with the problems thinking it to be the minor ones, but after October things were worsened.the camera started to block at times, there were pink lines coming in the screen while clicking pictures, WiFi was nor working, my lightning cable also gave up.on November 27th i went to systematix solution in ho chi min sarani kolkata (apple workshop) they received my complaints and promised to repair it or replace it if issue not solved.they returned the phone to me on 5th December 2013.but after 1 week o[censored]sage i found my camera problems were not resolved at all.they have replaced my lightening cable.but my iPhone was still not all okay.i again went to their office on 17th January.this time also they promise me to repair or replace.but my warranty period is getting over on 31st January 2014.which is just a week or more left.its not possible for me to run from Howrah to kolkata every time for this phone.i request them to either completely repair or replace the phone.but they took my request too casually.i request you to see to this matter.i am from a middle class family.i saved money to get this 45000 phone.but within 1 year it caused me so much of trouble.i cannot afford to buy another one and moreover i feel they have cheated me.by promising to repair or replace but they neither repaired nor replaced.i am writing this to you with much hope and trust.please do the need ful.and help me get a trouble free phone.i am attaching the picture clicked from my iPhonedazp as a proof of the problem i am facing while clicking pictures from my phone.

                                Hi this is abinandhan my mobile number is [[protected]] . i got the new mobile from poorvika iphone 4. and with in two days got some issue in hardware and i went to imagine store for complaint and they made replacement of new mobile then later again goon with some issue with same new mobile and third time also got some issue with the replacement of mobile. now no more... i have to spend 3000 everytime to go to that service centre. worst service ever had from a that much big MNC company.

                                  I don't know what your team have tested/diagnosed last 4 times, but my macbook crashed/restarted in just less than ten minutes after I collected back from your service center.

                                  I have attached images and video when the problem occurred (Files : Outlook.zip, IMG_1512.mov )

                                  I am returning back my macbook today morning. This will be the 5th time, I am coming back for the same problem.

                                  I can't come to your service center every time to get humiliated again and again.

                                  As a APPLE PROTECTION PLAN user, I want the problem to resolved or
                                  Please REPLACE MY MACBOOK.

                                  Kindly do whatever necessary.


                                  About the Problem:

                                  My MacBook crashes in two ways.



                                  1. The screen gets stuck and MacBook makes some loud sound (similar to the sound when a CD gets stuck inside the CD drive)

                                  I have attached the screenshot – photo 1, 2. I have to force shutdown the mac. When it restarts (restart_dialog.jpg) is shown.

                                  2. When I am working, the MacBook hangs and this screen (panic.jpg) appears. After which the same dialog is shown.

                                  Type No 2 is more frequently occurring than No 1.

                                  Both of these occurs very randomly, sometime while browsing, watching a movie or just immediately after logging in.

                                  This is not happening with a particular software too, sometimes with Safari, QuickTime, VLC, Photoshop and even when only finder is opened.



                                  I request you to please try Changing my RAM and HDD. Because these problems started only after upgrading my RAMs.

                                    The Managing Director Apple India Sir I purchased an apple handset (Model: I Phone 4, Serial No: DX8L5C8WDP0N, IMEI No. [protected]) from Jai Sachidanand Telecom, E-1/E-2, Chanakaya Place Part 1, Sai Complex, 40 feet Road Market, Opposite C-1 Janak Puri, New Delhi 110059, Phone [protected] on 20/08/2013 for Rs. 26500/-. The very next day the handset exhibited all sorts of malfunction viz. hanging and switching off all of a sudden. Consequently on 23/08/2013, I approached the service centre named Future World, Retail Pvt. Ltd. N-9 Outer circle Connaught Place New Delhi – 110001, Phone:[protected] and the set was returned to me after minor repairs. Astonishingly the set repeatedly showed same problems with the result that I was once again forced to visit the same service centre on 24/08/2013. This time the set was replaced with the so called new product (Serial No. C3KKT1THDP0N and IMEI No [protected]). My miseries did not end here because this set too has problems, (viz. defective camera, occasional vanishing of missed calls,Bluetooth not working etc.). It seems as if the company provides refurbished sets in the name of replacement. I spoke to the customer care executive Mr Nirmal (Ph: [protected], Case id:[protected]. He exhibited his inability and advised me to visit the service centre where I had already gone twice to get harassed and humiliated. I request the higher authorities to intervene immediately so that I may not be put into further harassment.
