I had ordered f1 info solutions & service pvt.ltd. asus zenfone 2 ZE550Ml charger adapter 5.2V=1.35A and cable three days ago But the reason for your receptionist's mistake I came in today to give me a 5V=1A charger What i do not want And that's the reason for your receptionist's that I will have to waste more three days, If possible, pass my order quick...even I also talked in your customer care But no good solution was found from there...So what should I do now tell me... So I will not do anything for your company and my Experiences will also tell everyoneIf your Asus company has a similar service...

    Good day, I have bought Asus zenphone selfie model on 03feb 2017 and 4 days back my handset not showing display (only the blurred lighting displayed on screen). My handset was heating while charging before and 3days back after charging one hour with the same Asus zepone charger, i kept my smartphone in my pocket and when I received call it came up with blurred display and nothing came on screen only the blurred light on screen. Yesterday I called toll free customer care no [protected] and also I presented my cell phone in authorised service centre of Asus kadavanthra ernakulam. Both sources replied they do not cover this display problem under warranty its damaged internally...while I checked the warranty card information nowhere is written this issue is out of warranty. They keep on asking and i replied that My handset didn't drop or any damage and also by looking No scratch any where on front or back side. Why should I give 4000rs for hardware problem? Service center and Asus customer care both asking same issue by saying its damage and not under warranty. They have no other reply.
    How can I proceed with this complaint please suggest how I sue them so that i win warranty and compensation for loosing my time, expenses and inconvenience occurred to me.

    Now they deposited my handset and after one week again saying its not under warranty and asking charges to repair it.
    I didn't receive any reply so far on this portal or via email from Asus customer care
    We had purchased a Asus Zenfone 3s max on 21/03/2017 .from day one it is not working.we don't understand after paying Rs.15000 .we are unable to use phone today we have given it to delhi service center . We have to wait for three days for our phone .pl give us new phone as phone is not working since we had purchased.

      Gave m display piece which had problems already Windows software not installed properly Asus product registration not done by supplier whenever I went in warranty period they postponed 2 repair now broadband port not working battery discharges fast only in 30 min cooling fan snag I bet never 2 buy any Asus product again as I m fed up. Pls repair my notebook as I feel I m cheated.

        Sir i residing in Mangalore. I purchased Asus zenfone in June 2016. after fifteen days i found that the mobile has a problem . the problem is that receiver of my voice call is not hearing my voice clearly. so i went to service center at Valencia in Mangalore. there they repaired so many times and lastly they told they have to change the processor . they told they changed it. then afterward there is no any complaint till one month back. but recently from one month some time i cant not receive the call, from yesterday my voice call receiver are not hearing my voice. then yesterday i went to the service center they cleaned the mobile and gave me . at that movement the mobile is alright. but after two three hours the same problem continued. please help me to be a satisfied customer . please give me replacement . because the problem arises with in a months of purchase . I have two sons. both have Asus zenfone

          Few weeks ago, i've checked my mobile from F1 solutions centre at Jaipur.but from yesterday noticing that charging problem comes.Charger USB loose to plug in mobile.Before that 6 times checked both in warranty & out warranty.But how many times problems 'll come within 1 & half years??I want to draw the consumer officials to stop selling this type of fraud company.Please look over my issues.

          Yes absolutely as you said the same is running in Bangalore service center, I am also having the same model of mobile and many issues were faced right from the purchasing the mobile and recently I had spent Rs. 5600/- to replace 4 items of spares and service center confirmed that mother board is fine, so that I went forward to spend the money of Rs.5600/- and after with in a day heating and battery fast draining problem was raised, now they are saying mother board to be replaced and around Rs. 9400.00 is chargeable .

            Dear all, i am vishal maindarkar and having asus zenfone 2 with sr. # f4azfg05v442 purchased on 27th oct 2016 which in under warranty period. Since last 3 month i am facing numerous issues with my cell phone & communicated to asus cs team as well as authorized service center. Regards issues i had submitted my cell phone 3 times to nearest service center and they have rectified issue but after rectification every another 2 - 3 days my device malfunctions and behave with origin issue. Following are the dates on which i had submitted my cell phone to service center. 29th nov 2016, 10 dec 2016 and 27 jan 2017. Now its extend to my patience and i cannot bear to be operate such faulty device, i am really not able to understand if you are paying to service center to serve us better and solve customer problems then how come for same device same issue could persist. Even i had filled a countable complaints on asus hotline with following complaint number but result is dis-satisfied. A[protected], a[protected], a[protected]. Now today i am going tobe submit my device to service center and will not take it back still i will get another new non - faulty device.

