Dear sir,

I have been observed that asian paint product price are huge different by shop to shop/dealer to dealer

Regarding this issue i checked with their web page i could not find catalog for products price then i did online chat with their customer care even there are asking the product name and they do want to give complete product catalog
Finally i came to know this is not transparent way
What i want know whether the price of their mrp included gst or excluded, i have to compare product price to similar other companies which is available

I expects whoever runs company and they have web site they can publish product details along price and technical specification

MRP is inclusive of GST only.Asian Paints clearly mentions in the tin that MRP is "inclusive of all taxes" which is printed near or below MRP rate of all products.You can verify it.

    I gave contract to asian paints to color my apartment. I made the full payment. They started working from 21st october. On 6th november evening, we discovered that they applied wrong color in the hall. I gave them color code 7922 (Light yellow) but instead they used 7992 (Orange). I informed them immediately. On 7th november morning they agreed that they applied wrong color and they will apply the right one. On 8th november evening, i went to the apartment and found that all the color is done. They have finished applying color 7922. I found that they have not applied primer on the previous color and instead they just put the new color on top of the earlier one. The earlier color is deep one whereas the new color is light one. On the 9th november morning i clearly found that orange tinge is appearing below yellow color.
    They are so unprofessional and moreover all they way they are telling lies.

      We have purchased asian paint white satin from authorised dealer m/s parwal paint house at amravati maharashtra. However surprisingly there is variation in colour shade after 4 to 5 days. The shade is becoming ivory. The site has been inspected by asian paint representative. Even after replacement there is repeatative occurrence of the same problem. Now our painting contractor has refused to deploy the labours for repainting. Not only completion schedule has been delayed, but there is also loss of labour and other material viz brush roller, thinner etc. Only replacing the colour will not resolve the issue. Kindly send senior level representative to inspect and resove the issue.

        I had availed the services of asian paints home solutions for painting my 2 bhk flat at kharghar, navi mumbai, the work started in may 16 and ended in october 16, it took too much time to finish the job, painters not available. Home soultion team engaged local contractors for the jobs, painters were not professional and not trained. The behavior of the people engaged by the contractors were not of good taste. Lot of damages done which has not yet been rectified. The finishing were too bad. The repainting work done was not proper, they had put some other shade, the original was royal play, during re painting they applied royal shine, i had lodged complain, no[protected], but sadly no initiative has been taken by asian paints, one does not get value of money for the job done by home solution team, any complains i put up they line it up with one mr. Soheb who is their sro. Is there any body else beside soheb, every time he makes false promises to complete the job. It seems asian paints is not all bothered to look at the issues faced by customers, they are only of getting business and money but leave no stone un turned to harass the customer.

        This is in regard to my complain no[protected], the issues has not yet been resolved, asian paints home solution team has put up one mr. Soheb to resolve the issues. The same person has delayed the painting job at my residence, the job which takes maximum 15 days - painting a 2bhk flat took 7 months to paint inspite of making the total payment in advance, why every time soheb is put on the job - who is most un professional, egoistic, arrogant, asian paints so large organization does not have any body else beside this soheb,
        Though the organization is highly professional and has good process but in reality or in actual its an high un professional organization, they do the job like a road side contractors, no check list given, no visits by asian paints team members during painting, days after days you have to wait for them to come, the damage done not yet rectified,

          Dear sir, this side rohit chopra i have given contract to asian paints for paint and polish to my new flat, they have given us some budget for entire work we have agreed on that and paid advance, they have started work, after 10 to 15 days they said they will charge extra, otherwise they will stop work, we have paid more than 90 % money but they have not completed our work and they are asking for more money, even they not finished work and there is no finishing in work, we have all record of paid amount, so pls help us what should i do.

            I am sorry to say that i purchased 02 nos 18 lits bucket apex ultima midbuff having code 3176 on dated 11 oct 2017 from ganesh hardware store from collage square.
            After one week i need same colour from dhani paints from collage square cuttack.

            When both painting finished i got see there was some colour difference which ireted me and astonished how same colour from asian paint were different.

            I complained same problem through toll free and got complain id [protected].

            After one week mr amit having contact no [protected] contacted me and watch the colour difference in my home. Till now i am unable to know status of complain.

