I have an iPad which dint switch on after its battery got dried up completely. iStore people said it has hardware issues, since my device is out of warranty they asked me to pay 17000 and get a replacement for it. Why I'm i made to pay 17000? Instead i can buy a new one by adding few thousands more to it right? Apple is ripping customer wallets to raise their billion dollars pile of cash. If they cannot repair, or if they cannot manufacture a non-fault device let them brand the iPad as use and throw device. I will never advise anyone to buy Apple products again in my life, ever. I was a brand loyal to Apple, their customer service and response from customer care supervisor Ms.Sophie has hurt my loyalty. Its time to move on, I'm throwing my iPad to dust bin, i also request other apple users to be cautious.

    I have purchase a new apple mobile last january 2014. But after two month a problem is created in to the device. Its display is outing from front without any physical damage . Apple Service centre confirm it is not a physical damge . but my device is full on warranty of 10 months .apple teams ask me 11000 rupees for solve this problem.

      Dear Sir, My name is Vishal and i had bought I Phone 4 ( 8 GB ) phone in Oct, 13 from a local shop in Navi Mumbai with proper bill and guarantee. It was working fine till last month when the sound of phone suddenly reduced. I took the phone to I Phone registered service centre Aptronix service( Borivilli, Mumbai ) and they had stated that the serial no of the ph mentioned and the siftware inside do not match and hence original parts are not there so they cannot service it. What should i do now, how can i open the phone completely when i bought and i have tax paid bill from the dealer with 12 months warranty mentioned on the bill. Now they have written in email to me " We have mentioned that diagnostic test has been Passed but VMI (Visual Mechanical Inspection) has not passed.And the Serial Mismatch information has been updated on the Portal it will not show in Mail " Pls help as this is complete cheating with indian consumer, as we cannot check all parts of the phone while buying. thanking you Regards Vishal

        I'm going through a very bad experience dealing with @apple care. [job no. : AND[protected]] All they have to do is change a flex cable which takes less than 10 minutes. I was told that I would receive the machine in 3 days. It has been 5 days since I gave it to them. They want another 3 days to resolve it. Not only do they charge exorbitant fees to fix a stupid cable but they also take an aweful amount of time. Service centre is blaming their warehouse. Customer care is telling me that it's not 'their responsibility' and asking me to talk to customer relations(whatever that means). I'm stuck in a never ending loop and the worst part is my work is stalled. I'll never buy any Apple products from now on and advise my friends and family to do the same.

          I have purchased iPad of Apple company and using BSNL SIM card for data connection, I have noticed that hotspot oration in the device is not available but this option is available in airtel sim when I used but the same BSNL SIM card is working with Apple iPhone and hotspot is working very well without any request to service provider and device manufacturer but the operating system used for iPad and iPhone is same, apple is enforcing the customer to go with airtel, Vodafone and aircel because of their mou, ok but my question is hotspot option should work with BSNL sim car in any other apple device . I brought these mater to bothe BSNL customer service and apple customer service, here device manufacturer is doing wrong thing and forcing particular operator to select.

            respected sir/madam i purchased an apple iPhone 5 on 31st January 2013.it was working well till the month of may, then the problems started, the WiFi issue, app store issue camera problems, software updatation failed and few more.i bore with the problems thinking it to be the minor ones, but after October things were worsened.the camera started to block at times, there were pink lines coming in the screen while clicking pictures, WiFi was nor working, my lightning cable also gave up.on November 27th i went to systematix solution in ho chi min sarani kolkata (apple workshop) they received my complaints and promised to repair it or replace it if issue not solved.they returned the phone to me on 5th December 2013.but after 1 week o[censored]sage i found my camera problems were not resolved at all.they have replaced my lightening cable.but my iPhone was still not all okay.i again went to their office on 17th January.this time also they promise me to repair or replace.but my warranty period is getting over on 31st January 2014.which is just a week or more left.its not possible for me to run from Howrah to kolkata every time for this phone.i request them to either completely repair or replace the phone.but they took my request too casually.i request you to see to this matter.i am from a middle class family.i saved money to get this 45000 phone.but within 1 year it caused me so much of trouble.i cannot afford to buy another one and moreover i feel they have cheated me.by promising to repair or replace but they neither repaired nor replaced.i am writing this to you with much hope and trust.please do the need ful.and help me get a trouble free phone.i am attaching the picture clicked from my iPhonedazp as a proof of the problem i am facing while clicking pictures from my phone.

