I have submitted my asus zen phone on 07/04/2017 via rma number inr6h40139 for memory card detection problem but till now i have not received any message that my mobile is repaired or not.

They are tailing that they have replace the motherboard but new motherboard was also faulty, hence they have requested for new motherboard again and till now they are waiting for motherboard.

Its around one month over for repairing, why there is so much delay in rapairing.
Asus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Mobile screen has manufacturing defect for which we went to customer care where he refused to accept the request and the behaviour was ruthless, , kindly take the matter into consideration as soon as possible before the expiry period ends..we have been dealing with your many products this time i m really pissed of with the product.

    Asus it's a very bad service as well as very bad and defective piece can make an buy to customer. It's customer center service is also very ugly and late. I have purchased asus max 3 next day it's a fully faulty piece and no return guarantee. And service center can also late to solve these problems so why defective piece can sold to the customer.
    In future it's not good for company. When customer satisfaction the company can grow in high like apple otherwise no demand on in india or worldwide.

    Finally asus is very bad and very bad...

      I have bought an asus zenfone max 5 months before and now im facing certain damages with the battery. The battery is draining out and when im charging it then the battery is not getting charged. So i have taken the phone to the service centre here in trivandrum. And they said that the product iz within warranty period and they repair it within 7 days . After that they called me and said the phone is ready . And I went there and bought my phone back. Then within 2 hours im facing the same issues . The service centre guys are didnt do any work in my phone . Now i went there and reported this. So they took my phone once again and they told they will give it back within 3 days .. what should i do ?

        I have purchased a new asus zenfone from amazon on 14/07/2016.
        After 2 months i have found about the fast draining of battery.
        This issue is resolved after rebooting the phone according to instructions obatained from zenfone support.
        Since one month i am facing the touch pad issues.
        Since my phone is under warranty please get the new mobile hand set

          Few days back I visited Jaipur service center of asus, they said that my notebook has a cable problem and it needs to be replaced. They then said that cable is not currently available and and they took my contact details and told me that I will be informed whenever the cable will arrive.

          Today after 6 days, i called them again to check about the availability and to my surprise found that they have not even ordered the cable after 6 days, asus service staff then called me again and asked me to visit their service center, when i reached there they told me that I have to pay the fee first and then only cable will be ordered . I agreed to do the same but then manager there put a new condition that I have to deposit my notebook with them till the cable arrives (which may take 6-7 days or more) and then only they will repair my notebook.

          I told that depositing my notebook for 6-7 days will badly hamper my office work and I am ready to bring my notebook to your center whenever the ordered cable arrives as your center is very near to my office, but they blatantly refused saying that what if I dont come on the same day...I gave them assurance that it will not happen and I am giving you all the fee in advance AND I need my notebook to be OK so there is no point that I will not come.

          But they keep on repeating that I have to deposit my notebook and then only it will be repaired.

          If this was the case then WHY i WAS NOT TOLD THIS ON VERY FIRST DAY.

          b) why I have to deposit my notebook for 6-7 days for a small repair and that just because to serve it as a assurance that I will be back on time, if I am DEPOSITING ALL THE MONEY IN ADVANCE WHY these GUYS ARE NOT OK WITH IT...

          I have not seen his policy anywhere else...it is time to quit buying asus products now.

            My Phone was have charging issue so I have submitted my ASUS Zenphone 2 to service center in Pune . They have asked me to changed port after my confirmation they have done that and I have recieved mail that mobile is done and i can collect it from service center, When after 2 days i visited service center they said mobile was not yet checked.
            Again when after 3-4 I went to collect mobile after coming home i found that speaker were damaged when mobile was submitted to service center.

            When i again went to service to report this issue they are saying that I will have to pay 900 Rs to repair that speaker even if it was damaged from there side.
            Please help me this is very poor service.

              Its been a year that im using asus phone and within a year i had hardware issue which got checked by the gallery and then was replaced after which again i had same issue... 3 times i had to loose my data of the phone and later my display was repaired because it broke and then recently now in month of march end it gt fixed again by paying more than Rs5000 the display in 3 days gave issue and because of which in april 2017 i went to the gallery and again it said battery and reciever got problem... Before the display was changed my battery and reciever was working fine but after the display got changed battery and reciever gave problem the second day and the company again expects me to pay a huge amount for it when its not my faulty...
              Firstly when the parts come from the company then why is it the customer have to everytime go to the gallery to get it checked ... not even a week the part which gets replaced by company works fine... and expect the customer to pay a huge amount... there a many other brands in phone but when they replace parts customers dont face problem again and again but for asus my experience has been pathetic and disgusting service...
              companies charges the customer like hell but cannot serve a good product... what will a customer do in this case just keep paying money to asus and travel to gallery everytime to get the parts checked leaving their jobs...
              seriously the money that i wasted in repairing the phone i could have had another phone... Its takes more than 15 days to get the parts checked and replaced and giving false promise saying no everything is checked now you wont have problem...
              Second promise the parts of your phone are in waiting as its out of stock in India...
              seriously disguising company that i can never recommend anyone for this company phones...
              I need an ans for my questioms and problems above rather just a sorry...

