I bought Asus 6z in Feb month 2020 from Flipkart . As soon as I understood the problem witin the product, return policy was finished as Flipkart had 10 days return policy . I reached service centre, but it was close. I went back to my job city . Lock down happened & I couldn't come back to Kanpur City [ my home town ] So again I came in July month again I went to service centre, again it was close. No body was there. I called many many times but didn't get response & came back. Again in Diwali hodidays, I came to my home town & took 2 days more leave because of only I could reach service centre. I reached again it was close on both days. I tweeted asus india many times, I got calls also to resolve the problem but at last they all are proven no use of as service centre is close always & no body picks calls or reply phone calls so that I can understand when to go, what to do. But now enough. It's a kind of mentally & physically harrasment . As I m going 20 km to reach there & finding service centre close. Also not picking call to respond. It's enough now. I m ready to return the product. I want my refund money. I don't want to keep this product any more. I just want my refund back.

    I placed an order of 1TB harddisk and 2 year warranty extension of the cost 2098 INR on asusromo.in on 13th August 2020. Completed the Payment process on 19th August 2020. It showed the delivery of offer on 27th September 2020. I thought it's okay that it'll take time to deliver since we have lockdown in some places. I waited till 27th September and checked in the asuspromo.in that what is the status. So it showed that expected date of fullfillment on 03rd October 2020. I thought it's okay its not that late. On 30th September 2020 I received an email regarding the warranty extension. I'll be attaching that email also. Around 6th October I tried calling on the customer care no one answered there. I called on 7th October so the person on the call said that it'll take time because of the corona virus impact. And we will email you once it is approved. But I didn't recieved any email from them after that. Then on 8th October I searched harddisk not recieved by asus so I got this link many of the people faced this problem. So after then I started calling them every alternate day so everytime I talk to them they give me different answers. On 12th October they said that it'll be shipped soon and you will get it by the end of this month. I said okay I should wait for a week. Then I contacted them on 19th October then also the same thing that you will receive it by the end of this month. It was 60 days after the payment has done and I had no clue when I will recieve my order. I was clear that they are playing with me and I will not receive my order. Then I called them on 7th November a long time from the previous call. They said the address you had provided there services are not provided by our logistics partner BlueDart. So you have to provide an alternative address. So if they need an alternative address so they should email me that we need an alternative address. This is their duty to ask their customer for that. So I emailed them my alternative address of my friend and i just copy pasted but the address did not contained the city, pincode and state. So this was also not informed to me until I called them and asked them what is the status. Then on 13th November I called them so they said that your order is ready to dispatch and you will get the order in 9 to 12 days. Then yesterday on 17th November I asked them so they said your item will be delivered in this month only. Like they are playing the game and I do not have any option on their website to cancel the order. One more thing I chose 2 years of extended warranty so my warranty expiry date should be 2022 but when I check the expiry date its 2021.

    I now got the point they only take the money but their services are very poor. And their bacckend team is very very good that they take infinite time to send an email.

    Please take this matter in focus. Because it's been 90 days from the day of payment and they had mentioned the regular time of delivery of 45 days.

    No one is replying to the complaint. Why not one is cotacting me? I'm not seeking help not in the consumer complaints.

      It is sad to see that my product hasn't been delivered yet and what is worse is that you are not responding to my email. I'm again saying that availed an offer from https://www.asuspromo.in/ on 1 TB hard drive pertaining to the purchase of an ASUS Rog. I already paid the required amount (screenshot attached) but haven't received the hard disk yet. Can I know why haven't I received it yet? Please

        Sir i purchased it in feb 15 2020, from the date of purchase it got repaired consecutively 4-5 times.
        1)first laptop was shutting down itself with in purchase of 15 days
        2)next time the laptop was booting black screen itself
        3)two times software os got crashed instantly without a reason.they installed new os without proper report of problem cause
        4)this is the where critical time which laptop was booting to bios menu from startup itself. Given to warangal service center they kept the product within them for 3 months without proper fixing and service
        5)after receive of product new problems like battery draining fastly, touchpad, a loud buzzing sound, over heating, rough touchpad
        and so on etc...
        As they are not giving proper service, they are not responding at all still iam waiting for my laptop proper service or replacement but they denying the replacement
        i lost my classes, project works and waste of time while they kept themselves the laptop for most of the time without fixing it.
        6) i made number of calls, mails, chats and they registered "n" number of complaints but not fixing it . i was tired since 3 1/2 months still not yet unit collected even i placed for onsite -service also

        i need a replacement/refund/or proper service to my laptop with compensation of warranty extension

            W.rost android mobile ever.. Asus mean factory of bug. Every time when it's give update its full with bug. Waiting waiting... All asus max pro m2 customer waiting for update... Speakers, notches, light, software, finger print and network issue... Plzz provide true stable update.

                  Hi.i am ranjith from madurai, tamilnadu.last year Oct 14 I bought Asus 6z... it's been a good phone until October...thereafter I have been facing some issues I told to Asus service centre...what they said is come and tell me your problems..at that time I was in quarantine in Maldives...so I couldn't able to come..once I came to Tamil Nadu after quarantine. directly went to service centre..they checked my mobile and said, your mobile mother board has damaged so you should change your motherboard.i frightened because I'm light user and have been using the original charger and adapter.i don't why how it's happened.they said the price 80 percentage of mobile price...what should I do...could you please extend my warranty period and change my mother board... please consider my request...we don't have that much of money in this pandemic suituation..I trusted your Asus brand that's why I bought this phone but now I totally disappointed with it.. Mother board has gone within one year...my warranty end period is Oct 14 .today's date is 29..I could come to service centre if I was in Tamil Nadu...but I couldn't at that time I was in quarantine in Maldives...they didn't allow me anywhere...I told to service centre whatever I faced...but they said ask to Asus Team... that's why I'm asking to you...plz extend my warranty period...I don't have that much of money in this pandemic suituation ..I hope you can understand my problems...plz extend my warranty extra one month.