              Hi this is abinandhan my mobile number is [[protected]] . i got the new mobile from poorvika iphone 4. and with in two days got some issue in hardware and i went to imagine store for complaint and they made replacement of new mobile then later again goon with some issue with same new mobile and third time also got some issue with the replacement of mobile. now no more... i have to spend 3000 everytime to go to that service centre. worst service ever had from a that much big MNC company.

                I don't know what your team have tested/diagnosed last 4 times, but my macbook crashed/restarted in just less than ten minutes after I collected back from your service center.

                I have attached images and video when the problem occurred (Files : Outlook.zip, IMG_1512.mov )

                I am returning back my macbook today morning. This will be the 5th time, I am coming back for the same problem.

                I can't come to your service center every time to get humiliated again and again.

                As a APPLE PROTECTION PLAN user, I want the problem to resolved or
                Please REPLACE MY MACBOOK.

                Kindly do whatever necessary.


                About the Problem:

                My MacBook crashes in two ways.



                1. The screen gets stuck and MacBook makes some loud sound (similar to the sound when a CD gets stuck inside the CD drive)

                I have attached the screenshot – photo 1, 2. I have to force shutdown the mac. When it restarts (restart_dialog.jpg) is shown.

                2. When I am working, the MacBook hangs and this screen (panic.jpg) appears. After which the same dialog is shown.

                Type No 2 is more frequently occurring than No 1.

                Both of these occurs very randomly, sometime while browsing, watching a movie or just immediately after logging in.

                This is not happening with a particular software too, sometimes with Safari, QuickTime, VLC, Photoshop and even when only finder is opened.



                I request you to please try Changing my RAM and HDD. Because these problems started only after upgrading my RAMs.

                  The Managing Director Apple India Sir I purchased an apple handset (Model: I Phone 4, Serial No: DX8L5C8WDP0N, IMEI No. [protected]) from Jai Sachidanand Telecom, E-1/E-2, Chanakaya Place Part 1, Sai Complex, 40 feet Road Market, Opposite C-1 Janak Puri, New Delhi 110059, Phone [protected] on 20/08/2013 for Rs. 26500/-. The very next day the handset exhibited all sorts of malfunction viz. hanging and switching off all of a sudden. Consequently on 23/08/2013, I approached the service centre named Future World, Retail Pvt. Ltd. N-9 Outer circle Connaught Place New Delhi – 110001, Phone:[protected] and the set was returned to me after minor repairs. Astonishingly the set repeatedly showed same problems with the result that I was once again forced to visit the same service centre on 24/08/2013. This time the set was replaced with the so called new product (Serial No. C3KKT1THDP0N and IMEI No [protected]). My miseries did not end here because this set too has problems, (viz. defective camera, occasional vanishing of missed calls,Bluetooth not working etc.). It seems as if the company provides refurbished sets in the name of replacement. I spoke to the customer care executive Mr Nirmal (Ph: [protected], Case id:[protected]. He exhibited his inability and advised me to visit the service centre where I had already gone twice to get harassed and humiliated. I request the higher authorities to intervene immediately so that I may not be put into further harassment.                       This is mail is to aware you that people in Pune, Maharashtra, India are taking undue advantage of APPLE brand. For a small issue, those people directly say that your mcbook has got major damage and it will cost Rs. 60k to 80k for the same or else ask people to go for newer one. These people takes your old part saying that they need to send it to US i.e. Apple Computer as per policy. Afterwards they use same component for other repairs charging heavily. As being only authorize service center in Pune i.e. Rahul Commerce. User in this region has no other option to deal with. Because of this experience, consumer recommend other people to go for other windows laptop. This thing is killing brand and business of APPLE. Take necessary action on that authorize service center i.e. Rahul Commerce.

                        Went to Imagine Apple Store at Inorbit Mall in Whitefield on 11th August to check the exchange offer on iphone 4. I wanted to exchange my blackberry Curve and buy Iphone 4 8 GB. The sales representative checked the phone and said he can offer maximum 4000 in exchange offer. When I encountered him that Apple is advertising an exchange offer of 8000 , why he is offering me 4000 in exchange. He came up with his explanation that 8000 offer is on 16 GB model and 6000 is on 8GB model. He has offered me 4000 as my battery needs replacement. The entire conversation was not enjoyable. He requested me to come back with replaced battery on by Blackberry curve.

                        During the week I replaced the battery and went back to Imagine again on 18th August at 7 pm. Firstly the sales representative took half an hour to locate the stores manager as he was watching dance and music program at the Inorbit podium. On his arrival, he inspects the blackberry curve and offers me again 4000. When I explained the conversation of last week, he tells me that stuff has changed and they can offer max 4000.

                        Felt completely cheated with Apple's exchange offer and got a feeling that sales representatives are advised not to offer maximum amount on exchange.