            Dear chetan,

            As said in my last mail, if you dont have inventory that's your internal issue why should i suffer and takes the refund.
            At that time for my model the cost was different and now its may be different and who will bear the difference if any.
            That's why i had approached couple of options
            1) replace with higher spec model
            2) double the refund
            3) interest from date of order to still date along with my exchanged device.

            And if inventory was the issue then why my case has been prolong till now?

            I had already kept my device 3 times to your service center and your service folks replaced several peripherals and still the issue is persisting, is that my fault? Then how could you say, i was not ready for repair.
            One or two times are considerable for repair, but if the same issue ocurring multiple time will you be do the same? If you will be face the same issue.

            My phone is Asus ZenFone 2 Laser ZE550KL & I brought on 13.08.2016. After using my phone 2-3 hours all around the day it's battery shown 30% charge left.My phone has got little hit after using it some time.I am very disappointed using ASUS product.

            I am request u to send a VOLTE UPDATE in my phone and iam waiting for this responce now.

              Purchased my ASUS Zenfone 2-ZE551ML in May 2015. It has been giving me problems after about only 6 months of purchase itself. Touchscreen didn't work properly, anything would happen in the mobile by itself & performance was poor too. I told the service center people that my mobile had touch issues asked them to replace the same while it was under warranty. However, they didn't change the touch panel and changed the motherboard and the speaker!...speaker had no problem in it!... 2 days after getting back the mobile from service station, I was facing the same issues!...Due to tight schedule & living 30 kms away from city, I wasn't able to visit the service center in warranty period, which expired just in the last month. This time in service center, VERY BAD BEHAVIOR was observed. The man blamed me for misuse of device, which I haven't done! Next day after getting back the device from service center, my mobile stopped working fully! And once again the man said that you've dropped the phone & thus you have damaged it! I haven't dropped the phone and there was no physical damage to device or any misuse and still he continues to fight with me!...in a rather BAD TONE!
              Simple recommendation : DON'T BUY ASUS

                Sir I am useing ASUS phone.Recently I found my phone is running slow and touch is not work properly.Yesterday when phone is working suddenly power off.internal memory not transfer to as card.why the occur suddenly I don't know.out going calls are not properly hearing.earlier the battery backup 36 hours.Now it's 24 hours only.pl look in to the matter and do needful.

                  I purchased a mobile handset Asus Zenfone Max Ser No G9AXB742C9437RX at the Rs 9999.00 through Flipkart which is handed over to me by the courier during 2nd week of November 2016. After one and half months I found a doted line Rt side of the mobile screen and 1 inch area at the bottom got whitish and vibrating. As advised by the Asus helpline I approached Authorised Service Centre, Info Solutions & Service Pvt Ltd, Opp Maya Sanyal Nursing Home, Ashram Para Siliguri on 30 Dec 2016. The representative of the service centre just look at the mobile and said the LCD screen of my mobile got damaged termed as self induced damaged and not covered under warranty and advised to changed the screen by the cost of Rs 5000.00. After returned back I again made a complaint at Asus Helpline on 03 Jan 2016 vide Ser No A[protected] about the mobile. I carry my mobile in bag while go to my office and back and used Asus recommended flip cover and screen guard. I firmly declared that the hand set never fall from a hight nor pressed that could damaged the screen. So the hand set may be replaced by the company while it is in warranty period.

                    I will never buy any asus product in my life after having such a ridiculous experience with my asus zenfone laser 2 and will never suggest anyone to buy aby product from asus
                    this mobile is seriously a burden for me and spoils my mood everytime this phone is slower than a tortoise, lags everytime, everytime when i use the mobile there will be some application crash, system UI not working everytime, ample of apps not responding pop-ups, this mobile is a headache for me screen has been broken which was as said Gorilla glass, sometimes i feel like throwing the phone with all my force the phone hangs too much and restarts automatically, when i install some applications from play store then it restarts again and the application was not installed then i have to install that form 9apps
                    i hate this phone and hate ASUS company who made such a dumb piece of #### that is never worth for its price
                    i was attracted by its design otherwise i may get many good mobiles under this price segment which will bi far better than this piece of ####
                    this phone has made my life more difficult.