                          I got your company laptop from Amazon in the month of July 2020 and since then I regret having chosen you. At first within a month I reported the issue and got a replacement. Now the issue continues with the replaced laptop too ??? we contacted amazon they said they cant help we need to contact Asus directly. From the below trail you will understand our ongoing conversation with your customer service.
                          At first I was told we will book an onsite but then the request was declined from your end. We were given a list of below service center addresses - Java Telecom, this center is hopeless and the staff lack technical knowledge.
                          We were asked to book an appointment via a whatsapp number [protected] note this is just a whatsapp number they do not pick up call. their calling number is [protected].
                          So, after all back and forth we first visited the center with the laptop on 28th September 2020, explained all my issues to the so called technical person attending me and submitted my unit for fix.
                          No one bothered to contact me so i followed up the following week i.e on 5th and after two days i was replied that there is an issue with motherboard.i again followed up after 5 days and then i was asked to collect my laptop, they said the issue was resolved.when i went there to my surprise the issue wasn't fixed, it was very clear that they did not understand what i explained to them on 28th sept during unit submission. I did a demo and showed the actual problem again and told them that its urgent and i need faster resolution, on 14th i was asked to wait for 2 more days for the update and till now i'm following up but they are not bothered to reply to my email. SEE ATTACHMENT
                          i hope you now understand where my frustration is coming from?? i bought this laptop in july, got it replaced by company in august, reported issue with replaced laptop again late august/sept and its still ongoing.
                          all parties involved must realize that i have paid a huge amount for this tech peice and i'm not able to use it!!! I'M JUST PAYING ITS MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS AND THERE IS NO END TO THE ISSUE WITH THE LAPTOP.
                          PLEASE TREAT THIS AN ESCALATION AND RESOLVE MY ISSUE WITHIN NEXT 48 HOURS BY EITHER FIXING THE LAPTOP OR PROVING ME NEW ONE (WITHOUT ANY FLAW).
                          I MUST MENTION THIS THAT THE AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM YOU COMPANY IS PATHETIC, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY LAPTOP OF THIS BRAND AND THAT TOO OF THIS BIG AMOUNT .                             Laptop is very very slow .. it has i5 processor but works slower than pentium, I have reset the laptop but in vain. It takes more than 5 mins to just start rest u can imagine the operating speed...

                                I have bought asus zenbook ux430ua 2 months back...On the very first day it showed battery not detected.It took 2 3days for it to be resolved...
                                10days back...12/10/2020...the notebook again showed the same issue...This time taking it to the service centre..It took 10days to get repaired...23/10/2020...
                                But now the backlight keyboard is not working...
                                Its been complaint ever since i bought it...

                                  Hello,

                                  I have had to make at least 4 trips to the Asus service centre, starting from within a month of buying a Asus 6z mobile phone when the motherboard crashed suddenly and they had to replace it. After that there has been a camera issue and a sound issue that they are unable to resolve.

                                  I have a Asus 6Z Phone (Serial No K6AIGF004133ELZ). It is still under warranty. The phone has been giving be trouble from the very beginning and I have made multiple trips to your Service Centre from within a month of purchasing the same:
                                  Visit 1: Phone went blank; so they said they replaced the motherboard as the motherboard was defective
                                  Visit 2: Phone camera not flipping at all
                                  Visit 3: Phone camera not flipping sometimes

                                  Even after the visits the camera does not flip once in a while. So if I flip it 5 times, say 1 out of 5 times it does not flip.

                                  I have also told them during these visits that the sound of the phone is crackling; they are unable to do anything about this.

                                  I have also spoken with Asus call centre executives about this multiple times. The last call was on Oct 16 (Case ID A[protected]). Alok tried to help me by performing some tests online. I did all those, but still the problem persists. In my last visit, the service centre executive suggested that I may want to reset the phone to factory setting. It 'MAY' solve the problem. It may not.

                                  Alok said he will get a senior to call me back within 72 hours to fix the problem and advise what to do next. 72 hours have passed; no one has called. I even wrote to Asus, and they sent a standard response saying 'they will reply'. No one has written to be.

                                  What is going on? This is too much of trouble, especially for a phone that they claim to be a flagship phone. It is very very frustrating to be wasting time like this. I need a permanent solution to this before the warranty runs out. If they cannot find a solution, they need to replace the phone or return the money. This phone piece is certainly a defective piece; why will the motherboard fail within one month otherwise?

                                  If a permanent solution is not found quickly, I will have to claim for damages, mental trauma and man-hours lost, which has run into thousands of rupees.

                                    Well i brought my laptop two months ago and its been the second time my laptop is turing off while using...At the first time when i had this issue i contacted the service center from where i brought the lap.. and they had solved this issue... after two weeks i came with this issue again... is it because of this product or.. any other...

                                      Its been just 2months that i have bought a new Asus zenbook UX 430ua.On the very first day the laptop Showed an issue of "battery not detected".Taking it back to the service centre, they promised for a replacement but still gave the same system with the issue solved.Within weeks the system again showed the same issue of "battery not detected" or charging to "200%".I have filed the complaint many times but Asus paid no attention to it.
