My asus zenfone max pro m2 device (S. N. [protected]) get stuck on asus logo after downloading asus's latest fota update (.73) and it's not restarting.
I go through asus service center they're saying it's hardware problem and it will cost more than 8000 rupees.
I call asus's customer care and they're saying your mobile is out of warranty so you have to pay.
But on asus official website one customer share that he got replacement for the same problem after 100 days i'll attach photo of the same
This problem occurred due to asus's official fota update. Asus have to pay for the same.
I want justice. Please concern my query

    We have been using the laptop very carefully. By 9th day from buying this problem gradually creeped up and moment it came to our notice we reported to your company. This is not the first time we are using the laptop and we know how to use the laptop and no damage is caused by us.

    This must be having some inherent fault which your engineer is not able to diagnose the fault and shifting responsibility on customer shoulder. You have supplied a defective piece and harassing us.

    I myself being an electronics engineer also understand which material is faulty and which is not. Please don't deny your legitimate service which i deserve, because i have paid for this.

    I purchased this laptop for my daughter since she cannot go to school due to covid pandemic. Please don't exploit and delay her studies by delaying your service.

    I won't pay a single paisa please replace or repair this laptop. Moreover i am very much disappointed with the service because no one also attains customer phone call.

    Request you to solve the problem asap.

      Hi,

      I am an Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 (ZB601KL) user which was released back in 2018. As per the Asus Official information they had promised two major OS updates will be provided to Max Pro M1 model. But, we have only received one major OS update. When we ask Asus about the second major OS update, they are just ignoring to give us a proper timeline for release Stable Android 10 update. All of the customers are feeling like they have been cheated by fake advertisement given by ASUS. Until now they're replying with the same repsonse for more than 6 months. Totally cheated on us. Please, take action against this fake company immediately!

        I was about to buy Asus vivobook s14 core i7 8th gen laptop, but it suddenly got out of stock. I was waiting for about 2 weeks and still now, stock has not been added.
        Please do check and please add the stocks as soon as possible.

          Bought asus laptop from a store in dehradun and also bought a goodie on offer for which i paid rs.2499/- online. Bought my goodie (1-tb hard disk) from asus on 24th feb 2020.
          The goodie arrived at my work place in dehradun on 26th july 2020, but due to the on going pandemic i had moved to my home town, so was unable to receive it. The courier end said that the product has been returned to the seller. But i did not receive any mail about it. Even after sending mails they did not turn up. Customer care is not picking up the call. I even asked them to deliver it to my new address but did not get any response.
          My ticket no is: aic-030881.
          I want to have a refund.

              I had ordered the mobile of asus from flipkart
              When i had received the delivery from flipkart
              After setup of my mobile then i plugged the charger its not working after 2 weeks and i i am very frustrated by these kind of service

                Sir I have purchased my laptop on July 2019 bt my laptop has problem of blinking from starting, I have gone so many times to the service centre of Asus near me bt they are not doing their work properly nd also my laptop's warranty will expire on 2nd july of 2020 .Plz solve my problem

                  I have bought a laptop from asus india and within warranty time its keyboard stopped working so i contacted asus authorized service center they installed new keyboard on my laptop and now again after 4 months, keyboard stopped working, i don't know if the are giving original parts to me or not, and main thing is i use my laptop twice or thrice a week, i don't even play games on my laptop, i use it to surf internet but still keyboard stopped working after replacing with new.
                  Asus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Do you able to use keyboard in BIOS display. And also did you able to use keyboard in safemode.

                    I purchased asus laptop on 2nd march 2020 and till date unable to use properly.

                    4 months delay in sending product key.
                    Hard disk corrupted. All official important data lost.
                    Service is quite poor.
                    Customer care didnot pick phone.
                    Service center team don't behave good to customer - chd 22a
                    Totally harrassment for a customer to purchase any product of asus.

                    Today its third working day I complained regarding ASUS LAPTOP. But yet no call from any where received.
                    Its is seriously very poor service.My laptop is completely dead.Either send employee to check or i will sue in consumer court in next 24 hrs.

