When I fedup with your local office at Quilon then I had been forwarded this matter to your [protected]@eurekaforbes.com for more than 3 times. After that I had been received a Read Message also from yours Hemanth-CRM, nothing else happened or look out in to the matter afterwards.
Now I am going to visit your service redressal page and may complete details as you required. Then let me see what is happening...

Mr prasad i too agree with you fully and request all other customers to not buy any of the eureka forbes product henceforth and as i say dont trust them and put your complaint in consumer forum only.
coz i have read on many complaint site about how aquaguard is a fraud and cheating company and on top of that they leave the same message as it is written to your complaint which is not a new thing bcoz they have written the same thing to mine and as well as all other customer's complaints as it is a recorded type reply.
So i dont think they care much about customers so we customers must get united and file a common petition against them in the court.
