[Resolved] Eureka Forbes / Vacuum Cleaner XForce — not giving warranty card & invoice | |||
this is second time i was complaining in consumer complaints abt eureka forbes euroclean xforce... not getting justice in here also i hope we get justice here but we'r disappointed no 1ne not helping ... i was complained at eureka forbes service request also they'r also not answering ... Vacuum Cleaner Great name pathetic service we buyed Eureka Forbes / Vacuum Cleaner XForce for 8490 at nov 5 2012. we still get any invoice or warrnty card. the team leader named sudhhakar mob no_[protected]... and the demo person name suresh [protected] they told us there is 5 years warrnty for machine & part to part replacement & travel bag & diwali scratch crad.. utill now they didn't give the demo after selling the machine & the team leader suresh or demo person not responisng to our phone calls every day we'r calling 10 tyms... & also machine not working. they gave us a fake machine i hardly recommended to every person to dnt buy any Eureka Forbes products dn't make fools yourself like us PRASAD please atleast refund the money back & take ur product Was this information helpful? | |||

we'r from andhra pradesh vijayawada
they told us there is 5 years warrnty for machine & part to part replacement
& travel bag & diwali scratch crad.. utill now they didn't give the demo after selling the machine
& the team leader suresh or demo person not responisng to our phone calls every day we'r calling 10 tyms... & also machine not working. they gave us a fake machine
i hardly recommended to every person to dnt buy any Eureka Forbes products dn't make fools yourself like us
