Hello Sir/Madam,
We had bought around 80k worth of products from SRI DURGA PAINTS AND HARDWARE STORES, ponnur for our new house construction material. Two of the items included were asian paints putty wall care mixer and PU Gloss for teak wood. At the time of purchase we were told by the shopkeeper to take asian paints mixer as it will.come with warrenty as compared to other local one. The handle of the mixer was broken before using it which we reporter but he upfront denied that warrenty doest cover this and that item is not replaced with the new one. We are still managing with the broken handle. We were also told at the time of purchase that we can exchange/return any of the product if we don't use it. Later when we decided to go with PU Matt and reached them for exchange they just ignore to take it saying so many other reasons. We are ignored, the calls were not picked. When we visit the store they send us back saying come tomorrow etc. Also during purchase we asked them a computerized bill with gst details they said they will send the bill with the good career that will get us the products delivered but they haven't given one. They just send one manual written bill without gst details which doesn't look correct. I requested then but they denied saying Something that bill is not available and forced us to take the materials as they are not ready to return the money. I want to complaint against all of these fraudulent activities against this shop who claim to be an authorised asian paints dealer in ponnur and cheating people. Please advise. I have done all the payments in phone pay and also have the written rough bill also with me.

Sir i have taken asian damp proof service for terrace leak in month of may with 6 year of warranty and they taken 50 thousandsfor the same but even after damp proof application my terrace still leaking and cause damage to false ceiling that cause 1lakh loss to me.i have complained to asian paint customer care but they are not providing any solution.

I have bought 20 ltr of Royale shyne luxury emulsion paint along with 20 ltr of 2 buckets & 10 ltr of 1 bucket of Apex paint to paint my house in mid of December 2020 month. Where ever royale shyne painted it faded 80% from the wall surfaces from very next day and my house become ugly. I have spent lot of money on its as thought your paints are the best in the market but very dishearten with present experience.

Last two days back there has been water droplets on my each walls of house and ceiling were I have used the Asian paints product royale shine. I have raised the complaint to the company. They had visited today but they had said that they don't have any solution for this. I have to wait till the walls get dry. Because of that my wooden furniture and wooden work also got damaged.

I have made complaint 3 days before but not got resolutions. This type of poor service from asian paints not expected .i have lost aprox 5 lakhs property damage due asian paint not effective damp proofing .kindly co ordinate will all concern and resolve issue as soon as possible.

Your customer care number is not connecting with my number [protected].but instantly connected with other number.kindly check and resolve the issue.

Last month I did Water proofing of my roof but of no avail leakage has started again Trust need full will be done immediately

1)The painter were not used any protective gear even face mask during the sanding process.
2) Machinery other than sanders were not used, ex vaccum cleaning, electrical cutters.
3) No motoring devices such as moisture, temp devices were used other than distometer.

Work not complet my house work start my house six months

I have availed painting services from Asian paints and was very disappointed as the contractor did not provide the basic requirements...masking all the furniture, electrical fittings, mattress, etc., I had to buy these from my own cost and mask it...there were no safety gears used as promised prominently in your company website. I doubt if the services that I am availing is from Asian Paints. The work is not up to the mark...

Paint is getting faded with spots as well as peeling off from the wall.

The paint is getting faded just in 2 months and also coming out from few walls. Highly dissatisfied.

This is in regards to the painting of Scan Infotech pvt LTD. Customer BP no. 16873175 .
After several reminders to Mr Ram Yadav there were no follow-ups after the so called completion of work. There was no sign off procedure done by Mr yadav . The work is still not satisfying and there are patches to be seen in several places. I have also shared photos to Mr Ram Yadav before lock down . I have pointed out peeling off of the paint on some places too.
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

Low standard and thin packing material used which didn't serve the total painting period damaging my furniture, Wrong color shade applied in common bedroom, external paint only single coat applied which is clear cheating, No supervision as agreed during contract. I got my house painted in december 19. On two walls paint has started peeling off at some places and a fungus like patches are appearing on the same walls. I have contacted Mr Deepak on mobile [protected] the person who represented lnspected and oversaw the painting process. He promissed to come and inspect the damage but is not answering calls now.

I submitted my details at the official website of Asian paints a couple of weeks ago. The experience started out pretty good. I was contacted immediately by one of the representative who confirmed my requirements and an on-site advisor was deployed to carry out the work.
He visited my house within one day, understood what exactly I was looking for and provided the proper guidance and also explained the payment procedure.
Now he provided a particular date when he will provide us the quotation and we were told to make 30% of the payment in advance which is totally fine and we made the payment within the provided timeline. But once they got the first installation everything started to go downhill.
They promised beforehand that within five days the work will commence but nothing happened.. I had to chase them to know the updates and there were no straight communication. I was told that the worker will come on the following Saturday but he couldn't because apparently there were some issues with the thermo checking due to the corono virus which I was totally fine with considering the current situation but we woke up in the morning arranged everything to make sure that they can do the work properly without any hindrence and they didn't even call us to inform that the worker won't come and again I had to call them to know the updates. Then they promised that a new worker will be sent on Sunday but the nobody arrived and they gave a lame excuse that the previous worker was not feeling well. I don't understand why would you promise that a new worker will be sent and then nobody arrived and we aren't even informed about the same... every time we had to call and ask why nobody came.
Now, after all this I called the local head department complaining about the delay and I was shocked by the attitude of the employee who again said the same thing that the previous worker wasn't feeling well...is this a joke...they tell one thing and do one thing...
After all this they promised that the worker will definitely arrive on monday between 08:30 am to 9:00 am. But again the failed to meet their timelines. They called and informed that they won't arrive before 01:30pm..it clearly states that they don't care about customer service at all..here we are waking up early, arranging everything beforehand so that they don't face any issues and this is how we are being treated, I am extremely upset and angry about the service and in future will definitely Never choose Asian paints again.
They don't meet the promised timelines and it's extremely inconvenient for us.

I am an esteem customer of asian paints and in the year 2019 i got my building exterior painted with asian paints Apex Ultima SuPrema with Ext Primer for 16500 sq.ft area, & the warranty number is 10000948 that holds warranty for 10 years, which includes both material and labour cost. After a few months the colour on the walls is peeling off for which i made a complaint with the supervisor & the manager who never bothered to attend my calls...

I had whitewash my house and I used ACE for exterior wall. But around after 20 days it started degraded.
I had also approached to concerned regional officers. but there behaviour is not good. They even not experienced enough to make estimate about the materials. Even the concern dealers are not satisfied with the behaviour of Asian employees.
I have used 4 bracket (20ltr each) and around 30 ltr of wall primer that started degraded all around four wall.
I require compensation of my loss otherwise I will move to consumers court.

I have paid for kitchen & two rooms on July to Asian paint beautiful home services.Work suppose to be complete in September.As of now nothing has done, work is stop .No one is coming for work.Everyday Mr Satish khori give falls commitment & harassing me.I m in India alone with my small son.I m suffering big problem because of asian paint after investing huge money.
Pls do the needful ASAP & do the all pending work