            So please do needful and give me a urgent feed back

              I gave contract of painting job to asian paints way back in july. The deadline for work completion was 5th september. The work is yet to be completed. And the quality of work is pathetic. They are not using products of asian. The contractor disclosed that he will get half of the money i paid to asian. With that much money he can do that type of work only that to when his painters are free from all festivals like if, diwali, moharram etc.
              The salesperson shreyanh and mohit are fraud who told is about penalty if deadline is crossed. But when i made the 100%payment that said the policy is on trial run and we can't avail this benefit. I tried to talk to mr. Vaibhav (Customer suppurt), who did nothing besides giving excuses for delays. And now he has stopped even picking up my calls. I request you to refund the whole money i have for the local products used. And also riemburse for the wall papers which yours painters soiled by not covering properly. As a last resort i have registered my complaint with consumer forum (Complaint no. 460499). Please do the needfull.

                We had asain paint ezy home representatives to come and give us an estimate for the painting of two rooms in the house 25th october. The representative from surya enterprises came over and gave an estimate of 55000 inr which we agreed to and work started.

                On scraping the walls, the contractor mentioned that the walls are bad as plaster had come out and then mentioned a lot of walls are in bad shape and gave an estimate for replastering of 35000 inr on 28th october

                This replastering estimate was given post the work commencing once we already paid the 55000 inr. It should have been given when the initial estimate was given and not once the work started, your vendor should have bought the mason to check the walls as well initially and not when the painting started.

                I believe this is to be very unprofessional on asian paints part and its vendor surya enterprises, if they could give me the estimate on the painting and walls in advance, i would not have done the paint work in the first place.

                I would want these charges of 35000 to be waived as it exceeds the said initial budget by a huge amount.

                    I have purchased the asian paint nilaya wall paper from asian paint authorised dealer. Prices charged from me are all inclusive of installation charges but their applicator has incorrectly installed the same. Thereafter, i lodge the complaint with asian paint on their customer care number (Complaint #[protected] dt[protected] and their customer service executive visited my place and accepted that there is some issue with the installation of the same and committed me that they will get that replaced but before that applicator need to visit my place and he should realise that he has done the mistake. I keep on chasing asian paint cs executive and dealer for at least 15 days and thereafter somehow applicator visited my place and told us that there is mistake as there is some problem with the product.

                    Now, situation is that everybody i. E. Asian paint cs executive, asian paint dealer as well as applicator has accepted that there was some mistake but no one is ready to take the responsibility of the same. Dealer is simply not picking up the calls and asian paint executive is far ahead of the dealer and attend the call once in a while & shows unethical behaviour and responding back on the call that it is my wish whether i want to take your calls or not & my wish whether i will call you back or not. Also, i am trying to put the complaint on asian paint website in writing but for the same, one has to first register himself but no one can register as captcha image required to be filled in for registration process is not appearing on the screen. That means no one can register and therefore, no one would be able to lodge the complaint in writing. There is complete harassment of the customer if something went wrong, which i didn't expect from the brand like asian paint.

                    No one from Asian Paints have taken any action on complaint raised by me at that time. Reverting now as I also lost hope at that time and today, logged in to Consumer Complaint portal for some other reason and saw the above update.
                    I have not received any update from Asian Paint as yet. I am regularly chasing them but every time I get a response that the concerned team will get back to you but after that no call from there end. I didn't expected such type of service from Asian Paints. Very bad experience.

                      I engaged with asian paint home solutions for the first time in my life; however, the entire experience has been very bitter. Today i am forced to write this complaint as i recently suffered deep insult from asian paint executive because of his unprofessional conduct. The concerned details along with a brief background is described below.

                      Background: my name is dr. Deepak kumar and am a medical doctor. I sought consultancy from asian paints home solutions in the month of june 2017. On 10th june two representatives namely ms nisha sharma and mr deepak visited my home (New construction site) at dwarka, new delhi. As part of service order number [protected], mr deepak committed to me that: royale aspira will be done on all walls inside my home; apcolite premium advance emulsion will be done on all ceilings; ultima proteck will be done on all exterior walls. He committed three coats of paint, two primer coats and two coats of acrylic wall putty (Awp) on all interior walls.in exterior area, he committed to make base, put three coats o[censored]ltima proteck as top coat. Also on all ceiling areas, he committed to put putty primer mix and two coats of apolote premium advance emulsion. I was asked to make advance payment against which i made two part payment of inr 29990 and about 28000 through cheques which were satisfactorily cleared. The work of painting as per above-mentioned contract started in the month of october 2017 (1st week).