                      My mobile is under warranty and had to get it serviced in an un authorized service center as they dont have their service center near to my village, and after some days gave my mobile to their service center they told it would be considered OW, i agreed but they told the mother board to be replaced and cost will be 8500, i purchased mobile for 8999, i asked for replacement under deprecation, but they denied saying they dont have any such policy, i called their cc, i had couple of chats.

                      My imei driver of asus ZenFone not working. The authorize service centre charge 6500 for same which cover more than 60% of orginal cost of mobile.by considering life of mobile just 1.2 year i waste my 10000 rs on it.

                      Please bring quality product or not to sell this kind of phones.

                        My name is Navneet Singh, I have purchased ASUS Notebook Laptop on dated: 10 Sept 2016 from Global Computers, Nehru Shopping Complex, Amritsar. Since I have purchased It has problem with its DVD writer. I went to service center in Amritsar for resolution and they provided. But after few weeks again that same problem persist in it. Then I went to service center in Jalandhar as I am living here in Jalandhar, It was approximate time of one week for my laptop submission in service center but issue wasn't resolved, after one week I went there and asked for my resolution but they told me that issue is resolved. I checked there but it was same as before, they told me that there might be problem in MOTHERBOARD so please give us time for 4-5 days more. I agreed and visited there after quoted time and found that they did their job done. But again after one week TOUCHPAD stops working, I was irritated and again submitted laptop in Asus Service center Jalandhar on 20th Jan 2017 and got return on 30th January 2017. and now Asus Smart Gesture is not working, right side USB port not working, Headphone Jack is not working and front indicator LED Lights are not working as well.

                        Please somebody suggest me what should I do. Should I again submit Laptop to service center for 20-30 days or I should file a case in consumer court bcz its all are harassing me. I am very frustrated with services and product.

                        Note: I visited today 01st Feb, 2017 at asus service point, Monica Tower at Jalandhar and they told me for wait for 1 month as they cannot raise the SR.

                          This is for your kind attention.

                          I bought a laptop of asus (A555lf - xx262t with serial no: fan0cv[protected] on 5 jan 2016 from nirvana computers calicut.

                          In the 2 month itself it showed a complaint with its keyboard. I consulted with the company customer care and solved it up. But the problem repeated and again i contacted the service center (Axel services, calicut). They said that the problem was with its keyboard and as they advised i changed it. But even then it was not working. On their further detailed check up it was found that there exists some sort of damage with its motherboard. I was forced to change it too.

                          Its display was undergoing some issue and on 5 september 2016 i had to talk with the service center again. They opined to change the display. Now white patches are again appearing on the display. I am really fed up with the issues of this product. It was bought for rs.40, 000. Almost all the main parts are replaced within the guaranteed period itself.. I swear that it is such a worst thing which nobody can ensure the working of its other parts. I can't even believe that a company like yours can cheat a customer. I think its better for me to bring it before the consumer court.
                          I had already informed to the company person, but they not well responded. Hope for a quick reply.

                            I've submitted my Asus zenfone d to the service operator here in our city(Solapur). Till today its about 20 days and the problem of my phone's display isn't resolved. They told about replacing the display but they didn't make that yet. My phone is in the warranty tenure and they aren't responding on the tasks faster and complaining about unavailability of the display in stock. It has been a quite long time from the date I've submitted my phone.

                              I bought Asus Zenphone Max on February 2016. For the first couple of months, it was going good. Then in the month of April, the problem with the headphone jack occurred and I took it to the service centre to get it repaired.
                              Now, in January 2017, suddenly there were series of problems that occurred in the particular set. First, there were certain software glitches. Second and the most important is that the display vanished out of nowhere one fine morning.
                              So I took the phone to the service centre on 06/01/2017 and they said that they would get it repaired by January 17, 2017. Now when i called them up and also visited the service centre, they were like, "Sir, it's not possible to get it repaired before February, and the phone has been sent to Taiwan for repairing."
                              Within an year, so many problems occurring followed by such a poor CRM, and the most important thing is I can't use the phone for this long span of one and a half months?!
                              Who will compensate for that?! What will Asus India to max to max?! Extend the guarantee period?! Is that the correct CRM you guys do?!
                              It is a shameful act on behalf of Asus India. I would rather claim a new handset against the old one, since a series of problem occurred in that particular set and that too within an year of it being bought.