                I bought zenfone 2 laser online one year back (16th march, 2016). After 2 months, the earphone plug stopped working but rest of it was working fine. As it was under warranty so i gave it to asus service center (sec- 32D Chandigarh) almost 10 days prior to the warranty expiration date. But after receiving it back, when I turned it off to insert the sim it is not turning on since then. I am used to change my sim quite often and thus turning my phone off and on but no such issue occurred since they repaired it. Now they are saying that i have to change the motherboard again and also a chip whose circuit according to them has got short. I have to pay 7500 RS for this repair as the phone is no longer under warranty. Being a student it took me more than 6 months to save 10000 RS and now how am i supposed to pay 8000 RS just for the repair. I want to file a case against this service center for mentally harassing their customers and using them for self profit and also against the company for using cheap components. To prevent this from happening again to some other customer, strong exemplary measures are needed to be taken so that no service center can ever think of fooling and looting the customers.

                    Hi, I purchase Asus Zenphone Max from flipkart in Sep 2016. right from the third day of purchase, it started showing hanging problems which I ignored as being a Android product. But right now, touch has stopped working completely and it has remained a box only. Asus service centers are not contactable and they are geographically not properly located. I mean 3 service centers at a single place and no service center at a larger area. Very disappointing. They are not even arranging pick and drop facility adding much to our inconvenience.
                    Donot buy ASUS phones ever..

                        I am using asus Zenfone 5 mobile.My mobile met an issue that is hanged so i went your authorised serice center i.e.F1 infon solutions and services in Chennai.(please check the attached bill for your reference).They said that battery is not working so it need to replace new one, also need to replace sim slots, charging port and update the software.They charged Rs2400 the comedy is my mobile cost was Rs8999 nearly they charged 25%from the mobile cost only for the above service.(please check the attached bill).After that they gave my mobile. After fewdays only i came to know that my mobiles vibrator is not working at the time i was in out of state due to my work.Last week only i returned to tamilnadu.So i went to that service center ( 18.03.2017)i told the issue.They told me to pay Rs250 again i said already i paid Rs 2400.Then why you are asking 250 again?They said once we touch the mobile means you have to pay 250(Robbery!!!).They didnt not agree anything even i showed the old bill also.Not only that also they told you have to check before you leave the service, i agree that i can able to check that my mobile and its components, but can you tell me is it possible to check all options in an android mobile with in few mins? why we are giving to authorised service centre?because we hope that you will give a better sevice.but you spoiled that hope
                        I planned to upgrade my asus mobile.also i had a plan to buy asus laptop.but your service provider has collapsed everything.i am highly dissopointed.I wont refer asus to my friends
                        I am not going to leave with this.If iam not get a better solution means surely i will file a case in consumer court against you.

                            I have Asus Zenfone 2 (Ze551ml), date of purchase[protected], but within 6 months i started facing problem... For that i went to Asus authorized service center in Thrissur and they replace the battery and subboard fixed it. After three month same problem occurred and I submitted phone in same service center. After that again its complained and warranty period is over again they change the sub board and its cost 1650 dated 07/10/2016. After 3 month again its complaint and they resolved it. and now its again complained after checking servicing center team saying its mother board is having problem... It's need to be replaced and its cost about 13534/-.

                              I had ordered f1 info solutions & service pvt.ltd. asus zenfone 2 ZE550Ml charger adapter 5.2V=1.35A and cable three days ago But the reason for your receptionist's mistake I came in today to give me a 5V=1A charger What i do not want And that's the reason for your receptionist's that I will have to waste more three days, If possible, pass my order quick...even I also talked in your customer care But no good solution was found from there...So what should I do now tell me... So I will not do anything for your company and my Experiences will also tell everyoneIf your Asus company has a similar service...

                                Good day, I have bought Asus zenphone selfie model on 03feb 2017 and 4 days back my handset not showing display (only the blurred lighting displayed on screen). My handset was heating while charging before and 3days back after charging one hour with the same Asus zepone charger, i kept my smartphone in my pocket and when I received call it came up with blurred display and nothing came on screen only the blurred light on screen. Yesterday I called toll free customer care no [protected] and also I presented my cell phone in authorised service centre of Asus kadavanthra ernakulam. Both sources replied they do not cover this display problem under warranty its damaged internally...while I checked the warranty card information nowhere is written this issue is out of warranty. They keep on asking and i replied that My handset didn't drop or any damage and also by looking No scratch any where on front or back side. Why should I give 4000rs for hardware problem? Service center and Asus customer care both asking same issue by saying its damage and not under warranty. They have no other reply.
                                How can I proceed with this complaint please suggest how I sue them so that i win warranty and compensation for loosing my time, expenses and inconvenience occurred to me.