                      Concern: when the work started, i was made aware by asian paint home solution executive mr kundan that mr deepak is no longer working with asian paint and therefore the job of painting my home has been assigned to mr kundan. To my utmost shock, mr kundan told me that my contract has been made for only exterior areas. When i discuss all details and commitments made by his predecessor (Mr deepak) about painting my home as per a detailed contract (I presented all documents of committed work by mr deepak), he finally agreed to my point and promised to complete all the work as per asian paint earlier commitment.

                      When the work started, i noticed that he assigned two labours (Painters) for sanding all walls (Pop work already completed). I found these labours not up to the mark as they would do wall sanding with hands. I expected sanding using a machine as was described to me by mr deepak in his earlier communication in june 2017. I also noticed that mr kundan would not advise these labours adequately on the issue of sanding. As a result there are undulations in the wall.

                      Today on wednesday the 11 october 2017 at about 8:00 pm, i called mr kundan to ask reasons for not doing machine-sanding, he said that asian paint company does not use machine for sanding of new walls. He refused to listen to me and said that his decision is final and cannot be challenged. I urged him to invite his supervisor for a curtesy visit so that sanding method may be discussed between me and his supervisor; however he refused to invite his supervisor. He said, “there is no one senior to me in asian paint in delhi”. Honestly, i am suspicious about his behaviour and the way he conducted himself. I found his communication derogatory as i don’t expect a representative/executive of asian paint to argue and not address grievance in a professional manner.

                      Therefore i am holding all the painting work and humbly seeking an expert visit to my home for necessary guidance and addressal. I also solicit appropriate actions against mr kundan for his unprofessional conduct,

                      I am very sceptical about the quality of work which will be delivered by mr kundan, in case he continue to work without timely and appropriate intervention by asian paint senior management team.

                      Hoping for an earliest solution since i wish to get my home painted completely and satisfactorily before approaching diwali festival.

                        Hi sir/mam,

                        I am an asian paints retail dealer from maner, patna since 30 years. I have purchased the asian paints color making machine from my distributor mr. Sanjay sharma, but still even after recieving advance full payment he is not paying any heed for the setup of the machine due to pressure from professional counterparts. Please take appropriate action and please beware of such fraudulent distributors that is giving asian a real bad name among dealers and consumers.

                          Sir my dream home completely messed by asian paints delhi color avenues, on request 15th sep 2 person visited in my home and inspected each and every corner with 80sq ft seepage area. They have taken 100% payment rs. 55055/- after given quotation. Committed by30 sep paint will be complete thereafter they ruined my life we shrink in to 1room with 5 members but they never realized till today they visited 6 days out 23days paint in single room...

                          The paint applied on the exterior wall comes off. The water dump proof has turned the wall into yellow. It was never the case before. The services have no durability, no timely response, wrong quotations, misguided colour consultancy.

                          The project manager would never turn up at the site, the coordinator would never pick up the call timely and help you in the process, no follow up on the complaints. Regret the decision made to go ahead with asain paints.

                          I am really pissed out with asain paints. Paying a premium amount for such services is just not worth it.

                            Hi, this is ganesh from salem, tamilnadu. I approached the respective sales executive regarding asian paints dealership but no proper response.                             Dear Asian Paints, I raised the complaint on 26th Sep'17 regarding ASIAN PAINTS DEALERSHIP for SHREE AANDAVAR TRADERS, JARI KONDALAMPATTY, SALEM - 636 010.
                            After registered the complaint, one of the asian paints representative visited our shop and promised that will confirm the dealership very soon and requested us to wait some time. But still there is no update with them and not responding well. As of now, we are dealing other competitor paints which moving well. Eventhough we believe the quality and reputation of ASIAN PAINTS. So we are very enthusiastic to get dealership of ASIAN PAINTS. Please resolve the issue soon.
                            Sir i asked to ur asian paint helpline number how can i identify orignal asian ace 20 ltr bucket but no satisfy answer is given sir how can i identify asian ace orignal pls tell me

                              White p6555 bought in june-17; from sankar hardware pipeline road kukatpally near patelkunta park. When the worker opened for usage, it was two different ly coloured and immiscible layers found. We complained to sankar hardware the same along with paint.. He refused to accept the paint and complaint too. Pls do needful in this regard.