                        Not turning up again in Imagine but thought of writing to you as I felt cheated.

                          We have ordered APPLE LIFT 5 months back along with Rs.1,00,000/- advance. Even after 5 months the company not in a position to supply and install the LIFT. After 4 months they have supplied some parts and it takes more than 15 days to fix the same. Again We have paid Rs.1,00,000/- as second time advance payment for supply of Cabin and Cables and Collapsible doors. Again it takes 15 days to supply the materials. After 15 days they have supplied cabin and cables after repeated phone calls and requests. But still they have not supplied the collapsible gates.
                          There is no responsible person to listen our words. There is no coordination between field staff and admin. The field staff engaged on labour contract basis by the APPLE company are not in a position to respond in a polite manner.

                          After so many (more than 100 times) calls and request we really vexed with this APPLE Company and their services, We request you all dont venture to purchase any item from this company.

                          The management (mainly the MD) also not giving proper response and not ready to take responsibility for the delay of supply and installation.
                          ONCE AGAIN WE REQUEST YOU ALL NOT TO ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS.

                                This is with reference to the above subject, I had given my Apple Desktop to upgrade OS to windows 7 to the local "DNS IT solution" near my house address is # 293 new no.20 1st Cross Cambridge Layout Ulsoor Bangalore 560008. ph[protected], [protected] Mob [protected]. Email ([protected]@dnsitsolutions.com) on Saturday 27th April, He told me that we need to change the RAM of 2gb which will support for windows 7. I told him clearly not to change you install only windows 7, I said later i will let you know. He also gave me acknowledgement Work order no 353. only for OS Install Win 7 and data Backup no wear its mentioned in the slip that RAM to extend, I called him on Tuesday he said we are just doing if you want you can wait and take or come morning on 01st May but i dint go. I sent my wife to shop on Thursday to collect they saying charges are 2000 Total. 300 for Os Install and 1700 for RAM, I spoke to the over phone guy who works there he told we changed the RAM i said who asked you to do that, He said i don’t know sir my boss (Govind) done. Even iam fine and asked him to handover the system he took so long to give at time i myself reached to the shop and went inside an saw the system there is a big line in the Display. The guy told just it was working and I don’t know how it happened he was checking with other guys as well and he requested me to come tomorrow. Friday I spoke to the Boss (Govind) he answer was so irresponsive he saying its electronic we cannot do anything, Evening I stepped in to shop and shouted him still he saying the same thing its electronic we cannot do any. Then why did I gave to IT Solution what is response. Still today there lease bother, i called him last friday his saying you should call us.
                                I Just gave to install software for that iam facing so much of problem and my time waste still now iam suffering with out systme,

                                  1-2 month ago my iphone stop working and i send some one else to replace my iphone,that time apple swap my iphone and gave me other and now suddenly its display stop working and i go to apple store to replace it again they said i am not the same person who came their first time and they speak very rudly and said they will not goin to replace it.
                                  i send some one else it doesn't mean its not my iphone i have bill and the slip they gave me after replacing my iphone. they think i am a child and trying to fool me. when i talk to apple website chat support they said they will replace my iphone and give me new one but why that person name kamal talk to me so rudly and not replacing my iphone?

                                      I had given Apple ipad gift to my sister and had purchased it from Bangalore. But then my sister had some problem handling it. So they went to the nearby Apple store in Margao, Goa - India. Wherein they refused answer their queries free of cost and asked for $40 to provide the help and the employees of the Apple store did not had any courtesy towards the customer.
                                      Is this the customer service from the people who have taken the franchise from apple ?

                                        I purchased a Ipod touch with having lots of trust in Apple... But all my trust has been broken by Apple customer care,I am using Ipod touch 2nd genaration serial no -1D908X30201, the problem is I updated the firm ware of this device thinking there will be additional features with this firmware.
                                        But to my surprise I am unable to download anything from Apps store, when I contacted Apple service center they are refusing to currect the problem
                                        As per the service center this a problem with this version & they have no solution, and indirectly they are asking me to through this device.

                                        Pls help me to get the trust back from Apple INC.

                                        Apple — APPLE IPOD HOLD SWITCH

                                        Respected Sir,
                                        Hereby i inform you that i had bought a apple ipod nano(8GB BLACK).After 2 month the i-pod's hold switch not began to work.When i gave it to apple Store(Jorhat Photokina-ASSAM) they told me that i had broke the hold switch.But I Sware I didn't do so.They also told me that i might paid for that.But The Product is Under WARRANTY PERIOD.SIR, PLZ HELP ME & TAKE A ACTION ON PHOTOKINA, JORHAT(ASSAM)