                                Now they deposited my handset and after one week again saying its not under warranty and asking charges to repair it.
                                I didn't receive any reply so far on this portal or via email from Asus customer care
                                We had purchased a Asus Zenfone 3s max on 21/03/2017 .from day one it is not working.we don't understand after paying Rs.15000 .we are unable to use phone today we have given it to delhi service center . We have to wait for three days for our phone .pl give us new phone as phone is not working since we had purchased.

                                  Gave m display piece which had problems already Windows software not installed properly Asus product registration not done by supplier whenever I went in warranty period they postponed 2 repair now broadband port not working battery discharges fast only in 30 min cooling fan snag I bet never 2 buy any Asus product again as I m fed up.                                     Sir i residing in Mangalore. I purchased Asus zenfone in June 2016. after fifteen days i found that the mobile has a problem . the problem is that receiver of my voice call is not hearing my voice clearly. so i went to service center at Valencia in Mangalore. there they repaired so many times and lastly they told they have to change the processor . they told they changed it. then afterward there is no any complaint till one month back. but recently from one month some time i cant not receive the call, from yesterday my voice call receiver are not hearing my voice. then yesterday i went to the service center they cleaned the mobile and gave me . at that movement the mobile is alright. but after two three hours the same problem continued. please help me to be a satisfied customer . please give me replacement . because the problem arises with in a months of purchase . I have two sons. both have Asus zenfone

                                      Few weeks ago, i've checked my mobile from F1 solutions centre at Jaipur.but from yesterday noticing that charging problem comes.Charger USB loose to plug in mobile.Before that 6 times checked both in warranty & out warranty.But how many times problems 'll come within 1 & half years??I want to draw the consumer officials to stop selling this type of fraud company.Please look over my issues.

                                      Yes absolutely as you said the same is running in Bangalore service center, I am also having the same model of mobile and many issues were faced right from the purchasing the mobile and recently I had spent Rs. 5600/- to replace 4 items of spares and service center confirmed that mother board is fine, so that I went forward to spend the money of Rs.5600/- and after with in a day heating and battery fast draining problem was raised, now they are saying mother board to be replaced and around Rs. 9400.00 is chargeable .

                                        Dear all, i am vishal maindarkar and having asus zenfone 2 with sr. # f4azfg05v442 purchased on 27th oct 2016 which in under warranty period. Since last 3 month i am facing numerous issues with my cell phone & communicated to asus cs team as well as authorized service center. Regards issues i had submitted my cell phone 3 times to nearest service center and they have rectified issue but after rectification every another 2 - 3 days my device malfunctions and behave with origin issue. Following are the dates on which i had submitted my cell phone to service center. 29th nov 2016, 10 dec 2016 and 27 jan 2017. Now its extend to my patience and i cannot bear to be operate such faulty device, i am really not able to understand if you are paying to service center to serve us better and solve customer problems then how come for same device same issue could persist. Even i had filled a countable complaints on asus hotline with following complaint number but result is dis-satisfied. A[protected], a[protected], a[protected]. Now today i am going tobe submit my device to service center and will not take it back still i will get another new non - faulty device.

                                        Dear chetan,

                                        As said in my last mail, if you dont have inventory that's your internal issue why should i suffer and takes the refund.
                                        At that time for my model the cost was different and now its may be different and who will bear the difference if any.
                                        That's why i had approached couple of options
                                        1) replace with higher spec model
                                        2) double the refund
                                        3) interest from date of order to still date along with my exchanged device.

                                        And if inventory was the issue then why my case has been prolong till now?

                                        I had already kept my device 3 times to your service center and your service folks replaced several peripherals and still the issue is persisting, is that my fault? Then how could you say, i was not ready for repair.
                                        One or two times are considerable for repair, but if the same issue ocurring multiple time will you be do the same? If you will be face the same issue.

                                        Asus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        My phone is Asus ZenFone 2 Laser ZE550KL & I brought on 13.08.2016. After using my phone 2-3 hours all around the day it's battery shown 30% charge left.My phone has got little hit after using it some time.I am very disappointed using ASUS product.

                                        I have a ASUS ZenFone 2 laser ze550kl. I have to brought in to date of 18th Aug 2016 through flipkart.But i haven't get a VOLTE UPDATE still now.
                                        Now build number is MMB29P.WW_user_21.40.1120.1708_20160621.
                                        I am request u to send a VOLTE UPDATE in my phone and iam waiting for this responce now.
