I HAVE BOOKED COMPLAINT ONLINE AND THE BOOKING ID [5590ff2c59c9] BUT NO RESPONSE YET. I HAVE CONTACTED Mr. SEKAR, EXECUTIVE OF THIS COMPANY [[protected]] Mr.UDYAKUMAR, [[protected]] EXECUTIVE WHO DELIVER THE PRODUCT AND A SERVICE PERSON FROM TIRUNELVELI OFFICE[[protected] &[protected]]. TWO MONTHS GONE AND MY ISSUE IS NOT YET RESOLVED. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL FROM YOUR KIND END.

EUREKA FORBS LTD — Euroclean XL vacuum cleaner

Paper bags pouch used for collection of dust inside the chember are not available/supplied separately for want of which the cleaner is lying unused since bags supplied with the machine have been consumedd. There is no contact for the same.

Euro Clean Vacuum cleaner — Product is not working perfectly

I have purchased a Vacuum cleaner X- Force vide bill no. 018742 dated 21 April 2011. The product is not working perfectly for that I have contacted to Mr Pawan Kumar telephonicly several times for the last one month but till date no body has visited for rectification of the problem.I am only getting assurance for the last one month that the problem will be rectified very soon by Mr Pawan Kumar.