                      I have applied for the asus diwali offer for which i have paid 599 for jbl speaker and 499 for warranty extension. The asus promo was promised to be delivered within 45 days and years have been already passed and i still haven't received any gift and also in past months i have also sent them 2 emails for this matter but they have not solved it yet. Their email is [protected]@asuspromo.in.

                        When i bought asus laptop it works smooth and fluent but after 3-4 months their is minor problem occurs like functions not work properly (Not responding) massagesr shown all the time by seeing i used to go to customer care and they checked my laptop after that only in 15-20 days battery problem arise i didn't mind but problem goes on and then i found dought that in customer care my laptops original part will be replaced by refurbish and that's why the problem comes..in between this lockdown happens and i face my laptop problem now onwards.

                            Hellow there,

                            I bought the asus vivobook max x541ua - dm1232t (Intel core i3 7th gen/ 4 gb ddr3 / 1 tb hdd/ 15.6 full hd/ win 10 home) grey. Five more our colleagues bought the same laptop with this model. All those laptops are having been problems. Problems start from the fouth months of buying in this model laptop. The company cheated on us. And to compensation for it.

                                Asus india tell customers that android 10 update come in end of march 2020 in asus zenfone max pro m1 device, but they did not give any update yet. I call asus customer care they now said that android 10 update will be come end of april 2020, but they not tell whne exactly android 10 update come in asus zenfone max pro m1. Asus company play with customers emotion and feeling.

                                    I got laptop from asus. And at that time i got offer jbl clip 3 speaker. And i paid for that. After payment. Couple of days, i got mail that they delivered product on 09/02/2020 but i didn't get its till date. I called to their customer support [protected]. Their behaviour was very badly. They told me product once we send they will inform me. Didn't tell me expected date and all. I have recordings and all things. Is this is fare? Hope you will help me against asus

                                      On[protected] i submitted my laptop for keyboard malfunctioning. They told me that they will deliver it on 7-10 working days and told that if we have to bring parts from outside assam we would inform you. I went yesterday[protected]
                                      After 3 weeks before going i called them they said yes it is done you may i went from my home to their location which is 36 km from my home and i went only to get the laptop after reaching their centre they told sorry sir it is not ready yet. Then why they told me in the morning that your product is ready before going i called them. And they took 3 weeks to repair a laptop?? Last year also same they are too slow at services i submitted my phone for repairing and i went 3 days to recieve the phone they told me that it is not ready yet after 11 days i went their.

                                      I have been waiting from January 25th 2020 to buy this phone and I am very much disappointed with Asus India, Flipkart and Truenet Commerce (The Seller) that they are unable to bring back this phone into stock and there is no response from asus or flipkart.Very disgusting from flipkart
                                      I bought a brand new ASUS ROG STRIX SCAR 3 with 16gb RAM, when I open the task bar in idle state, it shows multiple processes called service host using upto 70% of my ram memory which sometimes goes upto 90% when I am forced to restart my PC. This issue is taking a big toll on the performance, please help.
                                      I am contacting asus through chat support i am asking them when android 10 update come in asus zenfone max pro m1 they said the android 10 update come in 31 march and now they said android 10 update come end of april.

                                        In july 2018 i bought a laptop from the company asus for studies, since the day i bought the laptop has gone for countless repairs and the rma receipts are piling up, asus support isn't providing a proper fix or even a replacement for my device and every time i call support they send an engineer and fix it in a way that it only works for few days maximum 3 days, and again it goes back for repair.

                                        They have been doing this since day 1and no proper solution has been offered till now.

                                        The warranty of the device is going to be over in 6 months and they are extending the repair time again n again, so the warranty is over soon...

                                        In the past month, alone the motherboard of the device was replaced 4 times even after which it's not working.

                                        Right now, my device still under repair and since day1 i have hardly been able to use it.

                                        Upon asking for replacement they are refusing it since day 1

                                        My college projects are incomplete because i am a media college student and most of my works \projects are digital and it's hampering my education a lot, as i have to rely completely on a laptop.

                                        Important note :
                                        As a student, i took a loan of 1.6 lakh to buy the laptop for education but now i cannot even continue my education because it is digital based and most of the time the laptop is under repair...

                                        I hope you take my concern and help me with it as i am not only fed up with asus but also feel cheated and disappointed.