                              Received call from Asian paints customer care n said that their representatives wolud meet within 48 hours... but it's been almost one week but no representative called and came my home...

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I would like to share my worst experience with your company asian paint - very rough dealing by sales executive, site manager and labour contractor.

                                My name is naveen k. Agarwal from kolkata, when i have request online for the home paint, mr. Sourav sales person ([protected]) called me up, he visit our home & suggested water proofing work first before paint. We have entrusted the entire water proofing work to your company. We final the deal in 59, 000 rupees for the same. He assured me to provide better service before proceeding but all in vain.

                                Somehow the waterproofing work was completed. On 18th august 2017, i made an advance payment of rs 40, 000 through neft. But they havnt started the painting work, as i was given the idea of 20 days.

                                I made a complaint at customer care on 21st august 2017 at 11:58 am, but they havnt taken any action.

                                Somehow they started primer putti work on 23rd august 2017 with two labour only. From day 1, i requested to increase the strength of man power but they havnt listen.in between they had made a sudden absents in the name of health issues, trains, religion festivals etc.

                                Finally i was feeling myself as loser, and again made a complaint at customer care on 31st august 2017 at 11:31 am and on 18th september 2017 at 04:11 pm regarding the refund. But they havnt taken any actions.

                                In the meantime, sales executive mr. Sourav, site manager mr. Sushil ([protected]) and labour contractor mr. Rishi ([protected]) stop attending my phone calls. Till 21st september 2017 they havnt completed the work.

                                Your company representatives were dealing with us without proper knowledge seems they are freshers for this field, they tried to make us fool just wants to get money.

                                After starting the work after few days when we noticed it's poor quality of work, we complaint for finishing but your people told "ye to aisa hi hoga, karana hai to karao, nahi toh hum kaam band kar dete hai" and mr. Sourav called up and asked remaining amount and if not given they won't complete our work.

                                Sir is this your company service and handling, there are no professional trained labours as told to us, they all are local labours who dont know how to talk, they openly smoke, no quality check, no response from your company, u people just want to make money. I need the solution of it and need my complete refund. Not excepted this kind of service from your end.

                                  My name is anita soni from jaipur i have request on line for the home paint on 5th sept for jaipur, barkat nagar location - 302015
                                  Mr. Rahul sales person called me up, he visit our home first day without shade card which was already inform him to carry, we were in hurry to get complete the work, in the first meeting he was very rude which is not right approach, somehow we were not happy but due to shortage of time we compromise with his dealing. We final the deal in 1 lac rupees, he assure me to provide better service before proceeding.

                                  Once he start the execution, we come to know that he didn't suggest for any color choice and all, later on his contractor suggest to change the exterior and interior color combination and all, he even complaint that why didn't you discuss with me for all this, mr. Rahul was dealing with us without proper knowledge seems he is fresher for this field, he tried to make us fool just wants to get money.. After starting the work after 2 days when we noticed it's poor quality of work, we complaint for finishing but dealer person and sales person told "ye to aisa hi hoga, karana hai to karao, nahi toh hum kaam band kar dete hai" and mr. Rahul text me madam we won't complete your work we are going to stop working, and same moment he took all the stuff from site.

                                  Please find the dealer details : kumawat color and hardware, new sanganer road, mansarovar, jaipur # [protected]

                                  Sir is this your company service and handling, there is no cap, no quality check, no response from your company, u people just want to make money.. I have deposited 50000/- they just start my work and stop in the middle only.. I need the solution of it and need my complete money. Not considerable this kind of service from your end.

                                    Painting was done in feb / march 2016 with royal matte product. Paint has started peeling off from last 3 months. Also for the pink and yellow shade wherever used white patches are coming out from below.
                                    Tried to call and connect umpteen number of times every time a commitment was given that people will attend the issue. But that has never materialised.
                                    I am really having doubt about the ethics and customer support of asian paints.

                                      deficient paint quality services (aphs) delivered

                                      We got aphs done in our house in faridabad in february 2016. All exterior work, interior work for done including wood frames and two stucco walls. The paint quality delivered was appalling and was raised with the onsite visit supervisor and team members (Dilip and sunil chand) in october 2016. After multiple onsite reviews by technical teams and phone calls, no action was taken by them.