                                Asus claims that zenfone 3 laser has sony camera sensor and 52mp resolution in their own website, but in reality it has very poor camera resolution. When spoken to customer care, they just want it to be repaired rather than replacing the device.
                                Invoice is attached in image.
                                I want the mobile to be replaced if there is problem with camera of my device.
                                If at all every device has same poor resolution image then, how can they have false claim.. Appropriate action to be taken by indian law so that consumers cannot be deceived by such false claims

                                I request you to please handle this issue carefully with the interest of public.

                                Such are the devices being sold by flipkart online.

                                This is the 3rd poor experience with flipkart services..
                                In my case neither the manufacturer nor service provider nor seller is taking responsibility to solve my issue.

                                My issue is still unresolved. I have received mail from [email protected] where in they advice to do the same what service centre people have adviced. Inspite of doing all those things, there is no improvement in its CAMERA functioning. Later they inspected the device physically and said that they would replace the camera only, for which I am against since this device is not even a 15days passed when issue was found. More over ASUS claims that this model, ZENFONE 3 LASER has got SONY Camera SENSOR, 52MP Resolution, but in reality I do not find its functionality as they claim. If they say, my particular device is having problem with the camera, then I want device to be replaced unconditionally since device is faulty since its birth. Or else if they say that this is the best picture captured from its camera, then absolutely they make ABSURD claims in their specifications of this device in their website, because no TECH Expert would accept the claim This is how they attract consumers by false and absurd claims.. so please withdraw those claims immediately from the website and compensate the people whoever has purchased this device basing on your false claims. Manufacturers has to check the device at least before packing it, rather than releasing faulty devices in the market and put conditions like one week replacement policies, later they would just repair the devices. Because sometime that one week time may not be sufficient for the consumers to have detailed check up of the devices. I think its purely Manufacturer's mistake either in packing the Faulty Device or in Making Absurd claims. So I request kindly be cautious before claiming anything with out actual facts. Hope you understand my issue genuinely and sincerely and do the needful at the earliest. Thanking you.

                                Its been a week but there is no response from company either..
                                Sir, i lost my asus zenfone 2 laser 3 month back. i filed an FIR against it. But unfortunately i have not been able to hear any news from the police station.

                                  I brought my asus eeebook on last january and this is the fourth time it shows the same complaint... Its screen is vibrating. Due to the complaints i am not able to use the product frequently as it is under servicing for many days.. What can i do?. Please give me a suggestion in this regard at the earliest. Can i replace it with laptop by giving the extra money? I want to repair it or replace it.

                                    Hai,

                                    I bought a laptop of Asus ( A555LF - XX262T With serial No: FAN0CV[protected] on 5 Jan 2016 from Nirvana Computers Calicut.

                                    In the 2 month itself it showed a complaint with its keyboard.I consulted with the company customer care and solved it up.But the problem repeated and again I contacted the service center(AXEL SERVICES, CALICUT). They said that the problem was with its keyboard and as they advised I changed it.But even then it was not working.On their further detailed check up it was found that there exists some sort of damage with its motherboard.I was forced to change it too.

                                    Its display was undergoing some issue and on 5 September 2016 I had to talk with the service center again.They opined to change the display.Now white patches are again appearing on the display.I am really fed up with the issues of this product.It was bought for Rs.40, 000.Almost all the main parts are replaced within the guaranteed period itself..I swear that it is such a worst thing which nobody can ensure the working of its other parts.I can't even believe that a company like yours can cheat a customer.I think its better for me to bring it before the consumer court.

                                    i was registered in the month of Oct so warranty is not valid . i've asked to share the same in written but service center and Asus call center not ready to share the same even not ready to share the escalation matrix my case num is

                                      I ahve asus zenfone max since last ten fifteen days selfie camera is not working properly, even not getting open n because of that there is lot of problem also from same day huge brightness automatic fluctuation is having in my zenfone max moble.
